Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. However, there are consistent complaints about noise levels, thin walls, and maintenance issues.

Decent budget accommodation. Friendly staff, standard breakfast and comfortable enough room. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Other main issue was that air conditioner would not run continuously, but would cool for a while, and then stop. Would require a manual reset to initiate cooling again. Other than these issues, the location was very convenient for us, breakfast was OK. Staff was very friendly, made a mistake checking us in for two nights instead of three. We caught it, but resulted in our keycard not working on third day.
- 1/5
This place is not for families. There were several domestic disputes on our floor at all hours of the night. People screaming at each other in their rooms as well as outside our window. We woke up to the strong smell of marijuana in our room at 5am as well. The rooms are cramped and the beds are hard. The bathtub looked disgusting, and the breakfast was bad. The manager told me upon check in that the tv was broken, “but you get what you pay for.” Run.
- 5/5
Have stayed here twice now and would stay again. Staff are friendly and helpful; rooms were clean and nice sized.
- 1.5/5
When first arrived the TV/cable didn’t work. Then after a couple of days staying there we found bed bugs. I have many bites. When moved to a new room the phone wasn’t connected and our remote wasn’t working. Finally got ahold of someone and they fixed the remote.
- 5/5
Great location, good breakfast, short-staffed and still on top of things. Building is older, buts it’s clean and comfortable. Easy access to major highways and roads!
- 4.5/5
Good location, good breakfast No usb ports in rooms
- 3/5
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a great selection of hot and cold items, everything was well-stocked, and it was a great way to start the day. The staff was also exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room itself. The shower had very low water pressure, and the control knob was recessed so far into the wall that it was nearly impossible to turn on the water without getting sprayed. The room also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards were dusty, the carpet looked dirty, and there was a noticeable amount of dog hair on the couch, making it unusable during my stay. The bed was also uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hallway noise was disruptive, as the room doors closed very loudly and could be heard throughout the night and early morning.
- 4/5
Nice staff never had an issue Clean rooms never had to use home service for a week Breakfast can be better but it was okay

Horrible place
- 1/5
There was no daily bed refresh, trash removal, or towel replacement. Even the “every other day” housekeeping standard was not followed properly. To make matters worse, we were told we were expected to notify the hotel 24 days in advance for housekeeping arrangements, which honestly sounded unreasonable for a standard hotel stay, but okay, I still did. They serviced only 1 of our 2 rooms and claimed they were not informed about the second room. That explanation made little sense considering both rooms were part of the same family booking. If this had been just a one-night stay, it might not have mattered as much, but during a 3-night family stay, basic cleanliness and housekeeping should not require repeated follow-ups from guests. I hope management reviews and improves this process because it impacted what would otherwise have been a much better experience.

