Covered parking, shopping and restaurants nearby, very clean, decent breakfast.

The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family.

It’s a great place to stay! It’s close to Bridgeport Mall, and plenty of great places to eat! The staff at the hotel are welcoming and courteous, and great to work with. The rooms are clean, And gorgeous.

Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend or stay again.

The staff is always very helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here and will continue to put this as a first choice. We tried another hotel and checked out of it to move to The Grand. The morning buffet was fresh and nice variety. The new beds and pillows are very comfy and my wife is trying to order the pillows they have for home. Parking is easy and you have a choice of garage or outside for taller vehicles. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Wish the shower was bigger and they had more closet space but still plenty of room.

Location is great. Hotel is safe and beautiful with lots of parking. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are a good size, open, and have more of a homey feel to them rather than a typical hotel room, which was a nice touch. They were also well kept and clean. The one area that could be improved is breakfast. The selection was quite limited and nothing out of the ordinary, so don’t come in with high expectations on that front. Overall, a decent stay with no major complaints. Worth considering if you’re looking for a well-priced hotel with attentive staff.

We always stay here when we come to Tigard. The room is very spacious for family of 3. The bathroom is spacious with very powerful shower head, you know what I mean. The breakfast is good enough. The staff are very friendly with smiles on.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was actually worth eating, which I know is a low bar but some hotels really don't quite make it. Juice options weren't great though.

Walking in the front door hotel is beautiful and clean. Friendly staff is very welcoming! Comfortable rooms with a nice space to work at the fest! Conference room was also nice. I recommend for a stay and if your looking somewhere to have your meetings this is a great space!

Lovely upscale hotel! On my way back from the Super Bowl and checked in later! Always had family just around the corner!! What a welcome surprise!! Had the whole pool/jacuzzi area to myself and the breakfast buffet with classical music was awesome!! Rooms are first class!! Will be my go to always when I’m back in town!! Always enjoyed this area and Bridgeport shopping is as good as it gets!!🤗😎🤗

Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was fairly noisy due to rude folks on the 4th floor. Also, we had to keep re-activating our key cards which was fairly maddening.

Everything was good. The only thing that bothered me was the fragrance smell in the room. It really bothered my allergies. My eyes were scratchy and puffy underneath.

I was recovering from a surgery, so having Stromboli sandwich and pizza for handy meals let me eat well while holed up. Very roomy room, big bath, and well prepared breakfast made for a nice stay. Recommended.

Staff are great, helpful and accommodating. Everything is clean and in great shape. Better than it looks on the website. Close to I5 but quiet. Breakfast was ok because there was plenty of fresh fruit.

I did not like the bed. Very uncomfortable. Air conditioner was quite noisy. Otherwise the hotel was pleasant.

It was a short stay for us that involve an online working session. It worked out well for us. We liked the area the hotel is in. Lots of dining and shopping options. Room is comfortable and the work desk layout was perfect.

Staff was really helpful. Ice machine was out of ice because of kids baseball teams were staying at the hotel and so front desk went to the kitchen to get me ice.

We were very impressed with the hotel itself, but even moreso by the staff. Every staff member we dealt with was courteous, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with finding a local auto glass repair shop that could replace a window that was smashed when our car was broken into while we were in Portland near Washington Park. We were able to get the window replaced on a Sunday! Thanks Dr. Glassman. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and very nice breakfast included! The hot tub was in need of chemical adjustments both mornings I went to use it, but the issues were fixed quickly and I was able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, it was nice! We will definitely be back on our next trip to the Portland area. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. I also noticed special touches like the sundries, the sleep kit (upon request and really lovely) and complimentary cookies. Thank you for this nice stay.

Favorite place to stay near Portland

We love to stay here! This is probably our third or fourth stay through the years. I will note, in those few years, towel and sheet cleanliness has been an issue. We had three different towels in our bathroom that were dirty this time around. In addition, the coffee table in our room was a sticky mess. Otherwise, this hotel is in a great safe location with a good continental breakfast. We will be back as usual but make a mental note to check room cleanliness before settling in.

My only dislike are the pillows are uncomfortable for my preference. They're hard and all the same kind. I wish they had a few softer choices. I will definitely stay here again.

