Litterally caught by surprise. I got lost and was scared they let me in so nicely , let me use the wifi for directions and so much more before I decided to cancel my Marriott reservation and stay here instead. Amazing people place and atmosphere. Im not to sure...

Bell hop told us there was no shower just a bathtub, we could switch rooms if we wanted. My girlfriend didn't mind so we stayed in that room. Later we see that there is a shower, it just didn't work. That was disturbing, especially because the bell hop did not elaborate!

Brunch breakfast is top notch. Great security. Nice rooms with great views. Drinks are a little pricey

Front desk and luggage personnel were very helpful and friendly! Wish there were electrical outlets closer to the bed for phone charging! Bathrooms were a little outdated.

I liked the location of the hotel, and everything you needed was a walkable distance. The price is worth it for the convenience of everything. WiFi through out the building was a nice touch also. I ordered a Mexican style combination the steak was GREAT but the sides (rice/ beans/ quesadilla) did not have any flavor.

The staff was nice & lots of amenities although can’t comment on their quality as I didn’t have time to use any They made an unknown Additional charge on my credit card without my authorization. Wouldn’t recommend using a card here.

I am a customer from Pueblo amigo like 16 year all the staff are excellent with my 2 sisters and me they are family for us I can say everything excelente and thanks ???♥️ The casino years ago pay at least something or at least let us play. But now tha machines doesn’t pay nothing we lo ve play that’s why we love Pueblo amigo but now we. Only Are losers ??

When I checked in the gentleman told me it was a really good room and it turned out that it had a lot of Street noise and all I did was here motorcycles all night long cuz the room face the street is horrible

I arrived early and my room was already ready. Check-in went very smooth.

I called for: tv service, tv had to be reset and get channels. Hand soap in restroom was empty, called for service and it was replaced.

This was a great eoom comparable to the Quartz Hotel. The room was really nice, the staff was great. The massage by Rebekkah was hands down amazing and the Espresso shop was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

Stafff is incredible , rooms so clean u can eat off the floors ! Reception very professional and nice day in and day out . Our u can’t speak Spanish ask for Oscar he the ambassador of the hotel that will do anything for you to make your stay a delight!!!!!

This was our 2 stay at Pueblo Amigo. This was a 3 night stay. Great hotel and casino. We cannot say anything negative about our stay. Immaculately clean rooms that were always serviced with enough towels, water and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. We had a great time at the casino. We will stay here again and strongly recommend Pueblo Amigo Hotel.

The food quality is not as good as it used to be. I have stayed at this hotel and eaten at the buffet, but the past few times the quality has not been good: the food is cold, and the variety is not as much as before. I was really disappointed with it this time.

The waiter was very rude. It was night time and I was looking to have dinner and the waiter asked if i had more people. I told him no I’m by myself then he asked me to go eat at the bar. I’ll never come back here to stay.

Hotel close to centro area and walkable dining options. Restaurant at hotel is pricey but good. Has a caliente casino (mostly slots) on property. Has an excellent bar with good drink selection. Overall convenient hotel location but property requires some upkeep. Staff is courteous and professional.

Excellent place. First class all the way and the staff were wonderful. Seemed a little pricey for TJ but was worth it. If ur coming from the US border, better to walk as only about 5 minutes and directions labeled on a bridge overpass was where the casino is.

The hotel property is easy to get to especially if you are driving which let's you avoid a lot of theTJ traffic. It's also in a more quiet and safe area.

We we’re welcome at the door and they help with our luggage, check in was very fast. We needed a accessible room for my hubbies wheelchair and the room was incredibly big, bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Always great service, but almost always something in the room not working. This trip, it was the TV and the in room safe. When no one could get the safe to work, they very kindly moved me to a different (bigger) room. As often happens here, the bathrooms smell of sewer gas. At the latest price $150-$199 USD per night, it has become overpriced.

I had a good experience at the hotel, staff was welcoming and friendly and polite. Buffet at the hotel was great, good food. The rooms are good too the only thing I didn’t like is that as soon as you open the door from your room you are hit the the smell of cigarettes from people smoking down stairs at the casino.

Heater won’t work room 509 ,coffee maker in the room won’t work TV fails out the bracket by itself. I called the front desk and they sent somebody in arranged all the TV rest everything cleaning it’s good service is good.
