The only good thing about this hotel was the location The rooms are very small and not worth the price you pay. They make you put a 500 peso deposit for a room that's already expensive. The coffee in the eating area is always old

How they don't refund your money for days you didn't stay even if they booked your bed or room for that same day to another person. So they don't lose money they just keep yours. That card deposits are not released until two months later. Something the owner of this place should understand. Why do that to repeat customers? Only pay one day at a time. Never pay more than one. Incase something happens. They will not give your money back and your deposit takes months to return.

The male staff were very kind to me. The security guard, the receptionist, and the maintenance worker were very helpful. The male staff were very kind and helpful. The security guard, the receptionist, and the maintenance worker treated me very well. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with two female staff members. An older receptionist spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive tone in the morning because she assumed that I had not paid for my stay, even though I had already paid the night before. Later, an older cleaning lady approached me again with the same accusation, insisting that I had not paid. This was frustrating because the issue had already been resolved. Overall, the male staff were very respectful, but the behavior from these two female staff members was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I was very pleased with my stay at the hostel. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy, and the staff is always ready to help and answer questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially liked the location—everything you need is nearby.

Great rooftop communal area! Good A/C! Nice omelette for breakfast!
- 4/5
Stayed on fri/sat which you could hear the loud music from clubs around the area. Other than that the room was clean & it came with a mini fridge & a microwave, which came in very handy.

The staff was always amazing, been going for many years, everyone is like family to me . With all the nice upgrades they have done , I feel that the pillows are extremely old and very flat with No support whatsoever. It’s been the same issue for at least 10 years i have been staying there. Plus for the first time there were pets allowed, the room next to mine on Second floor had a dog screaming and barking for hours on a Sunday. Since when have pets been allowed?

Best of Mexico location near restaurants, bars and shopping, transportation. Lots to do out on revolution and always something going on especially since it's a walking street now All redone which they just finished. Safe with good security on duty always. Very clean with friendly, flexible, helpful staff. My stay was in the executive suite, queen room and dorm and I was impressed by all. Nice shower with great hot water. Internet Free wifi kind of comes and goes for me Free water and free breakfast and coffee / tea every morning. It's fruit M-F and hot omelette/sides on weekends in nice downstairs lounge. I love the high, rooftop terrace overlooking the city with beautiful plants, spectacular views of TJ and sunset. Nice kitchen and lounging on the rooftop terrace and it's very clean too. I wanted to give special mention to the older senora who does the desk on weekends She is so sweet And makes you feel right at home. Since this is a very fun, busy area and many bars it can be loud at weekend night with music, so bring some ear plugs. It didn't bother me but it does some people.

The safe did not work. They gave me two different rooms and neither on had operating safe. Loud noise at night from nearby night club that closes at 5 am. The rack rate at desk is 10$ night less than online booking. They have nice staff and good location
- 5/5
Great location near the best restaurants and shopping. Elevator. Very clean, with friendly ,helpful staff. Nice breakfast and coffee room. Wonderful rooftop terrace with kitchen, seating and spectacular city views. Internet fair

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with th great restaurants and many food vendors around, and shopping within walking distance.. Lovely breakfast room with coffee and tea. I really enjoy the terrace and the kitchen on the terrace. The views up there are spectacular and there are beautiful plants blooming. It's nice and cool up there.
- 5/5
Very good location to go out, clean place, beds, everything was perfect ?? Nun
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean, great location , on Emiliano zapata or 5ta & revolución. Room mini split , kitchenette on roof , refrigerator, no blender but I brought my small portable hand held blender,
- 5/5
I love the location right in the heart of Centro. You can walk to the best restaurants and bars. There are many street vendors with great food around also. The staff is wonderful, very flexible and will help you with any problem the best they can. You should take a translator on your phone if you don't speak Spanish that will make it much easier. They appreciate small gratuities. It's very clean all the time they're always cleaning. My room was quiet and very nice. I slept like a baby. I stayed in the dorms this time but I like this place so much I'm going to stay in a room next time those are also very nice with great value. They have a wonderful breakfast downstairs in the new dining room, breakfast room. And I especially love the rooftop terrace! Spectacular views beautiful plants. It's a very relaxing place. Also it's exciting because you get to meet and talk to people from all countries! I've met people from Argentina, Brazil, London other parts of Mexico It's nice to talk to all these different people here in the breakfast room or on the terrace. I can't think of anything
- 5/5
Great place for a short stay....great staff and right in the middle of all night live
- 5/5
Love the location close to everything. All Staff are professional, flexible ,and courteous, very helpful at check-in and throughout. It's sparkling clean throughout.Great free coffee and Continental type breakfast. Great kitchen with all utensils you need. Rooms are quiet, beds feel great. Love the penthouse patio, the gorgeous plants and the view of TJ. Major road construction around. Be very careful walking. I wish there was a bench out front to sit on or anywhere to sit.

