Excellent service exceded expectations

No early airport shuttle service. Our flight was 7am, they didn't have the shuttle service at that time but they have taxi available.

The hotel is a nice option if you are flying out of the Tijuana Airport since it’s only 5mins away. The hotel gym, pool, and bar areas are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information around the vicinity and they offered two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is a little dated but a nice place if you need to be close to the airport area. I would stay again.

The hotel itself was great. It was clean, had a nice restaurant and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I wish I had checked the mattress brand. Anyway, the only issue I had was that it felt a little secluded, I think there was a little shopping area nearby but not too walkable. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a few minutes from a shopping mall.. The restaurant is really good and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I will definitely stay again on my next visit!

I had such a great stay it gave me peace of mind being able to charge my EV right there, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

the property itself was good the housekeepers and front office personal are amazing polite and willing to make your stay as pleasant as can be. We will be staying there next time we are in town.

This was the first time staying in Fiesta Inn and it will be our last. The shower was dirty as well as the toilet. The sheets had stains on them. Its a very run down hotel

Friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Room service was fast. Didn't enjoy the hairs around the toilet nor the mold/mildew at bottom of shower. Shuttle service is mis-marketed...website says available for pickup from airport to hotel and back to airport. Staff at the frontdesk say its only available on checkout to the airport. Apparently, it doesn't run 24 hours as my flight left too early and shuttle was not available. Maybe change the website since people book specifically for these types of transport services.

Most decent hotels will have coffee available for no extra charge not only in the lobby but for your room as well. Also there were stains on the sheets . We feel that they charged a premium price but lacked premium amenities. Definitely not coming back .

All they had to say at check out was “Oh that was on us” that’s it. Not an I’m sorry, anything we can do to make it right? NOTHING. Yeah never staying here again.

The food was so bad. I ordered a fettuccine with chicken, the cream was extremely light that it looked like less than milk. So tasteless. The boneless tasted like old just disgusting. You guys have a pool and don’t have a boiler. Tijuana weather is fresh and chilly sometimes, what’s the point of having a pool with no boiler if the water is going to be cold all the time?

I had booked 2 rooms we showed up to check in they checked one room then they said they didn’t have the other room we stayed without a hotel everything was booked in tj that day the guy didn’t even tried helping us other customer showed up after and the other lady helping them found them a room in another hotel when we were there first it was horrible front desk guy was the worse

It serves the purpose

The rooms are very clean and very comfortable beds. Parking area very safe and with lots of parking spaces to park. The proximity to the Tijuana airport only 5 minutes away from the hotel.

I loved my experience here

The hotel is very clean and looks great. Large restaurant and bar, although prices are similar to what you would find in the U.S. Being across from the airport it is to be expected. Not a very walkable location compared to Centro or Rio, so be prepared. There are things nearby but at a greater distance than if you were more central in the city. The room was OK, but for the price and photos on the site, nowhere near what I expected. Very minimalist with small "nightshelfs" on each side of bed, very little drawer space, only two bed lights to light the entire sleeping area (literally no lighting), small bathroom with a door that opened halfway into the toilet and no towel rack to hang wet bath towels. Large TV however, with dead batteries in the remote. Maintenance of the room was lacking as well i.e. patches on walls, thermostat falling off the wall, stained towels, cheap bedding, etc. Very basic accommodations for the price. The food in the restaurant was good and they do offer 24 hr room service, which is nice, just in case. I won't be back.
