The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. Unfortunately that wasn't the only one. My nephew ended up smacking his foot against a not so great door stop bolted to the floor and the door frame to the bathroom was corroded and had sharp edges that could easily hurt someone. I was not comfortable staying there and if I'd had any other option I would have taken it.

There’s people who live there and they get drunk and loud every night so my suggestion is when you check in ask for room that is not close to where people stay for more than a week. You’ll see Bicycle’s out front you’ll see kids right around but not really running around because it’s dark you’ll see Dogs locked in their room all day. It’s a horrible place.

We booked this Studio 6 through Expedia because it was advertised as a clean studio with a kitchenette. What we actually experienced was shocking. Upon arrival, the room was filthy: black mold and hair in the sink, thick animal hair on the curtains, dirty kitchen appliances, and insect traps throughout the room. We had to buy our own cleaning products because the hotel did not provide proper help. After we were moved to a second room, the situation was still unacceptable. The bedding had hair and stains, and the toilet was so badly clogged that even after normal use it would not flush properly — waste came back up. When my wife reported these serious issues through Expedia chat and requested documentation, hotel staff printed her message and threatened to evict us immediately. This was extremely stressful, especially for my 63-year-old husband. Expedia offered only $50 compensation, which feels insulting after such an experience. This was supposed to be a special vacation we had planned for almost 10 years. Save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel. The photos tell the real story.

I hadn’t stayed here in like 3-4 years because I haven’t been in the area but I was disappointed. I remember the rooms being very clean and well taken care of but this time there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom during my stay. I don’t remember seeing any before my stay so the facility has lost its quality. Although the price of the room was good I don’t if I’d want to stay again if the place is gonna have roaches in it.

Checking in great peeps, I was only there a few hours kinda trip, clean room, plenty of towels, it was a hot day and AC was working fine, check out at 4AM was also easy. Coffee maker so yahoo (did I say 4AM?!!) Easy stop and sleep place for certain... would stay again!

The guy at the front was super friendly but once I walked into the room it smelled like mold there were also so many roaches in the room. The sheets and pillows also smelled disgusting.

The price is very reasonable especially if you are on a tight budget. Bed is comfortable. Frig is full size. No pots or pans, dishes or utensils. Location is good. Pet friendly. In 3 days, I did see 2 small roaches, however it is that time of year. This is an older establishment so I can’t say that’s not to be somewhat expected. Nice pool. TV works good, lots of channel options. Wifi is slow, however they do have faster options you can pay for, I choose not to.

I stay here quite frequently, when I am in town. The rooms are clean, staff is usually helpful, and I have no major issues. I did notice leaking from one of the faucets in the bathroom, and I mentioned it to the staff, so hopefully they will address this and get it taken care of. The wi-fi kept going down, so hopefully this is a temporary thing. Overall, I am happy staying here, as it fits all my needs. Thank you!

Bed had a huge dip in it and was squeaky with hard pillows, toilet seat was missing a screw, lamp shades were gross and needed to be changed, bathroom door was rotten at the bottom, bathroom walls & shower severely stained. Lots of police activity here. Waited over 20 mins to check in bc front desk was closed. If you really need a place to sleep for a night that’s convenient to a lot of food places & the mall otherwise spend your money elsewhere

Worse experience I ever had then after I paid on line the made me pay a 50$ dollar deposit and said the was gone refund the money soon ass I check out but never sent the 50$ back .. said it was a deposit just in case you smoke in the room whole time I don’t smoke but still haven’t received my money the also have bed bugs no sleep room looks clean but when light go out bed bugs come out

My stay was cut short at this location due to safety issues. Despite the people that work there being polite, I would not recommend this location. Random man was pacing in front of my door well after midnight as well as extremely loud music kept me from sleeping.

My room # 106 had roaches. I asked to change rooms. The mgr. Said ok to changing rooms. I had to go to my grandaughters birthday party and told them I wont be back till 1:30 to change rooms. When I got back to the office to change rooms, the front desk said they can't transfer me they gave away my room. I was disgusted! They then sprayed my room for roaches and I had to deal with the bug spray smell and my asthma.

Its a alright place, budget friendly. Just dont use the wifi, its not secure. They do have a premium wifi for 9.99. Other than that I have no complaints.