It was also disappointing the hot tub wasn’t working. We live close by and came to stay here to get away from our kids! We were looking forward to a good nights rest and the hot tub- neither of which we got!

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had a room on the third floor. The hallway is pretty long. If you don't, they'll have a room near the elevator. If you have someone with issues walking a lot, make sure you request a room near the elevator we're on the first floor close to the lobby. The pool was nice, and so was the hot tub. The rooms were nice. The bathrooms were huge, with a separate tub and shower. I wish the bedroom refrigerators had a small freezer. Like some, do they sell ice cream in the little shop by the front desk. But there's no way to keep it frozen.You know in the bedroom refrigerator. The beds were a hard as a rock. It's an easy walk to bridgeport village, shopping area and dining options.

The Grand had all the right stuff . Clean room with very comfortable beds. Outstanding staff who were all extraordinarily attentive. Excellent pool that could be a touch warmer. But best of all is the morning BREAKFAST. It looked like a normal hotel buffet line but the selection and Quality was amazing . This isn't heat and serve stuff - they make it all right there, much of it made from scratch. 10 stars for Breakfast

With a name like the Grand, and priced the way they are, I was a bit underwhelmed. Breakfast was nothing special. Muffins were stale, no cheese for the scrambled eggs, unorganized. No onsite restaurant, just mediocre chain eateries nearby. Guest and staff loud hallway conversations very audible from my room.

Shopping and dining is within walking distance. Close access to freeway without being noisy. Secure lobby after hours, breakfast, very clean, courteous professional staff. Will stay here again as my road trips warrant it!

The Grand at Bridgeport is a well kept, friendly, clean hotel with walk-able shopping and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay and enjoyed the breakfast buffet with options that change daily. The gym is well equipped for a cardio or light weight lifting workout. This is our second stay in a little over a year and we were pleased both times. The room refrigerators have a backside control that may be set too low by prior guests - watch for freezing items.

We’ve stayed here many times and always had a good experience. This is the first time on the first floor, so it was nice not having to deal with the elevator. Issues. Ice machines are on the other floors, but not the first floor. Also, seemed like people were walking quite often on the next floor and was a bit annoying, but quieted down later on. Comfortable room, nice TV, small refrigerator and a microwave. This is our ‘go-to’ hotel when in Portland. Also, there’s plenty of parking, especially with the parking structure.

Very good stay

The property is clean and quiet. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast buffet included the normal offerings, but also had fresh scrambled eggs and potatoes. There is a Whole Foods market a short block away, as well as Bridgeport Village with several food options and live music in the courtyard. The OSB Conference Center is a straight shot from the hotel, and you spend more time at the lights than drive time; it’s a 5-8 minute drive. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and very quick process to check in . Room was very specious, clean and beds ver comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. I would suggest handbars on wall by tub since they are so low its hard to enter and exit. Also a makeup mirror and one or two more wall hooks for towels or clothes would be handy. Breakfast offered many selections and the egg dish was exceptional. I certainly will recommend this hotel to friends and neighbors traveling to or thru Portland.

Easy to shop, clean and fairly quiet.

I stayed here for a couple of nights for a family wedding and it was wonderful! The staff are really friendly. The room itself was a bit dated but large and comfortable. It had a microwave and fridge and the windows even opened! The bathroom is also large and includes a separate tub and shower. They should publish photos of the bathrooms. They are really nice! The only issue, as some have said was the coffee maker in the bathroom. I moved it for my stay and I think it should be easy to figure out another spot for it. The fitness center was also decently equipped. Finally the breakfast was great for a free breakfast. Full buffet and coffee, juices. I only wish they had more seasonal fruit since it’s summer and everyone raves about Oregon berries. All in all I would recommend if you need a place in this area.

Everything was amazing with one exception. At breakfast, my daughter poured a cup of coffee into the paper cup because they had not washed any dishes to have an actual mug. The paper cup was flimsy and concaved, spilling hot coffee all over her. The attendant simply pointed her in the direction of the napkins. Other guests came to her rescue with ice and napkins but the attendant couldn’t be bothered. That left us unwilling to interact with staff for the remainder of our stay.
