This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and big. Brought my daughter and i felt very safe. The only issue was there was road construction totally out of the hotels control that was very noisy. But stopped aroung 10pm.

The mattress should be replaced. It had a big indent. Way passed due.

It was TERRIBLE! I don’t think they change the sheets because I KNOW they don’t change the covers, they just switch sides AND flip them over.

Good taco spot right next to property, transportation around there limited and if you call a taxi expensive, and be careful for crooked cops but the place is decent as soon. As I walked in to the room smell of fabuloso so which was a good sign. Definitely use Expedia prices are different if you just show up. Receptionist was very nice helpful and informative.

Even though it is cheaper but still bot worthy zero access to anything no room service no phone no WiFi no transportation. Am sure you'll regret it that's what happened to me I couldn't even finish my days.

There are differences in business practices between different countries & cultures. The only part that I wasn't a fan of was at the battery powered smoke detectors were all beeping constantly throughout the night. Which means the batteries were low. If they had been more responsive they could have replaced the batteries so we weren’t hearing them beep all throughout the night. Besides that everything else was fine.

Bad customer service, fire alarms all over the building kept on beeping all day and night needing battery replacement, no-one did anything and was not able to sleep with the noice.

Nothing good i can write about this hotel maybe just a couple of things. PROs there are spacey rooms there and it’s not bad location. CONs the room was dirty, looks like they were not vacuum rooms at all. hair was everywhere even on the wall in bathroom (and someone’s feces covered the wall behind the toilet like in a public restroom). Terrible stench in the room is similar to some kind of mixture of cigarette smoke and urine. AC didn’t work properly just as a fan. That’s why they put an extra fan in the room in addition to the celling fan that works only at low speed. The fan in the bathroom was too noisy better do not turn it on. The electric switch should be touched very carefully because it staggers, it barely stays in the wall and is clearly not the size of the hole for it. In addition, there are a lot of cobwebs on the windows and in the corners, and several small spiders are seen right on the bed. last thing is the internet connection was very slow about 1mb/s very unstable definitely not for video almost zero. so guys this is a shabby lousy hotel try to find a better place to stay.

Didn’t shower as the bathroom did not look clean. Lots of other people’s hair around the sink and floor. I think there was a recent remodel, but done in that slum-lord rental fashion. I double checked the mattress and no bed bugs, sheets smelled and looked clean so I did sleep, just not well. It was $30, and I guess I got what I paid for.

Great room. Views are amazing. Location is excellent and it’s always a plus to have the car parked inside for security.

First off, every time you’re going to leave your room you have to leave your key at the front desk which made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I had my personal belongings in the room. Secondly, there were no amenities or anything in the room such as a microwave, refrigerator, and I asked if they had an iron and they did not have one. Their Wi-Fi connection sucks And so does the reception there. The room was extremely dirty, there was old vomit stains on the floor. The dresser was falling apart and the lighting was so dark I wasn’t able to get ready in the morning. The shower was horrible… There was hardly any water that would come out And made it extremely difficult for me to shower. And don’t let me get into the customer service that I received because I can go on and on and on but these are the most important reasons why I would never stay at this hotel ever again.

I got placed in a room next to their washers and driers. So yes there was loud machine banging all the time. Also got the worst room they could have given me. Tv was broken with no windows for the fresh air to go in and the AC unit was broken too.

The parking was indoors and made me feel safe.

reserved online they charge more at the window , arrived at midnight the room was not ready'. the lady at the window and the guy responsable to give you a parking spot had attitude, getting in a room the trash from others still there. we used the restroom and get clogged at 1:00 in the morning . was a terrible nightmare so we just stay for 7 hrs.NOT RECOMENDED.

I liked the view and the tacos across the street. I disliked the first room they gave me was dirty but had a great view and looked nice. They instead gave me an old room that had stains on the walls and an old carpet.

There was someone there 24 hours to assist. The property was safe. The room was clean.

This property was filthy we ended up with rashes on our skin the towels were so dirty that we ended up having to buy our own to bring in use we slept on top of the stain sheets and then they wouldn't let us leave the hotel until we paid them extra money because we got Cheetos and cookies on the sheets and they said they were stained when they were already stained and filthy they literally held us captive until we paid them more money

I was very hospitable, the rooms are very spacious, but it did get cold in the night, I brought an extra heater and requested theirs but it was still cold. I like the covered parking, and the enclosed area I felt very safe, recommend highly

The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. The rooms were not in a healthy maintenance. Staff didn't know my room was already booked. Lighting from the room were not all working. Walls chipped off color. And expedia notes it as a hotel and in reality its a motel.

Everything was ok for the price that was paid but when I book I thought was hotel and the location was Motel and every time we got out they ask us to leave the key even though we leave deposit also they did not clean your room unless you ask for it.

The room was big. Ac worked ok. The building is outdated, but most things worked ok. The shower leaked all night. There is no people at the office past 10 pm, do no one to contact about the leak. The people were short and unhelpful. I spoke to them also in Spanish, thinking that they might not speak English, but they didn't change their attitude. Ok for the night.

The workers were friendly but did not speak any english (except for one person who was not around all the time). We had booked a room with air conditioner, but was placed in a room with only a fan. Once I brought it to their attention they quickly changed it to an air conditioner room for us. The property is old but is being Renovated. The room floors look dirty, but it's just because the room is old. The shower dripped all night but we enjoyed the hot water. The wifi was Awlful. Literally good for nothing. We stayed 2 nights 3 days and didn't get maid service. Location is kind of out of town and no taxi knew how to get there off hand. If you are going into tijuana central then you are better of staying around there. It cost about 100 pesos to go into town and it's hard to get a taxi in that area. If you have a car then this would be a great chesp place to stay. The room was nice and quiet, but the bed was old and springy, also there is no elevator. The receptionist also had little knowledge of expedia. Over all we had a nice stay. The place was quiet and peaceful. The room was decent and the water was hot.

I did have a strange incident where an Asian man was knocking at my door and the hotel security/reception let them into the hotel area thinking they were my guest (he was NOT), so I advise them next time to actually CONFIRM with me first before letting random strangers within the hotel area. I didn't appreciate that this happened before 7am as well as I was sleeping at the time.

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t clean the rooms unless you tell them. I believe rooms have to be cleaned one way or another. Sometimes the carpet smells like feet. It’s a smell that comes to you the minute you enter the room. Overall my stay was Ok

The property was broke down and in desperate need of repair. They put us on the 4th floor what no elevators when there were rooms on the first floor that were open there were pigeons inside the ceiling keeping us up all hours of the day and night the heater did not work the hair dryer did not work the shower door was broken

Horrible directions. The streets arent marked . Never found the place and I never even got a courtesy call. Traffic around area was very confusing , lots of dead end and one way steets.

I really liked the time& patience the first attendant gave us in gettong us a ashtray & heater&his hospitality but upon getting the jacuzzi room the last night i feel the owners or whomever was in the office at the time of my change of rooms was a liar & somewhat disrespectful .I eas told i burned a hole in one of the sheets & she wanted 200 pesos for it so. I agreed & asked for the sheet i suppose to have burned & when i inspected there were no hole in it at alll . inspected the jacuzzi room i found lots of mold in. & around the jacuzzi. Almost none of

This is the place to go if you just need á place to rest. It's cheap, Very hidden, had to Google my way to it. Tv works good, it was quiet, No ocean view just other little huts rooftops. Am satisfied for what i paid

Bus is about .50 cents but taxi is about $5. This is the lowest price online. But, there are many other motels with similar prices that are not online.
