    I do feel like the rooms were clean, the workers were friendly for the most part. I do not feel like the price of the stay for the condition of the hotel matched. I have paid less for nicer hotels in better areas. Breakfast should be included for the price as well. Right now the hotel looks like it was done to look upgraded without actually doing it. The AC in our room was outdated and made the room feel moist. the walls in the halls and throughout are missing trim all around. the bath tub looked as if it was painted instead of replaced.

    The kitchen staff was top tier. Nic made my stay. He was very attentive polite and willing to help. He made the best omelet I’ve ate in a while. He remembered my order the very next morning as well.I will be back. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool was clean.

    Well I asked for more pillows was told they couldnt get to them they were locked up. I tried to get breakfast at th hotel and it took 1hr and 30 min because there was only 1 guy running all the food. And then to top it all off I couldnt get in the hot tub whcih was the only reason i booked it because it wqs broken and ice cold. The manager I spoke with was super nice and understanding.

    The outside and main area was nice and clean but once you got to the floor with the rooms you notice the wear and tear. The carpet leading to the rooms was dirty and the room I was staying in the headboards were dirty and the bathroom has water damage and the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. The tubs stopper was flush to the tub and it was rusty.They charged 16 dollars for the breakfast buffet which was just ok. It wasn't that fresh but the server was nice and accommodating. I was better off going to Ihop down the street. The pool was dirty when we went and only provided hand towel size pool towels.

    Tub was peeling and a bit dirty at least it looked that way. Hole in walls. Power went out and there were no safety precautions in place. We had to go up six flights of stairs in pitch black. Back door had a sign that said “locked for safety” was not locked! Don’t recommend.

    Don’t expect to be treated to anything extra, like a bottle of water ($2) or complimentary breakfast ($16). The room was not the one I reserved thru Hotels.com and bc it was a 3rd party booking the hotel could do nothing about it on their end. We were to have a junior suite. We were given a room with wheelchair accessibility, which we didn’t need. The bathroom did not have an exhaust vent to help prevent steam and cut down on odors. You could not hang a dress in the closet—it only had shelving half way down to hang shirts and pants (people in wheelchairs wear dresses sometimes). The lobby had a tv that could only be viewed by one table, which I thought strange. The mattress, linens, and pillows were comfortable, but the bedspread was scratchy. The tub shower hot/cold faucet setting needs fixed to be accurate and the hot temp needs turned down—it could scald someone. The location of hotel was very close to a Bob Evans & IHOP, which we ate at instead of the pricey hotel dining room. Location was convenient to 75, but pleasantly off the beaten path.

    The stay was ok. Bathroom was alright but saw a few things that could’ve been more cleaner. The beds were ok but for my liking it was super soft. For someone with a herniated disc or back problems the beds aren’t really ideal. Besides those minor issues it was a good stay.

    First let me say that the young lady that initially greeted us was delightful. This property is in need of updating. My wife was looking forward to soaking in the hot. Nope, heater not working and water level was very low. She thought she would take a dip in the pool. Nope, freezing cold. so she tough she would soak in the tub in our room. Nope, the plug did not work. She figured she would take a shower. Nope, the shower would not work. We asked to be moved to a different room which the delightful young lady at the desk moved us in short order. Next room most of the amenities worked. The fan in the bathroom did not work and it had about an inch dust in the vent. To sum it up, I do not recommend this property.

    Hi. The stay was ok until my daughter slipped in the bathtub because there was no texture in the floor of the tub. The managers were informed. No one EVER called back after multiple calls were made to them. The manager, R, told me that he would approve a refund if Hotels submitted the request. The lack of concern and the failure to follow through says a lot. I’m highly disappointed in the Hilton brand. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels for many years. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

    Booked this location because of my grandsons birthday and this hotel said that they had a hot tub. Hot tub was not working and lots of construction/renovation going on. Big disappointment. Also tv was not working and it took well over an hour for someone to come up to the room to fix it.

    The overall room was clean but it was the lttle things like the string for the shade was broken there was a little bug on the pillowcase and the tub had like diamond dirt stains like there was a mat down and was never cleaned out. But other that everything was good.

    Very disappointing for a Hilton. Our shower was rusted all over, the carpet was dirty and was coming up off the ground, the shower faucet kept dripping, and the sink leaked all over the counter. We decided to check out the pool outside, which was fine, except there were no towels outside and the water was frigid. The hot tub would have been great but of course it was out of order. They were doing construction in the lobby 24/7 when they should have been fixing the rooms. For the price we paid, this was a huge disappointment.