Everything was good.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms with modern decor. Also, excellent location with shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. The staff was also friendly and courteous.
- 4/5
The room was great and roomie. Needs a bit of updating but clean. The front lobby could use some care as it was a bit outdated and old.
- 4/5
Toilet seat was loose. Showers didn't have handles and were slippery.
- 5/5
Clean and safe
- 4/5
There was a faint smell of what smelled like stale smoke but it was not strong.
- 4.5/5
Good breakfast with many items. Very convenient location. Good recomendation for dinner. Better shower "door" - just a curtain.
- 5/5
The best breakfast in Washington county.the rooms were clean and well stocked.and the price was spot on.thank you for having me as a guest
- 4/5
Compliment breakfast was great! Clean environment and rooms. Staff was friendly and took care of any concerns or issues.
- 4/5
The breakfast offered everything we wanted- cereal, eggs, fruit, and waffles. The location of this hotel was perfect for us because it was 5 minutes from Washington Square Mall. We had a beautiful, renovated room with a lounge area! We’re also pleased with the well- equipped exercise room, The walls between rooms are apparently thin or not well insulated. We could hear the man next door coughing.
- 3.5/5
Conveniently located No usb ports
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was a decent breakfast The shower was not very safe for Ada room
- 0.5/5
Took me 20 minutes to get checked in because there was nobody at the front desk the two employees were arguing with each other finally I walk back to the little room where they were or one of them was at and I asked her if I could get help getting checked in and cuz I'm not on the clock I didn't even stay I just checked in the room and left That's an elevator was so bad it sounded like the door was going to fall off every time it opened what's wrong
- 4/5
Apple,Cranberry, & Orange 70%water/30%juice GROSS!! Very Disappointed. Heater in my room- didn't matter what Temperature it was set for... it stayed about 67 degrees.
- 0.5/5
Good location. The bathroom had pee on the wall, and dead bugs on the ground, it very clearly wasn't cleaned. I talked with staff on site and it has yet to be resolved.
- 2/5
Extremely loud establishment. Racket in the parking lot, racket upstairs, racket in the halls. Could not sleep at all. Shower was not properly cleaned as there was leftover hair from a previous guest. Deleting this from my memory.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Don't expect much
- 3/5
Parking was fine, breakfast was fine, staff was fine.
- 0.5/5
Location Loud, hard beds, rude staff
- 3/5
The room was clean and nice. They don’t has streaming services so you’re stuck watching cable. The walls are beyond paper thin, I heard everyone around me which made it very hard to sleep so I ended up leaving way earlier than anticipated. The location of it was convenient but I probably would seek out something better.
- 0.5/5
just the location the knock on the door at 10am to keep the Noice down and stomps could be heard downstairs. (We checked in around 8:30-9am.) there were ants all over our personal belongings we spent over an hour cleaning ants off our belongings. Breakfast was bad no batter for waffles, no egg, potatoes were too cold and dry.
- 5/5
Really wasn't a long stay. Just a place to sleep and get breakfast the next morning. However, the check-in experience was easy, the bed was comfortable, big screen TV and breakfast options were great.
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Breakfast was just OK. Not closely monitored. Ran out of milk and forks. Room shows a little wear and tear and was clean and livable. Great staff. Had to ask for soap. Reasonable price and good location. Would stay again.
- 1/5
I laid down to go to sleep and I got poked by something woke up in the morning and let the staff know and they were making it seem like they didn’t know what was going on, and I kept telling him I didn’t find what poked me but something kept poking me. I got home and I checked my whole body, and I have little bite marks all over my body. Both my husband and myself have little bite mark.

