The only bad thing, the bathroom is small and not much room to move in there. It doesn’t help that the door swings into the bathroom which takes space away.

My new favorite place to stay when we head to Galveston! Location is perfect for traveling to the island. Staff is friendly and very helpful (shoutout to Ashley and Monique). Hotel is so clean and smells great! Our room was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. And let’s not forget about breakfast! Breakfast was great!!! We will definitely be back!

Overall a nice stay. I tried the breakfast offerings at various times and I really wish they would have replenished items as they ran out in the morning. The pool is outdoor and an enjoyable space but there was a lot of drinking by the pool in the evenings. There was a lot of rain during our stay so if we go again I'll make sure to find a place with an indoor pool.

My stay was not good. I didn’t get the correct room I booked. My mattress pad was stained with blood and juice. The lady at the front desk was falling asleep. I had to wake her up several times. This wasn’t my first bad experience, but I tried to give them another chance and I won’t be back again.

Clean room, staff was welcoming and asking if they could provide any additional things for us, reference was ready in on time and the parking was close to the front door. We had a quick stay and weren’t there any longer than one night, but we were very pleased with our reservation and the facility and the staff.

Walking in the hotel you're struck by the highly perfumed cleaning materials being used. The halls have one strong smell and the rooms have an equally strong cleaning material smell which clashes with the hall. The hotel allows dogs which is fine but one near our room howled, apparently left alone. Finally our room was under rooms being occupied by a family who experienced a fire in their home. While we felt bad for them the kids were honestly bouncing a basket ball in the room. Not a pleasant stay.

We have stayed at this Home2suites location in Texas City multiple times and cannot recommend enough. Very clean, safe and convenient for those cruising out of Galveston. Approximately 20 minute drive to the port.

The hotel is super clean and brand new! The staff is fantastic, but the only hiccup was the microwave not working. Overall, it’s a great place to stay because of how clean and new it is.

Rooms were spotless! Everything we needed was there for us, and anything we needed the staff was more than accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was a highlight, fresh fruit, oatmeal and hot eggs,sausage and biscuits. Most definitely booking another stay soon

The breakfast menu was one of the best I've ever experienced and i do a lot of traveling. Took my family on vacation and we were able to get a room to accommodate. The outside area was clean and the pool area was cute and just enough for the girls!

The front desk clerks were wonderful and so helpful!

They assigned me a dirty room and had to give me another room because the bed had been slept in.

Staff was courteous. We have stayed here 3 times in the past 6 years pre-cruise. It’s affordable and not too far from Galveston. Only downside this time is we found a couple of bugs in our room. I know bugs are just part of life but seems pest control might need to be upped.

Water coming from dishwasher. They didn't fixed it. We requested to change the room but they didn't give me another room. Bad smell coming from the room. Charge me $202 per room but no service. Don't expect such service from Hilton Hotel.

The staff was amazing, especially the breakfast attendant. He always made sure the food was coming out hot and fresh. The towels were not the cleanest, but other than that no other issues.

The only thing we were not happy with, is we arrived at 2:25 and were told we would have to wait until 3:00 as that was check in time?? Really 25 minutes !!

We are served a king bed, but it was 2 queens. The front desk couldn’t change us, she said there weren’t any kings left.she also promised us that she would make fresh coffee, she never did.

Air conditioner was very loud and sounded like something was wrong with it, which made it hard to sleep. Room smelled strongly of carpet deodorizer and all the fixtures had a weird brown spotting. Cutlery wasn’t clean, and had sticky residue (in room) towels were stained, and bedding seems like it had been slept in and just had been remade and not changed. Breakfast was a weird combination and seating was in a strange place. This isn’t typical of a Hilton and was really disappointing. Almost made the 600 mile drive home through the night worth it.

Girls weekend for the Wicked Wine Run at Haak Winery. Very close to our destination and the hotel was amazing! Very roomy and comfortable! Breakfast was very good with great selections. We will return!!

Construction makes it a little hard to get to but it’s quiet and clean hotel. Staff is nice. Breakfast- well it’s a hotel breakfast. Average- wish they had Chocolate Milk😬 overall good stay. Not the best or worst bed. Large room. Would stay again.

