Staff was great rooms were clean but I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room there was no option to say I wanted a room with an air conditioner. So of course our 1st night was horrible very very hot but they they switch us to another room with air conditioner the following day

Es un excelente lugar, muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, estacionamiento, wifi, lugares para comer cerca, solo los muebles están algo desgastados, la cama super cómoda, agua caliente, higiene ok, no hay elevadores.

Comfortable Until time to go to “Try to Sleep “. It’s Unbelievable the employees have No Consideration Nor respect for tenants😡 Even past midnight talking LOUDLY while cleaning rooms, got up at 4:45am and Took off! Would Not stay again nor recommend to anyone…

We had a late check in but when we went to go check in the rude lady at the desk said it was to late and that we could no longer check in! We had already paid in full our room but she still said she could not give us a room because she didn’t have any available. We have done late check in with no problems before

2 Stars when its cold or hot, comfortable bed, old but clean sheets, dresser and table, TV with some nude programing, hot water. They hold your license, no Heat or AC, Noise from construction and highway, no elevator to third floor

No A/C, fan provided, No heating, Extra blankets available , Comfortable Bed, Dresser, 110v outlet, TV and some free nude programing, Hot water, some noise from construction and highway, bring ear plugs, food stand near by, has parking and 5 min drive or taxi to big shopping mall

they give you a control for the tv and a control for the a/c but both controls with out the batteries cover, and when you try to turn the a/c it doesn't work, now when you try to find something to watch on the TV there is no signal, you have to call the receptionist so they sent the security guard, yes he turned on the power for the a/c but he goes to get a different tv control, and finally he says there is no signal must be the system, so we couldn't watch tv, there was no hand soap no toilet paper no shampoo I called again the receptionist for that and they sent only toilet paper, you have to leave your driver's license so they can give you the room key, when you leave the property for any reason you have to turn in the key so you can get your drivers license back

Everything is in really mad shape. The king size bed is on the floor. Mosquitoes everywere in the room.

There’s four floors and no elevators. Rooms and furniture are run down. There’s no AC in the rooms and the windows don’t have the mesh screens to be able to open them without having the entire window open. Lots of mosquitos in the room.

My husband and I arrived late on a Friday night. Check in clerk was very unfriendly- almost robotic. Our room was in the tower closest to the street. VERY noisy!! We didn’t sleep much. The windows are paper thin. The comforter had cigarette burn and the sheets were stained. At 8am, not sure what was going on but someone decided to start fixing a gate of some sort and it was super loud! Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again!

The area was very noisy and hard to get around. Gun shots and sirens every night. The booking stated free breakfast wifi and AC but the hotel only offered rooms with either wifi or ac. Housekeeping never vacuumed the room. Water pressure was very hot. And no free breakfast as indicated. I won’t be going back to this hotel.

Bad service !! Rude lady at the window because is not a hotel is a Motel the room was dirty and the bathroom as well. They are Loud around 5 am is not very peaceful. Don’t recommend this place at all !!!

Hotel clerk is rude and always in a bad mood. Stayed here two different times within a month and one stay was horrible while the second was great with the exception of the cranky hotel clerk that charged less when my husband paid and more when i went to pay for another night!!

The view was all and the service was terrible. The door didn't have an adequate lock where i felt safe. So much in fact I left a day early. The people at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. Just unacceptable to be on Expedia with that attitude. Worst place I have stayed at so far. Would never recommend.

It is terrible, I don't have a key for my room have to ask the maintenance guy to open the door every time you in and out of the room. The room was so noisy, I could not sleep at all the picture on the website is completely different from the reality
