Naomi is extremely girl with the pink and Purple hair is very races and unwelcoming all the the staff is okay the room have no air conditioning but overall you literally need to have a fan to stay cool. Absolutely never again !

The AC was broken for most of the day, and staff couldn’t fix it (I have the video evidence to prove it). Management refused to help resolve it or offer a refund just because I booked through Expedia. To top it off, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the neighbors were incredibly loud. Paid for a place to rest, got a restless night instead. Avoid this place and pay extra to have everything functioning

Clean well maintained room. Plenty of parking some shaded. The biggest issue was the noise. If anyone in the rooms on either side even talked I heard every word clearly. Like they were in the room with me. Wasn’t an issue most nights but one night 2 drunk guys came in around 12:30 and were loudly “ enjoying each other” for hours. That same night someone’s toddler on the other side would randomly screech all night. Got maybe three hours sleep. For the price it was right. I would just pack ear plugs.

Front desk was very helpful with checking us in. After traveling for almost 6 hours, all we needed was to lay down and rest. We checked in early and were very grateful that there was a room ready. The room, on the third floor, was very clean and smelled clean. Thanks to Jade for a thorough cleaning and great job. This is our 5th time staying at this hotel because of the cleanliness and affordable rates. Thank you!!

This is the most heartless place I've ever stayed at know that let me take that back there's another place too but when it comes to families that are struggling and trying to keep a shelter over their head I advise you it might be cheap but it ain't worth it it's horrible because I didn't get moved out fast enough they gave me a 60-day no coming back how is that fair cuz I have a disability and I can't move my stuff as fast as others Where's the Justice? Motel 6 in Wilsonville that's a nice Motel 6 people are nice there

Pet-friendly, Gas station, Walgreens, Burger King, and others within walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights, the room was clean. No cleaning during our stay, though, but we didn't mind. The parking lot was well-lit, and the area felt safe.

When I checked in in the evening of 14 March, the woman who checked me in does not belong at the front desk she’s very efficient, but there was not a drop of welcome or friendliness in her at all very ice cold she’s probably a very, very good worker maybe the area is not conducive to being friendly, but I would’ve turned around and left and I had another place to go. I understand that you allow pets. I can understand the room being as cold as the woman that checked me in, but there was no side table. There was no comfortable light and it was just not a pleasant experience.

Friendly front desk person, reasonably clean room, decently working (albeit loud) climate control unit. Convenient access; just don't confuse it with the Motel 6 Portland South that is literally directly across the street.

Basement rooms were smelly cos of dampness but the lovely lady changed our room on request. No shampoo and only a bad smelling soap for hand wash and bath too.

My room was spotless and even though housekeeping is offered only once a week, the staff were very accommodating with requests. The level of professionalism and kindness were amazing! As a matter of fact, I will be staying another 14 days. The customer service is unmatched by even “top notch” hotels.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. It was a perfect place to stay for our trip through Portland! Spoke with a few of the housekeeping ladies and they were so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This Motel 6 restored my faith in a chain that I used to stay at frequently. The room was in excellent condition and clean. The staff was courtious and helpful. Housekeeping, Jade, left the room spotless. I regret to say that not all in the chain are at this level.

Never in my life have I had someone try to come into my room in the middle of the night!!! He claims it was an accident . I am fairly certain that they have a way to tell when guests are occupying a room. Genius that one.

Wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. Just wasn’t great. I mean, for the price I have no complaints. My daughter found a hair in her bed when she pulled back the covers. It smelled funny in the room but smelled worse in the halls. It was a cheap one nights sleep.

Our 2nd floor room was clean, quiet, & comfortable. Especially enjoyable was our communication with Nadia at the front desk. She is kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and always smiling.

Basically a homeless shelter. People living outta their cars in the parking lot. Crackheads fighting all night. Overall pretty much the Portland experience

The staff was respectful. The hotel room was clean and organized. The reason I gave the 3 stars was because the price I paid was great for what it was. It wasn't trashy but it wasn't the best hotel. When trying to relax the tv kept cutting In and out. It gave an option to connect to Netflix but you were not able to connect to the WiFi be cause the tv, it wasn't actually able to connect. The bed was not very comfortable. It felt "springy". The 3 star is because it was just that. "Okay for what it was and the price" for only staying 1 night.

