Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, room was full of mildew, floor reaked of weed.

The room was clean, and quiet. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on restaurants nearby.

Stay was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason we didn't give a perfect score is that one night we returned to the room and our door was not closed and locked. The cleaning crew had been in the room after we left for the day but the room was not secure when we returned. Luckily nothing was missing or disturbed.

It was clean. Staff was excellent. Quick check in.

Very dated but clean property. Comfortable pillows. Breakfast was ok but the eggs and sausage were cold. I liked the waffles. Very good location close to outlet mall and Bucees. Had dinner at the nearby Olive Garden. 25 minutes from the cruise port. Prices better than Galveston Island.

I always have a wonderful experience here. During Check-in, the staff is usually VERY friendly and informative. Helpful as well, once upon reaching my room, I couldn't figure out the TV remote situation and called the front desk- they were super helpful, as it was something *I* was doing wrong, lol.

My room was absolutely disgusting. I was booked for two nights but checked out after the first night. It smelled bad, couch is very old and dirty, the tub hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and there’s mold on the ceiling. WILL NOT BE BACK NOR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bedding, had refrigerator microwave and single serve coffee pot. Other amenities were a laundry room ($2/wash and $2/dry), gym and continental breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, bagels and muffins, juice and coffee, yogurt.

Toilet to small. I think it’s a toilet for a children’s day care. TV was too complicated to operate. Had to choose from different options. Which most didn’t work. Would not stay there again.

Booked a last minute room for a concert nearby. I wasn't expecting anything fancy; just a safe, clean, and comfortable place to rest for the night. The front desk worker was very friendly and my room was better than expected. I will absolutely return when I'm in town for more concerts!

Room spacious and updated - hotel was nice. Staff was nice and the breakfast was pretty good! I loved the waffle and hot item options! I will say I have stayed here several times before and it is my favorite BW in the area. This time the room did have a distinct smell of humidity in the air tho so that sucked. I would stay here again tho for sure.

From check in to check out, our stay was excellent. Rooms were very clean, and comfortable; free breakfast was very good. We stayed only one night before cruising( this was our second time here), and will DEFINITELY stay here again! Highly recommend!

This location has proven to be a very good option for my ivernight stay. Wonderfuk showers and beds. I have to say, i truky have come to appreciate the work desk in the room as well.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was clean. I bring my own cleaning supplies when I stay at a hotel and it wasn’t hard to disenfect since it was well maintained.

This was perfect place to explore the Kemah and Galveston areas. The team really makes sure everything was super clean, and breakfast had good options.

Got the king room with jacuzzi tub....very relaxing! Room was clean and nice, A/C worked like a champ, and bed was comfy. Pool area was exceptionally clean and breakfast was abundantly stocked.

Overall a quiet comfortable stay. No time to check out amenities so I can’t comment on those. Breakfast was average for a continental

I loved the easy check in process with courteous service. The room was very clean & not too cold. The bed was comfortable & full amenities in the bathroom that included shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, facial soap, & lotion. I would definitely stay here again. Hot breakfast included.

Everything was good but the bed was what made it not so awesome for me. You could feel the springs on the bed. It may have been just the one I got, I can’t say for the other rooms, but it made it uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. Id say they could invest on some new beds. Other than that it was all good.

We like the place, is just the information here are wrong, the room it is not SOUNDPROOF, we can't sleep good the firt night because the amount of sounds aground, thats why we decided leaving next day and loost 1 night, netx time said the true or chech the room before rent .

The room was not very clean, and there was a terrible odor throughout the entire building. The smell in the room was even worse, and the towels provided were dirty. On top of that, it was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep.

The rooms was very roomy, however the lights was not adequately distributed, half of the room had light the other half didn’t . When I arrived, the room smelled like pine soil and when that dissipate it then smelled like sewer. The food was ok. Television had limited station channels to choose from. The clerk was very nice.

