    We did advise the clerk that they needed a serious fumigation and thorough cleaning of their entire facility with all those baby roaches, there is an infestation roach problem in their hotel. We stayed in a different hotel the next night that was super clean and they also allowed to check in early with no extra charge. We needed some rest.

    The location I paid online, I was charged again at the front desk. I told her I already did it online and she said it was a 3rd party so that wasn’t right. I said I went to your hotel , clicked the website & then booked . She kept saying it was third party so I had to Call them to get the money back. Even after I showed it to her. It was a pet fee that was added. She tried taking back my hotel key back. Extremely unprofessional and not good customer service. On top of that my dog is a service dog and I had his paperwork. Wouldn’t even look at it. On my bank account it’s listed under the exact same thing twice (the hotel name, not a 3rd party website.)

    Next to Demny's is a plus The internet did not work most of the time. The TV kept freezing up. There were roaches. People standing around talking outside during the night did not make me feel safe. There are leaks in the roof. Wet floors from leaks.

    The place was clean and comfortable. Little amenities like the washing sink in the bathroom and a tidy little microwave stand was a nice touch. The breakfast area is tiny, you are definitely expected to eat in you room. Though I suspect the Dennys 15 feet away could be the reasoning.

    Definitely will return , my husband and I loved the property and loved the bed so much we didn’t make it to breakfast was the best night sleep ever ! Everything was wonderful the tub was a little small for my husband a shower would definitely be better but overall everything was perfect.

    the doors did not seem to be secure. the lady that checked me out was sort of snoody all she did was smile at me and did not ask why I was leaving early, or how I liked being there. It would be nice to have an area where you can place your dirty towels and receive more without having to call or go all the way to lobby and maybe a place to take out your trash other than letting it build.

    Para empezar llegué a mi hotel el cual había reservado con 2 semanas de anticipación llegó alrededor de las 9:40pm llegó a resección y me dice que me habitación estaba ocupada que tenía que ir a otra ubicación la cual estaba a 15 de minutos llego me dieron una habitación que no pedí me dieron de dos camas y estaba fatal nada de imagines nada que ver como las imagines de internet la verdad tuve una pésima experiencia estuvo muy mal porque como mi habitación la dieron a alguien más si yo la pagué y reservé dos semanas antes !!

    The room was clean. The staff was fantastic. My husband was having a difficult time walking. The manager's(I think) husband was so kind and helped me get him to the room. Breakfast was also good. They checked me in and then I had Uber take me to get my car about 20 minutes away. We could unload our luggage quickly. Very helpful. We also like the location because it is so close to the cruise port. Very convenient.

    Went to sleep IMMEDIATELY and almost slept the day away if I didn't get up. Loved the king sized beds! Also, the front staff were really friendly and the rooms didn't smell like bleach or harsh chemicals. Sadly, the pool wasn't open at the time. But I'll have to visit again when it is!

    Ok but needed a little more variety, better plates and perhaps ability to toast items. Only one waffle maker but need more. Renovation not finished. Bathtub had big rust marks that need reglazing. No security lock on door and a worker walked into our room! TV not connected and way too complicated to use. 3" gap under the door to the outside so got s gecko into the room along with a very cold breeze.

    Rooms were great. Good price We were there 3 days and never did they clean the room or give fresh towels. We had 2 towels in the room and had to request more. One day they didn't bring the towels as requested until 1030pm. The trash was never cleared from the room either.

    we had to move rooms 3 times… didn’t even get to enjoy our stay first room the AC and toilet was broken, 2nd room the toilet and bathtub were disgusting i literally had to go to the lobby and show them pictures… the guy at the lobby told me someone would come in a hour to come see about the bathroom nobody came so i came back down there 2 hours later with a different tone and all of a sudden we’ve got ANOTHER room. sick SMH don’t book if you wanna save ur time and money there’s many more places around the area to book make this one ur LAST resort

    The first room rented to us had not been cleaned at all. The front desk blamed house keeping. The second room had blood on the sheets clearly not changed just remade the bed. Food in the fridge. Busted toilet paper holder toilet paper rolls on the floor. Dirty towels in the room. Floor was covered in trash. Food wrappers left on the night stand.

