The only thing I would liked to have had was creamer for my coffee in the evening.

I love everything about this place. Whenever I need to book an hotel it will for sure be with them . The breakfast the free laundry is everything

Great place to stay in Tempe. Property was clean, staff was fantastic, continental breakfast was well-stocked with several options, fitness center had free weights which was awesome. Rooms are simple but clean and functional. Would stay again.

Room was filthy. Stains and bad patch jobs on every wall. Bathroom was extremely foul, looked like the ceiling was going to cave in. Dozens of hairs on the walls in the showers. Door barely latched. A/C unit was musty and didn’t get cold enough.

The staff were very friendly. The property is a little aged and could use a refresh but it was comfortable and good for a short stay.

We also booked the room for a family of four, but they only provided two towels. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to bring us extra towels when we asked. The bathroom was another disappointment. The tub badly needs to be refinished, and the backsplash looked worn and poorly maintained. The paint colors and walls throughout the room looked sloppy, almost like a child painted them and missed spots everywhere. Even the smoke alarm looked very old and improperly installed, which honestly felt unsafe. Another thing that shocked me was that the windows in the room could fully open. I have never stayed at a hotel where the windows open like that, especially without proper safety screens. For families with small children, this feels extremely unsafe and like a huge liability. They do have a small lock on the window, but ours came off very easily, which made it even more concerning. Overall, this hotel is overpriced for the condition it’s in.

Our first night was fine, ish. Check in took a long time because the people at the front desk were confused by a hotels.com booking and couldn’t figure out how to do a hold, (we paid in full prior to staying), that night someone was trying to use a key to come in our room, and the tv changed to be someone else’s name. Nothing really happened with this but it’s important later. second day we go do activities in Tempe. When my daughter and I arrived back at the hotel for her to take a nap, we couldn’t get into our room. Housekeeping came down the hall and told me I need to go to the front desk to “verify my identity”. I said I’m not sure what I’ll be able to verify as my husband is the one who booked it and checked in, but I went down there anyway. The front desk (his name is Tony and he was very rude) told me I could “come back later” to regain access to my room. um no? I’ve already paid for the room, checked in and been here, and all our stuff is in there. This proceeded to happen every single day of our 5 day 4 night stay. It was a giant pain, and the front desk people were not kind about it when it was THEIR MISTAKE. Continuing to give us 24 hour keys and I’m not sure why. They seemed truly incompetent. They booked multiple people into the same room, housekeeper said and I quote “they made a big mistake”. They offered nothing to mend the situation that they caused. We stay in Marriott hotels every time we travel (which is frequently) and I will NEVER stay here again.

Front girls Tabitha and Pat were awesome and great personalities. Love them!

I stayed here for business. The beds were very comfortable. That's about it for the good things. The bathroom sink was too small to put any toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen area was very small. The sofa was very uncomfortable. There were two TVs in the room which was nice. However, I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, staff was very helpful and kind.
- 5/5
One night stay on vacation. Staff was friendly, room was clean but smelled a little like smoke. Good value considering it was a suite. Dogs in the hall were annoying twice, would have preferred no pets. Didn't get to try breakfast or the pool.
- 5/5
Room was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was nothing special but still good :). Staff was pleasant and nice!
- 4/5
Fantastic 5-star stay with ONLY one exception -- the water pressure in the shower was adequate, but just barely. That truly was the only thing I'd rate at less than 5 stars. Comfortable beds, clean room and property, great hot breakfast, and super friendly and helpful staff (especially Tabitha!).
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly nice and so sweet. Our room was well kept and the breakfast was perfect. The pool is so great for really hot days!

Nice and spacious room. A kettle in the room would help with warm water.
- 0.5/5
Not much it was dated and beds were too saggy The food gave me stomach ache, it may have been the waffles or the hot water from tea. There were people in the pool making noise at 1:00 am had to call front desk

The room was clean, breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful. We had a slight problem with our extra sheets and the staff immediately provided clean linens. Overall it’s a good place for families and the location is close to everything
- 5/5
Great hot breakfast! Room was clean and big! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Talitha at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a friendly welcome. She was very helpful when I asked for directions to a local store I was looking for. The room looked like it had been remodeled so it was clean and perfect for my visit. No complaints.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful .
- 5/5
Talisha greeted us warmly when we came through the doors and helped us feel at ease with our surroundings. Instructions were clear and concise, easy access to our room. Great layout, plenty of towels and amenities, full length mirror, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave, comfy beds, blackout curtains, and the noise was at a minimum. Breakfast had a little something for everyone. Parking was easy and convenient. The mini fridge was the only problem. It needed to be defrosted and had a little leaking issue. We made due with a cooler and ice.
- 5/5
Room is clean Thank you No comment

The gentleman at the front desk was VERY friendly and professional. He made us feel so welcomed and excited for our stay! The location is near the mall and close to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend staying here.

