Breakfast was excellent Trying to go to sleep and there was a noise coming from downstairs, sounded like an AC motor running, it was a very loud humming noise. It did stop, and was able to sleep. Also, one the beds squeaked very loudly everytime I got off/on the bed.

Everything went well. Location was perfect. All personnel were helpful and friendly. Decent business center. Included breakfast was quite tasty. Good choice of TV programs in English and Spanish. A little jet noise from the Tijuana airport, but not too bothersome as hotel fairly well insulated.

Bedroom was very comfortable and very nicely furnished. Bathroom was very clean and very nice. Not exceptional though. Staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Breakfast facilities were in a large meeting room. Workable but mot cozy. Breakfast buffet was tasty but not exceptional although fruits were nicely ripe and flavorful.

Room, breakfast was great. But we were charged twice. I felt like they took advantage of us because I was medicated from a medical procedure. But it was not fair and I will not recommend I was charged 50 dollars more, just for returning to the same room i paid for

Valet service was extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet qas nothing fancy but it hit the spot. The bar had a killer drink special and my wife loved the margaritas! Walking distance to my dentist, to the club pulgas, and the rest of revolution. Need to try the spa next time!

I love this place. Stay here all the time. I feel safe and they have a great breakfast.

The hotel Ticuan is OK. Not great not bad.. people are a little rude little too rigid about where you can sit and where you can eat they need to lighten up. It could be cleaner too..Good location though

I tried to borrow to 1 of 2 luggage carts. I am a manager in a large company and haven't had that tone of voice spoken to me in long time. According to reception no manager was available on Sat Dec 27. The breakfast was good.

The hotel and the rooms super clean, food and drinks were excellent staff really nice and helpful, except front desk morning gril her name was laura I think couple times I went to the front desk she was super rude management need to fix that, I recommend this place

This is my go to place when I’m flying out of town to other places in Mexico as the parking is cheaper and safer, also if not traveling alone it’s the nicest place in town for the money

The room was on the side of the hotel next to a nightclub so it was pretty loud. They immediately moved us the next day when I mentioned the noise. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff are courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk check in process took too long and the front desk attendant was rude. No elevator in parking structure. It was difficult for my dad to walk down and up the stairs.

Horrible hotel and the front desk ladies at check in are rude and ruthless. The air conditioning didn’t work in 3 rooms they had to change me around . Will not stay here at all ever again lady named sarei at check in is rude didn’t get the other ladies names that are also included in the circle.

Try to book Spa, never responded. Bar, Restaurant and front desk staffs were excellent. Room had no window to outside, window opened to the hallway.

Es segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel porque es limpio, confortable y muy amables los trabajadores.

It was nice hotel, the parking attendant should’ve told us or even the lobby if you’re going in and out get stamped so you’re not paying multiple times. Same with the included breakfast tell us how to get it, we didn’t get a ticket or voucher do we go to the restaurant and had to go to the lobby. Just confusing on some parts.

The room key didn’t work, had to get it re programmed every night.

Walking distance to revolution which is always dirty. But hotel is best in the neighborhood

The hotel upgraded the pillows since the lat time I was there. It is still really loud on the East side of the building on weekends. There is nothing they can do about their proximity to Las Pulgas but pumping bass shaking the windows until 3AM makes sleeping impossible. Beware of rooms on the East side on weekends. No bueno!

The hotel was amazing. It was very clean, very beautiful, but II was unable to check-in until 5 PM. My room was not ready.

I booked the largest suite. Unfortunately they are on the side of the hotel next to a live music venue with the room thumping till 4 am. On my last night I switched to a smaller deluxe room and was finally able to sleep. Not the hotels fault but if quiet is important to you, avoid the jacuzzi suites.

We love this hotel and usually choose Ticuan. Great rooms, wonderful staff, excellent restaurant. The only issues is the club on the east rooms (the bass pulsates until 4 in the morning) and there are no in room refrigerators. They have plenty of ice in their machines though. Highly recommended.

It is very close to the downtown area with valet parking. One of the rooms had AC that was not working and they changed the room immediately. The breakfast buffet was good and included which was nice.

Rooms from a king size bed, to two queens, to a room with a hot tub large enough to fit several individuals! An absolutely great place to stay! From all of my past experiences for many years!

I always stay here everytime i got to tijuana and see my girlfriend and me and her always have a great time there, very easy check in n out and the environment was very safe and friendly, i will definitely be returning there soon !
