I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing.

They advertise pool and jacuzzi, after check in i was told "The jacuzzi works, it just doesnt get hot and the jets dont work"...so you Do Not Have a jacuzzi. The room was dated and smelled old and musty. The bed had four springs that squeaked as if they wrre rusted.

The room had roaches and when brought to the attention of the manager, first he didn't believe me until i took one to the front desk in a cup. I ask for another room they would not change my room. Had to biy bug spray😡😤 disgusting

Rooms were clean, however customer service was bad, owner was rude when we complained. Pool was dirty with items floating in it and there was no ice on property.

Customer service is horrible, rooms are dirty, no set of towels, stains on bedding, sticky floor, flooding tub, no ice machine, did have a microwave and fridge. Way way way over priced

Old property, shows wear. Couldn't tell if lock was engaged on door. Even though it appears they make efforts to keep it clean, a bathtub that shows its age will never instill confidence. Towels, although clean, were old and more the size of a generous handtowel, not a bath towel. A/C worked but was loud, couldn't sleep while on. Mattress felt aged. Lovely man checked me in. 'Breakfast' was not something I would eat, instant coffee, packaged pastry. Wouldn't stay again

This hotel was filthy! There was a used pregnancy test sitting on the shelf in the bathroom, multiple dead grasshoppers and crickets in the room. It had not been vacuumed in a long time. It is advertised that they have breakfast, but they don’t. It is just a small sunny delight and a muffin to go. They do not refresh the rooms if you stay multiple days in a row. For $230 a night, it is horrible.

Room was dingy and needed many repairs. Furniture was shoddy. Stayed 3 nights and bed was never made and room never cleaned. Advertised free breakfast, but there was only coffee provided. Would not go again.

The room was not properly cleaned if even cleaned at all. Staff were very rude and unpleasant to customers, no do not disturb signs, water in the shower was terrible with hardly any water pressure. A serious reevaluation of staff, maintenance and cleanliness is needed as soon as possible. Do not recommend others to stay. Will not be a returning guest to this establishment.

Bed was broken, door frame was broken, for the price and location I thought it was a facility in very good conditions and furniture was old, bed frame was broken, the smell was not pleasant. I think it was too expensive for what really it is.

Where do I even start…dirty towels, bath towels that don’t even cover around your body, broke shower rod barely hanging out of the wall, beds rolled away from the wall, advertised as breakfast included which is why I paid extra to this place so I wouldn’t have to go out and pay for breakfast every day but here was no breakfast, power went out in all the rooms (1st time that’s ever happened anywhere I’ve ever stayed), phone in the room didn’t work, no blanket on the beds only sheets, beds would roll away from the wall if you sat up. But hey, at least the A/C worked.

Clean room , hit the basics . We had a receptionist who was being trained , so they get some grace on an awkward check in experience . I was not expecting an adult cabaret in front of the hotel, or a dispensary to be next door.

Also, they have bad lighting in the whole room, i.e. the sink has 3 out of 4 bulbs out, they're disconnected, NO LIGHTS at all, so you're literally getting ready blind, I had to open the blinds to get something light from outside in there.... not to mention they charged us cleaning fees and they didn't clean the room, NOT EVEN ONCE and we stayed there for 4 days....

The website for this hotel indicated that there were hair dryers in the room and that there was a fitness room on site. When I arrived. There was no hair dryer in my room and I was told that the fitness room was not accessible which was really annoying because I needed both of those things. I also didn't appreciate the fact that housekeeping never once came to our room so it never got cleaned while we were there. And yes I know I could have gone and complained but every time I talked to somebody at the front desk they were so very unhelpful and unfriendly that I just didn't feel like bothering. The shutters on the window also let in a lot of light during the night which made it very difficult for my husband to sleep. There weren't any curtains at all.

For starters the property shares a parking lot with a Marijuana dispensary, a waffle house and a strip club. On a very loud street(cars racing by all night). The listing said the room included breakfast, it did not, coffee only.The furniture in the room was in serious need of replacement, the shower was dirty with used soap in the drain and hair in the tub,no water pressure in the shower. The room was very dusty which triggered my sons allergies.The tv remote was missing buttons(looked like they were melted) They phone was missing buttons as well. The floor was so dirty my socks turned black. The bed was terrible you could feel every spring and squeaked so loud you couldn't really sleep. Normal walked in the room above sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling! The ice machine had a dead bolt lock so you cant access it.DO NOT STAY HERE!