James was professional and helpful. However, the morning receptionist was not helpful. I informed her that the water was clogged and not draining, which prevented me from taking a shower and caused me to be late for my meeting. She did nothing and did not solve the problem.
- 5/5
We had a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent. They would be good reason to return. Accommodations were very good. Because I'm fussy the elevators could be cleaner. The lighting in the room needs LOTS of improvement. The tub needs to be refurbished. Despite these observations I would be glad to return. James really put me at ease when we arrived. Thank you to all your staff.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay right outside of Phoenix. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast!
- 2/5
My truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot and the hotel staff said they have no cameras. I would not recommend staying at this location. I was stranded on vacation in Arizona.

- 3/5
Enjoyed the stay, good location for visiting our family.
- 5/5
Breakfast is great and room is clean.
- 5/5
We stayed here for a quick one night stay after a concert. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Very close to airport. Convenient location however not a lot in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, activities, etc . I would stay here again if I needed a hotel in the phoenix area.
- 3/5
The fire pit was only turned on 1/4 nights. Garbage under the bedside table. No linens for the pull out bed, and only 2 towels. The front desk people were pretty rude. Rude when i asked for linens for the bed. Rude when i asked for towels (we had 2 adults and 2 kids 2 towels weren't enough) and the rudest was the checkout lady who acted like we were disturbing her by talking to us. Practically glaring at us. The older lady who did breakfast most days was super sweet though! Everyone could take lessons from her!
- 5/5
Conveniently located. Clean and a helpful staff.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Our room in the third floor was spotless which was a pleasant surprise because the exterior is a bit rundown. Jim and Alvin were exceptional in helping me check in early since I was traveling from a far. The AC was ok when I walked into my room which is extra appreciated as AZ is so hot right now. Wish there was a bottle of lotion offered as most hotels do. Room was spiffy clean. Breakfast was a little lack later with only a sausage patty as a protein. The oatmeal and its toppings is plentiful though.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great & fresh. Staff very good. Room was a little less desirable with peeling bathroom paint on the ceiling. The beds were not that comfortable and sagged. The rest of the room was satisfactory.

Front desk lady was kind, but charged us twice for our room saying Expedia hadn’t done there part of the process. Room smelt so bad, like an ash tray even though it was non smoking. Needed towels and sheets for the pull out bed, but front staff was the only one working, so we have to go to the front desk. Room was average clean. Bathroom was less then average. Tub was gross. Was woke up at 6am with pounding on the wall and yelling from another guest in the room next to us, called the front, they said they would handle it. The pounding stopped, but he never quit yelling.

Bedroom was clean, bed comfy. Breakfast allowed for various dietary restrictions. Protiens could use a little improvement but over all wiuld stay here again.

