Stayed with our little family for one night. We always look to stay somewhere clean, comfortable, and safe. This hotel met our expectations.

We went straight to bed. The next morning, we realized they had not cleaned the room for the previous guests. The bedsheets were very filthy, some of their clothes were left on the carpet. When I called the front desk, their reaction was very cold, like it was not a big deal.

It was great, this was my 2nd time there. The only thing I didn’t like about the place was every other hotel around the area allows you to stay until one or two in the afternoon to do check out. when I asked first checking in. The girl told me 12 in the afternoon, no excuse unless I was some kind of member, when I was checking out I kind of mentioned it to the person in the front they told me, if I wanted to I could’ve stayed until one or later too. That would’ve been so much easier on me because my next check in was at 3. Luckily the another hotel, allowed me to check in at 12:30pm

THE A/C didn’t work. We didn’t realize how hot our room was until we stepped out of the room into the hallway. I would suggest that if I have an AC that isn’t working it was extremely loud I should have ask for a room change immediately. Other than that everything else was fine

I love the hotel but there was a broken sewerline ans it smelled foul. The traffic getting in and out was really bad. Nit their fault, but not my favorite visit either.

Our room had a loud noice of water running in the shower from the floor above all night. We didn’t hear it until we turned the tv off. The water was very loud that I thought someone was trying to get in the room. There is construction going on next to the hotel they started working at 6:00a.m. The bed sheets where yellow and old some of them and some of them where white. Am not sure if this is the room they give assign if you book from expidia. We did pay 209.00 dollars for one night for 3 people very disappointed for the very first time ever specially staying at a Marriott Hotel😞.

The hotel area and the room were very clean, the personnel were very polite but at the time of our stay there was a crew of people working in the street, probably with the sewer and there was a nasty smell in the front parking lot and underground.

The shower towels were old and stained. Showed significant wear signs. The duvet was also terrible and felt not clean. My mother experienced some rashness too. The elevator was dirty as the corridors and the main entrance. For the price asked the quality should be higher.

I must be honest. i think the rooms they set aside for Expedia are noy always Ideal. This room eas interior and the picture window was to a construction site with a wall full of grafetti.They also charge for parking daily in addition.No restruant.
