EXCELLENT Hotel Stay, comfortable, easy to find, park and get going. Very easy access to main road and local beaches. I will be coming back. A Pet fee per stay of $150 is a little high but we paid it. No complaints, just maybe the breakfast (eggs) weren't great, after sitting there a while they turn to rubber. Nothing else.

GREAT PROPERTY. Rooms were very spacious, with all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. Close to everything. Yacht Club with bar and grill right next door. Roof top bar with amazing bay views. 5 min to our favorite, 1200 Chophouse, 5 min from St Pete Beach. Great complimentary breakfast buffet. Right down the road from Fort Desoto Park. Will definitely stay again.

The beds are WAY too soft. You sink o to them which makes it very hard for me to sleep having implants in my spine. Very uncomfortable. Other than that I will still stay here again.

We felt so welcome with our little pup. The resort was very dog friendly. Everything was so clean no dog smells at all. The food was also great. The room was very spacious. Great view of the bay. We will definitely be back. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast was good. I was surprised I had to pay to park though it was probably mentioned somewhere that I missed. The hotel was nice and close to the reason I was in the area. I will stay here again.

The second floor had NO AC in hallway. It was muggy and smelled really bad especially in the area in front of our room. Carpet had stains so maybe it waa that. The bed was the hardest bed we have ever slept on. It was a platform but I don't think the mattress was for a platform bed. It felt like sleeping on the floor. There was a bath towel that has very dirty. Very frustrating stay. I always feel hotels give the low quality rooms to Expedia customers... hopefully this room wasn't a reflection of what they have on other floors. Regardless, they need to fix up that 2nd floor. And $12 a day for outside, not covered parking.

And also the lady in breakfast room the day after mother’s day. She see to it that everyone is comfortably having bfast for that day. She is so helpfully attentive. You can see who loves their work vs just passing time while working.

Incredibly polite and accommodating staff. Special props to Tomas at the front desk. The breakfast was solid each of my three mornings there. Plenty of hot and cold items to interest everyone. Super comfortable mattresses and the suites have nice kitchen amenities. My only beef about this place really isn't under the control of management or staff. It's the Island Grill and Raw Bar next door. My first night, they blared loud, thumping music until 11 p.m. I could feel the bass through my mattress, even with a pillow over my head. The next night was quiet, but the third night they had live music. More folky covers than bad music from the 80s and 90s but still way too loud, mostly because the stage is outdoors and facing the hotel. Supposedly they only host live music on weekends, but I was there Tuesday-Friday a.m. All of this isn't Marriott's fault. But if you want to get a good night's rest, I suggest you request a room facing Pinellas Parkway and not facing this grill and bar. The city's noise ordinance allows them to crank it until 11 p.m.

The rooftop bar was beautiful, loved our suite, breakfast was better than most. Also really liked the body care products they use.

Breakfast was great, more than I thought it would be and they even had cold brew! The staff were kind and happy and so nice to us and remembered our names.the 12 dollar a day parking fee is a bummer though.

First room smell like smoke had to go back down stairs to have room switch. Other than that was very pleasant and good

This was our second time coming to this area and hotel. We definitely have decided to make this a family tradition for the month of March.

All Staff were pleasant and helpful, parking felt safe, room was extremely clean which I Love. There was only one problem. Water pressure was poor. This led to my toilet not flushing. I reported to staff at checkout.

Beautiful Hotel. Nice views and very clean room. Amazing front desk customer service, and also amazing treatment from the people serving the breakfast. Breakfast is included and they have a good variety. Roof top bar is one of the best things to check out when visiting (awesome 360 view), great food and drinks too. I will be back for sure!!

Best for breakfast, decent rooms, great location to Fort De Soto. Front desk couldn’t accommodate our request for higher floor even though hotel wasn’t that busy. Staff seems to not care about Marriott Bonvoy members or in general to help customers out but kitchen staff is great and super helpful.