Horrible place. Arrived at 1 am hoping to have a good night. It was a nightmare for our family with 3 kids. Homeless walking around and inside the hotel. Weird people going outside from elevator. I can keep going.. don’t waist your time
- 4/5
Only issue I had was the morning manager was rude to his front counter help. She would be doing something and the phone would ring he would yell to her saying grab the phone and he could of grabbed it.
- 5/5
clean room
- 3/5
All-in-all, our stay was very good. The room was fairly clean with a few minor issues. Unfortunately, we did find ants in the room which was a bit of a turn-off. We also need had the breakfast as that definitely did not make us jump for joy. The staff, however, was very friendly;y and very accommodating as they helped us more than once with requests. The only other issue was the list of a parking fee which was hidden in a menu outside the home page. It was only $5 but I am one who does not appreciate fees being hidden and not out in plain site. I would have been okay with it had the fee been expressly written under hotel features. It was hidden behind another menu. So, for anyone booking at this hotel, know that overall, it was very good, but watch out for hidden fees and definitely don't stay there for the free breakfast. You get what you pay for.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and respectful. My room was clean and had a nice layout with a large couch, desk area and coffee counter with microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was decent and they also offered a workout room and laundry room.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 2/5
We were supposed to have a kind size bed, there's no way our bed was a king. The room was not what was expected. There was a huge stain on the carpet. Looked like a pet stain. We realized our room was a pet friendly room, not requested. Asked for a change in room and they couldn't. The pool needs to be resurfaced. There were flakes in the pool everytime you touched the side. The ground around the pool needs done too. The paint/concrete flakes stuck to your feet. Our sink clogged and water pressure is awful. The breakfast is one of the worst hotel breakfast we have had.
- 2/5
The pool is gross. The rooms are grimey and have electronics and cleanliness issues. The room layouts are bizarre. The location is somewhat sketchy. We won’t be staying here again.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, kid-friendly (we borrowed a crib & staff were accomodating and friendly), decent outdoor pool, and a good breakfast buffet to get us on our way before our flight home.
- 5/5
Pool was nice the deck around the pool is deteriorating needs to be re done other than that was great
- 5/5
Great staff, room was perfect, breakfast was perfect. Will definitely stay again

- 4/5

Also I was disappointed that I didn't receive housekeeping services daily in my room.
- 4/5
Staff was awesome. The tub didn't drain well and water kept running, overall nice place to stay!! I guess there was a baseball team, and kids were running around in halls at night, parking was safe and so close to everything! So convenient!! Ahain staff was welcoming and so accommodating!!
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Staff at check in were very friendly. Pool was very small.

The room was absolutely disgusting had stains on the couch not actually a pull out couch just more like a futon and a trundle bed which was gross and so uncomfy couldn’t even sleep on it it had springs sticking out. ALSO HAD MOLD ON THE BATHROOM WALLS
- 3/5
General location was less than desirable
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok. Out of cofee often.
- 1/5
Tried two different rooms. Significant mold in our second room. Ended up canceling the booking and changing hotels.
- 2/5
Definitely couldn't tell it was a Marriott property! In desperate need of an update. Stained furniture and mattresses. Small fridge. Breakfast was lacking and what they did have wasn't good at all. Staff smoking right out side the front doors at all times.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok, the one thing that I wish was better was the breakfast, was pretty poor
- 4/5
Clean but needs updating. Friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff nice. Breakfast was ok. The property is near a big mall so traffic can be heavy...but manageable
- 3/5
Booked through Expedia so couldn't check in online. Room in an odd layout, some lights did not work, shower pressure was AWFUL. Room was quiet, clean, and spacious enough. Plenty of parking, close to food, and other stores.

- 4/5
The room was nice and the location was good
- 5/5
The room was spotless when we first arrived and stocked fully with lotions, soaps, shampoo and linens. Every staff encounter was very pleasant and fruitful. The kitchen crew, absolutely wonderful! Those ladies were hard workers, ensuring a variety of foods prepared exceptionally well. The grits were very delightful! Thank you for that extra effort. We were very happy that towels were well stocked at the pool side and the few times that no towels were pool side upon entering the pool deck, staff very promptly brought out fresh towels without needing to ask. And the evening service to start the fire pit happened without having to ask to start a fire. The staff are just amazing at anticipating needs Overall, we got a great deal for such great service and a high quality stat! Comfortable mattress and pillows too! I highly recommend this hotel!
- 4/5
Clean room the staff are friendly. However, the hotel over booked the wheelchair accessible room so I got stuck in the non accessible room there may my stay a bit different to navigate the room with my chair.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean.. but some stuff looks like it’s getting old and rusty…but just happy it’s clean! Breakfast buffet was yummy with over easy egg, turkey sausage and airfry bacon or it wasn’t oily but dry. I appreciated the older lady who was refilling the food and keeping the breakfast area clean and tidy… she was kind and cheerful! Would definitely come back!
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
The room was comfortable . It was a nice room
- 3/5
Rather outdated. They cater to large sports groups of teenagers. Felt like a dorm and breakfast was a bust with so many kids running rampant.
- 5/5
Staff here is amazing, they are friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to make the stay nice. The rooms are always nice. The entire experience it's so positive I happily come back. It's why I've stayed here multiple times.
- 5/5
james and rebecca provided outstanding service. and great restaurant recimmendation.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable, front desk clerk was very nice and funny.
- 4/5
Room was clean. However, there must have been an event of some kind as there were a large number of teenagers/young adults staying who were loud early and late, slammed doors and overall were very loud. Not the hotel's fault, but should have not been that lax.
- 5/5
The staff is friendly and kind. The room was clean. I did request to have my room clean everyday because I did have a toddler with me so we had a lot of trash. So we just ended up throwing the trashes ourselves near the elevator trashes. No big deal. The complementary breakfast in the morning was mediocre. Just basic.
- 5/5