    Breakfast buffet on 10/12...everything was cold: eggs, sausage, gravy. Understaffed with just one sweet lady serving. No hot coffee twice. The hot tub was not heating...no sign.     The rest of the party that had another room reserved showed to be told that the hotel had overbooked and they lost their room. But my family still had our reservation the next day, and the desk agent did what they could to make it up to us, but the agent my other party had the previous night did not, and they had to stay elsewhere. For our stay, the room was nice, but not clean or updated. The carpet in the room was sticky, the body wash was out, the ac woke me up at 4am with a high pitched screeching which I have a video of. The breakfast buffet was comped, but was the grossest hotel breakfast I’ve had. Tasted old and almost rotten, including the orange juice. It was a little annoying having the get a waitress for everything instead of being able to help ourselves like a normal hotel breakfast. Since we weren’t aware it was table service, we did not bring down our wallets for a tip. Our other party left their own review about their experience, even though they weren’t able to stay. I know this hotel is starting a remodel, which is definitely needed

    Me and a friend stayed 2 nights the first thing we liked was the hotel is close to highway and front desk was helpful and nice! The downside about the stay is the elevator was scary when it gets ready to go up it has a hard lift off we had to hold on to the real to brace ourselves and the room door wasn’t closed all the way we had to push once we entered the room and pull when exiting the room to make sure door was closed , and also the bathroom door was hard to close and hard to open the toilet and shower had rust or something dark brown in it and yes I have pictures of the bathroom. But the bed and pillows were very comfy.

    I did not like that we were on the 5th floor with a family that was staying for a family reunion. We were not a part of that group, but I think that they thought we were. There were a lot of fuss in the hallway, and also, we did not have access to clean towels. We were advised that the house keeping person that service our rooms did not work on weekends. So, we found someone else housekeeper and that how we got clean towels. Also, that group was at the pool was LOUD! Playing music and talking and singing until 10:00 that Saturday night. When we got there to check in, they told us we needed to pay a $50 service fee that will be refundable. As of today, that has not been done. Please advise me when and how long this will take. Thank you

    This property looked NOTHING like the pictures on Expedia. The rooms were not clean the carpet and furniture was disgusting as was the shower/tub. Our duvet had black stuff all over it (not stains but hadn't been cleaned since who knows when). The toilet was clogged the entire time so we had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom. Also, they're apparently under construction which we knew nothing about until being violently awoken at 7 am when the hammering and screwing started which continued for both days of our stay. Checkout wasn't until noon which would've been great under any other circumstances but we honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there. This hotel needs a major deep cleaning and upgrade. We won’t ever be staying there again! Definitely not even close to Hilton standards.

    The Hotel was fine however they decided to have CONSTRUCTIONS going on in the hotel ON S SUNDAY which started at 8am!!!! The constant banging made it impossible for my husband and kids to sleep!! We were vacationing and got back to the hotel late with the expectation of sleeping in late Sunday!!!! Sadly we did not get to do so as the constructions were going on and when I called the front desk to request to stop this! I was told there was nothing she could do! It would be going on from 8am to 6pm and I didn’t like it, I could call the manager on Monday to complaint!!! Complete lack of empathy! Didn’t even try to find a solution! I even took recordings to prove it as it was the most ridiculous thing I had ever encountered yet at a Hilton!!

    It’s in a quite area but is old and outdated, has a smell to it, mold in shower, ac won’t stay on so click on and off all night and had to put it to 60 just to work. Pillows flat. Was a bad nights sleep sadly. Staff are friendly. This place needs remodeling and deep cleaning

    The hotel room had been given the "landlord special" far too many times. The drywall had been poorly patched on top of patched multiple times. The caulk around tub was an inch wide, amd smeared all around the corners. The toilet wobbled and there was a cracked tile on the floor. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel convenient, but I will find another property next time

    I enjoyed staying at this location while in Tampa. There was a safe, available walk/run path around and near the property. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly.

    The property overall is very nice. Well appointed. Rooms are nice. Everything was clean. Would like halls and rooms to be a little brighter. The pool heater was not working and hot tub jets were not working. Also the elevator was about 8 months out of inspection. Makes me.concerned about about overall safety amd maintenance of where i am staying. The staff was all extremely nice from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance. One our last day the server said they ran out of syrup cups before we got our food in case we wanted to change anything. We said it was fine with last 4 she had. However, she remembered that they still had a large container from when they used to pour in cups, so she brought that out. Tells me she has been there a little while and cares. The great staff made up for any mimor inconveniences. Would definitely stay there again. It is a very convenient location to 75 and USF campus.