As we checked in staff members were unfriendly and breakfast wasn’t even served, mainly was snack and no coffee. We will not be staying there again!!

Moving all night long and making all sorts of noise from shoe movement, bathroom, name it. No breakfast yet they mention breakfast included. I am not going back to this hotel.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel never gave us wifi information, when I asked for room cleaning service they told me they don't provide it because they were busy. When I would go ask for ice, the would give me a bucket from the freezer; instead of small ice pieces, it was a block of ice. The place looks and feels very sketchy. I would not recommend this.

There was no drinking water available on premises, not even in the only vending machine. The staff told me to not drink from the water dispenser as they could not vouch for it and didn't know when it was last cleaned. Location was bad, next to a cabaret. Mattress was lumpy and broken furniture in the room, broken sink with a hole for a drain.

They were kind enough to let me check in late due to flight delays. Had an issue with my credit card. They couldn’t slide my card. It needed to be either a tap or a chipped card and my card was neither of those so I had to come up with a different form of payment which wasn’t ideal for me. We stayed at the hotel for five days after our third night there we found out there was no housekeeping services not even just to come and take trash out. I had requested an extra towel. Never got it. It took getting upset and complaining that the front desk for us to end up getting room service the night before we left. The morning after we checked in my husband went down for breakfast and all they had was coffee and a vending machine. Extremely disappointed. Booked the hotel not only because of price and central location for the event we were there for but as well because it said breakfast and it does not include breakfast at all whatsoever the night. The pictures that are on the website that show their breakfast area. Looks like it’s from a different hotel not this particular location locations dining area. The gentleman that checked us in, he was very nice. He seemed very nervous but kind. He listened to my ran team when I was upset and understood why I was upset but otherwise he was nice. He was kind. The room was old and dirty. A big “pull” written on the shower handle in marker because it was so difficult to turn the shower on. The pool closed before 8 pm even though hours said 9. The staff let my 18 year old kids in and then the hot tub was cold and non working. Not worth the money. Dirty. Gross. Old.

Upon arrival the room smelled of Fabuloso like it was clean but walking across the floor left our feet completely black from the nasty conditions. The sheets were stained and dingy as was the shower curtain. The breakfast that was supposed to be free per the website was more than limited and the two prepackaged food options were both stale. Wierd feeling when you walk in. No coffee or tea or water available. No breakfast or any coffee pots. I hate staying at hotels where there is no coffee in the morning and no coffee pots in the rooms. Mattreses are also old. It did seem clean and maybe just remodeled but had a strange feel to the place.

We stayed 2 nights, theres a brick under the popped out ac and a loose wood piece under there too, an empty tissue container, no extra toilet paper, 2 old dirty towels so we ended up using our own towels, also the front desk guy told us at the check in counter that the beds have blankets in between the sheets but we stripped both beds and found nothing. Theres no breakfast its snacks like greasy muffins and granola bars and sunny D juice, coffee is a joke!

I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. The location was perfect! The bed was cozy! This is a great place to stay!

Needs major upgrades to vbe a viable option in my opinion. A Beat up old hotel not refurbished and behind a strip club. Poor access and breakfast was not very good. Seemed like a good deal upfront but was far less than expected. Probably was better when it was a Ramada before this current name. Not great for $100+ a night. Good location was a postive.

Customer service is not the best. Also had fire alarms going off multiple times around 5am. Their "breakfast" is a LIMITED spread: muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice. Definitely better than nothing, but super bare bones and minimal effort. The rooms themselves weren't bad, although I was assigned to a second room when the room key to my first room wouldn't work to open the door. Location is right off the I-10 so it's got quick access to freeways. There's a smoke shop and dispensary on the same block as well if you partake as well as a 24hr waffle house right next door!