- 4/5
You can hear everything, you can hear music from across the street.
- 2/5
I was placed on the 4th floor. I was not aware there's a hostel on the floor above. Lots of noise from furniture moving late at night/ early in the morning and playing loud music. Housekeeping was great, very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
My bed was great, in the middle of the Womens dorm. I was there a month. Various women stayed. Had a great time being in Tijuana. Great breakfast. Wonderful employees lovely guests I have an idea Had to wait til 8:30 for hostel break fast
- 1/5
They offer TV but did not provide Remote controll to turn it on they offer Heather and condition but did not provide Remote Controll to turn it on, so no heat all night.
- 4/5
On a general level it’s clean and has good facilities and everything works (WiFi, hot water, they give soap and towels, etc). Terrace is really nice. Though it technically is a hostel, the “hostel” is the fifth floor of the Paris Hotel, so it has more of a cheap hotel feel to it. As far as hostels go in Mexico, it’s about double the price of a standard bunk bed elsewhere and not twice as good. But as the only hostel that I’m aware of in Tijuana, they set the price.
- 5/5
Location All was good

- 4/5
Overall good location and fare prices
- 3/5
Good place to sleep if you don't mind the clubs songs..... Cheap place to have enough money to enjoy yourself outside ..of all you do is want to sleep and get out
- 2/5
The room was clean and nice to have microwave and fridge in the room. The air conditioner was leaking water just on top of the microwave. The maintenance guy is nice but is the only one. Plus you need to ring a bell every time you go out and in.
- 1.5/5
The staff was so rude. The place was so noisy.
- 3/5
Cash only deposit . Not sure why. Less friendly staff.
- 2.5/5

- 5/5
I was upgraded to a private room. Breakfast wasn’t included. There was a microwave & little fridge in the room. Location was great. There are stairs everywhere. My suitcase is 24 pounds, but is difficult to manuever.

It was a cozy spot, I just didn't like that I was changed to have visitors

Is a hostel not hotel you share room with someone else My reservation was cancel when I get there ,I just want my money back ,horrible experience
- 4/5
It was good, hotel has an elevator, room was good, plenty of hot water in morning, Luke warm water in late PM. The only thing that was concerning to me as a solo female was that there was no looking hole on door nor latch to open door securely when someone knocks and you don’t want to open the door all the way. Other than that, it was all good

Cannot bring any guests to this hotel. Even though I booked a room for 2 they will not allow any guests without paying extra. Not advertised this way and off putting. Deposit was $30 not $10. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I had to
- 4/5
Basic, standard but clean and practical to sleep and shower. A bit noisy from the bars and night clubs. Staff is very friendly and ready to help & assist. I felt very safe in a touristic area.
- 4/5
close to bars
- 1/5
There is a terrible smell when you walk into the lobby. Overall it does not look like the pictures. I don't recommend it.
- 3/5
Good for the price