The property is well kept, they have security that is on premises at night. Staff are super amazing and helpful. The rooms are clean. The kitchenet is amazing. They even give you a complimentary bag of coffee for the coffee maker. The batchroom is nice and clean. The entire space looks and feels up to date and new. I would personally recommend this place before most resorts. Not to me tio that the prices here are incredible. I just wanf to say thanks to all the staff for dojng excellent jobs

Went out there to visit an ex and found this spot. Was decent for what it was. Had an issue with my booking and she couldn’t find me so i had to reach out to Expedia and get things situated and booked again at a different price, that wasn’t what it initially was.

The front office staff…. Amazing! Housekeeping… amazing! Grounds… well kept! The WiFi sucks… out loud!! I can’t tell you how many times a day whatever I’m trying to do is lost, unable to connect or buffering for far too long. My personal data last about a week, if I’m lucky.

There was so much wrong with this hotel. The first things we noticed were the dark red? Stains on the blanket and curtains. There was some sort of bug/rodent hole in the bathroom wall. It was clearly not cleaned right, as we found a half full McDonald’s soda cup under the bed… There were cigarette butts everywhere, including in the pool. The rooms absolutely reeked of smoke as well. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom, and it was obviously it wasn’t cleaned. The staff seemed nice but that is all that place has going for it.

A full trash bag was left in front of my door and stay there over night.

Even if you have low expectations, lower them a bit more. We would not stay here again due to the neglected property and unclean room.

Remember that one friend you hung out with as a kid who had that strange vibe at their house and you found out as an adult it was a crack house and that's why things felt so "off?" Welcome to this hotel! Everything here is "off" from the overwhelming dinginess to the utter lack of cleanliness and no soap to be found anywhere, oh yes and the full trash can and nauseating scent of urine in the kitchen. The safety lock on the door was broken, scuff marks and dirt everywhere, other people's hair all over room, beds extremely uncomfortable. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why so many people have given this place high ratings, seems very underhanded to me. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! Unless you really enjoy feeling like you're staying in a third world ghetto stay away!

Checked out after first night. Bathroom ding was plugged, there were little ants on kitchen table, no amenities (kitchen paper towels, only toiletry was a bar of soap!).

I enjoy staying at this property from time to time, and I would have given a complete excellent review on all categories; however, this particular time was an exception due to a rude staff member who refused to allow me to check in at 3pm, despite the fact I had previously paid in advance for the reservation. With that said, another staff member took over and allowed me in and, as always, my stay here was excellent.

The outside looks amazing but the online pictures and what’s within the doors is absolutely NOT worth it …bugs everywhere and stained mattresses bathtubs were stained and old and rusted like crazy floors absolutely dirty and sink and table area just absolutely disgusting nasty nasty nasty place !

This is a place for an overnight stay. The rooms amenities are far from ideal. No cookware or dishes. Towels in bathroom is very thin and small. Staff could be more approachable.

I killed 2 roaches. Told front desk, they said they would have maintenance spray our room since maintenance was working later since they were cleaning rooms. When we arrived back to our room, our room wasn’t not clean and we figured they hadn’t sprayed as well.

Check in was at 3:00, did show up at 2:30 was told to come back. Came back at 4:30 and had to wait for three people ahead of me. When it was my turn to check in was told the room was not ready yet, maybe 10 more minutes. Did not get in to a room for another hour and a half. Was told the manager would do a discount on the room, was credited back a whole $15. If you stay longer than 11:00 they will charge you $50. Doesn't seem equitable. Person at the front desk was very helpful, stated they were short staffed but the manager was not there and was at home. If you're short-staff you should be at work.

The grounds had litter all over. The bathroom door dragged on the floor. The showerhead was rusty and hanging off the wall. The floor around the tub was rotted. The floor was dirty also the light switches and lightbulb. Overall, a terrible experience.

Upon checking in I learned staff had booked another person who had the same last name into my room, this was a hassle and created unnecessary stress with needing to be rebooked, stay was good other than that but the incompetence on part of staff was notable.

The worst Days Inn I have ever stayed at. The floor was filthy with crumbs and whatnot, the corner by the right side of the headboard smelled like cat urine, the bathroom stunk of urine. The counter top was black with grunge. I got bit by a black bug while sleeping. The bug would not smash. I had to stay the second night because I would never have gotten a refund. Never ever again.