Motel 6 is mostly consistent. You know what you’re going to get, minimal amenities, good prices , easy parking and for the most part safe with abundance of eateries and close to the highway. For one night was fine. This was just that and we’re just passing through not vacationing. It met our expectations.

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel safer here because the rooms don’t open to the outside.

Bare bones motel. Did have a microwave and fridge though. Room had a smell that took getting used to. We were also on the noisy traffic side of the building, but with the windows closed, it was ok. Walkable to fast food restaurants made it convenient.

I didn't like the number of stray hairs in both the bathroom and bed areas.

Linens changed only on Tuesdays. I was there Thursday thru Sunday. Tough luck. Room never cleaned during my stay.

Other than the staff not being at the desk during check-in, and subsequently having to wait to get our room key (after a long travel day), the stay was surprisingly decent.

Took an hour to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Booked me into a room that wasn’t ready then charged me twice and had to sit on phone for another hour in order to get it sorted.

I love how clean our room is! This place is dog-friendly at no additional cost. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable for ANY motel! Yes, these are real pics and I can prove it. I don't complain very ofen, but this is DISGUSTING!! People who rent tooms here can take them home with them, and your home will be infested within 60 days! DON'T STAY HERE!!

I stay here often when I come up to Oregon for work. Zero complaints, it’s clean and I never feel unsafe , I’ve not had a bad experience and I’m usually here extended stays

The mattress was painful, the wifi almost non existent and the tv had even worse reception. I honestly thought this was going to be a nice stay, it wasn't.

It’s clear the property is used by city or county to house on perhaps a voucher system. Far too many vagrant types in and out, families with multiple children in a room with zero regard for others staying in rooms around them, at one point the smell of weed emanating from in a room next door was nauseating.

Clean, friendly, the only complaint is the cards constantly de-magnetize even if it isnt near a phone or credit card. That and it only has stairs for the 2nd and 3rd floor which sucks if you use a stroller or need to carry things up for extended stays. Also only 14 days allowed at a time which kind of sucks. And the water pressure is kind of eh but hey for the price its great and the staff for the most part is very friendly.

Pretty clean. All indoors. Dude at the desk is super cool. Cable stops and freezes every couple seconds which is super annoying. But the rooms are pretty big and clean. With the money.

Some of these reviews are wild. It’s a Motel 6. Set your expectations accordingly. Staff was very friendly, room was clean with a bed and a TV. That’s all I expected because that’s what I paid for. I felt safe and was able to have my dog. There was no deposit. My only complaint is that the TV was too glitchy to watch.

I stayed 6 nights and literally only slept there. Each morning I would wake up and take an Uber to my mothers assisted living facility where I stayed until 11 at night and took an Uber back to Motel 6 to sleep along with my service dog. I rarely interacted with anyone except for the last day where I was in the office waiting for my Uber and due to being disabled and having multiple fractures in my back, I asked for a chair were they rudely said we don't have a chair anymore we have a Christmas tree now. I am made of breathes hard due to my disappointment, but I didn't say anything. I proceeded to lean against the wall, accidentally leaning on the air conditioner. The employee snapped at me saying, don't lean on our air conditioner, so I moved over leaning on the wall. When that didn't work, I went into the vending machine room and sat on the floor because I can't stand long due to the fractures in my back. I told them I was disabled and couldn't stand long. They did not respond fast forward the next night I showed up to extend my night and was told I couldn't, and figured it was because you can only stay so many nights, so I went to bed. The next morning I researched, and the Motel 6 across the street was much cheaper so I booked a room and asked if there was anyway I could have my things moved from one Motel 6 to the other, and after much back-and-forth was told I would have to do it using one of their cards so I would have to cross busy street multiple times.

Didn’t even visited the property. I accidentally booked wrong city online within minutes I noticed called the property and they were of no help . Rudlely helped . Called Back to the reservation number online and they of course where of no help ! Never again w Motel 6 . $110 down the drain for nothing . Booked it in Portland Oregon instead of Texas .
