Best Western Plus Northwind Inn & Suites

Amazing room, got upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, didn’t have the time to use it, but what a great gesture. Breakfast was fabulous as always. Bed was so comfortable had one of my best night sleeps.

I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though

I called to reserve room, they told me to call 800 number as they had a customer. I went to Expedia. But when I went to checkin in person, they made me wait as they were taking a reservation for a future stay. Guess I was not important.

Whomever was running check in on Friday night was SO kind, engaging and welcoming! He had a line of people waiting yet he still made the process smooth and not rushed. He was fun and patient with our two boys. We loved the pool, found the rooms to be roomy and clean, and the breakfast with a ton of different options. The grounds were also clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I want to acknowledge the front desk employee named KEVIN. He was the most helpful, kind and thoughtful hotel employee that I have ever encountered! He went out of his way to assist me in any way he could and went above and beyond his job description. I hope they give him a raise and a promotion!

Repairman left his mess just oustide the 3rd floor elevator. It never got ckeabed up while I was there for 2 days. Breakfast ran out of hot food and the eggs never wete replenished, this was 8 to 9 AM.

Very disappointed with the breakfast because it almost like they are rationing them and only bring out few pieces at a time and even told some customers there are no more!!! This is all within the slotted time frame for breakfast. The price includes breakfast so they should not be cheap out and let customers just eat dry toast???

Overall great place to rest your head. All-inclusive breakfast was “ok”, Hannah was very efficient in the mornings helping us get what we needed to start our day. We stayed in the family suite for 4 nights, it was clean and comfortable. Pillows were a bit small. Hotel was nice and clean, busy on the weekend however it was memorial weekend. Location was convenient and we loved having the Starbucks across the street.

And got charged an extra $50 to check in early when I drove 19 hours from Arizona. And i’ve stayed with this place for 10 years. And this was definitely the worst experience.

Would have liked some pet friendly non carpeted rooms but I understand all these rooms had carpet unlike the rooms in the Corvallis location

Great place for the night for my son and I who were traveling for sports. Good location. Friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. Will stay again if we have games in the area.

Don't plan to stay there again in the future we got there and said we had booked two rooms bacl to back which I never did and still got charged and wouldn't even give me a receipt when we checked out

Aa we arrived to the hotel the receptionist said we had booked two rooms which we never did beds weren't even made each day we stayed there no clean towels were provided till late at night will be disputing the second room they charged us and will never stay there again

The room was clean, and the employees kind. The property was hard and to get in and out of, but there were tons of places around to make up for it (gas stations, stores, and restaurants. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

The heater had to be replaced, and the office chairs wouldn't rise anymore, no replacements. Otherwise the place is very nice. Staff is perfect.

I took advantage of the online check in, it made our arrival smooth and easy. I was greeted with the warmest welcome, you'll have to forgive me, I'm terrible with names, but the gentleman was the kindest human and really made me feel welcome. He even helped my son find our room after getting a little turned around. Well done Best Western, we'll be back for sure!

I travel for work and stay in hotels and I have to say that this is the nicest Best Western I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The laundry room was great and they have all the amenities you could ask for.

Everyone was great! Only recommendations i have is put kids on bottom floor, when they woke above me at 6am they were running non stop.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while our house was closing and it was fantastic! I will actually miss the staff; they were so friendly.

The concierge was absolutely the best I have ever encountered!! He was helful, friendly, gave recommendations and got us into our room 2 hours early with a 1st or 2nd floor pick! The 1 elevator was slow and clunky. The pool and hottub were amazing. Breakfast was fabulous and many many iptions with hot food!

Front desk staff was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, seemed sincerely interested in being helpful and friendly! Slightly sketchy feeling outside the front door when i arrived back about 10 pm and was relieved that the front desk person was there so i wasn't alone when i entered. Smell of weed by the door was pervasive

We had amazing service. Felt like our reservation was important. This is a great location for access to food, gas and of course sites. Next time we will be staying again and staying longer

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a great location, has clean and comfortable rooms, has excellent amenities such as the fitness area and free WiFi, and good food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! The staff were exceptional and the hotel is clean and centrally located! My only recommendation is that you change the kind of bacon you serve. All the rest was wonderful!!

Large room size. Got the option with 3 queen beds (not sure why it says twin online its not) great size space. Breakfast was good and parking was free and super convenient.

Room was extremely small and cramped . Did not like the bathroom vanity in the main room , so very inconvenient . The fan in the dinky bathroom was terribly loud . Not a good experience at all .

The staff were great! Kevin and Ida were personable. Kevin was very friendly at check in and really made us feel welcone. Ida gave great tips on areas we were visiting. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a great size. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff really does go above and beyond.

The staff was amazing, however I think I was placed next to a room full of unsupervised children that ran in an out of the room, slamming the door until after midnight. The carpets were hella dirty, which made the sofa questionable to use. The beds were nice and the breakfast was great, but I didn’t get much sleep.

This hotel is located right in Tigard, with great access to restaurants and things to do. The hotel itself was great - friendly staff, great pool, great breakfast. Leroy took care of the breakfast area each day that we were there, and he was fantastic. We will stay there again when we visit family next year!

All the staff are extremely friendly, Jaden at the front lobby made our trip extremely easy to get settled in. Leroy at breakfast was on it and very on top of his game. He was very efficient and friendly.

What a fun surprise! I am a Portland Metro local, but after a long day at the wineries close by, I didn't want to chance the long trip home. This hotel was close to the last winery, there was a good little bar open late for a dinner walking distance across the street. The pool and hot tub were clean and the staff was amazing.

The lobby/front desk area very nice. Staff amazing. There was a man named LEROY who was in the breakfast room making sure everyone had what they needed. He was exceptionally kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there again.

The host that received us was great and very helpful. My friend was hurting due to a hike we did earlier in the day so the gentleman recommended she hit the hot tub for a few minutes before going to bed. She did and the gentleman let us stay a few minutes past closing just so she could really get the full benefits of soaking. I thought the was very nice of him, wish I could have gotten his name.

The TV system is poorly connected, nice TV brand but access to programming is rudimentary at best. They need a tech support person to get the system working. A maintenance person is not skilled enough.

The staff here was amazing and attentive. The beds were unfortunately not super comfortable and left us sore. The tv also had a tendency to turn off and on multiple times any time we used it but that was not a big deal.

The reason I didn't give the property 5 stars for everything is that a few things needed work (sink had cracks in it, not enough towel hangers, a loose faucet in the shower). other than the sink which isn't as easy a fix, the other things could be easily taken care of.
