Bed was comfortable, alittle hot, breakfast was okay, but the snacks offered are WAY to expensive $3 for a sams club bottle of water was insane and $3 for a tiny bag of chips that you get in the big 50pack of Sam's chips.

Nice indoor pool, big breakfast, and allowed pets for a fee. Was a little humid inside the room even with air conditioning on.

There was no air conditioning in lobby halls or elevator. Other than that the rims were decent.

We thought a Wyndham would be good, but this one they just didn't care. The staff was nonexistent. We didn't see them. There were no towels at the pool, and when we went to the front desk there was 2 people helping one customer at a time. And it was easier to go get our towels from the bedroom. There were no cups or ice bucket in the room.

Weird the rules at breakfast. You're not able to take the food back to your room. There's some warden watching everyone.

Wasn't as clean as should've been but aside that staff was great and had zero issues with my stay

We finally asked the front desk to refund our money, as we lasted an hour and left. The lady at the front desk barely said anything to us, other than she would not refund our money. Between the fight across the hall and the dirty room, we got back on the road.

The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard before I checked in. As the attached photos show: * The bed sheets had multiple dark stains and marks, making it obvious the bedding was either not properly changed or not thoroughly inspected. * The comforter also had visible stains. * The chair in the room was stained and dirty. * The air conditioning unit and surrounding wall were in poor condition, with visible damage and lack of maintenance. * Even the sink would not drain properly, leaving standing water after only a few seconds of use. For any guest, cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation when booking a hotel room. Instead, I was left questioning the sanitation of the room from the moment I walked in. I should not have to inspect bedding for stains or deal with maintenance issues after paying for a night’s stay. This experience was unacceptable and did not meet even basic hotel standards. I am requesting a full refund due to the unsanitary conditions and the overall poor quality of the room. I have included photos to document everything I found upon arrival. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

When you drive up to hotel the grounds had not been mowed in weeks but businesses around it were all manicured. The trash cans outside were all overflowing, the landscaping areas was full of weeds. When we walked in the AC wasn’t working and the area hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. We get on elevator it was dirty and the emergency panel wasn’t working. We get to our floor and it was all tile which is fine if you keep it swept up, the window at the end of the hall was broken and the curtains were barely hanging. Our room looked ok at the moment til I noticed it had not been vacuumed or swept in bathroom. The floor in bathroom and entry way were sticky we had to wear our shoes all the time, then we needed fresh towels and told them about not clean on floor and they said they would get it taken of. Nope never happened. The elevator at one point stopped working and we had to wait over 30 minutes before they could get it working. The breakfast wasn’t good and I had to ask them to make coffee . When we left this morning nothing had changed inside or outside except they finally emptied the overflowing trash cans outside. If it wasn’t for not being able to get my money back we would have left the first day. Also the grass had grown up in the parking lot and the trash from the overflowing trash cans had blown onto the high grass and in the parking lot. Don’t waste your money on this place it’s disgusting