Staff very friendly, close parking. First room we had was terrible! First of all, I called to get a ground floor because my husband has food, nope they gave it to another guest. The room we got had bugs everywhere, no coffee maker, blood on the lamp shade, pubic hair in the bathtub, a full glass of juice left in the fridge, most or all of the outlets were loose. Moved to ground floor the next morning, a little bit better

We did not have a good stay here. We checked in and went up to our room and the key did not work. Went back to the front desk they said they reactivated the key so I went back to try again and it still didn’t work. Went back to the office and the employee came up to the room and tried to open it but it still didn’t work so he gave us a different room. I paid for a two bed room and the room I was put in was a one bed. The hotel was in okay shape but I should have received compensation for paying for two beds and only receiving one. Also, the charge on my card has went from pending to posted and the $50 deposit was not taken off.

The room was very dirty, bathroom smelled like urine. My mattress had a huge dip on one side and the bed was creaky. I arrived late and was leaving early in the morning so I just stayed in the room. Forgot something in the room and called the front desk, they put me on hold for 45 minutes saying they were looking for my stuff, until I hung up. Tried calling them again and nobody answered. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. I guess that’s what you get for the cheap price.

The room smelled like cigarettes for our entire stay, but the staff was great. Also, our room seemed like it had not been cleaned. There were stains on the bed and hair in the shower. The beds also only came with 2 light blankets, so it got cold at night.

Was given room #118 that smelled like mildew musky musty without the air on. After 6hrs of taking a shower & napping, the smell did not go away Luckily the desk receptionist gave us a different room that didn't smell like musty & musky.

I have stayed in worse but this is probably in the bottom three. The room stunk, the bathroom sink was clogged, the TV didn’t work, the electrical sockets in the bathroom didn’t work, curtains had holes in them, windows were cracked, the refrigerator couldn’t be used because of the smell, the wall socket in the kitchen was broken.

Comforter and bedding had stains all over it. Bathroom very out dated, had bugs crawling all over.

When I returned to the front desk to request a refund and cancel the remainder of our stay, the staff was apologetic and understanding. They explained they are currently short-staffed and no longer provide regular housekeeping services. However, I’m not sure when the room was last properly cleaned — the sheets did not appear freshly washed or changed or the bed made, and the bathroom clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. Thankfully, they were willing to refund my money. Unfortunately, booking another room last minute ended up costing us significantly more. Save yourself the hassle and consider staying somewhere else.

Courteous staff; good location; low price. The particular room I got, 283, was in pretty rough condition, missing outlet covers, cabinet doors heavily delaminated. Sheets were clean but bathroom sink was not clean. Strong odor in bathroom, bathroom fan didn’t seem to be working, the unit overall smelled like cigarette smoke. Mattress was comfortable but saggy. Wall unit a/c did work well, and there was good hot water. I personally wouldn’t want to stay there again but, it was a good price.

There was a roach in our room, and they initially gave us key cards to a room that was entirely uncleaned, dirty towels on the floor and all. The mattresses are filthy, and everything was covered in dust and some grime. The fridge had a spill in it and a strange odor. Drawers were all dirty as well, not that I had trusted to use them anyways. there were a couple punches in the bathroom door as well. We paid a $20 fee for checking in at 2:30 instead of 3 (anticipated), but by the time we actually got a clean room it had been past that time, and the fee was not waived even though we were taken to a dirty room.

Seemed understaffed but didnt interact much with the staff. They double checked our room was cleaned before we got inside. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom, otherwise it was fine. Didnt get to utilize the kitchen at all, bed was okay. AC worked and it was a quiet area /stay.

We felt extremely unsafe staying here. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights, but there was a violent confrontation just outside our door the first night. It wasn't until morning that I discovered that our door, which appeared to be damaged, wasn't even functioning properly. Even without the altercation just outside the room, there were always questionable people roaming about and hanging out on balconies. The room itself wasn't as nice or clean as the pictures indicated. We took our losses for the remaining 2 nights, checked out, and paid up for another hotel that was 1000x better.

Staff was fantastic!! The grounds, the laundry room and lobby were all maintained well. The room however could use some work though. Dresser drawers didn’t function properly, vinyl baseboard in the bathroom was half attached to the wall and the shelves in the freezer were rusted.