Loud kids running up and down hallways all night. I guess it was graduation night but other than that very nice property, breakfast could be a little bit better. staff very nice and polite area very clean and safe. Would recommend

The guy at the counter wasn’t very welcoming. He seemed to be a little annoyed when I was checking it. Our room was being attended to & when we used the towels they were taken & not replaced. We left them hanging so we could reuse them but they would still remove them. By our last day we were down to 1 towel, luckily we made it work. I didn’t want to ask for more towels

I reserved the room with Expedia that gave me the option to pay at the hotel, which I was paying cash, but the hotel still charged my card. Then reversed it, but I still have to wait 3-4 business days for it to return to my account. Not a good thing for me. I don't understand why they do this.

Took 20 min to get anyone down to check us in, after they called the afternoon same day asking for payment ahead of time to keep my room which I’m shocked I reserved it two months prior… bathroom was filthy don’t let the dark shower walls fool you there was pubic hair and something smeared all over the wall of shower.

The convenience of location was good for getting on a cruise ship but no shuttle and no long term parking. They let us come earlier than we expected. The staff were very friendly. Accommodations were a little below average carpeting etc but clean. Noise level ok Breakfast was good but later because it was a Sunday because we had a ten thirty boarding we did not get to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was very nice and accomidating.

This hotel was in a great location in Texas City. thing I usually do upon checking is the bathroom, but it was not well-cleaned. A foot towel for the bathtub was not provided. The following morning, we took the stairs, and trash was on the steps.

We checked in and I was immediately weary of the hotel, as it smelled strongly of weed. We got into our room, and I could tell that they put a coat of paint over existing damage to be able to call it "updates." After a day of traveling, I was just ready for rest. About an hour later, I got up to use the bathroom, and there was a cockroach crawling across the floor. I immediately made other reservations, packed up my family and I left. The staff tried to get me to stay claiming that they had moved boxes around in a storage room, and that was where they came from. If you know anything about roaches, or bugs in general, if there is one, there are more. Getting a refund took a week and a lot of back and forth between the hotel, myself and expedia, but I was able to get it worked out.

Our room's bathroom had beard hair on the counter and the floor appeared dirty around the toilet. The desk did not appear to be wiped down well or at all. The floor was also dirty as our socks became filthy. We did inform the front desk attendant. He was professional and responded adequately.

304 room not good condition. Closet shelf fell off the wall so no place to hang clothes. Chunks of the floor torn up. Handle on bathroom falling off. Shades broken and about to fall.

We have had to stay here multiple times due to family health concerns in the area and by far the best bang for the buck. Have never had a bad experience, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy. I went to eat and came back. I turned on the tv and it wouldn’t change channels. I called down to the desk and the attendant said some one would be up shortly. 15 minutes later, I went down stairs to see what the issue was. The attendant was less than accommodating to me. They said the person would be there soon. After 15 more minutes, I put the do not disturb on the door and went to bed. The bathroom faucet shot more water out the valve than the spout at full on in room 211

Breakfast is simple, the renovation is a bit outdated. Can only be reached if you have a car. Front desk is efficient and friendly.

Service was amazing. Checking in was quick and easy and the desk worker was friendly. Upon checkout, we were leaving about 15 minutes before the start of breakfast and the worker opened up the breakfast for us, putting out food and opening up coffee and juice. It was super sweet of him. The hotel is nice and we will definitely be back. My only complaint is with the purchase process thru Hotels.com. I chose to pay in person at the hotel instead of in advance;however, upon checkin was told my card had already been charged.

Not a great experience, mold on the bed. Yes mold. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned somebody’s earrings were on the floor hair all over the sink. Left within 10 mins. The lady before me switched rooms because there was “blood on the sheets”.

The checking was very easy and the guy was nice upon getting into the room. I turned the AC on it immediately started leaking. I started the jet tub within 30 minutes of the jet tub running. There was so much dirt and builder that came out of it. It was disgusting and then there was crackheads outside for a good bitten out of the night. I just did not feel safe, leaving my truck out there and check that immediately

I received a call from Best Western on the drive to Galveston --------saying our reservation was canceled for the night ------due to roof leaks!!! Had to scramble to book another hotel!!! Not a happy camper!!!!
