The staff was extra helpful and knowledgeable about places to see and restaurants to eat upon, I've slept in the bed since the 5th , and it's still comfortable, I simple lay down on the mattress and melt .. Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were friendly and the location is nice. There's a green belt behind the property which creates nice scenery. Breakfast is coffee and muffins, instant oatmeal packets. Room cleanliness was ok.

i loved the apartment/studio vibe and that there is a kitchen microwave and fridge! it is perfect one or two people. i also really enjoyed the lighting inside they have plenty of lamps and overall definitely one of my new favorites! there was still some garbage left underneath my bed and some ants in the room.

The staff was nice and the bed was great! The door wouldn't unlock, and the bathroom floor was super sticky? I had to find someone to help me unlock the door and it was raining hard.

Room was outdated, tv didn’t work. Many broken items in room. Telephone had no dial tone.

The young man at the desk is great, very helpful and very polite. His first name is Xavier, great staff and a hard worker. Works to make sure you have a great stay.

Convenient location, pleasant staff, affordability Please put more garbage cans and pet disposal bins toward the back of the motel. Thank you!

As always very nice, safe and comfortable.

Room definitely needed maintenance. Night staff and the lady during the day was very nice and helpful. The Russian manger lady was very Rude and didn’t let us stay another night even after it was already paid for because the reservation wasn’t made in time so had to get refund.

The kitchen is empty. The room was dirty and the property is noisy. There was no breakfast. There are no supplies in the room. Front desk was out of towels. The furniture is beat up and old. I would never stay here again. It is also very over priced.

Front desk staff was not friendly; I could barely understand what his was saying through his mumbling. The room was surprisingly old/worn out, no kitchen utensils, fridge didnt work, freezer didnt work, heater had a musty smell when i turned it on. Would not recommend staying here

Great room, super friendly staff (really, they are super nice, helpful, and welcoming), and safe premises.

The first night we were there, we had to walk up stairs that were the location for garbage. It was overflowing and smelled terrible. This should be cleaned regularly to prevent this.

I was not prepared for the property to be housing Section 8 citizens. It was noisy and dirty and unsafe.

Room wasn't very clean...was getting odors of people smoking near the room doors and odor from the opened garbage cans just below out room. I wiped down surfaces in the room with soap and a washcloth, leaving the washcloth incredibly filthy

The staff was friendly and the room size was nice. Except, when we got there, we were placed in a suite near a domestic violence incident and saw a man who was beaten lying in his truck, with cops outside assessing the situation. The man who beat him had a warrant. Didn’t really makes us feel safe at all. One of the lights in the room did not work. There were two bathrooms. However, only one bathroom had a shower head, and the other bathroom's door did not open all the way, and the towel rack was loose, close to falling. There was no trash can either. The outside of the property where you could take the trash was so overfilled with other trash it was very messy. All simple fixes besides the DV incident, however, when they are all added up in one single stay, yes, it becomes very inconvenient.

However, the condition of the room was unacceptable.

While the employees were very helpful, the property was dirty, the building was dirty and in terrible condition.

The staff here were incredibly helpful, friendly, accommodating. The door to my room was difficult to open, having to use force to get the handle to turn all the way. The breakfast was nutrigrain bars and oatmeal packets. Lovely staff, but underwhelming options in the morning.

This property is in a business park. Many of the the rooms are permanently occupied by residence didnt feel safe. Condoms and cigarette butts were on the stairs.

I didnt like anything it is a very run down property. In addition to the issues I listed above the room smelled like curry. I will not be coming back here.

The absolute worst place I'VE ever stayed in! So dirty!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! BUGS IN ROOM NO HOT WATER!

Smelled really bad when we walked in broken shower head

I didn’t like having a upstairs neighbor playing loud music every night and day like he was the only person in the hotel. I stayed for almost a month and not once the maid went over to clean my room or the change the sheets on my bed so I was constantly stopping by the office and get a set of clean sheets and towels. I even asked the front desk person to borrow me a vacuum so I can clean my room myself. For the amount of money that they charged I think we deserved better service.

We have stayed at this location and many of their other locations fairly frequently the lady informed us you have to check in before 11. We have never run into this issue before as we call and inform them we are coming form hours away and they say somebody is always here

I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone. This location was almost like a motel you would think of right out of a horror movie. People working on cars in the parking lot right outside the doors of the rooms. Trash cans filled to the top with smelly trash. “Questionable” people hanging out around. Felt very unsafe. Rooms were nothing like the pictures online. We packed up and left without worrying about the one night money we just paid. Should have done more research. Staff was so nice and understanding though. Never again!

