Breakfast tator tots weren't good. They were hard and chewy, not crunchy. The elevator or rugs need to be cleaned due to smell. It didn’t matter when we used the elevator, it reeked of odor. Other than that, rooms were very clean, comfy, and AC worked great.

The location of the hotel is great. There's so much to do from shopping, eating, and entertainment That there is only 2 microwaves shared between hundreds of rooms and guest.

Room has stains everywhere and there was a bug on our bed so we ended up staying at a different hotel entirely. And we couldn’t get a refund because of Expedia or the hotel or both. Staff was nice though.

Hyatt place used to have complimentary coffee and hot water for tea but I won’t pay for Starbucks. Anyway, everything else was great.

The breakfast menu had a good variety. The shower temp and pressure were very good. The A/C worked very well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The issue I had was that I found a contact lens in my bed. I don't wear contact lenses so this was alarming in terms of cleanliness.

Only concern I had was my check out experience was not pleasant but overall always good

This is our go to hotel anytime we visit. Close to everything and the staff is always friendly. Rooms always clean and we will be back soon.

We stayed at this location for 1 night. The room was clean. My nephew is very tall and he appreciated the tall shower. Property was very close to COSM for entertainment and lots of food options around. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The breakfast offers hardboiled eggs however the eggs are not peeled. I cannot figure out why they would set them out like that. How and where are guests supposed to peel the eggs? Do they want egg shells all over the table? A deep clean is really needed throughout. No one seems to notice milk splashed on the cabinet doors at the bar.

Although the room was clean, the black out curtains did not work at all and the air conditioning felt like it was going out as it was not keeping the room comfortable to sleep in. The staff was nice and accomadating.

Rooms were dated and lacked working USB ports. Was fine for one night.

The only downfall was no hot tub, other than that, I recommend.

The room is becoming a little run down. The carpet needs shampooing a lot of stains in the hallway. The breakfast was great. The customer service was excellent.

The room is raggedy / the showers - the couch the lobby area and sitting area is horrible even inside the elevator. The sheets had stains upon arrival. I had to switch my room from the original one because the dooor wouldn't close shut. This is one of the horrible hotels and I've traveled everywhere in country & out

Housekeeping was very attentive. They made our bed everyday. We stayed at this location for at least 10 days. We were also give clean towels everyday. Every since and after Covid most hotels will not make your bed unless requested.

Clean room, false advertising theres no meals or restaurant open onsite to eat dinner or food. Food menus present bit foods been closed for months. Candy available or 15 dollar microwave frozen pizzas.

The staff was fine and helpful. However, the mattress(both) were on the lines of a low budget hotel that had not been changed in 20 years. Then I went to the bathroom and saw a roach on the floor. I have stayed at the hotel before, yet it has been at least 5years since my last stay at this location. I was highly dissatisfied and woke up feeling like I could have gotten a better nights rest on the floor or perhaps in my car. The staff only offered 2k in points to accommodate my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, this location will not be a first choice hotel in the future.

This is a new, super-clean hotel and rooms are perfect. Sleeper in the area for quality and polite hospitality. Starbucks is open in the lobby 24 hrs a day.

Fire alarm went off twice at 3am - fire department came and stated it was water heater triggered. When I forgot my key the second time, the reception didn't even ask to confirm if I am the correct occupant - extremely dangerous.

This hotel was rated as a 3 star and I can see why, the minute you walk in it smells duty, the rooms smelled duty. The sofa bed was so unconfortable that we probably will have to go to the chiropractor when we come back home. There was no towels in the room, when I went to the reception to ask for some the guy brought me 3 mini towels that not even a toddler would been able to use, said they were out of the bigger ones. Breakfast was small and did not look anything like in the pictures. Will not return there

Clean room, but the room felt hot. I had to sleep on the sofa where the air from the AC was being blown.

The check in process was very smooth and the staff were extremely nice. The room was roomy and we had minor cleaning issues but nothing major. The view from our room was amazing! The breakfast was AMAZING! I would definitely stay again!

I paid a little more for a bigger room (2 queens and a pull out) but when i arrived the front desk lady told me there was only a king and a pullout available and that they were sold out. ok, no problem, i can make that work, although that option was a little cheaper and i paid for the more expensive option. I get my whole family in the room and to sleep but at midnight i hear someone repeatedly trying to get inside my room. the only reason they couldn't is because we had all the deadbolts locked. i get up and make it known that someone is in the room so they will go away but they continue to knock. I open it enough to peek out and its a man saying he's with the front desk and my room is assigned to someone else. I tell him that my three children are asleep and I'm not waking them up. He says he'll call, so five minutes later the room phone is ringing. He wants my name, I tell him, and it seems I have the same last name as the other guest and I was given their room (which was too small for my family of five). at this point nothing can be done because it's midnight. If anything, the hotel should just refund me a little money since they kept me up past midnight from their mistake and gave me a lesser room than i paid for. it was a really busy time for the hotel--they couldn't keep up with making coffee for all the guests the next morning, which is understandable. we travel a lot and I get it, but the front desk was kind of careless with assigning rooms.

One of our go-to places when we are in the area. Tamara at the check-in desk is probably the best customer service agent I have ever interacted with. Give that woman a raise, she goes above and beyond.

They moved us to another room that was in the SAME condition! So moldy smelling that after about an hour we had to just leave because I started having breathing problems.

The room was very sticky and had a very weird smell. The floor was very slick as it felt like there was baby oil on the tile. The bed was very damp and the sofa was sticky and felt like it had moisture all over it. There was mold all over the AC vent and on the ceiling it’s very harmful for my young children.