This was theee worse experience ever!!!!! I tried to make nice with these people as soon as I walked in the room it was problems after problems. The TV never worked opened the refrigerator and it smelled sooo bad our stomachs turned even the guy who they sent to get the refrigerator out and he brought another one and the one he bought told us it was better put our stuff in the refrigerator came back to the room to our food had perished because the refrigerator replaced never worked. The manager is only there to check you in and take your money after that besides the language barrier he was never there or to be called or found. Save your money and traveling time. Who ever runs this business do not care about it at all! It’s just a money come up. If health department come it will be all bad. Bugs all in the window seals. This could have been all prevented if they cared about their customers more

Staff pointed me to 4 different wifi connections. All of them terrible. Kept losing connection while trying to get work done. Phone in room didn't work so I had to keep going down to front desk. After a room transfer, wifi still didn't work and then had low pressure for hot water which made for a terrible shower. Looked like blood stains on shower curtain. Very unhappy with my experience.

My stay did not feel safe for me and children. The location was not to my liking, the hotel had dirty towels and washcloths. The restroom had cracking in the ceiling, water pressure was low and beds were not to my liking as well. There was no free continental breakfast it was only bars and fresh fruit. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub was not working.

There were hair on the bed in room 316, in room 310 food leftovers were on bed and chewing gum attached to the bed. Rooms were not clean. Breakfast was not good. There were left over in the fridge.

Staff was decent. The towels were dingy and thin. No blankets or extra towels. We had to ask for the them desk. I was even afraid to use towels on my face. There was no coffee service. They had a couple of items at the desk but no real selection. Not even a paper cup in the room. The hotel is next to a very busy strip club (naked ladies dancing). I would NOT recommend this hotel to women traveling alone or a family.

The shower was old outdated written on in Sharpie to pull to be able to operate it. The shower curtain barely hung on the rack was jimmied on. There was a hanger left in the room there was a towel that I think was used prior to us that had never been taken out. The beds were super squeaky.

When we checked in front desk staff were not very helpful. I had to return to front desk for WiFi password because it was not initially provided. Also room phone nor television were working. I would not recommend this place. When checking out the staff was watching a show on his phone and was not helpful and barely stood up to assist me.

This place is disgusting. Wyndham should be ashamed of claiming it as one of their properties. Its next door to a strip club and you can see what goes on in it. I was grossed out that the floors were dirty, the furniture all chipped, the "strippers" and clients were everywhere. Spoke to the front desk and they couldn't care less.

It wasn't worth what i paid for the room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable the furniture was old and damaged the shower was dirty around the top shower head was old and rusty. The door looked like it was kicked in several times. You can hear people farting next door. And someone kept walking around on the roof.

My room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. In my opinion, the accommodations are fine if you are not traveling with children. It is behind a cabaret lounge business which gets busy at night and you have to drive through their parking lot to access the hotel entrance. Staff is limited and there is not continental breakfast, but packaged breakfast snacks for on-the-go situations are provided. There is a Waffle House diner that shares the same lot if you did want a hot meal for breakfast. Overall, based on the price and due to my stay being brief, business-related, and because I was not traveling with my family , it met my needs.

Pool looked inviting but we didn’t use. Negatives: a/c didn’t cool the room, furniture looked like it was falling apart, beds and desk would slide across the room from the slightest touch. Ice machine was locked and had to ask the front desk clerk for ice (premade buckets they had in the office). Gym wasn’t accessible (half covered in drop cloths)

When I saw the room, the same was the case. Everything was old and worn. Nice people, but I had to leave.

Trust the reviews. Staff was not rude but also not polite. It was as if I was inconveniencing the three people behind the desk doing nothing when I checked in/out. The room was pretty gross. I had dirt on my feet from just walking from the shower to the bed. There was a gigantic gap in the front door so you could literally see in the room from the outside. Towels had holes in them. The shower half worked. The water only half came out the shower head and the drain was clogged so only after a couple minutes you were swimming in dirty water. Just keep in mind it’s a cheap hotel behind a check cashing place, a Waffle House, and a strip club. Keep your expectations low.

Be prepared to witness rooms being rented hourly, if you know what i mean. Interesting customers.