Rooms need repair
- 3/5
Breakfast was fine and parking was safe
- 3/5
Breakfast was very limited, and our room smelled funky. It seemed clean enough, but there was a definite smell. They are understaffed, so sometimes there is one person that is checking people in, and making breakfast, and running around ..so it can be hard to find assistance in a timely manner.
- 4/5
Inexpensive option to stay near the mall. Somewhat clean room, except bathtub had hair. Staff were friendly. Breakfast did not look good at all, very poor quality foods. Parking was OK, plenty of space to park on front of hotel.
- 4.5/5
Breafste is good Coffee and pancakes
- 5/5
PERSON CHECKING US IN WASN'T THE MOST FRIENDLY, BUT EVERYONE ELSE WAS OK...
- 3/5
The photos exaggerated the condition of the hotel. Rarely would you find anyone at the front desk. Room was never serviced over 5 days stay. The elevator is in disrepair and looks dirty. Breakfast was okay. The front entrance always had people staring around during evenings. Handicap parking is not convenient.
- 0.5/5
Breakfast included No water pressure, trash left in room
- 4/5
The hotel was a convenient place to stay at a reasonable price.
- 3/5
The cost was great and the room was nice enough. We had plenty of room for our party and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast and parking was definitely a great perk. I liked that it was a smaller hotel and the parking lot was easy to observe from the room. The front desk night clerk was not friendly and was pretty unprofessional. She tried to book another person in our room and forgot that we checked in earlier that day. She also didn't call back to comfirm things were resolved. The elevator is a little scary. It jumps right before the door opens and gives you just the slightest fear it would get stuck. The surrounding area isn't the nicest, but I never felt unsafe. There was a strong smoke smell throughout the lobby and in the halls. The rooms didnt smell like smoke though. The A/C didnt work. It kept turning off and did not really cool the room. We were better off just turing on the fan setting.
- 5/5
Everything was better than I expected
- 5/5
Was a nice stay! Friendly staff
- 2/5
Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning.
- 1/5
The rooms weren’t clean or in the nets condition although it was a smoke free property still smelled like smoke and people smoking in the front entrance
- 4/5
Breakfast and house keepers were great !
- 3/5
Broken sink faucet. Room has smell. No heat in bathroom. You get what you paid I guess $75.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. There was things they did not throw away, and the little bottles of lotion were half used and dirty, and the bar of soap was no longer in a plastic wrap had been used and was not replaced with the claim one.
- 3/5
The breakfast was decent for continental.
- 1/5
Still haven’t heard about a refund. Ants, locked out of room for hours, bed scratched up and more. Need a refund. Waiting on management to reply to expedias email.
- 1/5
Room was painted over mold and patches unpainted. Bathroom showed head attachment was broken and in attempt to fix they just installed a plastic that didn’t hold the shower head. Water all over the floor and the “protective plastic on the floor to keep water in shower came off lol. A total disaster luckily I was just there to sleep after a long day of work. I called the front desk and they acted like they knew nothing about it. Almost upset they I said something
- 5/5
Good food
- 4/5
Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good! Definitely stay there again
- 1/5
A lot of things. Smell like dog poop the room and the hallways, the shower head spray like a mist, the bed are really old, it's so hard to sleep on it, the ac vent are really old it make so much noise every-time it turn on. There so much more to tell but if I where you don't go there you will waste your time and money. They should change there name to uncomfortable inn. We didn't finish out reservation to stay there we left the next day.. we tried to get a refund but they never response. SO BEWARE STAY OUT.
- 4/5
the room was clean and the breakfast was good
- 1/5
When we drove up, two men were smoking weed at the entrance. The whole hotel smelled terrible. The rickety elevator was very narrow and rattled upon opening and closing. Our room keys were deactivated at least once during our stay. When we left the hotel on the morning after our first night the car next to us had rotten food around it and someone living in the vehicle. The back fence of the property was half down--with no signs that they intended to fix it.
- 5/5
Staff the manager or desk person can't remember his name right now but very personable very professional and very helpful we had a couple issues in our room and you took care of him right away handicap people with me my lady and her sister and we were treated with respect and dignity repeatedly.....
- 1/5
The room door lock was broken, so I could not lock my door correctly. There are signs posted everywhere "100% smoke free property" yet staff were right outside the front doors SMOKING CIGARETTES. The whole first floor smelt like cigarettes. I have a newborn she can not be exposed to smoke. Staff was no where to be found unless they were outside smoking. And they were not friendly at all. There is no greeting when you come through the doors just hostility. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
- 1/5
The lock on the door wasn’t working so the key had to be programmed 3 different times. The carpet was disgusting. There was brown, chunky hard stuff on the floor by one of the beds. I would not recommend staying here. The one positive was that it was conveniently located off 217 and Greenburg Road, which is right by the mall.
- 5/5
Muy buen precio, atencion y con habitaciones
- 3/5
The rooms were good, but they smelled and there's no drinking water bottles in the room nor any water cooler to get any water during the stay.
- 1/5
Staff was loud in the lobby late at night and woke me up several times
- 4/5
Room and pillows and bed linens very comfortable. I thought our room may be noisy but it wasn’t. We had a nice stay. Clean and reasonable price for the night. I still hope to resolve the reservation confusion. The clerk said Hotels.com should email OR297@stsyatchoice.com.

door to room was open, not even closed. door would not shut/lock or open properly. the heat/ac unit did not work at all, would not even turn on. carpet was unraveling, paintings on wall were all crooked and cushions on sofa were turned the wrong way. just looked like no one cared at all. i left after 1 night of a 3 night planned stay. i did not get reimbursed at all and no offer to change rooms. i will never stay at this hotel brand again.
- 1/5
Room was right next to the elevator so that’s all I heard all night long doors slamming

Courteous staff, clean rooms, good breakfast!

