The staff was very friendly and helpful. They originally placed me in a noisy street side room but when I said it was too noisy they moved me across the hall without hassle. Also the shuttle driver at 5am was extremely nice and refused to take a tip. The staff was great. The rooms are old and dated but they were clean.

They sent me to a room on the third floor where renovations were taking place. During the first shower, dirty water ran for a long time of the pipes. None of the employees were friendly, especially those at the from desk. Also, the breakfast isn't what they claim it is. The rooms weren't that clean.

The outdoor pool and the awesome landscape. The continental breakfast was ok but could be better if you add a Mexican menu.

The pool was amazing to have with our kids on a hot day and we ordered food while at the pool and it was good. Staff was nice and we were able to have our dogs with us. I wish more hotels would have access to log on to Netflix or Prime to have relaxation in the rooms with good TV to watch.

My room was clean but a bit dated, the hotel is under renovation so at some point the room will be updated. Location was good but not much to do close by. The only issue was there was no one at the reception that I could communicate with, I understand I was in Mexico but this was my first time finding no bilingual person at the desk'

For being an expensive hotel price for the area where it’s located and the view that we got was horrible . One more thing breakfast was like you were serving a child 4 pieces of potato and teaspoon of beans and half egg would not stay w what was offered . For staff was so straight face no customer service at all and not friendly .

Good size room; clean; comfortable beds; shuttle to the airport was prompt, with a nice van and helpful driver; nice lobby. Very cold pool -- and they asked for ID to get a pool towel; tub plug was broken; the included breakfast is exceedingly limited in options, unlike any other place we've stayed at -- you get an egg dish, some fruit, and a coffee; also, while kids can stay free, they do NOT receive the included breakfast, which is rather lame. Got unrequested automated texts from Wyndham that were useless.

Too noisy at night

Problems with running water.. sometimes it will take more than 15 minutes just to get hot water . I called twice,and they said ut was normal,to just let it run until it came out hot...but I'm not exaggerating, it will take forever. Plus one day,the water came out brown,like with dirt.

Room, cleanliness were both fine. Not the best, the air/heater did not work. Cold air came through the sides of the windows. There was a square large patch in one of the walls. I have stayed at the same hotel in the past, and compared to today, it has improved by 90%. When I booked my stay, I requested a medical pass to cross back to the US as my husband is permanently disabled. The pass helps with a shorter time to return to the US. The young lady at the desk upon check out was rude and not friendly. When I requested the pass, she looked at us and said there are no more! I was bothered, but not upset and I let her know of my husband's condition. I later learned from another employee to whom I spoke to about the situation and he said that I could have been offered to obtain a pass from a sister hotel. I returned to the front desk and told the employee that she should have at least offered to obtain one from another hotel knowing our situation. She shrugged her shoulders and said okay. That was not acceptable an apology was in order, but maybe not in her eyes.

The peaks at the counter was not nice I paid high price at the counter but no breakfast's like when I order my first room on line Not equal rights for guess order online you get breakfast included but order on counter pay more and don’t get breakfast that is really bad service The only high quality customer service were the valet people snd the cleaners Not enough towel in the room I had to call for extra towel No towels at the pool Better counter people with better customer service Abilities

AC was not working.. TV remote had to be reprogrammed. People at the front desk were great though. The next day at breakfast. No one greeted me. I sat down in a dirty table and was offered no coffee. Nothing. I got my bland food from the buffet table. Ate and left. It was like nobody from the restaurant noticed me.

The property is old and being remodeled. The room had no working heater. The heater/AC units are so old they don’t work. They only had extra blankets. This is not a 5 star hotel at the moment. Needs a lot of work. Also breakfast is fruit and eggs. Nothing else. You eat in a restaurant and have to pay extra for the Buffett. They should disclose this. Other hotels in the area give a Buffett for the same cost basically, give or take $10.

Woke up at 7am with super loud noise, drilling and hammering next to my room. Went to front office to complaint. Front office informed me that they should've been any construction on a sunday. But noise never stopped. I have a recording.

Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. From the people at the valet parking, restaurant, and reception desk rudeness and bullying behavior towards my self and other guest. I will no be returning to this hotel in the future.

Upon arrival there was no running water and after that a second day without water I had to move to a different hotel. Manager refused to refund money just kept telling me that the water was going to be fixed soon

Upon arrival, we were told the hotel had no running water, so we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth until late evening. Then the Wi-Fi in our room didn’t work. Despite several complaints, nothing changed, and even after being moved to another room, the Wi-Fi was still unusable. The only solution offered was to work or study in the lobby, and after insisting, we were finally allowed to use the business area. The parking situation was also inconvenient, valet only, meaning you must wait every time you need your car and tip each time. The included breakfast was just eggs and coffee and not appetizing. Overall, the hotel no longer reflects its former quality and feels more like an overpriced roadside motel. However, the staff remained polite and tried their best to help, and the valet attendants were always prompt and friendly despite the lack of management on duty.