The towels had a lot of loose threads and needed replacing….. we killed a number of ants and had to be careful leaving crumbs of food out. Room was disgusting, bugs, poop stains in toilet, used towels, unmade bed. They said it was clean. I didnt even have to be there because I was at a wedding the whole time or I would’ve left. Never coming back. Lady at the front desk was sweet though.

Website pics are NOT what the actual rooms are like. Booked a single king, it was a double and no comforter. Staff would not bring us towels, said we had to go get them even though a cleaning lady was right outside our room. She asked if we were checking out as we were leaving and I said no, so she said no, you can go downstairs and get towels. The AC was banging all night, the bathroom was not clean. I had to clean the floor, the tub, and the counter top. If we had time, I would have gone elsewhere. Got woke uo at 5:30 am to screaming, yelling, and obscene ***** for 2 hours. Day 2...more of the same. Yelling, stomping, slammming stuff into the walls. The clientel is suoer sketchy. Skip this one for sure.

Coffee pot was dirty. Bathroom wall was dirty, and had a dead bug on it. One bed had a headboard, but the other bed did not ans the wall was messedup were the headboardwas. App , said it was a queen bed , it was not , it was a full. No, shampoo or conditioner. I was told I can have an early check-in up to 1 hour when I got there. She said we were not allowed an early check-in It would be $20 if I wanted to do an early check-in.

I did appreciate the large refrigerator and having a microwave and sink was nice. Upon arrival they charge a $50 Deposit and it was refunded to my Credit Card; however the charge on my Credit Card for the room was $37.66 more than what is shown on the receipt, not sure why? Also, when I booked the room on Hotels.com they offered Travel Protection, I denied this but was charged $12.36 for this. Not happy when they add in extra charges like this...

The bathroom vanity faucet was stuck in one position, operable but cannot adjust water temperature. One of the kitchenette drawer was broken. For multi-day stay we were told to bring used towels to office to exchange for fresh ones. Requested for room services, never came. There were no personal sized shampoo in the room, only soaps. Shampoo available for purchase $2 each. Staff suggested dollar store nearby.

Shower head was loose we adjusted it so water would stay in the tub.

The floors were filthy upon entering the room, The kitchen light was flickering and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Smelt like cigarette smoke. Inside every drawer and behind every door hadn’t been cleaned in a long time (sticky liquids, hair and chunks of food) the light switches and handles were sticky and gross and there were boogers on the wall in the bathroom. We had an event to go to the first night of our week long stay so we didn’t want to go find a new place so instead we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the place ourselves. After staying there 2 out of 7 nights it was making us uncomfortable and we weren’t enjoying our vacation so we decided to leave. I let the motel know we were checking out because it was dirty and we were unhappy and they didn’t offer anything to fix the situation. We didn’t receive our money back for the next 5 nights due to the type of reservation we had but we cut our losses and left anyway. I reached out to Expedia to try and recover some of our money and they tried talking with the motel and they refused any refund. I understand that you get what you pay for and that the place was mostly likely going to be a little run down but the service and cleanliness was terrible.

The room was definitely neglected. Several things didn’t work, such as the stove top or microwave), the room flooded twice under the wall from the room next door, the toilet chain rusted to where the toilet would no longer flush normally, toilet seat was chipped, received absolutely no housekeeping our entire stay, there was no shampoo or Kleenex provided. Overall very disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room was clean and presentable for the cost and the staff was helpful with getting us checked in. Unfortunately, what stood out to me the most was my spouse stepping out of our vehicle into a large pile of dog feces by one of the parking spots. I informed the staff member on duty upon check-in and she displayed a nonchalant attitude about it. I was thoroughly more so disappointed to see that same pile in place, just run over by other vehicles upon check out. Additionally, we were only allowed one sugar for coffee...

Room was very dirty and there black bugs all over the floor. There was black residue on the floor. Some of the Light fixtures did not work in the room.