In one of the rooms, the TV did not work, we reported that to the front desk. It wasn’t a big deal. My only complaint would be the pillows I had were awful. My parters was fine, but there was only one decent pillow in our room, the other 2 were thin and not comfortable.

The property was great. I would leave 4.5 Stars if offered. The pillows were horrible. No fluff at all and we go extra pillows. Other than that, the staff was great, the breakfast was good and hotel was clean and quite.

The facility is very nice, a good value for 2 queens and a sofa suite. However, the beds are hard as the floor. No soft spots, no give, just hard. The room was aesthetically pleasing, but we were hot all night. The air was down to 62, and it was warm. If you stood up you could feel cool air, but lying down, you didn’t need any covers. The shower was nice, great pressure. This was an overnight stay on our way to Galveston, with plenty of places to eat in the area.

Breakfast service was slow. Elevator was out. We had to use stairs from 4th floor for 2 days that we stayed. When we asked for towels that were not available until next day. It was a terrible experience.

making this very difficult The staff told us they couldn't get it repaired until after the holiday. Really?! No company in the entire Houston metroplex that makes emergency repairs?! Glad we weren't stuck in the elevator all weekend. The staff really didn't care. But they did it with a smile...one lady was in a wheelchair. Her room was on the 3rd floor. So they just smiled and told her sorry. She had to leave. And of course there were no rooms available at the other hotels because of the Memorial day holiday. That's why we booked in advance. One family said the staff picked up their dirty towels at 8am and they didn't get clean towels until 8pm that evening. They had to use their beach towels when they showered. We didn't get clean towels until 8pm also but thankfully we had hung our towels after showering so could reuse them. And when we checked out the clerk smiled and said she hopes we'll come back. Nope! Don't hold your breath....this was by far the worst hotel stay we've experienced!

We visit Galveston often Galveston and Home 2Home is my go to, it's my home away from home. When we think about visiting Galveston from Fort Worth, we already know where we are going to stay. The customer service is always excellent and the hotel is always nice and clean and when you walk in it smells so good just like a home, that makes me say to my husband this is definitely where we want to be everytime. We love it oh and let me not forget to mention they are also dog friendly❤️

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed on the third floor and there was trash bags sitting by the elevator which smelled like they have been there for days! I doubt no service had gone up there to see that. Other than that, our stay was good.

Such a incredible stay I’m so impressed! They have absolutely everything you need to make your stay comfortable! The beds are so comfortable! The showers and bathrooms are clean! Shower water pressure was 10/10! Check in and staff are so nice. The whole hotel has a very lovely smell. We will definitely stay here again and it was so affordable. I’m very pleased!

The hotel is really modern and clean, only thing I didn't like was that my room was already paid for before arriving, and it was given to someone else. They gave another room but instead of being placed on the top floor like my first room I was placed on the second room, they probably had kids above my room because when I was in my room all I heard was kids running around. Good thing I only stayed for the night.

Only downside was they had no pack and plays available and since it was advertised they had them I didn't pack ours so that was slightly inconvenient was informed they only had one and it was broken so hopefully this is a issue they fix) other then that amazing stay!

I dont do reviews very often but the service was amazing and most importantly the shower actually had power and was a great. I have been in 5 star hotels that cost $900/ night who didnt have the same quality of showers.

This property was beautiful our room was great. We had a great night. Beds were very comfortable. Mr David(night) and Adrian(morning )at the desk were so nice had a great personality and assisted us in a professional manner. I asked Mr David for directions and he knew exactly where to go. Over all we had an excellent experience. Every time we go on a cruise we will be staying here.

This was an excellent choice to stay prior to a cruise. Even though there is construction on I-45, it was still quite convenient.

We prebooked ans prechecked. When we arrived they said we could take a room on the 3 or 4 that our room wasnt clean. There were workers sitting around talking and drinking coffee. It was 330pm. We had a member in a wheelchair so 1st floor was best. We traveled all day and did not feel like waiting for a room to be clean

When we got to the hotel we were informed our King suites were no longer available and that they had called to tell us, which they didn’t. We were given 2 queen beds instead which was ok, however the rooms were not clean and my daughter in law found BED BUGS in her bed
