Definitely needs updating, spoiled coffee creamer. Carpet in room stained burn marks, curtains dirty, patchwork done (not painted, gap in exterior door, some mold, fan in bathroom grungy/dust bathroom fan, broken handicap chair overall dated and grungy

We came on vacation for a week but after 3 days the management said they are not an extended stay and ifwe booked we would get Bo refund and st lo couldn't stay! So rude! Then at breakfast, a homeless man with open oozing sores all over him was touching all over the food, so we could even eat then lastly we noticed bedbugs

The attendant was outside of the main entrance door smoking a cigarette,and drinking,( he asked me was I checking in. I said yes. He then said to me he'd be right in). After 5mins of waiting in a smokey, mildew smelling lobby I went back outside to ask if he would please check me in "he said to me "I told you I would be in just wait") While patiently waiting for him I thought if the lobby smelled and looked filthy I can only image what the rooms we're like. After 10mins of waiting for the attendant to finish drinking and smoking and standing in that dirty lobby I decided that I wouldnt be able to sleep there. First impressions are everything. I would sleep in my car first. Im calling corporate office today. Disappointed

Room was old and furnishings were old. Shower curtain had mold. No elevator. Breakfast didn’t open until 6:30 so we didn’t have breakfast because we wanted to leave early. Very bad choice.

If we could have left no stars and simply wrote a review, we would have. Despite the staff being decent, we can’t find anything else nice to say about our stay here. It should have been a two night stay, and we would have gladly stayed “no nights”, but there were H.S. graduations happening in the area and all hotels were booked our first, and only, night there. We were booked into a bottom floor room and when we opened the door, we turned around and walked back to the office and asked for a different room. Room #2 really wasn’t any better, but at least the comforter in this room didn’t have a dinner plate sized stain on it. The floors in both rooms were filthy and covered in stains. The bedding was old and as worn out as the mattress was. It sagged in the middle to the point where it pulled you in like a black hole. Simply terrifying. The rooms looked circa 1980 and probably haven’t seen a proper cleaning since then. The complimentary coffee machine looked like it would pour sludge instead of coffee. The parking lot was also full of potholes. Dead giveaway, folks! Before I wrap this up, I cannot forget to mention the disgusting bathroom. It looked straight out of an episode of CSI. The walls were streaked with some sort of brown residue and there was a used towel with brown streaks on it left by a former guest on the back of the bathroom door. I believe I’ve said enough. I’ll just leave this right here for you fellow travelers. Travel safe!

This place was absolutely horrible! Completely filthy bullet in the ceiling, the only lights that worked the switch was melted so at some point caught on fire . I wanted my money back and was refused. Not to mention i requested oay on arrival and they charged my card well before i was there.the beds were sunken in and kedt me woth a rash. 0 out of 10 recommended

The guy at the service desk was very nice and respectful. Breakfast area was very clean. The room we got was smelly, not well maintained. There was mold and rust in the bathroom. Microwave oven and area around it not clean. Curtains were old and stained. We had to ask for a different room. It was given to us with no delay or trouble. It was in better condition, but we found spiders in the bed under the pillow.

There was plenty of parking. Its a very old facility and needs a great deal of TLC UPGRADES. Although the bedding was clean, toilet & sink were clean, the overall room needs more thorough cleaning. The iron and iron stand was filthy. The iron board was rusty. I had to buy an iron and I dropped a towel of the board. We were given 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our stay. We were in the area for a rehearsal dinner, a wedding and wakeup to drive home. The room was to damp to dry the towels overnight. Even though the front desk stated the housekeeping personnel would bring us fresh towels, when they passed our room I had to step out of my room to ask them for the towels. Thats when they stated they did not have any. They would be doing the laundry later and bring them to us. Never arrived. We had to dry off with sheets before leaving for the wedding. I knew this was an older establishment, but I did not imagine towels would be a problem . The tub was stained a grayish black. I'll never stay here again.

We actually didn't stay at the Quality Inn even though we pre-paid for one night. The building is in terrible shape. The outdoor pool was some shade of green. The first floor rooms looked like they had local transients living there. Yuk! We went to a better hotel.