I have had better $5 hour rooms in Tijuana. If you know what I’m saying 😂
- 3/5
Loud street room. Music until 3 am
- 5/5
I loved it, close to all the facilities I occupied, casino, dance center,,, and above all the security,,,,.
- 3/5
The burden learns more comfortable and clean. Showerhead plenty of hot water lots of pressure. Being on the third floor with no elevator could’ve been better. I am building a cabinet at 8 AM in the hallway with a hammer and a saw was not appreciated on a sleeping kind of day. It will do but it wouldn’t be hard to do better.
- 3/5
The door did not had a deadbolt. The door handle could easily be opened. I felt uneasy staying the night.
- 1/5
Check important information
- 1/5
This place is a dump. Don’t waste your time and money. I did both. I checked in and after seeing the room, I immediately asked to cancel. Unfortunately, it was too late but I just paid. I was not going to stay in this hotel. The room smelt awful, the bed was from like the 1950’s. I walked across the street and got a room at Hotel Caesar. Should have done that in the first place. Hotel Paris needs to be knocked down or just redone completely. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
Stayed in room 405. The a/c unit was not working. The music was too loud. It didn’t stop till 5am. If you’re not staying up late recommend a lower floor. Besides that, the rooms are a bit old but good to sleep and shower. Plenty of hot water.
- 5/5
The staff are very nice and some are bilingual
- 3/5
Service was ok cleaning good but service not too good we requested a extra set of pillows and never but they never brought them to the our room. Our room didn’t have closet or a drawer chest so we can put our clothes.
- 3/5
I have stayed at Hotel Paris many times over the years LuLu who works the front desk is excellent and is a warm caring employee who follows hotel rules and explains those rules in a friendly and reasonable manner the rules are the rules that the way things are however I checked in with another clerk a older lady who was very rude and unfriendly when it came to who can and can not go to my room I came with my wife and a friend came to help me carry my bags to my room as I am almost 70 years old and have a hard time carrying luggage and using my cane one of the biggest reasons I stay at Hotel Paris is they have an elevator but they also have steps up to the elevator there is also no parking and a nd Hotel Paris is on a busy one way street so you have to park several blocks away at least 10 minutes walk unless you pay to take a taxi well the woman refused to let me friend carry my bags to my room unless I paid 200 pesos and pointed to a paper sign in Spanish that said 100 pesos I also had to put up a 20 dollars security and I paid for 2 nights Sunday and Monday a 157 dollars nearly 80 dollars a night for a old 1970s hotel room where the TV remote did not work and the air condition was missing the face plate and the WiFi was extremely unstable and did not work most of the time I am writing this to warn others I do not plan to stay there again
- 3/5
Always pleasant, staff is amazing. I stay there about once a month, they are like family.
- 4/5
IS OK FOR THE PRICE
- 4/5

I didn't like that check in it's at 4pm , very noisy at night time , we couldn't sleep due all the activity all night long , this Hotel is a very old conditions , it doesn't have parking .Guests have to look for a parking by their own , the close it 2 blocks away , first time that Expedia disappoint me with this kind of Hotel .

Arrived at midnight. Room smelled like cannabis . Asked for a different room but was told the hotel was full. I woke up next morning to find not a single square of toilet paper in the room. Phoned the front desk and was told i had to come down myself to get some.

it was a good hotel for the cost
- 2/5
No heater available in room, uncomfortably cold especially in the morning. No assistance provided with safe. Upon check in, was told that my reservation was for 1 night instead of the two I booked. Very bad sewer like smell coming from bathroom

- 5/5
The hotel is centrally located by restaurants and dance clubsThe hotel staff is very friendly and helpful especially LuLu. Nice place to stay for the price
- 5/5
Very nice staff. One man spoke English well. Bathroom wasn't clean, others hair everywhere and no coffee offered. Cheap and was in need to stay in a safe hotel.

- 5/5
The staff is very nice and helpful especially the front desk clerk LuLu she makes you feel at home and welcome when you stay at the hotel she is a treasure I highly recommend the hotel it is centrally located on revolution
- 1/5
Worst experience ever. Dirty room. Carpet, bed, bathroom.
- 2/5
Overpriced hotel for what you get
- 5/5
I like to stay at this place every time I visited TJ. They offer a good pricing and decent service, safety and located right at downtown where you can walk to everything.
- 5/5
It’s a great little place to stay. Right off Avenue of revolution. Great service great prices!! Awesome location.
- 3/5
The music from the club was too loud and lasted until 3AM. Perhaps if I had a room on the other side, it wouldn't hve been so loud.
- 4/5
The good thing is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. But it's also a bad thing because the loud music of the clubs nearby playing late at night. You win some and lose some.
- 2/5
The room is in terrible condition, not like the pictures shows. Towels are very old. The sheets stinks. A lot of street noise. Definitely I don’t recommend this place to rest. Expedia please remove this place from your site.
- 5/5
You’re very kind and respectful
- 1/5
Old and stinks
- 5/5
Everything ok
- 4/5
Staff is extremely friendly. Very helpful and welcoming! The entire time, their were several staff cleaning the lobby and hallways of the hotel. The actual hotel itself is a little beat up though. Very old hotel but the staff does a good job at keeping it clean. The showers might be the worst part in terms of quality. Not dirty, just super old and beaten up. However, this was most economic choice in the area if I’m not mistaking.
- 4/5
The staff really nice specially a lady by the name Lulu she’s great
- 4/5
The hotel and the staff when I check iN were excellent, rooms are clean And there was refrigerator and to have Guests are free) but one reception clerk (She tries to charge me $5 a guest) so watch out for her .it's only one woman trying to charge you extra! but guests are free In the listing when you book your Room single bedroom to guests at 1 infint allowed so Be careful when she tries to make you pay
- 5/5
The front desk staff is great LuLu is always working and helpful.