Average. Good . Thanks

Overall great experience with this place. Would stay again
- 2/5
Noisy all night, tub wouldn’t drain, room too hot than too cold, dank hallway carpet
- 3/5
Staff was fine, place is meh.
- 2/5
Front desk person would not look at us. Put us in a smoked in room. Argued it wasn’t smoked in. But did change out room. The Homeless are using the free breakfast. So the dining area is not to organized. The afternoon front desk person spends most of his time outside the entrance smoking. Overall not a maintained hotel. The room was actually OK
- 4/5
It was just fine. Nothing out of the extraordinary. Staff top notch.
- 3/5
The front desk gal was nice. The tv did not work right. After a long day of driving that was an important option we wanted. When I went to call the front desk the room phone didn’t work and was so dirty. Breakfast was fine.
- 5/5
My stay here was great. I had a couple of issues but the staff always resolved the issues right away. Definitely would recommend someone to stay here, I do think the property needs some renovations though.
- 2/5
The room and the building's heating system smelled horribly...like something was burning. Then when I tried to watch tv, it wouldn't work, and I had to ask the front desk attendant to come to my room to get it to work. The desk attendant was very nice, though.
- 5/5
Good location.
- 3/5
The room needed a face-lift, but it was clean, the bed was good, and the breakfast was good- standard fare for a self-serve breakfast included in the cost of the room. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
- 4/5
This not up to the standards of Cimfort Inn and Suites. It’s more in the line of a Quality Inn. Nothing glaring just not the same as a higher end Hitel
- 5/5
The elevator needs updating. The place is clean and nice location to Washington square. Dog friendly. I did not eat the breakfast. I have stayed here several times for my dog, its ok, clean and friendly

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites, and I was extremely disappointed. The floor was filthy; my white socks turned black just from walking around! The room had a terrible smell, and it was clear that the sheets and towels hadn’t been changed during our stay. To make matters worse, we found several bugs along the window seal. I did not feel comfortable at all, especially with a toddler. This place did not feel clean or family-friendly. I definitely would not recommend it.
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic. Very helpful and informative.

Our usual place to stay when we go to beaverton for business trip. close to washingston square mall.
- 2/5
Keys failed to open the door 4 different times, TV didn't work.
- 3/5
Walking distance to several dining and sports facilities was the main draw. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The building and room itself were very outdated and could really use an update. ie. no bathroom fans, broken kitchenette tap encasing, carpets were dingy, paint job needed touch up, key card access intermittently failed multiple times required multiple trips up and down to get rectified. Breakfast was basic, but decent enough. Common areas were clean.
- 2/5
Front desk never looked up to greet me coming or going, elevator stopped rough nevering knowing if it was about to drop you or what.

I stayed at this property for two nights. I was very unhappy with the room that they assigned me. It was on the first floor, and the ONLY room that absolutely anyone in the lobby could observe, as I could see my room door from the check in desk. No privacy at all, and the elevator was directly across (only 6 ft) from my room door. I would either charge much less for the room per night as compensation, or make it a break room for the employees and call it a day. I asked for a different room, almost from the time I laid eyes on the door, but was told they had no other rooms. I dealt with it the first night, but early the next morning it became very loud as customers were checking out or eating breakfast. Now, based on location and noisiness, I again asked the front desk if I could switch rooms. She informed me that they had no other rooms available. I then asked if I could go ahead and check out and get paid back for that second night and move to a different place. She said that she had no authority to give me my money back. I asked to speak to the manager. There is no manager that works there on site from what I can tell. I asked her to ask the manager for my money back. She refused. She gave me a business card with an email address. I then called Expedia, to get moved to a new property. I could get no help from the customer service rep who handled my call. It was a very frustrating experience for me.

When my husband booked this hotel we asked for a wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower. This room was supposed to be accessible, but the way it was set up was horrible for accessibility. The bars for using the toilet were not placed so they could be reached while in a wheelchair. I could not use them to stand to either get on or off the toilet. My husband needed to physically hold me for me to get on the toilet and he needed to lift me off of the toilet. The shower also was not wheelchair accessible. It had a “lip” at the entrance which was falling apart and also would have prevented me from even getting into the shower. But if I had been able to do it, I would not have been able to control the water as the head was broken and held on by a rubber piece. My husband, who is not disabiled could not use the shower either for the same reason. The mattress on the bed was so old it was like “mush” and I could not move on it. I could not lay far enough away from the edge of the bed because I couldn’t adjust once I sat on the bed from my walker. All in all, this was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was not wheelchair accessible in the least and the room was not real clean either. The grout in the tile was dark (should have been light colored since the tile was light.)
- 2/5
Checked in and only stayed for an hour left…it was very noise and they were having issues with the fire detectores. TV was not work.
- 2/5
Food was okay. Unfortunately, our room was next to the reception area and it was so loud. Also, our bathroom was falling apart. This place needs maintenance. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
This hotel is well maintained. It's nothing fancy, but was fine for a few days. The breakfast was ok. The room itself was comfortable, clean and most of it was updated. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
can you shut off the water from 9 to 11 which was a little bit inconvenient and the staff who checked us and wasn’t very welcoming but the lady who checked us out was super sweet
- 1/5
They did not honor my reservation that I made through Expedia even though I had a confirmation.
- 2/5
The linens were definitely not new, it was obviously just stretched out. Folds were not neat and didnt smell fresh at all. The elevator needs to be updated. On a positive note, i loved the idea of the complimentary breakfast where it was self service. The area was good. Close to everywhere like the mall, costco, ross etc I will think if i should

