Drinks at bar were made to perfection. Staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Room clean and comfy.

Everything was amazing except the beds 😒😓 we almost stayed another night but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we decided to go back home. Other than that. No complaints 👌

Location YOU MUST READ THIS They don’t have breakfast included, in case you’re planning to choose the rate with breakfast included, that is not true. They give you a $12 coupon to use in the cafeteria. They do not have buffet, it’s all à la carte. The front desk lady was nice, but didn’t specify this, and it’s not clear on the description when you book. You basically have to pay extra if you want to have a decent breakfast.

No free breakfast...parking was free but says $5 a day..probably slipped it in

Everything was great. The only downside we experienced was no staff at night all the way till brunch time the next morning. Very inconvenient.

Everything was clean and smelt really nice. Parking lot had a lot of food options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the elevators and we were able to hear a constant tick ALL NIGHT LONG. Almost sounded like a huge dripping sound. Thankfully the room came supplied with 2 pairs of earplugs.

It was a little noisy on my floor, thankfully they provide earplugs. Wonderful room for short stay.

No free breakfast, overpriced and they will charge for anything, laundry more expensive than any other hotel. Not a good value.

Place was under construction and alot of noise due to contractor drilling all day. No amenities available because of it. False advertising. Not safe for kids

Nice clean hotel

This hotel was so clean! I took notice right away how they were actively cleaning at all times. Every time I walked through the lobby someone was cleaning. It was really nice to see how they truly try to keep people safe and respect the esthetic of the property.

Clean, comfortable, attractive rooms, kind staff, cookies on arrival. There are many attractions and restaurants within walking distance and a short drive from the hotel. Snacks for purchase in lobby as well as a restaurant. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Friendly Room had a bad odor and the carpet had food pieces from people before us. There was no mattress pad on the bed and I read that there would be a mini refrigerator and there was none.

You advertised that breakfast was included. However, you did not say that only Continental Breakfast was included. Although a discount was given on a regular breakfast, the discount was not enough to cover a complete breakfast. A complete full breakfast included in the price.

The hotel was really nice and clean. It is a good area to stay at. Many restaurants and bars. The area is safe.

This is a very well kept nice property close to Grandscape for shopping and eating and close to Frisco/Plano for any activities. 10/10 would stay here again and it is very affordable!

Such a cute room! Comfy bed and cute love seat. Black out curtains were amazing. You can see your car in the parking lot. 10/10 would stay again!

Faculty was very kind and the rooms were functional and spacious.

There were many places to shop and eat but I was visiting for work so I didnt get to enjoy that aspect. However the rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Me and my family went on a road trip for 9 days and hit 7 different states. We stayed in 3 hotels ( we had family we stayed with as well) and this was hands down the best of the 3 hotels. Rooms had plenty of room for me, my husband and two teenage boys. It was very clean as well. You couldn’t hear outside noise or noise in the hallway which was a plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and desk clerk handed us all water bottles when we checked it. Breakfast was not included but you could purchase meals and Starbucks coffee. The price for coffee was reasonable but food was a tad bit pricy ( but what isn’t ) hotel is in a good spot with plenty of shops and restaurants. This will be our hotel, when we are in the Dallas area again! Thanks Courtyard, you understood the assignment !!!

Since we got to the hotel the room above us was stomping and making noise. We came back to our room after being out and still they were stomping around. We called the front desk and they said the room above us was having a party. We ended up having to pack our stuff back up and move rooms in the middle of the night. Never heard of a hotel allowing a party in a room. Front desk was upset we complained about the noise.

Hotel seems fine but the fairly strong smell of cigarette smoke was not good. Asked for a breakfast voucher and they gave $12. All of the breakfast choices are basically $15+ so very weak to only give a $12 voucher.

Surprisingly the railroad tracks right outside the window did not affect our sleep. I heard it but fell right back asleep, ear plugs were available in the room if needed but we didnt feel the need. A very light sleeper may.

The experience was neutral mainly because I was assigned a room close to the highway---- the cars,motorcyles and truck noise was unbearable and affected my sleep.

Well i could say its clean but i did find a dirty sock that wasn’t ours and also when they came to clean the room the coffee tray was not clean and was not refilled

Always a great stay.

Internet did not work. Response to resolve was slow and not much support there. Had a meeting to attend via call but could not do it properly due to lack of internet access. The dining options in the hotel was not good and the food was below average. But the staff in general were very cordial and supportive.

The checking was super easy and fast. The gentleman at the counter was super courteous and helpful.

I am a repeat customer. It is always an enjoyable and relaxing experience!

A lot of dinning options

The property was well kept & lobby was very nice. Very disappointed that we was demoted from a king bed to double beds- we was told that it was overbooked & wasnt told this at check in. We found out when we got to the room. There also some stains on lamp shade & curtain that looked like blood stains.

I wished the fan would have stayed on continually for the noise factor - small child crying & walls are thin.

Good place for short stay

Great staff, great food, and incredible atmosphere. It's conveniently located right off the highway with on site food & bev. The Suite was terrific with all new furniture and a large TV. Very clean and very upscale for the price.

Love this hotel. When we come to Dallas this is where we try to stay. Only complaint was tv stopped working and felt kinda dismissed when we called about it but I still will continue it to come here because of the clean rooms, comfy beds and safe environment

Lady at the front desk was super rude, did not get the kind of room I booked, had a conjoining room and they were so loud, lock on our door was broken, TV didn’t work, there was a ziploc baggie under our bed that was not ours.

The property was a quiet, clean and well maintained place. We enjoyed our stay.

It looked great, and clean. The pool said it closed at 9, but people were still out there and we could hear them most of the night. The next evening, we went to the pool and the people there were doing drugs, so we left. Just wish hotel was better monitored because it was nice.

The bedroom was clean the issue was the bed closet to the window the mattress was so worn that it made sleeping in it horrible it was lop sided very bad the tv would come on but no picture or sound with it

I was there for only 2 days and most of the time I was out, so I did not want to make a big deal but it was not a good experience, not sure if I would stay at the same place again next time.