ALL night we had to deal with people going in and out of cars! Very noisy night! At one point it sounded like someone was breaking into a car. There were stains all over the rug, plus I killed not 1 BUT 2 roaches!! The flies in the room were horrible they kept bothering us all night. However the next room wasnt any better. There was severe mold in the bathroom so it made taken a shower impossible. Unfortunately all other hotels were booked solid so we cleaned ourselves in the sink. You can tell any damages to the room that were repaired they did the repairs themselves because it looks like a 5 year old did it. I highly recommend you find another place. The staff was pleasant and that was the only thing that got 4 stars. Also a strong odor of weed from occupants upstairs.

I do have to commend the lady at front desk when we checked out. I left my purse hanging on my chair in breakfast area. We were thirty minutes up the road and stopped at last rest stop before going into add when I realized I forgot it so we had to turn around. She had it under the counter all safe and sound and verified it was mine. I was so thankful for her and her honesty!!

The customer service was by far the best part. And there was adequate parking. They did provide a breakfast that had some variety, although no proteins. The room was cozy except for pillows which are fully stuffed squares. Thankfully, I always travel with my pillows, so I slept fine but without it I would've not gotten a good night sleep at all. The bed was comfortable, though, and the TV was easy to use-- huge pluses in my mind. Also, I really do appreciate having the in room coffee maker with coffee pods even though they do provide coffee in the morning for breakfast. The air Conditioner/heating unit did not allow you to run the always on fan option. So you either had to listen to a lot of Road noise or keep your room very hot or cold by just running the fan itself or just running the hot or cold which would turn off when it reached the thermostat temperature. It didn't bother me but there was no noticeable elevator and I was on the second floor, so I think someone would have accessibility issues. I got a no smoking room but the people next-door to me were smoking up a storm. I'm guessing that was just them though and I doubt a hotel would put a smoking room right next to a non-smoking room.

The restroom was dirty,tub/shower had visible mold and tub was dirty.Top sheet on bed had stains as well as comforter.Manger on duty upon check-in could not get payment approved even after showing him my bank had posted payment to establishment,was made to call bank after manger resubmitted payment 3 times without my authorization,but my bank straighten the problem out.Overall would not recommend due simply to room being dirty,bedding being dirty as if not changed between visits...

Had hotel cancel late in the day after receiving confirmation, had Quality inn that was a crack house…. I moved on to direct bookings with enterprise and Hyatt both excellent

Don't do it.. Looks like a drug motel. So upset that the photos were not what we saw online. Roaches in every room. The front desk was nice. They moved us 2x. I should have taken pix of the roaches. The carpet was very dirty and were in need of cleaning. Doors look lile they were in a police raid.

The hotel charged a $50 incidental fee, regardless of the fact the room was already paid for online. The pet fee is $15 per night, but that is not revealed upfront either. The hotel information says nothing about being charged an additional incident fee, even though it is refunded later, it was unexpected. No where inside the hotel check-in area does it tell you about the extra $50, the hotel employee advises you before they will give you a room. Nice place for the money, just wouldve been nice to know it would be $80 extra dollars.

The room was a “non-smoking” but smelled straight like an ash tray. The bathroom was in rough shape. The towels and wash rags were stained. Multiple flys in side the room when we first got in. Would not ever stay here again I would rather sleep in the woods.

Hotel rooms need upgrade. Old TV. The safe didn't work. There were stains on the rug. Comfortable bed.

I felt like I was in a steam room with damp sheets when sleeping. The AC worked well though so at least it was cool in there.

We have stayed here several times, and it has gotten worse each time. The sheets and bathtub ledge had cigarette burns in a non smoking room. The room smelled very musty. Half of the channels on the tv weren't coming in clearly, and only the power and volume buttons on the remote worked. The buttons on the tv itself are tiny and on the back, very difficult to use. Our room door wouldn't close without lifting the handle hard, and another guest this morning was locked out of his room for at least half an hour because the staff couldn't get the electronic lock to work (not a key card problem, the lock itself). We will avoid this hotel in the future.

When we arrived and opened the door the mold and mildew smell was horrible. There was paint peeling off the wall and had some mold on the wall. The bedding was still dirty with makeup and oil on them. It just looked as if they made it and never change the sheets. The towels had an Oder as if they hadn’t been washed in months. We left and went to Walmart bought our own bedding and towels, Fabreeze and Lysol. Cleaned and used our own things. Glad we only stayed 1 night. PHOTOS ARE NOT WHAT IT IS LIKE!