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. 10-12 minute drive from mill avenue dining/shopping. Good breakfast buffet. Not huge but multiple hot items with cereal muffins and bagels as well. Convienent store next door for food and drinks. Room has mini fridge and microwave. Tempe marketplace also 12 minute drive. Very close to airport
- 1/5
When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that they were overbooked, and that they had moved up to their sister hotel next door ... I was not happy, but flying out of PHX in the AM, so we moved on. We were given a room at that hotel, with one queen bed. They told me that this room was comparable to the room I had booked, which was two queens, as the couch folded out. My husband and I are 60 year olds - we don't sleep on fold out couches, that's why I hadn't booked that type of room. We were finally moved to a room with a king bed. It also happened to be a pet friendly room, that made us both itch all night ... The quality of the hotel was not what I had expected there. I had wanted the SpringHill Suites for a reason. I was very disappointed that I was not given the opportunity to stay there and rate that hotel. This experience is not what I expect when I book a hotel though Hotels.com.
- 3/5
Only real complaint was the shower. Was very dingy and in need of repair
- 2/5
Room was dirty. Hair in bed, hair in shower.
- 4/5
The room was clean and tidy. The shower curtain smelled pretty musty.
- 5/5
The location is a 7/10 because there was a bunch of people walking around. As for the hotel itself, it was an amazing stay! Customer service was excellent, breakfast options were good, and pool was clean! I asked for housekeeping so we could get new towels , but i think the issue was the language barrier. Overall a great stay, and will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Wonderful staff! Great facility! It was an older hotel that had been updated and they did a great job!
- 3/5
When booking, watch out for the extra fees! You may want to call and clarify the pet fees, taxes, parking etc. One night booked @ $126 turned into over $200. Tub, shower need updated. Bathroom tile grout could use a good cleaning.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room.
- 4/5
Management and front desk staff work great. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Just a heads up though, the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. It’s right across from a weed dispensary and there were police going down the road chasing a lot.
- 5/5
We were taking our son to ASU and didn't plan to stay the night, but it was too late to head home to California so we booked this stay last minute. We called the front desk in the morning for toothbrushes and tooth paste and they had them waiting for us. The breakfast was missing a waffle maker would of made my morning better, but if you are in the area and need a room I would stay here.
- 5/5
The sofa bed was dirty. We recommend that you can check often
- 3/5
The room was dirty. Overall, the person that greeted us was really nice.

Friendly staff clean room
- 1/5
We were given the key to a room that was dirty at first. Bed had literally been slept in. The front desk girl provided us another room thankfully but still. That made me question the cleanliness of the hotel in general. We only stayed one night for layover. For that, I am thankful
- 5/5
Size of room
- 2/5
Staff was lovely. Breakfast was good. But boy do I regret staying here. The room was neglected (dirty tub, shabby stained sofa), the pool was locked early. The worst part was that I was charged a $50 "non-refundable" pet deposit when I chose it for their advertised $5 pet fee and $50 "deposit". On top of that there was anadditional $50 deposit. Ubsurd. I could have found so much better for that price! Avoid.

Room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was delicious. Overall a great experience for me and family.