    Mold in rooms, we had to move from one, was too tired to keep moving, beds are nice, but the rooms are poorly arranged, they messed up our reservation, we reserved a downstairs room, and they did not save it, even though the room number was on the reservation. There was hair on the shower wall, in the refrigerator, and other places.

    I tried to check in and nobody was at the front desk, i waited for almsot 30 mins before someome finally came in and checked me in . Ive stayed there before and the eoom wasnt bad at all but this time it was absolutely disgusting. The walls had paint peeling and the sheetrock was bulging in places , there was a buckle in the bathroom floor that you alsmot fell over jsut to get into the bathroom. The door to the room didnt shut properly nor did the ac work good. The room was also not clean at all , towels were dirty. It literally looked like thw room ahd been flooded at some point and rhey just slapped some paint on it . The molding was even buckling in the room . It was so bad we ended up leaving . No refund was what i was told when i tried to check out and go somewhere else. Extremely unsafe and the front desk clerk was acting strange as well

    The man at the front desk was not helpful whatsoever. Said my room that I booked was no longer available and he would have to charge me $80 more for the same room. Went with a single bed and got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Everything was absolutely filthy, I couldn’t even bring myself to sit down in there. Terrible area and I was so disgusted with the state of the room we didn’t even stay. 0/10 would not recommend anyone have to deal with this.

    The property appears to have renovations going on. They were desperately needed in the room we stayed in. The towels and sheets were dirty. We went to Walmart and bought our own. We also bought cleaning supplies, since the room was not too clean. The bathtub was dirty and had rust everywhere. The toilet seat was not attached and would shift every time you sat down.

    You get what you pay for. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. For 4 people they gave two towels and when asked for 4 clean towels the maid brought one but wouldn’t give us anything until we gave her the two we had so now 1 towel and 4 people and that even took 2 hours to get. Holes in the wall and the floors were not even they had hills. The “blankets” were crap and glad we brought our own. I could go on but I won’t. I would not recommend, we only stayed because every where else was sold out.

    The repair work that was done to the walls and ceiling could have been completed better by a 3rd grader. Which makes me worry about mold that is probably hiding in the walls and ceiling. The room smelled of mildew, The TV was the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel room. The only good thing I can say about it was its location and the fact it shared a parking area with a Denny's restaurant...which had great service. Overall, NOT RECOMMENDED

    As a female traveling by herself, this place didn’t feel safe at all. Cigarette holes in the stained bed spreads, mold by bed and in bathroom, rusty refrigerator and overwhelming smell of bug spray. Worst room conditions I have ever seen. Waste of money since I ended up leaving and going to another hotel down the street and they wouldn’t refund my room.

    The people were amazing. The room condition was not. We had a nonsmoking room. It smelled bad. I think i found the culprit in the bathroom. There was mold growing on the wall behind the toilet and toward the bathtub. (We reported to the staff). I did not notice the spot until the morning. If the room equaled the customer service, they'd be unstoppable. Photos are not included because I want to give them a chance to fix it.

    Thin window wall . You hear everything ! I changed rooms 3 times!! The first was on the ground floor . The wall ac unit is movable . Watch out !! Anyone can sneak into your room and get your things! The top floor is best but they’ll still have access to vandalize your car! The cleaning lady is good but I think the days she’s off the fill in staff don’t care as much . They don’t make the bed they only drape the cover over the pillow. No cups , the shower don’t really spray well. There fixed to save money but not properly bath you. Over all I’ll never come to this location. One night the power went out! Don’t waste your money or time. Pay a few more bucks and don’t have none of this mess !

    The room was very roomy and the lady at the front desk was awesome. She had me ready to get in my room basically when I got there and thats a big plus for me. I like how they had a full size refrigerator in there. It was one of my favorite stays.