The ppl were nice BUT the room stunk like death no matter what we sprayed the room was disgustingly dirty. We had to go cleaning products to clean the room. The last night ended up killing two roaches.. I won’t be staying here again

I stayed here from Nov 21, 2025- Jan 18, 2026. I feel that this can be ok if you are inbetween homes but not very suitable for long term. Pros: The staff is great and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There is a full sized fridge, microwave, and stovetop. It's in walking distance to Arizona Mills Mall. They recently installed cameras. Cons: The place is BADLY in need of renovation. The floorboards, kitchen flooring, and kitchen cabinets all need to be redone. There are definitely roaches for sure. If they fill in the cracks that my help to keep the roaches out. One night, we were in bed and security knocked on the door to do a mandatory security check. That's kinda scary to do at night, especially if you are a woman alone. The bathroom sink was VERY clogged. My husband opened up the pipe as we didn't want anyone in our room and he does this for a living. There was change in there and thick black buildup. The rooms book fast so you MUST reserve in advance or otherwise, you will have to packup everything and go, no matter how long you have been there. The prices fluctuate ALOT. One night, i saw a 1 queen bed room was on here for $233 for a Saturday! This place is definitely not up to par to be able to charge that amount for one day. Bring your own towels and bedding unless you have no choice. Internet isn't good. I was told that the place is under new ownership. The new owner DEFINITELY need to fix this place up. It doesn't need to be luxury but at least make it decent.

Everything was good. I was getting bit everywhere by something, but we couldn’t find anything. Was not informed about the parking fees until check out. And since I didn’t use their website to book our room, I never saw them. Also pet deposit has tax on it, which I don’t think is really allowed, cuz not a service. So the $75 fee ends up being a little over $85. Rooms are nice though and was pretty quiet.

Yes, 100% neglect harassment against my father who has severe seizures. He does have a service dog and he was trying to howl or bark when my father has a pretty bad seizure. The hotel wants to call me today at lunchtime when I stopped to check in on my father and complain that apparently people are complaining about my dog barking, but no in all reality. It was the cleaning service so I have to call corporate not once not twice but three times on the policy because FYI they don’t have a post in the office like they’re supposed to buy company law. They will charge you $40 for an early check in without notice which again all you have to use just to dispute the transaction like my dad did and they’ll pay you back.

When we arrived late, the front desk guy, John was amazing and very helpful because our flight was delayed 3 plus hours we were extremely late. We got our room and went straight to sleep. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed the room was dirty. The floor look like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Then we discovered there was no cooking supplies or dishes. When we were on our way out we ask and were assured they had some and could pick them up when we returned. However, we returned and the front desk girl said they don't have any. We book this room specifically because the kitchen, which was pointless. Then the maid NEVER serviced our room. We had to go to the front office for everything we needed... towels, an extra pillow, trash bags, coffee, etc. The toliet paper holder was broken and a couple of days into our stay the toilet broke. There were people always, at all time of day, hanging around the complex. The trash can was right by the stairs and smelled. The AC in the room was dusty and loud and the bed creeked. And one of our last nights, I saw a small cockroach in our room.

Upon arrival I felt I had made a good pick. The next morning while bathing the children we were greeted by roaches, we bagged everything put the bags outside the door, after being gone all day, we came back and were greeted again by roaches in the bathroom. Called front desk to inform of the roach problem, towels weren’t replaced and we needed more trash bags due to roaches. Spoke to Cara maybe Kara who could have cared less. Didn’t address the roaches and said if we wanted clean towels to bring dirty one to front desk and we’d be given what we brought to her. Supposedly no rooms were available due to some race event going on. We slept with lights on as someone said they won’t come out in the light. We forfeited the last night we paid for packed up and left the following morning. The floors were dirty the tile in the bathroom was dirty. It could be a decent place to stay but the filth and roaches make it impossible. I have pictures and a video that I will be forwarding to the Maricopa County BBB and Health Dept for a welfare check. For now stay as far away from this place as possible

Other than it being nice that the room had a kitchenette. The roaches deterred us was using it. Roaches in bathroom sink. Kitchen table. And although it wasn’t on the bed we saw what was some sort of mite next to the bed on night stand. I definitely didn’t experience the 5 star ratings I saw when I booked this place.

Front desk is not helpful at all. Been there multiple weekends in the last few months. It started out good, but slowly the service diminished. Ive had multiple problems with the tv. Tv didnt work on new years and they never came by to fix it and was told they would come by the the following day and never did. Another time the cable didnt work and went up front and ask for another room considering they didn't do anything last time and i got an " i dont care" attitude from the front desk when i broght up the first time having an issue. Keys, the desk person doesnt know how to program. I always have to get reprogrammed the next day. First time i came in and reprogrammed it the same front desks person humiliated me in front of a new worker. Making me answer 10 to 15 questions because i left my id in the car. I understand a couple questions but come on. I finally got tired of her patronizing me and said " fine enough questions, ill get my id for you, with all my bags in hand.. She looked at the new hire and said " we like to have fun with the customers ". I was mad at the time, not having fun. Again, thos has accumulated for over tha last couple of month. I think its time to change different motels.