Check-in was very smooth and checkout was also simple. It was an affordable option when we decided to leave early to get to Portland before flying out.

I like this place as I feel very safe there and it is close to everything I need to do.

Front desk seemed bothered to check people in, no guidance really provided on where the room was except “it’s in that building” (a map would have been helpful)..no details shared about the grab & go breakfast, the bed was like sleeping on a rock, zero water pressure, ice tray had hairs in it. Do NOT recommend this location to stay at.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room and the grounds were not as clean as they could be.

The property was easy to get to. The free breakfast was minimal but worked great for us.

They gave me a dirty room so I went back to let them know that room they provided was a mess from previous people. Hair in sink food all over. Very dirty. Walked back to the lobby and they provided a different room which was better.

The staff was excellent, Kathy at the front desk was exceptional. We needed a place immediately and were treated with kindness. The other guests were very nice people too. The maintenance department Keagan was very prompt and courteous. We would be comfortable staying again. The room had a full size refrigerator and all the amenities you would need in the kitchen.

It had a kitchen, but absolutely no supplies in it. Sink was stained. The carpet needed replaced. Did not feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets. It just didn’t come off as a well kept property. Not not impressed.

The towels given to us where dirty and so was bathroom tub and curtains.

Very dirty bathroom and I had to buy my own supplies to clean.

Didn't use this hotel. They would not allow me to change it by one day. Very disappointed with them. Not a guest-friendly approach at all.

I like that it feels youre at home rether then just in a motel

Hotel key maker was down so we had to be escorted to rooms. Hotel had NO running water and didn’t tell us about it when we went to check in. We found out from another guest and went and got a different hotel.

Internet was down for 3 days, and they never did come fix the telephone. The breakfast is a joke, muffins and Nutra grain bars and if you are lucky oatmeal packs. Broken cabinet doors and broken light fixtures.

First bed we slept in was rough. Didn’t find out till the morning that the mattress was upside down. We flipped it over and there was a big spot on it. The floor was dirty also. How ever, they got us a new room the next day.

It is close to my storage facility, my home, and my business

The room could have been cleaner and I would say the same about the property. Overall, it was fine and we slept ok and didn’t feel unsafe.

We stayed here 21 years ago and it was nice.

Shabby and poorly cared for. Finding and driving up to the room was a bit depressing. Sort of had the feel of a low-income housing project.

I normally look for a La Quinta where I'm traveling, due to good price and always good conditions. With none available, I chose this place. Xavier at the front counter was nice. The breakfast, which was part of my search criteria, was coffee, tea and oatmeal--in other words, awful. We had to walk by an overflowing pile of garbage many times. The steps are dirty, stained. The electrical outlet right of the TV would not charge items. If you want kitchen tools, like a coffee maker, you have to ask the desk for them. No ice machine. The bathroom door handle seems ready to jam and trap you inside. My parking spot had a big bush protruding into it, making it hard to open the back hatch. The key cards did not initially work, forcing a 2nd visit to the front desk. Three tiny pillows are not enough for two people. The place was quiet, the bathroom adequate and air conditioning good.

The TV remote was nonfunctional, and a trip down to the front desk for new batteries, taped in to boot, still didn't work. On the plus side, the young man checking people in was unfailingly polite and accommodating. He was the bright spot in my overnight stay.

This place is convenient but it is dirty loud and ran down

We stayed there one out of the two nights we were planning. The first room was musty and smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a none smoking room. We asked for another room, but that room had ants on the walls and in the kitchen area. We asked for a refund , but the manager told us to contact Expedia, which we will do!

There was so much noise during the day & night. Front desk didn’t answer my calls, regarding the matter. Bathroom was dirty, there was mold on bathtub. Microwave didn’t work. There was electrical wires hanging by the side of the bed. The room stunk when we walked in, I had to use my perfume to make a smelly better. So overall, it was terrible. I was not happy.

Somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. Exterior appears to be fairly well maintained. The interior of the rooms are dated (tub has chips, bathroom had several dirty spots, bathroom sink only had hot water, etc.). AC worked well. Limited number of TV channels. Bed was comfortable.

I feel that a hotel needs to have a great compimentry breakfast in the morning and have it up to at least 11 am. Not all people wake early. Renting at a hotel isnt cheep, so i feel it's fare. Its sometimes harder for older people to have to take their luggage up the stairs, which was hard for me. I feel that should be looked at, at hotels.