I booked a non smoking room only to find out the room smelled like a Las Vegas casino. I notified the staff that the room smelled strongly like cigarettes. The receptionist simply said they were aware of the smell. That a family had stayed in that room previously and had been billed for smoking in there. That the carpet would have to be replaced since they couldn’t get rid of the smell. Yet they went ahead and let me book that room and did not offer a discount, to switch rooms, or a refund. That was not acceptable.

Will not stay again. Property badly in need of renovation.
- 4/5
Property was clean, rooms were nice, water pressure sucked really bad, staff was friendly. Nothing extraordinary to stand out. Clean and comfortable, would stay here again.
- 5/5
We had to stay near the hospital after my husband’s surgery and this hotel was the perfect choice because of the price and location. Jeff and everyone at the front desk were awesome and very accommodating. It was a little outdated, but clean and the beds were very comfortable! Easy access to the freeway. Wonderful breakfast including make your own waffles! Would definitely stay there again!
- 2/5
After a short time, we were moved to a new room without any issues minus the carpet pealing up in the transition from entry to bedroom. Provided breakfast was decent, although for the 3 mornings we were there neither the apple or cranberry juice were replenished in the machine. Overall, 2 stars. Definitely worth the $80/night I guess.
- 2/5
The room was clean but they put us next to the janitorial room and they mad so much noise. We asked if they could move us, they said yes but for us to pack everything up and put our luggage in front office while we were out. When we returned they told us they knew nothing about it and put us back in the same room!!
- 5/5
Hotel is ok. A little old but affordable. Breakfast is continental.

- 5/5
It was nice, clean and quiet.

Staff were kind and check in was fast and easy no hassle. Free breakfast was served nicely and rooms were in great condition, would come again.
- 3/5
Location and breakfast was great. Looks better online than in person looks rundown and dirty. Bathroom tub in poor condition, exhaust fan didn't work, AC didn't work half the time.
- 3/5
Elevator sounded like it was going to breakdown at any minute. Place smelled of pot. Employee stood out front vaping 2 nights we came back to room. Bathroom air vent didn’t work. Place was run down
- 4/5
The property was clean, near freeway; and staff were polite.
- 1/5
Would not recommend better to sleep in your car
- 4/5
Okay.

The room we stayed in was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. HOWEVER...the air condiditioner did not work on one of the hottest weekends of the year in Tigard! The evening staff attempted to fix it, but it did not work. They brought us a box fan, but it was filthy and we did not want it blowing the dirt and debris in our room. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms. Additionally the door was constantly sticking and one needed to use a full body thrust to get it to open and close. The hotel is old and really showed it wear and tear in the paint and general appearance of the room we were in. I expected much better for the cost of the room. I would very much like to be at least partially reimbursed for the broken A/C unit with no proper solution.
- 1/5
After contacting 2 housekeeping personnel (who finally gave up) they led us to the front desk where they could do no more than "report this problem to maintenance," leaving all our belongings available to whoever chose to push open the door! :( The receptionist who was the only one on duty when we arrived only answered, "I don't drive and can't tell you anything about how to get around on the roads here" when we had been led through multiple Portland neighborhoods by our GPS so we didn't want it to happen again. :( Frustrating! Since there was no bread in sight, we were forced to use hotdog buns on the 2 mornings we accessed the breakfast. Pretty poor planning. Only one type of yogurt, and no working wafflemaker available. We certainly wish we had chosen a different motel . . .
- 2/5
The room we were placed in had a strong smell of cigarettes. We reported the issue to the front office and were told that the room had been sprayed, but unfortunately, the odor remained very strong. Due to the smell, we had to wash clothes that we didn’t even wear, as they had absorbed the cigarette smoke and reeked of it. The price was not worth the room.