We liked the location and the price. The room was fine (a little shabby, but you get what you pay for.) However, regardless the low price, please fix the cockroaches issue. We saw a couple and smashed them. As we were packing to check out, we had to ensure no one got into our belongings. Also, it would be nice oc thesituation with silverware and other kitchen stuff were clarified in the description - that nothing is available in the room but you need to request it separately at the front. I attempted to do it and was told that they werebeing washed and I needed to come in half an hour. I chose to give up and we used celery sticks as utensils. If I had known beforehand, I would bring some from home.

First of all the first day we go in there the refrigerator was disgusting. I have pictures. The housekeeper was supposed to come and clean. The room was not clean. Housekeeper never came maintenance came took the refrigerator out and sprayed it down outside it then start leaking later on the bathroom has mold inside the septic tank and mold in the bathroom where you can smell it in the bathroom sink, causing respiratory issues and myself and headache problems for My Husband. We contacted and left messages on Expedia for someone to contact us we got a notice stating that we can move in the morning and she will leave a mess a note for the next person will I go in the morning and we were told that we cannot move because there was no available room in which mind you I pass a room that is just like ours that has been empty the whole time and I speak of that but she says that one is not available so then I continue my stay because I can’t get my money back. I asked for it. She says they won’t do that. Start having issues with my health start feeling weak and sleepy. All the time we just constantly stayed outside and we would’ve left. We would’ve lost all of our money. This was my vacation and this was no vacation. We had to spend money on buying cleaning products to clean the room to the best of our abilities due to the smell that was in the room and the bacteria that was on the floor. I then spoke with a manager the day before she has not gave my money nor the letter I asked for…

Absolutely freaking disgusting! Only a couple hours after checking in we immediately checked out, as our room and bathroom were infested with cockroaches. When asking about this issue, we were met with very lackluster answers, and told to call the manager for a refund, only they then proceeded to ignore all calls from everyone of our phones. The room was dirty. Didnt look like it had been cleaned properly. There was pubic hair stuck to the walls of the shower. When I asked for a couple extra pillows because there was only two in the room for two people staying there she said they were "out of pillows" and I could ask the person in the morning. Clearly just not wanting to get up and do anything other than checking people in. Plus the deposit was not an authorization but a charge on my card that was not refunded once I checked out. If this was anything other than just a place to crash on the way home, I would have raised a fit and asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Definately skip this place.

The hotel was extremely unclean. We found multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom, and the floors were dirty and covered with hair, as if they had not been cleaned at all. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but the same problem occurred again. The hotel clearly has a cockroach infestation. This was a terrible and unacceptable experience.

Our stay was pretty good. Great location to get to many restaurants and interstate access. The staff was really nice. Helped with anything we needed. It was probably just the climate, but we did see multiple bugs in our room. The staff apologized and even asked if we would like to take our stuff with us that day and they would spray for them. Just so you know, clean towels were only available with exchanging the used towels. Other than that, it was a great stay!

My issue was with a particular female of your staff. She checked me in on 4 December. The following day, December 5th, I attended a memorial for my best friend. When I came back that evening for some reason, my key card would not open my room. So I went downstairs and stood at the closest office door to me, it was locked. Through the window in the door I could see the same female employee who checked me in the day before. She was slouched down in the chair she was sitting in and looking at her phone. I knocked on the door, she rolled her eyes at me, got out of her chair & let me in. She took care of the key card problem for me. But the rolling of the eyes was not at all professional or good customer service.

Kitchen was pretty gross, door into room was damaged, some outlets didn’t work, surfaces were sticky, beds made noises, sheets were itchy, no shampoo for the shower, old rag left in bathroom, etc. This appears to be an inexpensive hotel turned into extended stay rooms that are not well kept.

