It was cleaner than most motels I’ve been to, not luxurious but great for what it is. No bugs, and the outside was clean and not full of trash. Very friendly staff too. Not very good lighting in the room, and it was definitely a worn down place.

Convenient location without the high end price. It has free parking and felt like a safe location. Our AC periodically blew out hot air so the room didn’t always stay cool.

Check in was at 3pm instead of the standard 4pm which was really nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the A/C worked great! The location was absolutely perfect in relation to catching the Metro into DC (only a 3 minute walk and a 12 minute train ride). The surrounding area is not that appealing and may make some people feel a little uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the phone in the room would randomly ring in the middle of the night which was extremely irritating, however, just unplug the phone from the wall or take it off of the hook, and problem solved!

Comfortable beds and bus station close by Smoke alarm went off in the hallway, only to discover that one of the hotel staff has put something in the air fryer, a lot of smoke lingering on the hallway for a long time. No charging points available, only one behind furniture, not very easy to use/access

I must say this is "THE BEST" Property we found to stay for 4 days during our spring break that too within our budget. Except Breakfast, you will get all the facilities. 'Naylor ROAD' Metro station was at 2 mins WALKING Distance. Food options were plentiful nearby. Metro to Washington DC was $3.5 during weekdays and $2.5 during weekends. You can reach DC within 10-15 mins by Metro. Staff was courteous (Specially Krishna) and room was clean, neat and spacious. Both Fridge and Microwave were working as expected. Beds were comfortable. NA, everything was superb.

When we arrived and were left standing outside in the cold while reception did the necessary admin it felt incredibly unwelcoming. When we approached reception the following day and found that ALL contact with staff is done outside it reinforced the impression of unfriendliness. That said, room was always cleaned and although the hallway smelt musty, our room was fine.

As much as this dirty drug, prostitute lead, crime infested motel charges people in general. Usually over 100 with no amenities and with Booking I guess I'm saving a lil $10. This property is the worst staff not only goes in your paid room when you leave out. But have most disturbingly provided a stranger the key to enter my room who lied and said we were relative's. Let's not forget the abundance of dope fein homeless trans community randomly hanging on your door all hours of the night. Looking for only God could only know. Now I say this in disappointment of so called security whom I truly have personally harassed by gang stalking outside my door attempting to trigger me I suppose with keep tripping up how walmie talkie out my door due to management and their obvious discriminatory behavior. Yet have no issue calling your room at 10 am ?️ on 11 am check out. But the strife are given free-range. The math isn't mathing I believe a good ole letter to the community leaders, the county or further. This eye soar must be investigated and shut down immediately.

It was close to metro line just 4-5 minute walk to merto line (train an buses) When I checked in ,I opened the door which was way before 5:30p. Was directed to outside windows to check it. Got to the room now coffee,no tea, no pen or paper to write on. It appeared they had coffee machine in the office, again had to go outside windows. Ask for coffee or tea they said the didn't have any. Asked if sports bar around close they didn't know. No TV guide, upon checking out had to used outside window.the night person was sleeping had to tap and ring the puzzle to wake him. I understand then I ask can I get a paper receipt of my stay, he said none that's it after I gave him my room key. Sorry didn't take pictures but the room was ok. I guess you get what you pay for. They did have a security guard in a car by the office when I checked out.

I didn't know there was a 3$ extra fee for using a card, it would've been helpful to know that during online booking.