Check-in staff was not friendly. Air conditioning was horrible. It was basically on an eco setting and did not cool our room at all. The microwave didn’t work. The bedding was NOT comfortable, but the bed was decent. The water from the shower constantly leaked out the tub no matter what we did. I did, however, like the size of our room, since I booked it with the wet bar and 2 queen beds.

Just old and ugly. Won’t ever stay there again.

The first time we tried to check in there were no staff so we left and got dinner then came back. Our toilet moved a lot and wasn’t secure and the dresser was broken and dangling. The bed was also not comfortable. The elevator was also sketchy.

Floors in the room we terribly destroyed, very dirty! Hair and god knows what all over the room. Not to mention the nasty stains on the chair pillow! Will not stay there ever again.

The room was good, bed was like any other hotel bed. I do with the bathroom was a bit more cleaned up as there was a lot of dog hair coated to the door from previous guest.

It was very quiet and calm and close to everything. Our room was nice and clean. The only complaints we had was the ac doesnt do a lot for how big of a room we had abd then the elevator is a little scary to use becaus eof how aggressive it stops and starts

The evening front desk staff was unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no personality. Lobby appeared dirty. The tv in the bedroom did not work. We could turn it on but not change channels or adjust volume. The room was very cold, so we turned on the heat. It soon 'popped' off. We called the desk and she said if you turn up the heat padt 69 it blows fuses and you can only turn on 1 heater!! SAFETY HAZARD! Hotel did bring up an extra blanket for us. Had to wear our coats. Hotel and room not well cleaned ot taken care of. Box fans running in the hallways. Breakfast area cleanliness was questionable. NO napkins available! (hotel out for 2 days) Morning desk staff much friendlier. I could go on, but we've learned our lesson. Th shower had NO pressure.

It was okay for the price. Nothing special.

I did not have a great stay, and usually I have no issues with Comfort Inn. All night people were yelling down the hall and slamming doors. There were spots on our pillows. Toilet was NOT cleaned. Stains on the art. Not impressed…

Booked online and after booking called the hotel to confirm I have a dog. They said no problem it's $20 per night and a $20 refundable deposit. When I get there its $20 per night and $20 non-refundable for carpet cleaning cause i was in a non dog room. I advised that was not told to me via website or when I called the hotel. She said its on the company website. I looked and its not. They just advertise a dog room which was about $60 more per night and you still have to pay the extra $20 per night. Its a rip off, as they do not do a special cleaning. They just vacuum like every other room. Don't stay here if you have a dog.

This is not a place I would stay at again it needs to be fully renovated and the elevator is tiny, just not a nice place to stay.

I am not some one that will complain about a room and ask to switch typically. But the first room I was assigned was missing black out curtains, and on the first floor in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. Sorry I don’t want to be watched while I sleep. The second room was fine but missing several patches of carpet. There were also a bunch of weird people hanging out in the lobby which isn’t the hotels fault but I felt uncomfortable. The staff member who helped me was very kind though and quickly switched me out of my first room.

I stayed on the first floor, it was pretty noisy due to employees talking in the hallway. I’m sure they were not aware that guests can hear that loud. But it’s pretty disturbing when I was trying to rest. But I would go there again due to a value.

Starting with the positive…the breakfast was a nice touch. Food was ok although not as hot as it could have been. On the negative side…When we got into our room, we found a juice cup with juice that had spilled on the side of our couch. The desk manager came up and cleaned it up. The biggest thing we noticed is that the entire facility smelled funky and everything was aged. This property needs to be updated desperately. Our couch had stains on it, a cigarette hole despite it being a smoke free facility, and tears in the seams. The desk and chair hadn’t been dusted in sometime, the floors weren’t getting cleaned thoroughly and the list goes on. I believe we paid way too much for our room despite the special price. My recommendation, if you can afford it, is to stay at Doubletree or somewhere other than at Comfort Inn.