Nice hotel, good location if you want to stay in Tierra Verde and close to Fort De Soto park or st Pete beach! Or if you want to park your boat for overnight stay!

Lobby smelled and looked clean Room 308 was clean, bed not as soft as I recalled, pillows were very small, bathroom sink very poor water pressure, shower takes approx 2-3 min for hot water, but is then nice and hot with good water pressure. Toilet runs and needs attention Hallway noise- unacceptable. Thicker doors with soundproofing are required. We do not recall this problem, previously, with doors closing and normal to above normal hallway conversations (as we attempted to sleep) Breakfast had many standard choices, quality was adequate, but no better than hotel half the price. Breakfast employee reached in and removed our plates WITHOUT ASKING IF WE WERE DONE, and whisked them away (hour left) She also started mopping area where one gets his or her food while many people tried to get their food! She was visibly upset that they were in her way and with an audible huff and angry face- gave up. Coffee was good Rooftop views are fabulous- make sure you view night and day push 7 on elevator Parking- plentiful Location: 5 min to gorgeous Ft DeSoto County Park $6 entry, small toll prior Pass A Grille 15 min our favorite places- why we stay here and would, again

The rooms were spotless and huge! The view of the marina was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful! Having a restaurant next door with access to their pool was GREAT!! They made awesome mudslides!!!!! Overall it was an outstanding trip and we can't wait to go back!!!!!!

Room was spacious but did not have a balcony even though quoted it had when booked. However ladies on reception during the day was. Helpful and tried to resolve. Unfortunately hotel was fully booked so no balcony 😫 our parking fee for days stayed was wavered as a apologie. The location is great a beautiful peaceful part of the world

Cons: Minor agitation with housekeeping. Nothing crazy but it did feel like the 'refresh' done on our room every 2 days left something to be desired. The last refresh let me know I was right in my thinking because it was done right the last time. Maybe just one employee not meeting standard but it did stand out against an otherwise great stay. They charge $12 for parking per night. While they are transparent about this; they have a very large car park and I am of the opinion that a single car should be allowed per paying room. Would absolutely stay again. Try the crab cakes at Vista. They are delicious.

I loved the space of my studio room. I also loved the fitness room. It’s small, but had what I needed to get in a good workout - complete with a beautiful view!

Descriptions on website are very misleading. There’s a small pool for the hotel, but the larger pool is actually at the restaurant next door. You have to get wristbands and then you’re swimming while people are eating. Weird. There’s no coffee during the evening. Only during breakfast. Also, the amount of people I saw filling shopping bags with breakfast stuff was insane. The restaurant on the roof is a very weird set up. The online ordering for room service didn’t work, no servers just a bartender. We went next door which was good. We won’t be back.

The room was nice and the view was absolutely beautiful! All staff was friendly and very helpful. The roof top bar had good happy hour drinks and view is beautiful up there. The restaurant downstairs had grouper tacos and they tasted delicious 😋 they have 2 pools. One for adults and one for everyone. I will definitely book here again and there breakfast is good as well!!!

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I chose it because I had a good experienced the first time. The quality was still good as before along with customer service. The breakfast option was still good and we enjoyed the special waffle that available on the weekend. The only thing negative was paid parking for $12 per night. The parking is big and plenty of it next to the restaurant but there was no other hotels near by so I don't see there is should be charged for parking. Other than that, everything is good.

Staff very helpful , breakfast has good selection , rooms large with a full kitchen , sofa. Taxis available to pass a grille beach one of best places in florida. Great roof top bar and bar next door with a bigger pool that residents can use . Would stay here again , great value for money .