    The hotel’s condition was subpar. Our room smelled like mildew & we noticed on our second day that the roof had some damage possibly from a leak. The room was extremely humid, the bathroom had not been mopped, and the toilet had not been cleaned/scrubbed (had a visible ring). On the third day, our room was “cleaned” but, when we returned, the ring was still there. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned as well. We would’ve changed hotels but nothing in our price range was available due to special events in the city.

    Staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating! We were always met with a smile and any little request was promptly met with ease. We love the beautiful lobby and all the little seating vignettes available. The hotel is conveniently located to the interstate and local restaurants. Unfortunately, this hotel is the only one we've stayed at in Florida that has noticeable mold issues. Black mold all around the tub caulk and a sizeable noticeable black patch above one of our beds. It's gross.

    I do think for a Hilton, there are some necessary room upgrades that are necessary. We stayed on the 4th floor and it seems there was a plumbing issue because there was definitely a humid smell in the hallways.

    I enjoyed my stay but there was one thing that was a great bothersome. In the rooms, the curtains do not allow for closure so that made waking up in the mornings a bit uncomfortable as the sun would be shining directly into my eyes. I would suggest making it an option for guests to have their curtains closed or open. Otherwise, the room was great!

    We checked in about 5 pm on March 29th and Tate at the front desk was so cheerful and helpful! He exemplifies great customer service. We found the property and room to be clean and well appointed. Convenient to USF campus.

    As other reviews mentioned, there was mold around the tub that was pretty significant. This seemed to be caused by the faucet being installed too shallow. Running water for the bath led to water going all along the rim of the tub. The toilet was also not very clean with black stains along the rim. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was well stocked. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet and parking was easily accessible.

    This place was convenient fornus since we were going to Busch Gardens. The price was good but we know why. It didnt seem very clean to us. You had to be able to bench 400 lbs to turn the shower handle. Thank God my husband was there otherwise I dont know what we would have done. Walls need paint, tub was stained, tv had no apps so it was cable which there was nothing on at night to watch. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was gross and discolored. The dining room was nice and the food was ok. Staff were all great in every aspect. I wouldnt go back.

    This was a clean and well kept hotel. I do not think 350 for one night seemed worth it due to the average room and limited food options. I felt as though paying for “breakfast included” should have included everything behind the counter and in front of it. It was clean and organized and the staff was very nice and helpful.

    I think this hotel is a bit overpriced. Breakfast isn’t free, you will be limited to a few channels ( this hotel does not have option to use streaming apps) the rooms are outdated. Honestly the only reason I can see why they price higher is because they are close to major areas such as the aquarium but other than that this hotel really should be a 2-3 star hotel

    The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good, though there wasnt enough staff. The room was fine. However, the shower had mold along the tub, big turnoff. I would think this could be easily resolved. Only one elevator working.

    The hotel itself was probably once one of the best. It, however, needs some updating. The bathroom felt gloomy and there were no ceiling lamps. I did Appreciate the (2) complimentary water bottles available per stay. Linens were heavy and felt good quality. Staff was also ready kind and helpful.

    We picked this hotel because we really wanted a jacuzzi/hot tub which they claimed to have when we reserved the room. However, it was supposedly not working when we arrived. We are very bummed!

    The hotel staff was very nice which is why I gave it a 3 overall. However, the hotel is very old and dated. The bathroom needs to be redone, especially the tile which had some mold. The room had a slight odor that we could not get rid of with lysol spray, wiping down things with Clorox wipes and opening the window. Again, I think the smell had to do with the older/dated room.

    This hotel is lovely and surrounded by trees. Even though it's in the middle of Tampa, it feels like it's in the country. The public areas are attractive and spacious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. They offer a Moffitt discount which we really appreciated. There is a small restaurant and bar on site and all of the staff were welcoming and pleasant. Our meals were tasty and good portions. Best of all NO road noise with the hotel not being right on the main road that can have heavy traffic (Fletcher). I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

    Property was nice and located close to the venue my team played at. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and had some stores and restaurants nearby that my girlfriend and I could go to. Overall it was a good experience.

    However, there was mold all over the sliding door entrance to the hotel. I understand it's Florida and that's what happens but it still didn't provide a great first impression. After my early check-in, I dropped off my luggage and headed to an event for the rest of the afternoon/evening. Once I returned to the hotel, I noticed that the curtains in my room also had mold on them! It was late and I needed to go to bed before an early flight so I didn't try to change rooms, but that was not good. I would not stay at this hotel again because of that.
