Very clean, lobby was on the second floor. Fell safe. It’s not that i didn’t like but it was different: no fridge, microwave in rooms, it was very bare bones but comfy. I no had mu service dog and they required a separate fee and evrywhere i went i was asked to present the card for her.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay was available. The overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and welcoming. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything met our expectations and the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

It was alright. Food service and breakfast quality is below average. The enchiladas verdes were so poorly made, no flavor, cold tortillas, chicken breast from a can it seemed. The “continental” breakfast that was included didn’t include any hot items, not even scrambled eggs….

The curtesy shuttle was a negative experience. The website did not advertise that there isn’t a laundry room . It was devastating that I had to spend $75 in dry cleaning that’s the biggest complaint Marriott is a fantastic hotel. There was no laundry room!

It was very close to a lot of other businesses close to my surgeons building and close to the border of California No laundry room. The shuttle service was absolutely horrible.

Close to a nice mall with excellent dining and shopping options. Staff are amicable and professional, while the rooms are clean and comfortable!

Location is very practical to get to. The parking spaces are very narrow.

breakfast was free to an extend only basic foods like yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, mini sandwiches were consider "free breakfast" but if you wanted eggs, pancakes, waffles, croissants, etc you do pay extra for that so BEWARE Location wasn't too bad but just where the hotel sits it's a nightmare to get to during traffic jam

It was clean overall. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like the inconsistency with the app and check in. I don't like the bathrooms in the rooms do not have a door that closes. I don't like the TV is only cable with no access to Netflix or Hulu.

Location Vending machine lack products and only works with coins, such inconvenience. The restaurant is not fully functional. Reservation included breakfast and only continental. The bathroom shower was blocked or something because the water was running tight, no pressure. The room was noisy because the AC makes noise and it was bouncing.

Rooms aren’t soundproof. You could hear people playing pool from the lobby . You could hear the upstairs room having sex . Breakfast was not great. Hardly slept with all the noise and hard pillow

When I arrived, the front desk claimed the hotel was fully booked and gave me a completely different room—much smaller, poorly maintained, and missing basic amenities. This was not what I paid for. What made it worse was the attitude: the staff refused to take responsibility and offered no real solution. They simply blamed the third-party booking and “washed their hands” of the problem. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Travelers deserve honesty and reliability. If you value comfort and transparency, do not book this hotel. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The staff at this hotel needs training in how to treat people. They are rude and just not good people. If you want to be treated like a dog then this is the place to be. There are hundreds of better options in Tijuana. Do not make a mistake and stay here.

Floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also smeared “something” on bathroom walls that we asked be cleaned along with the floors which were not done. Our door didn’t lock when we closed it and could easily be opened without a room key. We asked to have it fixed and the following day had to ask that it be fixed again because it was never done. Staff was friendly and helpful but our concerns were never addressed.

The property is in a great location clsoe to most amenities new and upcoming high rises near by .The reason for my 3 star rating is there showers leak onto the floor needing alot of floor towles to keep the water goin over to the sink area floor you feel limited when asking for extras guys everything is counted if theu give you 2 towels they expect 2 back i guess they have had theft issues there people walking away with towels,toiletries, shampoo over pleasant stay .

The building is new. Great! It up in a newly developed area. All of walking destinations to eat. However, two things that you should know before booking. There is no door to the restrooms. It’s all one open space. Second the staff will coming into your room at anytime. Not the showers are right near the doors and there are no doors for the shower. The staffed walked in on me while I was in the shower. They said they go from room to room opening doors just to check on guest. But had no real explanation. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since an employee saw my partner walk out of the room seconds prior to walking in.

We scheduled transportation with the front desk for an early AM pickup go to to the airport, the quote was $540 pesos to go 2 miles and they charged us $700 pesos. The hotel would not let our cat in the hotel without showing them a rabies card, what a joke, thank god we had it for the flight. Staff not friendly.

Internet access was easy. When we booked our hotel we were told breakfast was included. When we arrived it took a while for the man to check us in and he wasn’t too friendly. He was just like let’s get this over with. He was actually the one that explained what breakfast was included. Basically the breakfast that was included was juice, milk, yogurt and cereal. If you wanted eggs and waffles that would be an extra cost. We tried going up to our rooms but needed something to help transport our luggage. That thing barely fit in the elevator. We get to our room and there was a bad smell. Tried figuring out the AC but it wasn’t strong at all. There was no conditioner provided. We called and asked for tooth brushes and toothpaste but we had to pay for the tooth paste. I’ve stayed at many different hotels and when they say breakfast is included it is actual breakfast and they include toiletries. We also had baby food for my baby that needed to be refrigerated but there was no fridge. Two things I did like about this hotel was the security staff. They are always out at night helping guests get to the lobby to check in. The lobby is actually on the second floor I believe. Which I thought was weird. The second is the amount of parking spaces they have. There have been times were other hotels have ran out of parking spaces for their guests. S

Our stay was very disappointing. The room had a strong sewer smell. During the night, we found a bed bug and killed it. After that, it was too uncomfortable to stay, so we decided to leave. While repacking, we saw another bug on the floor. At checkout, they asked if everything was fine—I said no, there were bugs in the room. The staff didn’t seem surprised or interested, just said “thank you for staying.” That reaction said it all.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the they don’t have hot water

Room wasn’t ready at check-in, gave us a smaller room; no buckets or ice in the hotel; tried to eat at the restaurant but after waiting for 20min, no one showed up to serve us; staff was not responsive or caring for our needs, very noisy inside the hotel. The only good thing was the bed and blockout blind. Won’t be visiting this hotel again.

Good option to spend a weekend in Tijuana, the hotel is in very good condition, the lobby smells very nice and is in a central location.

Room was not as clean as I expected it and the shower is difficult to take if you are staying with friends because it doesn’t have changing area to it.

The property was good and the rooms are great but the only complain is the free breakfast which is not free only the bread and some stuff and they say 6am the breakfast starts and there wasnt even coffee to serve yourself or any breakfast

Overall the hotel was nice but our check-in process was a nightmare. We waited over an hour to get our keys and that was with us being persistent. I don’t think we will be staying at this hotel for our future visits in Tijuana.

The property listing says they have airport shuttle but does not specify about its limited availability or timing. The room didn’t even have a chair to sit on, coffee machine or other basic things. There is a reason we choose Marriott and it defeated the purpose.

Our room sticks like sewer very strong and some time like some body it was cooking with hot oil, our room it was in the 8th floor.

I arrived to the hotel at around 6:30pm. Thought i was just going to walk up to the counter to check in. But there was about 6 people waiting to ck in in front of me. There was only one person working the front desk. Then i specifically rented from is this hotel because they advertise rooms w wheelchair access as my mom is in a wheelchair. But when we arrived to our room had no such accommodations. I rented two rooms one for my mom and the other for my husband and I. When we finally arrived to our room the TV did not work and took about 20 mins for someone to come up to help us fix the TV. Even my mom said she did not like the hotel. So we will definitely not return here again.
