First of all, Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I made sure to let them know about I will arriving late to my reservation due to flight cancellation and they always insisted i never had a reservation. I honestly don’t know why this ugly motel is even on Hotels.com would not recommend to anyone unless you want to bring a women over for a couple hours and leave. But for a weekend stay totally not recommend. Bed sheets and pillows were yellow. Found long hair on pillows. They don’t take the time to inform you about “rules” so when I was leaving the motel to go tour they stop you like if are stealing something and turns out you have to leave your room key EACH time you leave and pick up when you need it.

All I can tell you is, I wouldn’t take my family here. There is an adult hourly rate which tells you a lot, and I heard things through the walls that were not very family appropriate.

The entrance to the hotel there is a big bump that will hit under the car if you driving a small automobile don't stay here

Muy bien, por el precio

Parking sucked, you need to be there early to get a parking space, lot was full of cars that were from their hourly rooms. Parking lot had more cars than they had rooms due to their hourly rooms. Definitely not a family friendly “hotel”. This is what we call in the hood a Mo-Mo.

The bad items were the carpet is difficult to clean and so inside the room smells linger, Access to the property is complicated, but not the business fault. On 03-02-2022 at 3:40 am I checked out from the motel and took Cucapah blvd. towards Tijuana airport. At 3:45 am I was stopped by a local police enforcement two officers. One officer politely took my California driver's license and vehicle registration, soon after the police officer called me out of the vehicle and said the tint was illegal that it had to be removed immediately and that a traffic citation was to be issued. He also asked the reasoning of being in such a dangerous area of Tijuana. I stayed at that motel for three nights and two days and drove all over Tijuana and spent money at many Tijuana Businesses. I was in a hurry and could not afford to loose a flight to Mexico City, so I payed off the officer $1000.00 pesos so I could go on do my life duties otherwise my car risked being impounded. Local law enforcement have to use common sense at implementing the law otherwise people like me will not go back and spend money at those Tijuana areas. Those $1000.00 pesos do not hurt me a bit, but the treatment is scary and might decide not to go and vacation again at this motel.

Neg: I told the cleaning staff not to come into my room and they ignored and went in to clean and when I asked for the invoice they told me I have to make a Wattsapp call after send for email the following documents: My remmitance note, Hotel Name and room number, tax ID, digitized payment receipt, fiscal address & specify payment metod. I still don't know if I stayed at the White House or a economic $64.00 for two nights hotel !!

Not as close to Zona Norte as claimed. About 200-250 pesos to get there. If you do not speak Spanish, you will have a hard time communicating there as they do not speak English. Luckily for me the head housekeeper had a translator on her phone and was able to help me. She was very friendly and helpful. My phone did not work the instant I crossed the border. The phone in the room cannot make outside calls. Internet was my only communication option and the connection was good. Across the street was a supermarket, pizza place, fitness and Chinese food buffet. Macro15 shopping plaza is a 15 peso bus ride from hotel and is a modern shopping plaza. Overall nice and everyone I ran into was nice even though there was a communication brrier.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I understand every hotel has rules but they were just over board. My husband and I got a room our kids were staying with there grandpa so I had my kids use the restroom while their grandpa got their . They called the room stating they had to wait outside in front of the hotel which it thought it was ridiculous. They were very hostile! Also if you had visitors they had to pay as if they were staying there you cant even have someone you know come look for you. Our phones died and my family came next morning to try to knock they did not let them in. Anytime you leave the hotel you have to leave your which made no sense to me, to top it off they questioned you when are you coming back or how are we taking. The staff is very RUDE! Even to leave the parking they need to verify who you are what room were you in etc. We felt as if we was kidnapped no lie. Never again will I book with thia Hotel. Just wish they had all these ridiculous rules on Expedia. They deserve 0 stars!

There was a lot of problems checking in. They said I had not paid even though I showed them my reservation and that I had paid. After calling hotels.com and had them talking to the hotel they let me check in, but they were very annoyed and angry.

The 5 days i was there was relaxing the service was great and the beds was made every day and it was comfortable i did not want to get up

Some confusion, because this is a "Motel" not a hotel. By Motel I mean a love motel where you can rent a room for four hours. Parking was an absolute mess, don't bring kids here.
