The room was small and the bathroom was small

Location was great ..inside a mall with lots to do and places to go eat walking distance. As soon as you walked in you could smell like old rags. Just a dirty smell. Beds were offly small and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was moldy like it has not been cleaned. Overall dirty/smelly room. All the bedding felt very cheap and stiff extremely uncomfortable to sleep.

Room and bathroom was modern, but towel racks kept falling off the wall.

The room was perfect and clean the only downside is that it's in a plaza, that night they had a rock band all night and the workers that where outside cleaning where very loud. Didn't get much sleep.

The rooms were super small.The carpet was ripping apart.The rooms were dirty full of hairs.The sheets were dirty.The staff was rude. Don't recommend.

The hotel, room and staff are exelent. I will stay here again the parking however was super full and my truck stuck out 31" so I parked a bit more insde a crosshatched area and I got a boot on my truck, it sounds the guards had a chil on their shoulder, no big deal it was 260.00 pesos, but just the way they treated me, really nice plaza should have friendlier staff.

Nothing Staff was rude the receptionist when I got there was very rude no hospitality at all. She did not tell me about the parking situation and I was very upset.

When I made the reservation, I wanted two bags when I came to check in the person in the front desk gave me one bedroom and they told me that that’s all they have and they were being so rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back again.

The rug in the hallways was dirty and loose. The worst part were the towels that were terribly weared, in poor shape and rough. The shower mat was stained.

I arrived around 1:45pm and they told me to comeback at 3:00pm to check in, when I came back at 2:50pm there was a line of people trying to check in. It took us almost an hour to get to our SMALLEST room I ever seen, then I called the receptionist to ask for a hair dryer and they said they would bring it and no one came they also charge us for parking. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The rooms are too small for the price. There is no hand lotion, if you need the iron, you have to go to reception and leave your ID with them. No tissue.

Clean room nice environment

We had a superior queen room, EXTREMELY SMALL. It was the smallest hotel room that I had ever stayed in. There didn’t even have a closet to hang clothes or a dresser, just some hooks and a shelf on the wall. It was very loud with the clubs nearby. They didn’t stop until 3am. The room was very dirty, mold in the shower. The air conditioning was either on or off, the thermostat didn’t work. And the front desk staff told us that it was going to be 100 pesos per night parking. I sent a message through Booking but didn’t receive a reply but when we checked out they only charged us 100 pesos for the stay. That was great but the incorrect information at check in caused us stress

Our room did not have hit water. We had to catch a flight at 7 am and had to shower at 430 am with cold water. Very disappointing.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of a shopping center, featuring numerous restaurants, a movie theater, numerous stores, and a casino.

The restroom was very filthy. To the point where we didn’t even shower because it looks gross. The beds were dirty and had to have them come switch the blankets. The location is very convenient because it’s walking distance to the plaza but unfortunately the hotel needs to work on cleanliness.

I needed a quiet, safe place to spend the night before jumping on a plane back down to Puerto Vallarta, and this place hit the mark for price, cleanliness, and proximity to the airport. I appreciated that breakfast was included; that was really a nice touch.

The room itself wasn’t much better. The floors weren’t clean, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was no extra toilet papper they did not restock. The towels were very worn out and should’ve been replaced a long time ago. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t care much about the guests or the condition of the rooms. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable or reliable stay.

this will be my last time staying here ! the first time it was okay. the music from the outside was a little loud but i love the shopping mall so i wanted to try it out again . but this second time we had a very bad experience .

The staff were great, the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great with ease of many food and shopping around. Access is limited especially when trying to obtain ride services especially early morning. The hotel is just above a hostel status. I guess my expectations were a little higher reading all the reviews.

It's located in a good area many places to shop, dine, and have a good time. At first glance the room was clean however the sheets had some stains. The room didn't have a hair dryer nor a cloth iron.

Property is clean, and there’s so many things that are walkable. The hotel itself is very small. The rooms are small but clean. The staff only spoke Spanish, hard if you don’t know Spanish.

Where to start… pillows smelled dirty, like sweat. When I asked the housekeeper to change them she said she would but that all of them smelled the same. The bedspread had an old blood stain, the bathroom shower leaked all over the tiny bathroom, there was mold and scum buildup in the shower and grout. Upon checkout I had to wait for the receptionist for over 10 minutes while one of the cooks helped me look for her, she wasn’t in the bathroom or the back office, she came waltzing in from somewhere outside the hotel. We were on the second floor and the noise was terrible, I could actually hear the person next door having a conversation with a family member on her phone! This hotel is dirty, ugly and much more basic than it seems on pictures. Also booking through Expedia cost me almost twice as much than if I would have made the reservation in pesos through the hotel website.

Hotel was ok. Service not the best, validation for parking was always a problem till I check out. Not recommended if you’re a light sleeper, very loud music coming from a place in front of our room that runs until very late (3am and still going). New place, very clean. I was looking for a hotel walking distance to the US Consulate with breakfast included. One Tijuana Otay met all my needs. Quick border crossing after my appointment at the Otay pedestrian trip. Great overall stay. Chilequiles were great by the way haha.