Their service was awful. I don't recommend anyone to stay in that hotel. Manager was rude. They did not clean our room. Bathroom shower leakage. Poor communication. We did not know BF ends at 9 am and we went right at 9 am and they denied service.

Not sure what the issue was and my trip was fast so I did not report to the front desk. But the whole room felt moist. Carpet Floors sticky to a bare foot. Tile super slick as if wet. Even the sheets felt wet to the touch.

Room was clean and serviced but there was a small smell of mildew in room. Ceiling inside of shower had black substance that like mold where it looked like a repair was made and have time to properly dry in room 306

Great stay for 3 adult friends. Beds were comfortable. I took the sofa bed, I didn't unfold it, just put a sheet on the sofa and slept on the couch. I was comfortable. Breakfast was hot: Waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, cereals, yogurt.

The stay was great. Rooms were good. Floor in the room could use a good cleaning. Other than that, the room was good.

First thing, Paola at the front desk was the sweetest. She went out of her way to do something nice, during a time of family grieving. Made my trip. As far as the hotel, there was a gap around the door jam big enough to see through into the hallway. And the half used rolls of toilet paper, next to the commode, in the "splash zone", despite the fancy folded pointed end of the roll, arent very appealing. Nice sized rooms, otherwise clean

Took my wife out for a weekend get away hotel was packed we could not even get into the swimming pool due to so many people. Also kept feeling things crawling on us at night finally Sunday morning found bugs in the bed and I was also bitten by something causing a rash

Staff is lovely, hotels clean and well maintained. However on our 3rd night we noticed the air not quite working properly. We figured it was just a fluke but no, last night 4th night ac would not go bellow 73. Maintenance was unavailable, never was able to get the ac to work properly and hotel was sold out so no other rooms available.

Bathroom door lock is not working

The breakfast was not good. They don't use real eggs. The staff try to push people out a few minutes before 9 am. The pool was for maintenance? Could not use it and that should be advertised that the pool is not open.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in town for a concert. Always a great experience. Not really sure why the hallways and elevator were hot this go around but the ac in the room worked great.

I like the hotel was good . They cleaned our bedroom put new towels and soap but they need to clean the air vent cause it has a smell bad . I didn’t like that they even didn’t reach to talk about pool being closed . Their breakfast need to change , they should have a variety menu . I wouldn’t stay in this company again. I love Hyatt but this property was a little different. First off I never experienced housekeeping leaving my door open the first night. We got back to our room and I was like what is going on?? Why is my door cracked open. We also expressed that our sheets were not changed during cleaning since I stained it with food. The front manager was so awesome and gave us a free night for a future stay at any property. Thank you so much!

Hotel was fine. I will never use Hotels.com to book again. Misleading late cancellation policy. Took my money, wouldn't cancel. Paid for 5 nights and only stayed one due to travel plan changes. The only reason I paid for the cancellation insurance.

I stayed here for a staycation. The room was good. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was restocked with towels and toiletries. The breakfast didn’t have that many options. But overall, it was a good stay.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt Place. It was comfortable & clean. The breakfast was good & fresh with a variety of choices. Also, the outside area was clean & neat as well. I would love to stay again the next time I'm in Texas.

The A/C was set to 72 and would not let us set it lower. We had to ask the front desk to set it lower to cool down the room. Because of this I will not use this hotel again. I pay extra for comfort not for the hotel to buckle and dime us through the A/C

Everything was GREAT, but the little kids toilet that you had to roll off of, because it was so low to the ground. Not even public toilets sit this low!

The check-in staff was very incompetent or is running a scam on customers. They charged my card for two nights, with two deposits and random charges of $19.50, and $12. I used Expedia to prepay my reservation for a one night stay. When I call no one seems to get back to me or refund the extra charges. Very strange behavior for a hotel.

House keeping wasn't very helpful. We asked for extra clean face towels and was only given bath towels. When receiving the extra towels we asked the housekeeper to take the dirty towels and she just turned around and walked away. Breakfast area doesn't offer very many sitting spots so we had to sit on a sofa with our plate in our laps to eat.

We had an extreme weather situation on our day of arrival so I called the front desk to explore options. The front desk manager was very rude and did not show any empathy. The breakfast had minimal options too. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and we did not face any issues. However if the staff is not friendly, it makes it hard to chose that hotel again!

While the staff we encountered were all very nice, I was disappointed that since my son used the sofa bed we asked for some blankets for him since it was only 29 degrees out. They gave us one very thin sheet and said that’s all they had. Our neighbors were incredibly loud and we also had no microwave. Also it would have been nice if it had a hot tub. But those were not things I thought about checking before booking.

The room was spacious. Not once did i hear any noise from the hall, above, nor next to my room. I just wish the room had a microwave. Also, no matter where i plugged my phone, it took 4 hours to charge. I'd dear return though!

The only thing I complain about is the room at the first floor, is too close to the parking lot. To noise it. Not sure if I’m going to be able to rest tonight. I asked for a room at the third floor but they said they were not available.

We enjoyed our stay until we discovered there was no microwave which I know some hotels have one downstairs so that’s fine, we as a family of 4 only had two wash cloths, the phone in our room isn’t working to call downstairs and when we woke up for breakfast there wasn’t much to choose from as displayed on the website

Really enjoyed the view of Top Golf, that was fun. Bed was comfy and the sofa was nice. Overall a good experience with some minor complaints. Would stay again.
