This hotel is fantastic. The staff was so friendly, our room was spotless, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. An added bonus is the location. It’s within walking distance of Buc-ee’s, Texas Roadhouse, and a Tanger Outlet Mall. This was a great experience.

This hotel is fantastic! Besides the room being cozy, clean and comfortable, the location is superb! Plenty of shopping across the street at the Tanger Outlet Mall and also plenty of great places to eat around the property. We have bookmarked this one and will be staying here from now on when we are in the Clear Lake area. Loved everything about it!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I was there due to a funeral and their welcoming nature was an answered prayer.

Mediocre breakfast. Fully booked and we found out late that our AC in room didn't work. We stayed one night and let them know the next morning as nothing could be done that night.

The room we were given had a coffee stain on the carpet in the living room. We could have asked for another room, but we were told the hotel was completely booked, so we just walked around it.

This is our 2nd stay here, location and proximity to cruise ports is essential for our stay. I would highly recommend this property, Reba who is the attendant at breakfast is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure your breakfast and stay is a positive experience.

The receptionist was rude when answering my call. There was also no explanation for the missing slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste, even though the room details stated that these amenities were included.

The lady in charge of the breakfast bar is incredibly friendly and makes an effort to great every guest. She even gives kids a package of cookies!

Stayed here because of the exceptional ratings. But my experience was not all that great. Stayed here an entire week and my room didn’t get tended to until the day before we left. In the middle of the week my husband asked front desk if we could get our room cleaned. Upon returning from our full day out we walked into our room to see that it wasn’t cleaned. No big deal till everyday after it still wasn’t being tended to. My husband had to go to the front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, body wash, and trash bags. Had we not put our trash out in the hallway to get picked up we would have had a room full of trash.

The rooms are kind of what you would expect in a tiny house. The worst thing is the bathroom has a sliding glass door and if someone is in there everyone will be awakened because it has an opaque glass door.

The room2 queen bedroom was very spacious. I really liked the setup. Everything was up to date in the unit. I had another room which was a king, which was still spacious but in either room did the AC really work. It was really warm through the night. There was only one rude staff member which was the older African American lady at the front desk. She sat down all day, she did not greet anyone, she was really no help when asked a question, she did not smile, she was very unwelcoming. The hotel smelled very nice and clean. Shopping in food is lierally right outside the hotel which made our stay even more convenient. Will very much so return for another stay.

We usually stay here before every cruise we take out of Galveston. Room and service always great. However I do recommend getting more pillows or bringing your own. Their pillows are fluffy, but go flat super easy.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here staff was phenomenal. The young man who checked me in knew me by name. Shout out to the amazing woman who set up and maintained breakfast all the blessings to her. The breakfast was so good!!! Maybe yall can help the cruise people get theirs right lol. My only minor complaint was the level of scent in the sheets it was a little overwhelming. I luckily broughtp a blanket that I used over the sheets. I’d ask that they use a less perfume brand again my only only only complaint. I hate hotels but this one was great!!

We stayed here the night before our cruise out of the Galveston port and this hotel was perfect coming from San Antonio. Rght next to a Bucees so we were able to gas up and get final snacks for the cruise. Hotel was clean and in a clean area. Would recommend.

Everything was amazing. We just spent a couple of days, but the room was great, breakfast was great, but the staff was the absolute best. Knew all the best restaurants and directions that made the trip hassle free. Having friends in the area, we needed a go-to hotel and we found it!

Facility is very new, close to restaurants and an outlet mall. Maintenance crew is not very good. Sound proof not good. Our neighbor left the TV on very loud throughout the night and we couldn't sleep well. The front desk is ok, not very helpful sometimes. Our AC also had some issues.

I liked how clean the room was. There were a few things that had broken but they were small and weren’t worth bothering anyone about. Anytime I’m in Texas City I will book this hotel. You can NOT beat the price. Especially for the amount of space and cleanliness.

Went to check in at 330pm and they didn’t have my room ready. Tried to reach your company and couldn’t even find a phone number to discuss my problem. There wasn’t any service by your company or the hotel. With service this, I’m not sure if I will book through hotels again.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for Valentine weekend. This was the perfect getaway. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. Being in walking distance to Tanger outlets and Buccee's was a plus. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean property. Room was spacious for us ( we had four people). Buffet was adequate and hot. Parking was easy and plenty. Check in and check out was fast. Our only issue was there were kids running up and down the hallway and above our room, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Would stay again and would recommend.