The front desk staff is very helpful. I didn't know that there was a security guard at first. I met him in the office and he was pretty cool. They recently installed cameras. I love the size of the fridge. Im glad I can cook full meals. Located right by the highway. Walking distance to az mills mall. Fry's grocery store is about a block away. Internet service is not the best. It works but it's kinda tricky. It definitely doesn't work for my work laptop which is unfortunate. I have to use my Hotspot for that which takes from my data. I had an issue with the lock on my door and they resolved it immediately.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We had a rough night sleeping. The toilet seat was broken. The door latch was broken. The top comforter was dirty and there was a yellow stain on it. No shampoo or conditioner. We check out a day earlier, couldn’t handle another rough night on bed.

Worst stay of my life. I was getting ready for an event a stranger with a key card entered the room while I was in my birthday suit. I was in shock. The staff explained there was a system error and refunded us, however the area has definitely gone down hill!

Didn't stay, horrible smoke smell, mold in shower, bed in horrible shape, and very dirty

The staffs are friendly.

The room needed some repairs. The beds were comfortable. There were people working in cars in the parking lot. There we homeless wondering around and people smoking pot on walk ways.

Do not trust the pictures They ask you for a $50 deposit that you don’t ruin the room. But as you walk in the room is already ruined The countertops are bad. The bathrooms are awful The people around are shady So if it’s going to cost me 50 bucks, so be it

The staff was extra courteous. The laundry room was clean and reasonably priced for doing laundry. The location is convenient for accessing two major freeways. The location is also convenient for shopping.

The room was pretty much in shambles. There pieces of the wall in bathroom missing. Something the was pick and sticky on the wall in the shower. Bugs lots and lots of bugs

I booked this room based on reviews and pictures and how clean it looked. To my surprise when we entered the room there was some weird smell but turned the ac on it disappeared because there was dryer sheets in it already. The remote for the tv had no batteries and no connection to even enjoy a show before knocking out as we were a late check in. Next beds were not very comfortable and in the middle of the night we saw roaches coming from microwave and in the bathroom. I will not be staying here again. Disappointed.

It was a nice stay no breakfast rooms somewhat beat up/destroyed appearance bed was uncomfortable and worn down cable was good though this is good for a 1 night stay if passing through.

The staff were fine, the room smelled musty, there were many cockroaches, the mattresses and beds were in bad condition, it was a terrible night.

I should of taken pictures checked in went to the room it was dirty sheets were nasty floor also was dirty plain nasty complained to the front desk she gave me a diffent room was also nasty hairs on the bed blocked like blood stains on the wall asked for refund no luck on that so I left did not stay would not recommend

Roaches and more roaches. Room was dingy and dirty. Terrible smell out of the air conditioner - had to turn it off. And an overwhelming soap smell that gave me a headache. I did not stay as long as I had planned because sleeping was impossible. Worst studio 6 I have ever been in. Will be contacting corporate.

I made a huge mistake booking this property. I had no idea it was basically an extended stay Motel 6. The room was disgusting. The mattress had stains all over it. The old formica countertops in the kitchen and bathroom were chipped, as were the cabinets. The bathtub had a huge brown stain in it. The room was dirty, and the whole place felt sketchy too. I checked in, looked at the room, and immediately checked out. They did promise me a full refund.

Our room was a non smoking room but obviously someone had been smoking in the room our clothing and bedding freaked of cigarette smoke

You might as well just stay at Motel 6 and save a few bucks. Obviously apartments that were turned into a motel, with most residents being “extended stay”. Only one person in the office, and sometimes no one, while the office is closed. Room was very beat up. Door knobs falling off, broken lights, toilet seat hanging on by a thread, beds seem very old, etc. Just not worth the price.

They took my stuff out of my room a day early. Stole many, many items from me like clothing, laptop, tablet, makeup etc while i was at work. I would NEVER stay here again. My house was being worked on. I just needed somewhere to stay till my house was completed. Horrendous!!

The room was very affordable, the bed had a firm mattress, and it was close to eating establishments. And the property was very close to the airport. We will definitely stay here again. Muchas Gracias ( Thank you very much!)

Smaller than expected but okay

Room smelled like a cigar bar, even with the Lysol, candles and air fresheners it was disgusting. Could not move to another room because they were “sold out” there were stains on all of the bedding and cigarette burns in the furniture. Hair was on the bathroom walls and floor after being “cleaned” spend the extra money to not get second hand smoke for the night. Wished I brought my bubble suit.