Stayed for a one night quick visit to the beach. Great hotel and room. Breakfast was good next morning and the roof top bar was beautiful to watch the sunset on. Went to the restaurant next door for dinner and that was pretty good as well. Would definitely stay there again

I liked the facility. Breakfast was good. Location was good. But it’s poorly managed, and that affected my whole 4 day stay. First day , I called the front desk to tell them that the remote control for the TV was not working and the room is really hot , they came in. They changed the remote and as far as the AC they couldn’t do anything because it sat at 67. And they cannot change it. Second day I complained again the manager came up with the thermometer and an attitude and measured the opening of the air conditioner to prove me wrong the register is way on top in a corner , and it read 62° when I told him to take the temperature of the walls in the room it was 71 , he didn’t like that. He told me that I can’t do nothing about it. So I asked him for a fan. After a while he gave me an industrial fan, which I couldn’t even turn on because it’s so loud. The same day we went to the beach we came back at night, next morning. They had a fire alarm test which we didn’t know nothing about , when we came running down the stairways from the sixth floor the same manager was standing by the front lobby , i asked him what’s going on. He rudely told me it’s a test. When I ask him how come nobody told us he said we told everyone and there’s a sign by the elevator. When I went back to the elevator by the front lobby there was a small sign with no warnings or anything on it , it was on top in the middle between the elevators , with no warnings or attention .

The hotel, pool, and area was absolutely beautiful and clean, with friendly staff that made hospitality a real priority. Unfortunately, the guests were very noisy next to us and caused disturbances nightly from 10 pm to 4 am all week we were unable to sleep. The staff was understanding of the issue we advised them numerous times but were unable to offer any solutions. We are still baffled we had this experience for the rates we were charged. We could not rest – the most important part of a vacation day.

I stay was exceptional. My only concern was check in. The front desk had my email and phone on file. My name was not listed in the reservation so they would not let me check in. My wife had to confirm my reservation which was disappointing since we are both long term Marriott Bonvoy members.

Our room was spacious. Balcony overlooked the restaurant next door. Impressive views of the area from the roof top restaurant which had great food and music. Staff was nice and professional. Full free breakfast every morning with lots of varieties. My only complaint was I found hair in the shower left from the previous renter, gross, and the shampoo bottle and body wash dispensers mounted in the shower were empty which left me annoyed. Everywhere else seemed clean. Just looks like they forgot the shower. I would stay again and make sure I have my own shampoo.

Lovely hotel surrounded by boats and water.

They do not make up your room or provide towels but every other day . They did not tell me when I checked in. Threw towels on floor to use a carpet and then had no towels .

Beautiful hotel on the water with a nice pool and great rooms. Only issue is the pillows are terrible. Flat as a pancake. They definitely need to work on that. Besides that I would recommend this hotel.

When it was time to sleep, we were so uncomfortable as the bed felt like we were sleeping on a board! Both of us tossed all night and in the morning we asked if there were any other rooms with softer mattresses. Sadly, they sad all beds were the same. We made the decision to forfeit our already prepaid night and leave, rather than spend another aching sleepless night.

From check-in to departure everything was first class. Hotel was clean, the room spotless and well apportioned and the staff friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay here. First time in the area and enjoyed the amenities as well as the respectful and attentive staff.

One of my only critiques is that the room was too hot. Locking the thermostat to not go below 67 degrees was frustrating, as we like to sleep in a cooler room. I'm glad we were there in March and not during the summer, or we would have been burning up. These room prices are very expensive, so it seems ridiculous to not allow guests to control the temperature and comfort level of their own rooms.

I have stayed here many times since it opened, the staff is always great. Rooms are clean and the free breakfast is good.

The breakfast and rooftop bar/cafe was good. However, the mattress on the pull out couch was very old, thin and lumpy. Needs an upgrade. Also, it took more than an hour to get toilet paper and tissues I requested because they were understaffed. Not sure why extra toilet paper wasn't available in the room.

This was a great hotel! The front desk person Loretta and the general manager were so helpful. We came upon this beautiful hotel after our condo rental was double booked. They were so helpful and even went out of their way to offer us a longer stay with a discounted price. Great, friendly, pet friendly place! I highly recommend!
