I’ve stayed at the Lucerna and K-Tower several times and have always enjoyed my stay.

That they cancelled my reservation and charged me all the same for a room I did not stay in

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating: since my visit lasted ten days they provided me with the fridge I had asked for. Convenient location. The walls!!!! They are so thin: I could hear every sound and word coming from the next room at all times as if in my own. I suggest to bring ear plugs, a heavy-duty ones.

Customer service a priority at Hotel Lucerna. But it feels natural, not forced by a corporate policy. The employees are genuine in their attitude. Our favorite is Pablo. He always welcomes us like old friends and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect! Hotel Lucerna suites our needs to a tee so we never want to try out other hotels in the area!

The buffet It’s too loud! Room need to be better sound proof. The last time we stayed there they were under construction and it was also loud.

The staff were great, room was good. We were just surprised by the price of food and drinks. As a Canadian with weak currency paying US + prices in Tijuana is disappointing. We go out for less in the US for comparable meals. We did have a couple of amazing meals off the property that were more reasonable.

I usually stay here when I’m in Tijuana but this time was not very pleasant. Not hot water amd the bathtub with mold

Although they where able to get me a different room on a different floor It was only one door away and I was still able to hear it but not as loud. It is not a "cheap" hotel and the room felt small and outdated. On top of all I asked for late check out and Thay Sayed I could leave at 1 but from some reason they called my room to make sure I'm out by 11. It was not appreciate it at all. The phone call woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep!

El servicio de los salones de eventos es malo. La calidad del pan y de la salsa verde, en especial, no era buena. Pagar casi 4 mil pesos por una habitación, no los vale.

This is good hotel but I won’t say it’s 5 star hotel. I would say 3.5 or max 4 star hotel

The mirror is kinda loose, it's kinda old infrastructure. No refrigerator. I dont think it's worth the $200/night.

The Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar was adequate and the overall hotel was clean and modern. My only complaint is that it took about 3 weeks to get my security deposit released back to my account. Besides that it’s a nice Hotel.

We will definitely stay here again, however, there is no refrigerator in the room and it is not very big room. The hotel grounds are really nice, but lots of construction in the area.

Floor mat was wet when i checked in. Wall papers are dirty and peeling off.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are all very professional and almost everyone spoke English.

Es un hotel que elijo cuando viajo a Tijuana solo que esta vez el servicio al hacer check out el sábado 23 de agosto a las 9 am fue de un trato descortés y hasta grosero de parte de una recepcionista mujer que le dije haría check out, le di número de habitacióny mi nombre y se quedaba viendo la computadora y haciendo otras cosas. Nos tenía esperando a mi Hijo y a mí sin decir nada, ni nos volteaba a ver hasta que le pregunté si nos entregaría recibo o si ya había quedado el check out y solo volteo y dijo : si ya se pueden ir. Lo comento porque me gusta el hotel pero si deberían cuidar el servicio al cliente tanto al recibir como al despedir. Uno paga por ello también .. ojalá tengan más cuidado en el trato

The outside patio is beautiful! The hotel itself is beautiful but because its an older hotel, although the outside part is charming, the rooms are very outdated.

The food options are great and the staff is extremely courteous.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and will never change it. It’s great, has amazing staff and great atmosphere. If you’re traveling solo or with family, definitely recommend it.

our stay at Lucerno was beautiful. The grounds are lovely, the staff is so accommodating and friendly and very professional. Our room was comfortable. The music is nice at night. The pool is big. The K tower is right next-door for other options to eat plenty of restaurants, a mall nearby close our clinic everything was perfect.

The air conditioning did not work and they moved us to another room and it was the same we waited over an hour to get moved. The staff was ok at best. I stayed at Lucerna in Mexicali and it was great and great staff!

They tried their best but they did not keep their promise to have a refrigerator in the room for my daughter‘s medication. They promised three times and it never happened. They did finally give me a big bucket of ice to place her insulin and other medications that needed to be refrigerated. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk rather, impolitely informed me that we would not be having a refrigerator or microwave in our room as promised. However, the rest of the staff was extremely polite and cordial. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and they treated my daughter well after her surgery. The price for our two rooms was very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Mexico. I’m sure during my next stay if I require, they will make sure I will have a refrigerator and possibly a microwave. if I encounter the same young woman again, I will ask for someone else to help me. You’ll know who she is when you meet her.

It’s been several times I’ve stayed in that Hotel. The rooms always smell humid, and I tried this last time to let it go but the smell like sewer was strong and when I asked, do to me being on a cane I asked if they had rooms in the first floor or elevator access they said no, not only did they give me a room in the second floor where there was no elevator the send me to the last room in the corner. Don’t think I’ll stay there anymore. The hotel is not cheap to be in Tijuana and for them to act the way they do is not worth it.

The property is very nice and comfortable. The staff have been excellent! Would recommend this resort anytime!

The location was great. Very central. The suites did not look like the pictures at all. We booked suites that were supposed to have patios and that was not the case. The rooms were very small and the lobby was under construction. This was the Easter weekend and the smell of the floor tinting was so strong we couldn’t enjoy being inside. It was awful

Tub drain doesn’t drain properly, hot water is not consistent, after setting to desired temperature it changes very often sometimes to hot sometimes to cold

I’ve been in the hotel several times since 2020 the lobby is nice but the rooms where Ive stayed smell like moist water damage on the floor and we had bites of something on our arms and legs.

Location is good . Staff is friendly . Only downfall my AC was not working my whole stay .