Everything good but roaches everywhere

Yes to pets but their credit card machine wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to check in properly and had to dig up over $200 in cash! Who carries cash anymore especially in those amounts!!? I was there for three days and they never got the machine fixed. Had to keep going to the ATMs for cash.

The smoke detector was beeping in the room. The young lady at the desk came and replaced the battery and it's fine now.

Rooms were nasty, cockroaches all over the floor, sinks were dirty, we switched room twice and still ... we asked for money back and got out of there, no way we could stay there.

Room curtains were stained with blood. I also found a bit of old Tabacco and marijuana in the drawers. It took them two days to get my tv to work because they needed a long enough cable to plug from the wall to the tv. I got kicked out and told I was t allowed to rent there anymore after staying a week and a half because I was traveling from mesa to Tempe by bus and was late with my payment

This place is fine overall. However room deadbolt didnt work, thats a HIGH safety risk and unacceptable. Has a kitchenette but kitchen tools or utensils. Sheets/pillows had staining. Fridge leaked water puddles.

If you smoke cigarettes, this is your spot, If you sell backside this is also your spot. If you don’t mind sleeping in a room that hasn’t been properly cleaned in 5 years, this is your spot.

While the room was dated and there were no kitchen items. The sand storm left some sand in the room and the cleanup outside added more. The staff needed to be prompted at date 4 of my stay for a room checkup, which they did wonderfully. This was a great value and comfortable stay.

Everything:Parking in front of your door…wonderful lady at the front desk…professional, attractive and knowledgeable…close to many restaurants and grocery stores and not far from the airport…

Hotel wasn’t the best. Our room floor was dirty, dead roaches in the restroom, spiders hiding in shelf, tv & fridge didn’t work, no room service to switch out towels along with trash, and bed very loud when moving. Our stay was two nights and was very hesitant to stay the second night. Price may be decent but not worth it. Pool is also very small.

I'm glad I wasn't in the room, as a single solo woman, and had the man walk in on me!!! This is the 2nd serious error in my past two times staying there. I think im done.

Motel has no surveillance cameras rooms were run down but they were all so decent size with the little kitchenette roof had a leak door. Didn't lock from the inside deadbolt. There was roaches

This day was very uncomfortable. The room was very filthy. If I could be reimbursed, that would be great.

I have been staying at this hotel for 2 nights a week for a couple of months on business. More often than not when I get there to sign in, there is a sign on the door that they are out running errands and will be back shortly. Having to wait for someone to open up while waiting in 110 degree weather is not any fun. They need someone to be there for checking in at all times.

Nice room

The staff was incredible. We extended our stay an extra night. coffee pot and toaster. Wish there would have been shampoo and conditioner and MTV, the one with music, but other than that, I would recommend!

The fro t desk staff CJ and April are amazing along with the maintenance/security guy working Aug 2 around 10pm. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Good stay. Nice and quiet. The bathroom could have used a little bit more of a thorough cleaning and the lock to the room was jammed and it was hard to open and lock the door. Other than those issues I had a great stay!

It was nasty it had long strands of black hair everywhere especially the towels and the tub .blacks gum on floor like no one swept or mopped fridge was disgusting

They put me in a room that was next to people bumping their music all night and yelling and partying till 3 am. I only got 2 hours of sleep. I had to go and get 2 throw blankets from target to put over the bed and pillows because it was dirty. I didn’t take a shower or use the toilet because it was grody. Lots of people coming in and out all night and morning being loud. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel and also I had to buy a mask because it smelt like mold in there. I don’t recommend this place one bit. I think Expedia needs to remove it off their sight. I was just going to check out right when I got there and try to find something else but it was too late and I can’t afford to take a loss and pay for something else. You could tell the whole place is run down. It was a huge loss and disappointment and you can tell that’s what they invite and complaining wouldn’t have helped.

One particular staff member is EXTREMELY RUDE! She never takes the time to greet anyone. Every interaction with her has been a hassle and an inconvenience for her. However, every other staff member has been wonderful and kind. But one person can ruin the entire experience and outlook on this business, and make you not want you return.

I booked and paid for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival the only rooms available were refurbished smoking rooms. The staff on site would not issue a refund and I had to escalate to a manager the next day.