We didn’t use the airport, shuttle, but as far as a breakfast, not organized, breakfast was cold. Choices for breakfast. Breakfast were pathetic.Waiter was not friendly. Waiter Did not explain anything.

Reception and hotel manager were nice and friendly. The first room we had, the bathroom didn't have ventilation system and it somehow smelled, we ended up requesting another room which was comparatively better. But overall the hotel and room seem old and need fresh remodeling and plumbing renovations.

The location is ideal! Within walking distances of coffee shops, restaurants, quick eateries, and convenient stores. The location also sits within a few miles of nightlife activities, shops, and other ethic restaurants. The front desk staff could work on improving their customer relations, engagement, and interactions which would improve the stay of its guests. The onsite restaurant has good food with live music. The restaurant staff is their gem! Exceptional service and attentiveness to detail was quite refreshing after a long journey just to get there. Currently, in my humble opinion, the hotel is a 3 of 5 with lots of room to improve. Maybe the property's "facelift" will improve the morale and make guest's stays a lot more enjoyable.

Not my first stay. Had to be transferred to a different room because our door didn’t lock. Had to call customer service 5 times for this! Do NOT pay $25 for their buffet after 10am. Their pictures on website do NOT match what they serve you. We were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Not only did they have few selections but the selections they did have were practically empty! Also, an employee told me there’s no difference in the early buffet/ the one that comes free with your reservation & the buffet they charge $25 for after 10am. I was told they’re 2 different kinds. Please do NOT waste your money! I did complain & whatever I wanted to eat at the buffet, they asked to cook to make it. I shouldn’t have to have that done but grateful they did that for my husband & I. Our room was clean but severely outdated. The beds are uncomfortable because they are so hard! They need to be replaced. We also had tiny pillows. If you pay for a Queen bed, prepare yourself for getting a Full size bed. Our bed was NOT a Queen sized bed at all. I would only stay here again if my go to hotel was booked. I pay a little bit more at the Grand Hotel but it’s worth it.

The male front desk were really nice helpful and the other staff that was there 2 ladies next day and the last day seemed to be bother if we asked questions and not helpful...if you are going to eat there make sure its not outside by the pool ...staff forgets about you. Food was good.

Its like they used paper for the exteriors walls. It was like i laid down on the sidewalk on a busy street. Wow, never heard street noise that loud ever. Seriously I even dreamed the road went through my room.

This hotel was not to my liking. When I booked the hotel for me and my son the room comes included with breakfast. So in the morning when we went down for breakfast the employees very rude saying that the room was just booked for one person and that the breakfast didn’t include everything in the bar, it only included an American breakfast. I just got up with my son and walked away. The room also comes with AC but the whole night they kept it hot, I kept putting the temperature down to cool down the room but it always kept going back to hot. I couldn’t sleep, I had to call them around 1:30 am so they can come and fix it, but it still didn’t do anything. Very disappointed in that hotel.

The food was good. My breakfast was included and it was delicious and I appreciated having it available every morning. I notified the front desk on Tuesday that I would be checking out the following Friday instead of Saturday. I hoped they would refund the one night I was cancelling since I notified them early, but they did not refund me. I chose the hotel because of the airport shuttle; however, I waited at the airport for an hour and a half on a very windy, cold day. I would advise taking an Uber to avoid the hassle. The housekeeper was really sweet. I did not want her to clean every day, but she made sure to knock and check if I wanted water or fresh towels. Because of the road noise, I would request an inner room facing the pool.

Nothing else

Check in was easy. They gave me a room on the 1st floor. Didn’t say there was construction so Saturday at 8am hammering and drills. The bath was discustingly dirty. Appliances were disconnected and the phone in the room didn’t even work.

Staff were very helpful. In the restaurant food was very good and the staff was very professional, however, in the room they had very very old towels in the bathrooms, it was very uncomfortable to-use.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check out. The free breakfast was good and they also had buffet style breakfast for additional fee. Free transport to/from airport was a big plus.

As soon I check in the reception person was rude and she give me a card to go inside the room which doesn’t open because she mistake the room number I comback and let her know also the room was very small the clima doesn’t work at all the room was very cold we call to let them know and they bring a portable heater the doesn’t work , I grabe a tisue and the dispenser come out broken the only thing I like was the service at the buffets the people and the food was good and the vallet person we use the transportation to the airport was very nice person very professional.

All good but breakfast issue. The first day they asked us to pay for breakfast . They said because the one included in the hotel is American breakfast !!. That's so ridiculous.

I loved everything about it, the only thing was the free breakfasts confusion, was suppose to be free and we got charged every Time. The pool was filled with leafs when we arrived but got cleaned the next day. They have so many restaurants and good food options walking distance (for us the best restaurant was Sophia’s Italian)definitely come again
