Very clean room, the staff was very helpful. At the time of my visit the hotel was quiet. The stay offered a breakfast witch was good, good amount of food.

Rooms were very clean and great hospitality at breakfast.

Everything was good. Just was thrown off a bit by the additional deposit in case things are destroyed. Just wasn't expecting it. Especially since i didn't bring much extra cash and I definately did not want to leave my credit card on file.

The room had roches and on my check out they charge me more money that I was supposed to pay the morning receptionist was very rude

I requested a handicap room which only had rails in the bathroom but whatever. Breakfast was in another building. Check out was quick as was check in

It was a great place for my family to stay. Well within a centralized part of the city. Numerous restaurants near by. But the does have its own restaurant which is actually great! The pool was small but it was nice, clean and there was plenty of patio space for gatherings. Over all a great time in a safe place for families to stay.and have a great time.

The room was not clean. The bed sheets had hair, and, in the closet by the bathroom was a used pregnancy test. I have pictures of this, but there is no option to submit them...

Overall the hotel was nice but they need to put attention on the pool it looks nasty!!

Breakfast is an “American” was is only a small plate of fruit with yogurt and small plate of scrambled eggs. Honestly, it’s a kid’s portion.

I felt safe staying in this hotel with the security.

Great place to stay

There was no water running in the toilet by 11:30am. Front office is very professional although they seem to go above and beyond for their guests as the owner gets upse., . The restaurant has the most unprofessional waitress, she rushed throw the coffee list and menu, we asked for a slightly change in our order and she “ gasp “seemed bothered that we had changed our minds regarding a the meal change., I would not recommended to anyone.,

I like the staff help they were anything People taking care of the parking line they were awesome, very helpful and very friendly staff. Not fancy but very clean for the price you pay. Very eccentric you can walk to shops in the beach.

Smell too much like clorox, staff not available when needed. Some areas in the room dirty, bugs in the room. Breakfast and buffet was good.

It was better than other places the parking was really easy and the breakfast was delicious. I did like staying here.

We stayed for one night and noticed rooms need to be upgraded, bathroom has no air extractor and makes it difficult to walk on the floor after taking a shower, it gets dangerously slippery, the bathroom only have a small vent window but moist is all over the walls and floor, that's not good. Also, kind of hard to find a parking space, hotel's parking lot area is mostly occupied by city or police cars. But me and my wife were both tired and didn't had a chance to enjoy their small pool

Did not retured deposit $500 pesos when cheong out because they stated they have new maching so they will call the bank to creditbthe charge but did not do that when checking out. Not very good business practice. Previously, 4 months ago, when I've stayed here, thebuffet was included and no deposit required. I've return because of good service but i can not say the same this time. I will not be returning.

Private parking, somwone is always upfront making sure only guests come in. Rooms are spacious and clean. Shower has hot water, also spacious. Comes with complimentary breakfast wich was also a good portion. Fruit, yogurt, granola. Eggs, beans and potatoes. Will definitely stay there again

Have stayed here twice . It’s easy to get to the hotel and very close to shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are all so polite and helpful. The parking is limited inside and we have parked right outside of the hotel but they have 24hour security. The hotel is clean and well kept . We will definitely be staying there again

Excellent customer service. The hotel let me check in very early, before my check-in time, which was a great help to me because I needed to take care of some business.

Every time I travel to Tijuana this is my go to Hotel I feel safe and it's very clean everything is close by within walking distance.

The first night on Tuesday they had an employee party that last till 1:00 pm and than a lot of noise in hall ways, the internet service terrible, I had a lot of problems with work meetings , the food was not fresh

It was pricey for the place being mediocore

The two nights I stayed there. It was horrible can’t sleep because of loud music and loud voices starting at 11 PM till like two or three in the morning I went and complain the next day And they said that it’s not in the hotel is the people behind the hotel so I guess this happens every so often and they can’t do nothing about it so if you wanna rest, don’t choose this hotel also, if you purchase a hotel with breakfast, I don’t recommend the breakfast. They say it’s an American breakfast but it’s only beans and eggs and coffee. I’m not saying it’s not good at all but if you want more, you have to pay more so don’t waste your money on the part, just go outside and eat somewhere else Also one more thing other people complained they told me and they were. They just apologize for the inconvenience, but I’m pretty sure they know about this all the time.

The customer service was great and the breakfast was delicious 10/10. Room was comfortable. I would stay here again. Great for a friends trip. Literally we just slept there and explored the beach and city.

First time staying at Playas de TJ, and this place was quaint, clean, and safe. Parking was convenient and near many shops. Price was very reasonable. Hospitable. Breakfast was nice. However, water pipe smelled funny.

This is a good Motel in Playa De Tijuana. The price is reasonable & the Buffet breakfast is delicious….. They have great Hot water in shower & a small unheated pool .. friendly staff and twenty four hour security

The pool is to small for all of the property

This is a section 8 hotel. It’s filthy, run down, right under the overpass and next to the train tracks. There’s homeless and characters surrounding the hotel. The room was terrible. The paint on the wall is peeling everywhere, burns everywhere and the room reined of cigarettes and mold.

It's very safe and it was quiet. There is a oxxo across the street and the beach is a 15 minute walk. Maybe 10 minutes.

Great service, nice and quiet, kids friendly, security 24/7, really close to the us border.. we stay on 2 rooms for 2 nights and 2 days and wee will book again on our next visit to Tijuana..

Good option and price. Very safe and next to Guardia Nacional police headquarters.

Booked for the weekend of baja fest. Arrive early and the reception was really nice to allowed us check in early. A total of 5 stars on customer service from all the staff including the security. Rooms are clean and if your staying multiple days they will come to clean and re-stock. I will definitely booked them again. Thank you for all your great service.

Located not far from San Ysidro Port of Entry. Close to the beach. Shopping center nearby. Swimming pool is small. On site parking. AC woks. Pillows really soft. Daily house keeping. 500 pesos deposit required. Walkable to TJ's oldest bullring stadium.

The breakfast included is not the buffet instead eggs, and coffee; was confused as to why they wouldn't offer the buffet since no one else was there eating at the buffet. Our first night was really nice, but our second night stay was very noisy with people screaming and partying in the middle of the night and early morning in the hotel. Since we were travelling with small children this was not a good experience for us. Based off the first night, I'd stay again. Based on the second night, I would not.

First time here and will return again. Located walking distance from food, beach and entertainment. Rooms are very spacious, nice pool and staff is very friendly.

Love this hotel. Staff is all very kind and friendly. The free breakfast was very delicious and you can always have add ons. Will definitely return again.
