Everything was good except didn't know you had to put a $100 deposit down once you got there and had already paid Hotel.com. A lot of other people were blind sided by that too. Other than that the staff was good and everything was clean

We had two rooms and got no sleep, rooms smelt so bad like mildew, towels were stained, coffee pot, sprinkler was hanging down from ceiling, chair had stains that looked concerning and as we entered the smell of marijuana so bad in the lobby. The lady checking in, in front of us turned and said the same thing and was angry

Check in was easy and fast. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was great. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

DO NOT. I repeat do NOT stay at this hotel, especially room 208!! I found bed bugs in the bed, checked out and left. It has now been almost 4 weeks and I am still fighting them for a refund! The hotel puts it off on hotels.com/3rd party because it was a prepaid booking and hotels.com keeps saying the hotel isn’t responding to there attempts for communication. At this point prepaid booking or not, the hotel has received payment for the stay that I cut short. I only asked for a refund, they are lucky I didn’t ask for reimbursement for what I was out to treat the belongings I couldn’t replace or of my car (since my luggage had to be put in it) or replacement costs for anything I just trashed instead of chancing taking back. The entire situation has been handled extremely poorly. I’m leaving one picture of the bites that woke me up. If you feel you need more proof I have more photos as well as screenshots of emails from the hotel acknowledging the presence of bed bugs.

We arrived and were told that our reservation was cancelled, this is the second time this has happened at this property! They said because the credit card they had on file was declined, that card was changed after our bank name changed but we still did not even get notified there was a problem. I feel this property does this so that you have to rebook at a higher rate, when we booked months ago the rate was low. The worst part was the smell of Curry cooking spice! It was everywhere due to that the owners I’m sure live on the property. Anyway I don’t see how they get good reviews.

The employee that checked us in was not a very pleasant person. He was not at all inviting and was very short with us. He acted as if he didn't like his job and was unhappy. The process was grim and gloomy. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning.

Our only complaint was we were close to elevator and while trying to sleep you hear ding dong ding dong. Then people getting off elevator talking loudly outside door. The front desk was great checking us in and out. Room was clean. But we seriously got no sleep.

I was upset that my room was canceled. I arrived and told that they had canceled my reservation. My cc had been hacked after making the reservation and tried to use my old card before I arrived. So they just canceled my room. I was not happy. Thankfully they had a room available at a higher price than my reservation.

The rooms smelt bad musty smell in air conditioner. Unfortunately it took a few days to recover, when you have allergies to mold. Ruined most of our cruise.

Had two rooms for a week to attend a school, one for myself and one for a coworker. Although clean, both rooms had an odor to them. Room service was well below satisfactory. My bed was never made, did not receive clean towels daily, and I had to go to the front desk twice to ask for coffee. The ONLY thing that had been done to my room was the garbage was emptied with the trash cans left sitting in the middle of the floor. The ice machine was out of order on the second floor and the jets in the hot tub did not work. I only leave reviews on two occasions and that being for exceptional service and really bad service; this being the only bad service review I've ever left. I do not expect perfection by any means, however, I do expect the standard service.

Hotel smelled very musty and damp, they had humidifiers running in the hallway. Breakfast, no one was keeping things going, pancake maker stopped working and no one checked it. Good enough for the night, but would pay more for a better place.

The hotel itself isnt bad. Dont try to "pay at the hotel" they charge your card days before with no notice. The Manager at the front when i walked in to check in was rude and without saying a word and me halfway into telling her i had a reservation just stuck her hand out for my cards and when i went to hand them to her she snatched them. She has a scowl on her face the entire time and when you try to ask question she just responds with a very rude statement back to you. I will never be back because customers staying at an establishment deserve to be treated nicely if theyve done nothing wrong or been unfair to the person working the counter. Antwan was very polite when i spoke to him on the phone and at the front desk. From now on i will just take my business where it is appreciated.

Wifi. Our room did not work, told front desk then they asked me to call the IT company I stayed in the phone 39 minutes and he said he took care of it wait 15 minutes and it should work now 15 hours later no WiFi.

The first desk individual was very accommodating and works quickly. We had mold on our sheets and he advocated to make sure we were taken care of immediately. We got a new room. Everything was great except the owners making a scene with a homeless man trying to get a free breakfast. He didn’t even get much. I would have loved to have given him my breakfast. I was a little leery of this hotel when I read the reviews. Yes there is a mildew or mold smell in the hotel but I wasn’t horrible. And yes the customer service at the front desk could be better but overall it was decent and clean. I would stay here again for a short visit. The only huge suggestion I have is get better pillows on the bed. Those things were as flat as a pancake!

Most of the staff is welcoming and happy to help. Good bed and clean sheets. Some of the room needs attention, just regular maintenance stuff on shower/tub, room chair is very dated. But good size tv and great pillows!
