I used to stay here but it’s been 7 years since the last time . Staff is excellent. But the rooms are really outdated.The towels looked really old the lamp covers were really dirty, the restroom fixtures were broken. Owners really let this place go. The only good thing it’s a 7 minute drive to the airport very close to restaurants and shopping. If staying for 1 day I guess it’s ok .But for a weekend or longer it’s not worth it. I used to love this place . But will not come back and the beds horrible.

That it was close to the airport, and it looked clean. The staff didn’t look happy, or greet us.

Nice property and great location.i did not like all of the migrant hanging around in the parking covering my motorcycle. So I complained to mgt and they seemed afraid to address the situation.they would ask them to move away from the parking lot and ten minutes later and they would be right back in the same spot. So I had to go back to mgt and complain again.

Room needs a lot of maintenance. Room has a door that can be opened from outside the room. Very sketchy and. Scary. Water bottle was opened, restroom wall paint coming off. Towels dirty and carpet in room was dirty. Room had a weird smell. Ac kept turning off, electricity kept disconnecting in the hotel.

I am very upset. When we went to bed we started itching all over. We couldn’t fall asleep from being itching. Two days after I woke up with a rash all over my face. The hotel was infested with bed bugs!! I think I should get my money back!!

One if the tvs didnt work. No outlets in main room to even charge phone. Microwave didn’t have a connection to plug in. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Nothing. Staff charged 200$ smoking outside no warnings was included staff was very rude also.

It’s horrible, I was about to leave but it was late and had a flight the next morning, room don’t even have towels, I regret that we didn’t took any picture of the room but I’ll never go back even if it’s free, and the price for the night doesn’t make sense compared for what we get

No parking in premises had to park away from hotel it felt unsafe, the room was to far from elevators and not many people were there

I only stay at this place because it is very close to the border and it has a spacious parking. Other than that, there is nothing special.

El Hotel esta muy Viejo, huele mal la alfombra y las camas estan muy usadas.

The bed was extremely comfortable with comfortable pillows. The restaurant staff is extremely nice and go out of their way to accommodate. The rooms do not have microwaves, the toilet you have to flush a couple times for stuff to go down, there was some banging that started around 8 AM, the hot tub is not heated, the pool is small and not in the sun and the TV is not catered to English speaking people.

Staff. Made a reservation one week before and received booking confirmation. Arrives at hotel and had to wait 1 and half for my room. Room was not ready and staff said they would let me know when ready. Sat in the lobby for and hour and half until I came to check again. Ordered breakfast and waited over 1 hour for food. Had to call twice for our breakfast. Very bad exeperience ?

The lady at the front desk was always on her cell phone. I had to greet her for her to pay attention that I was there then she gave me the room. I did not reserve and had to go back for her to change it and it seems like she was not in a good mood

The hotel is great, unfortunately we had chaos in the room next to us all night so we couldn’t sleep, also the beds are not the most comfortable they are pretty hard, the rooms were clean and the hotel was nice love that it is right outside the baseball fields

Staff and personnel good attitude. Housekeeping services very poor. No clean towels and lack of supervison. The hotel needs a Manager. Not suitable to be a Fiesta Inn franchise.

The only drawback is checking in, you needto check in yourself on a tablet. I had 2 rooms reserved and had to input the same information twice.

I love the housekeeping service, our housekeeper Emilia was so nice and good at her job. And the housekeeper guy in chrage of the lobby (didn't see his name, he is hearing limited) he was so attentive and nice, im using a cane and he helps me without me asking with something i was carrying. The only bad thing was thta i have to wait 1hr to check in, only one person was doing the checking in and it was like 10 ppl in line to check in

I arrr before 3pm to check into my room. I had messaged the property the day before about reserving a certain room. I arrived and was told it was not available. So I needed a room facing the parking lot so I could watch my motorcycle.i was given a room with a double bed instead of a superior room with a king size bed. So I wasn’t happy about the small room with the double beds.the next morning I went out to my bike and someone had broken my mirror.so I was like where is the security and why is my bike the only vehicle being damaged in the parking lot.i noticed one guy cutting grass next to my bike . So I walked outside to move it out of his way. So I didn’t get grass all over my bike. I felt like the should contact me and ask if I would like to move it before they start cutting grass around my bike with a weed eater.maybe the trade war has some people in a bad mood but I still paid my money and deserve a certain level of respect from the staff.the cleaning lady did a great job and her service was just fine.

The whole place is falling apart, its old and dirty. The tub is al rusted and eating away. The mirror in the bathroom also very chipped and damaged. The bedsheets had hairs and the pillow cases full of stains. When we asked for them to bring a change of linen they hesitated and said they’d check to see if they had extras, they only brought a change for the pillow cases not the bed sheets. The floor is warped and creaky. Would not recommend. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Great staff and wonderful customer service so far. The heating system is not functioning properly.

After I returned later that day (not being able to see my room before) I realized the room was not what I paid. Went to front desk and they stated that it was a problem with Expedia and not the hotel. That the room I got was all they had. They make my staying very uneasy

Very nice property outside, when we got there we were initially given a room which’s door did not close correctly, we reported it and had maintenance come check on it and within 30 minutes they had changed our room. Thank you for the excellent service. Very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

I frequently stay at the Gamma and will continue to stay there anytime I'm in the area. Having said that this past visit, which is why I gave 4 stars overall, a couple of mishaps happened. First the key card didn't work, then when I was finally able to enter. They had assigned me the wrong type of room and it had not been cleaned. the room as a mess. Fortunately they fixed the problem in a apologetic and speedy manner. I got the right room assigned and it was clean.