- 5/5
The location was unbeatable, the staff friendly and the room was comfortable enough, the only "bad side" was the breakfast, the amount of eggs was minimal, everybody had to wait to get them

We stayed two nights at SpringHill Suites Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient and quiet area surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to main roads. Parking was spacious and well-marked, and check-in was quick and friendly. Our King Suite was roomy, clean, and very comfortable — featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a smart TV. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing kept the room peaceful. Breakfast in the lobby each morning offered a solid variety with fresh coffee, fruit, and hot items. The staff members were polite, professional, and attentive. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool area, which was clean and nicely designed, perfect for relaxing in the Arizona sun. There’s also a small fitness center and ice machines available on every floor — very convenient for longer stays. Overall, this property felt well-maintained and secure, delivering great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Tempe or the Phoenix area.

The Cook was rude and not very personable, we asked for extra pillows and a blanket for pull out, never came, had to go to desk to get them, very nice desk personnel, Very clean but could use some updating
- 3/5
Great complimentary hot breakfast. Room was clean. Area location was dirty.
- 5/5
I skip breakfast, The front desk workers was excellent explaining all information The room, bed were so comfortable I would return and recommend
- 5/5
Spacious room and nice amenities; good value. Especially the free breakfast and gym/pool.
- 2/5
Room had several damages - spots on the couch, yellow spots on white bedspread, the tub was so discolored that I bought a rubber mat from Walmart to put on the bottom of the tub before I took a shower in it. I would never recommend this hotel and I would never stay there again and I’m starting to question Springhill suites/Marriott properties overall based on this experience. In addition,The pool area was basically dirty. I don’t know if the garbage had not been removed, but it smelled like garbage in the sitting area that had a covering over it where you’re supposed to be able to sit in the shade.
- 2/5
The rooms are not clean or updated. We asked to be moved due to stains on the pullout and rust all around the tub. The pullout was an unacceptable “cot mattress” on hard wood. It was not suitable for sleeping at all. The surrounding area was unsafe and there were lots of shady individuals loitering around the property,
- 2/5
Please wash the floors and dehumidify the rooms, it was so humid the rooms were sticky and the floor I had my clothes on made my clothes smell like pee
- 2/5
the room was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint
- 3/5
Generally OK
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok. The room itself was terrible. The couch was unuseable because of disgusting stains all over it. Really? The carpet was also in bad shape with a number of stains and wear. This room was worse than a motel 6

Jim at the front desk was excellent and was very helpful during my stay! Hopefully I can stay again at this fine establishment in the near future!
- 5/5
Rooms were very quiet. We could bring our 2 small Yorkies for a reasonable fee
- 5/5
The property is clean & the grounds are well kept. Great location for shopping & eating. Very pleasant stay & would stay again.

This charge doesn't appear on your final invoice/folio when you check out, but it subtly gets added directly to your credit card, and taken out of your incidental deposit. If you didn't even park your car, this charge still gets added by default, in which case you may need to call them and clarify that you didn't park, and then they agree to refund it. Otherwise, you may never notice this subtle charge on your credit card statement, mixed with 100's of other charges.

Large rooms. Felt very comfortable

It would be nice if they extended the breakfast time until 10 or 11am and the towels were a little rough they needed more fabric softener.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
The breakfast variety was good. No cranberry juice in the machine the 3 days we stayed. 3 floor was great but hallway temps were 95 on the wall .

Originally I talked to Jim before arriving, and he was very informative and sweet. Then when we checked in- I met Jasmine, the front desk supervisor. Jasmine had great hospitality- that alone made me for sure decide when I go back to the area we will definitely be staying there again. The breakfast schedule was great because you can still sleep in without missing free breakfast. Everyone, even up to the housekeeping ladies they were so sweet and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is the pool wasn’t working so we had to go next door & the area around the hotel was cheeks. I went to the circle next door, I was in the store less than 10 mins, someone was already knocking on my car asking my grandma for a ride, she disappeared before I even made it out the store, then this other dude was asking me for money.-and someone almost got into a fight. Besides that- the people were really nice and I would definitely stay there again when I visit the Phx area.

Disappointing starting with the surprise $50 a day incidental fee which is held on your credit/debit card staff was not friendly particularly the manager she seemed very unconcerned when I expressed my concerns to her the morning staff didn’t speak or smile I understood the housekeeping policy every other day no housekeeping just once I was told to put towels & trash outside door I had a 6 day stay carpet filthy stains on lamp staff needs customer service & diversity training treat all customers kind & friendly

The swimming pool was tiny and dirty.

