Staff was very nice, especially Rita at front desk and lady who managed breakfast M-F . Spa was hot and pool area was well maintained. Pool only open dawn til dusk. Stayed for 10 days and got moved as they were renovating rooms on second floor. Bed was very hard especially in room on 3rd floor. Room has very little drawer space which was a little difficult for 10 day staff. No room safe and water pressure in 3rd floor room was low.

Breakfast was great..good selection. Very personable gentleman working there. Good coffee! When we opened the covers there were dead bees on the sheets.

My room was not to my liking. The toilet was very low on the floor. The carpet was very dirty and no seating in the room. Too much space in the room normally there is a small couch in the room but there wasn’t one and there was a terrible odor in the room.

Everything was great. We got home and our air conditioner was out. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was good and the pool was great for our grandson.

Stay was nice, however the billing was incorrect. Unfortunately, I'm still working on resolving it. I called the hotel 4 separate times today...pressing '0' for the operator a couple times (no answers) and other times pressing '3' for the front office manager. Again, no answer. I also contacted Hotels.com to see if they could get an answer. They could not get through to the property either. So unfortunately, while the stay at the property was fine, it has now taken me quite a bit of time and effort to resolve a billing issue. As a long-time Marriott-loyal customer, this is highly disappointing.

Because of a snow storm in NY, we coudnt get on our flight. I asked for refund and the hotel refused to give any refunds. These storm affected a lot of vacations, wasn’t our fault

The hotel is a very safe place for families. The room was clean, and the laundry machines were well-maintained and convenient to use. Parking is free. The pool and whirlpool were well-maintained and clean. Breakfast service was excellent—the staff were very attentive, and the food was good. Overall, it was a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay in a great location right on the highway and very close to the Tampa airport.

Why was getting 2 bottles of water so difficult? 2 were provided as a welcome, but the two other times that I came to the desk asking for bottled water I was made to feel very uncomfortable, as if I were being greedy. We stayed at this Fairfield for two reasons, 1) I personally prefer Marriott Courtyards or Fairfields for their cleanliness and hassel free stays. 2) This visit was out of necessary due to a home a/c failure and we were able lock a fair and affordable rate for two rooms within issue on short notice. 3) This location had a wonderful complimentary breakfast which was plentiful and not purposely reduced or nonexistent at other competitors. This Fairfield had kind and accommodating staff that took care of our needs and even a late checkout ws granted since our ac repair coincided with the original check out time. We have young children under 3 that needed to be in a safe and cool environment while this was happening and Fairfield came through. Thank you!

Was clean and good location The shower had absolutely no pressure anytime. A slow drizzle of water. The air conditioner sound like an F-16 fighter jet taken off in our room. Call down to front desk no response. Had to get an elevator and go down to front desk to ask for pillows that were requested at check-in to be brought to Room to find out they had no available pillows for us.

I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but the hotel was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. He held a conversation with me and made me felt valued.

Clean. Near shops. There was a lot of confusion at Front desk. The staff was unable to make keys for the rooms due to machine being inoperable, so guests had to be escorted to their rooms by the cleaning crew. We felt like prisoners without a key to come and go as we pleased. We also opted to pay at property when we initially made the reservation, but received an email the morning we were scheduled to arrive threatening to cancel the reservation if we didn’t update the payment immediately.

This hotel was NOT WORTH THE PRICE and it should have been discounted due to the inconvenience of not having an elevator. From the friendly folks at the front desk to the very helpful housekeeping staff everyone we met was friendly and on top of things. Tiara made sure the breakfast was well stocked and well presented. The eggs were well cooked and sausage and French toast sticks and biscuits and gravy made a nice variety of items

My son mistakenly left a bag of dirty clothes and when I realized and called the day after checkout, I was told that I would have to estimate weight and send them a label to have the items mailed to me. Sometimes in business, it better to just go that extra mile for someone you know has the potential to be a repeat customer and frequents Marriott properties. We will not return.

Our room was not vacuumed when we arrived. I know that because I could see large particles on the floor. The hotel needs a makeover. Pretty shabby in some parts of the room. There was a hole in the carpet and damage to door. The breakfast area wasn’t well maintained. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Before 5 i went to the desk to tell them the hot tub was cold. Ibwas told by the desk it was a hot as allowed. Inwrnt back out @ 5 and it was almost as cold as the pool. I went in to get the manager (whobseemed annoyed) who called some maintenance person and all they could say isnl they cant fix it till tomorrow. Maybe if someone would have listened the first time it couls have been repaired and they would have a satisfied customer. The hot tub is the only reason ibpaid a higher price to stay there. Wont happen again. There is a Hilton 2 minutes from there that will get all my business from now on.

Some people are hugely sensitive to these things, you should be aware. Our tv did not work, but finally with the help of the front desk clerk we got it working. The mute/volume never worked correctly. The second day of our stay, our room was not cleaned at all, bed not made, and no fresh towels. This is not acceptable for the price point. The best part of the room was the remodeled bathroom. All that worked. They had nice fitness center and a small pool, we did not use either, just an observation. Breakfast was meager in comparison to other hotels of similar price, although the person working the area worked hard. I won’t stay in this location again.

Room wifi did not work! I was displaced due the hurricane and have a voucher but everywhere was full. So I got weary and paid for a room as I needed to work. Being I couldn’t connect it was a total waste. The bedding and nightstand also had some kind of tiny insects im hoping not bed bugs

My only complaint was the first morning I came down to breakfast at 8:45am (I believe it runs until 10am??) only to find all the hot food was gone and no more coming out. Attendant didn’t expect the amount of people that came down for it. Poor planning on hotels part considering that’s its USF move in weekend so I imagine there were quite a few families checked in. The attendant was very apologetic and was kind enough to make us some scrambled eggs. Unfortunately there was as not much else to pick from so we still ending having to eat breakfast elsewhere. Not a good way to start our day.

I stayed at this property a few times and it was pretty good however the last time was not. The first room had a very strong pungent smell which was intolerable. We were moved to a second room which smelled like somebody just use the bathroom (#2). There was urine on the toilet seat and on the floor.

Was able to check in 3 hours early. Room was small but clean. Close to USF for graduation. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but decent options.

Also. The air freshener that they use is VERY strong. Would prefer much less.

The front desk staff was amazing. The room were clean, the pool was awesome to use. They also give you a free breakfast which include waffles boiled eggs the standard but good. The location is great and convenient to shopping and dining and Parks as well.

Despite these issues, the property itself is very nice, and I do plan on returning.

Very clean, good breakfast and near everything.

Further, there was strong odor of commercial detergent in entire room that was noticeablly standing out as soon as you enter the room. Comforters didnt feel luxurious bit couldnt judge them because of odor in room and dirty bathroom experience. They did the job bit definitely not a luxurious experience I had guessed based on brand name of the hotel chain. Only good part was free breakfast. Overall this felt not better than a roadside motel.

The experience was super great the room was very clean. one issue I have when I stay in hotels is the room not been clean properly and this hotel, I did not have to worry. The room was amazing very clean the bathroom and towel were also very clean. I do recommend this hotel to family and friends. awesome experience.