The room stunk and there was so much moisture and that the covers on the bed stayed saturated all night. There was mold/mildew on the ac unit which we breathed into our lungs all night long. Could smell urine smell at different times throughout night

The room we stayed in smelled musty. The outside door frame was partially pried off, like someone had tried to break in. I also felt like I was inconveniencing the woman who checked me in, even though I was the only person in the lobby

Stay is always wonderful but the last minute $50 holding I was not very happy about!!

I paid in advance for two nights but left the next day even though it was too late to check out and I couldn’t get a refund. I decided I’d rather eat the cost than spend a second night in that place. The pool was nice and the common areas were okay. No complaints about the included breakfast. It was about what you expect from Quality Inn.

Staff was super friendly and I wasn't happy with my first room because I gota non smoker room, yet they gave me a different room upon request to make sure that my happiness is their number 1 priority

We were appalled at the condition of the room. Peeling paint, mold, old food, old coffee grinds, missing light bulbs, dust and dirt everywhere. Mystery stains on the walls. It was sincerely gross. It was super late and we had traveled hours to get there. So we very reluctantly stayed the night after pulling off all the comforters and basically sleeping on sheets (which did look clean) I also checked for bedbugs and did not see any. The breakfast area/lobby looked clean, however, the housekeepers were all hanging out there eating too. Also, there was a language barrier between us and the people checking us in, so we were unable to communicate the issue there, hence the poor review.

Did not actually stay here. Given a key to first room, which was so dirty, awful stale cigarette smoke. There was years of dirt on the bathtub and organic growth aka mold all around the edge of the tub and the ceiling paint was peeling off the front desk clerk gave us another room which looked identical, but just had another weird smell. He then proceeded to show us three other rooms none of which were acceptable. The photos online do not represent this actual hotel. Do not stay here.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was adequately clean, decent temperature and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is severely in need of renovation and though did the job, the room was way past expected end of service life. The bathroom was tiny and appeared to be being maintained by somebody's brother in law. Very stained tub and walls in bathroom, wide sloppy caulking application...just rough on the eyes in general. It was also very loud. IDK if the hotel is housing illegal aliens on some kind of a government deal, but it was very loud with people talking at the top of their lungs until well past 2AM. The continental breakfast was decent - I do love those waffle machines. It should cost ~ $60/night, not the $120 I paid.

I don't like leaving negative hotel reviews because I'm generally not looking for much from a hotel, except the basics, a nice clean room in a decent location and a good breakfast. But I have to say i was seriously disappointed in the Quality Inn. This is one of those places where you can tell they haven't put a dime into the place since the 1980's. Except for a newer TV. The bathtub had more caulk than porcelain, the mattress is so old and saggy that you roll into the middle of it, the steps outside are cracked and look like they couldn't support the weight of a small dog and the thin towels just barely could dry off one leg. The breakfast was ok but again, you can tell the cereal has probably been in that container for weeks if it's not eaten. If I had reserved the room for more than 1 night, which thankfully i didn't, i would have left and stayed somewhere else. I would never recommend this hotel and i certainly wouldn't stay here again.

For the price point you can’t beat it it was clean, comfortable quiet I felt safe, so it certainly gets high ratings from me and if I’m gonna say anything negative about this place, it would be the showers. The tub has a very steep Downgrade and I found it to be very slippery for me but overall I was extremely happy

For the price that I paid, I was extremely pleased. The room was nice and clean bed was very comfortable. The property was very clean. It was very quiet, so it certainly exceeded my expectations.

Me and my 7 1/2 month pregnant wife had no where to go and didn’t have the additional funds for there security deposit that Expedia did not make us aware of and the staff allowed me to leave our licenses for the night and we are extremely grateful and thankful for there kindness the room was great everything worked nothing was dirty great stay

The property is dirty. There a roaches in the rooms. The floors are dirty. The lamps shades are filthy. The walls need painting. Doors are chipped. And that shower/tub is disgusting. I never laid down. Stayed up all night because i was too afraid to lay in the bed people should be refunded and the property should be closed for remodel or be closed for good. Very disappointed. Wasted my money. If i felt safe i would if slept in my car.