Hotel decided to overbook paid for reservations. I reserved about a month in advance and paid in full. I arrived at the hotel around 10:45pm after 5 hours driving only to find out a lobby full of people that had their flight cancelled and were sent here w/ a voucher. By the time it was my turn, hotel was sold out. I was left with nothing but a “deal with it on your own”. “Supervisor” Jasmin was extremely rude. I understand she was under pressure but in no way I would be talking to customers the way she was & I work in customer service! Also the other lady working the front desk, I believe her name was Tabitha(?), was completely useless to assist in at least keeping the people in the lobby updated about the situation. I had to try to find a room at 11:30pm in an area unknown to me. With 2 kids. Luckily Holiday Inn was able to accommodate me & provide the service every hotel should be giving. Please stay away from this place! Spend the extra $20!

We’ve stayed here a couple times, both times were good. Just the area seems a little unsafe but we were okay.
- 5/5
Check-in was very good and room was clean and comfortable. Liked the hot coffee available in the lobby.

The rep at the check in counter was very helpful, informative and inviting! Give him 5 stars, if I’m not mistaken his name is Jim.
- 4/5
Very quiet for the most part. Felt kinda like the carpets could’ve been cleaned, and the faucet leaked a lot, but for the most part, the facilities were very nice and staff was awesome. Breakfast was good as well. Good value for the area.
- 4/5
They accommodated to our booking we accidentally booked 2 handicap rooms and only needed one. They helped us out and put us on the same floor.

I had a comfortable stay at SpringHill in Tempe. I would be open to staying there again!

Expedia went above and beyond to help us cancel and receive a refund, even though it was a nonrefundable reservation. I’ve always been satisfied with Expedia’s customer service.
- 1/5
Tub was not draining. Everything very old, someone else hair in the bed. Front desk was not helpful at all. I wanted my money back because we went elsewhere to shower, but they said I have to do it through Expedia.
- 3/5
Otherwise satisfactory nothing exciting
- 5/5
Fabulous
- 3/5
It was convenient but the hitel area was very noisy. A lot of traffic noise. Buffet was ok, typical free hotel breakfast, nothing special.
- 1/5
We checked in. Unsafe neighborhoods people loitering outside. Altercation between front desk and littered. Filthy room COCKROACH IN BED. Had to find a new hotel at 1 am after long flight. Want a refund. This hotel should be shut down by the board of health!

Good Stay for a night, but what was not okay was the fact that some stuff was used and reused for our stay was the toilet paper, and the little lotion that is given to us for our stay.
- 2/5
There was no breakfast available. Said parking was free then I got ch argued for it.
- 5/5

good value and clean. surrounding business's have changed and not for the better.
- 4/5
The location is busy with a dispensary across the road. Lots of foot traffic.
- 1/5
This place needs a facelift and a good cleaning!
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay but the only downside was the breakfast options. Only 2 hot breakfast options
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
Location was good for our needs. It’s a more updated hotel, the pool area needs improvement as the cement around the pool is flaking off and attaches to you even if you use a towel. Not a great selection at breakfast compared to other similar hotels. Cleaning staff left a blue rubber glove IN our room toilet-not sure how they missed that.
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 3/5
The property and staff were great. Family was disappointed with the breakfast selection. The container that was labeled scramble eggs was boiled egg. No cream cheese for bengals. No waffles. Sausage patties container had bacon instead. Lastly the bathtub was slippery.
- 5/5
Really disappointed of the hotel that is a Marriott. Not as nice as most Marriott i have stayed at. Can hear my neighbors all night. The room feels stuffy. There were lotion in the room.front desk young man was very nice and professional.

- 5/5
Overall experience was positive. Desk chair hydraulics broken so chair sunk down to bottom when sitting in it. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
- 2/5
Front desk clerk was not so friendly.
- 3/5
Reception not nice at all
- 5/5
Brissa really helped us out when we needed help checking in. At first they didn't have the room we originally booked available but once we spoke to the front desk clerk she really went above and beyond to make sure she got us in the room we needed to be in. Brissa had an amazing attitude and I would stay here again just because of her helpfulness and kindness.
- 4/5
The room was nice. However the bathroom shower had rust
- 5/5
Was a wonderful experience staying in this property.

Housekeeping didn't come the 2nd day we were there. The tub drained so slowly.