Property is worn and needs both repairs and renovations. Cigarette smoke smell is pervasive. “Lost” people knocking on doors at 2:00 AM. No apparent security.

Terrible over all. The shampoo bottle was over half way used. The sheets were dirty. The service was terrible.

Parking limited close to building. Shower/bath appeared unappealing as black something around molding so did not use.

It was dirty under my bed . There were the last peoples cat toys under there and I didn’t want my dog to play with them. There was other peoples trash left in the garbage. I had to throw my milk out because the refrigerator wasn’t defrosted and my milk froze. The door kept sticking. I don’t think I’ll go back to that property!

After being recommended by Travelocity as being clean, the first room smelled of cat urine EXTREMELY bad. That front desk staff was helpful in finding a room that didn't smell, all though this was after we had to wait for one to be cleaned.

Loved the kitchen. And location . I felt like I was staying in low income family apartment though .

Very dirty all around.

Of all the hotels that I’ve stayed, I was not provided a receipt after I checked in, not so happy about it. I payed for 2 rooms for 2 days. We decided to checked out after 1 night stay after paying for 2 nights.

Would not recommend. The room had gross visible stains that should have been able to be removed that just weren’t. All the pathways to rooms were dirty and could have been solved with a broom. Then the staff, the gentlemen at the front desk said about five words to me after me waiting in the lobby 5 minutes with no one in sight. It was all honestly so bad we didn’t end up staying there, even with our non refundable hotel.

Motel was seedy. Needed proper cleaning, lamps didn't work or had no light bulbs, advertisement say "breakfast included" but there was no breakfast ... no even vending machine food that was supposed to be in lobby. Then there was the "disturbance" that generated an apology to us when we checked out saying "sorry about all the yelling earlier." Do NOT believe what is advertised; do NOT use this motel.

No supplies at all in the kitchen. Nothing. No towels, dishes, paper towels, dish soap, not even a coffee maker. You have to supply absolutely everything that you would need. Not the kind of place that you would want to stay if you're looking for a getaway. This would be a place where you have to provide absolutely everything that you need to stay there.

There was a barking dog that barked throughout the night. The floor had urine drops around the toilet, so I had to mop it up with a towel, and the floor was not swept.

Clean and comfortable and affordable- it was just what we needed to break up a long dive. I would stay here again.

I stay in hotels on more than a frequent basis. Staff, safety (be it physcal or otherwise) and cleanliness are top priorities for me. If the staff are worth their salt usually guests are as safe as possible and rooms are clean! The staff here at the extended stay are exceptional! Thanks guys! Room was smoky and did not smell clean.

Did not like: However it was quite disappointing to find leftover food in refrigerator, smelly decaying food in kitchen trash, missing toilet tank cover and hence no flush handle, cover over electric switch was missing exposing wiring, cook top knobs missing, food stains and crumbs on kitchen counter and night stand, ball of hair and black stain on washcloth!!!!! Basically room was not cleaned prior to checking in & poor property maintanence!

Tried to check in past midnight after paying for a room, and they refused to let me check in and refused to refund my money. I paid for a room that they wouldn't let me use.

Trash around the stairwells, stains and spills on the concrete, shopping carts parked under the stairs. Checkin poorly executed by the staff. Interior room space passable but only barely. Damaged wall surface, remote for media didn't work, chips in bath tub. Never again

The stay was very good. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed the night there.

Bed was hard, floors were dirty , bathroom was dirty. Women’s intimate clothes were on dresser. I was told they were having issues with hiring cleaning people. The room also heavily smelled like smoke.

We started in the first room and the bed fell apart within seconds of touching it and the room reeked of cigarettes so the moved us next door. The door would not open properly. You had to keep trying the door and literally slam into it over and over until it opened from the second they checked us in. We complained and asked for help every day and got told the guy kept calling out. Then we asked for the dishes they are supposed to provide and they had none the whole time. They were unwilling to help with bedding and linens throughout the stay so we washed them ourselves for $6 a load. Don’t stay here.

Booked as I was out of power. Go to hotel and they were out of power. Had to contact hotel.com to get refund which took days (still dont have it). Needs better communication and change ability to book if not taking reservations. Driving my family in the snow and ice to a hotel that isn't accepting reservations yet took my money isn't cool.

This has to be the worst motel I have ever stayed. I didn’t even stay for my second night. The property is littered with homeless individuals, car windows busted out. The room 255 was disgusting, mold all over the shower, hair everywhere, tv didn’t work. Will not recommend or will I ever stay here again.

Good other than TV didn’t work and house cleaning kept knocking on door 2 hours before check out.