When we walked into the room, we noticed a large amount of “powder” throughout the counter below the TV. There were dirty handprints throughout the bathroom, mirrors and shower. My daughter and cousin decided to forego a shower due not only because there was an odor, but also the water pressure was minuscule. I would suggest ensuring the rooms are acceptable for your family to spend the night despite the nefarious surroundings of a strip club.

Used to be Ramada Inn, now its Infinity. Pool was open and was nice. Shower head sucked. But room and bed were nice!

Bed sheets appeared clean, had a cigarette burn through sheets. Bathroom was filthy, tub and shower curtain had not been cleaned in multiple stays. I wore my sandals in the shower. 2 hand towels, no bath towels. The hotel is behind a strip club, do with that information what you will. Entrance to room is from outside like a motel. The staff at the front desk was nice and check in went smoothly. Other than that, i wouldnt stay here again.

The hotel only cleaned your room if you requested it. One handcloth and one hand towel for 2, and one bath towel per person. Handicapped spot in front could only be used if you stayed 6 days. The hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was only juice and snack bar items. No coffee. Dresser drawers didn't stay shut. Grounds weren't well kept. It certainly wasn't up to Ramada standards.

The building and rooms are very run down. Bathroom door is splitting, ceiling is bubbled, furniture old and leaning. Ice machine looks like it hasnt been working for years.Sits behind a Cabaret and feels like this hotel might be a place used after their hours.

The hotel is not clean. We immediately knew this was a bad idea when we walked into the lobby. It was not clean and kept up. The elevator was not clean and old. We smelled pot as we got to our room. Our room was above the main door to the lobby. The lights were bright and you could hear the cars and their speakers going at night. The room was not cleaned well. The door was falling apart. The overall feel was dirty. Luckily, we had to get up early for a flight so we could get out. Do not stay at this hotel. The picture they show is not what the hotel looks like. All rooms are accessed from the outside. The geounds are not weel kept. Do not staybhere.

The breakfast was a to go bag of muffins granola bars (and as my granddaughter said "warm sunny D". No coffee It was very disappointing. When you read Ramada, you think of a very nice hotel chain. This was not a nice start to our stay in Arizona. I will have a hard time booking through Hotels.com again. I trusted this site to give us reliable hotels that are nice.

Incredibly dirty in all facets. All areas were filthy. The check in process was long and suspect. The door to our room did not lock so we ended up leaving. The poorest experience i ever had.

We stayed there for my dads memoriall. But I won’t be staying there again. Half the power outlets didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, the bed was hard, the room was rundown, towels where like sandpaper.

We expected to come and have a relaxing weekend. Upon arrival we were charged a$100 deposit. We also went to check in a little early and they wanted to charge us for an early check in. We had to ask for towels each day and they were as hard as sand paper. The shower did not drain till after you were out. We paid too much money to just sleep and received absolutely Nothing!!

Picked this hotel based on price & counting on a certain standard for Ramada. However there was a reason this place was cheaper than surrounding hotels. It is often true that, "You get what you pay for." The check in process was a pain. Kind of like going through airport security. The room had no Kleenex, coffee pot or even cups to drink out of. There was only a sheet & one thin blanket on the bed. The front door was hard to close & the doorknob to the bathroom door was falling off.

No cups, coffee maker in rooms. Beds were horrible and there were absolutely no blankets at all. Rooms were very dirty including toilet. They gave us one room at first which was even more dirtier smelling of cigarettes which made me sick. Shower was broken. Asking for more towels the second morning, they asked us to return the towels before they even gave us more. Refrigerator door was literally falling off and not operable spoiling my leftovers. Pool was disgusting which was why we even went there. Staff laughed at us when we brought up the concerns upon checking out. False advertising online

This hotel had everything out of service. Their fitness room and laundry room were out of service until further notice. Their hot tub was not hot. The property had very old furniture that was falling apart. The bed did not have a blanket, only two bedsheets. When we asked for a blanket, we were given an old blanket with blue stains and a cigarette burn on it. The room did not have a hair dryer, I had to request one. We weren't happy with this hotel at all.

Downstairs rooms are old with scratched furniture. Also noise from street & people driving through parking lot with music blaring. No coffee, no breakfast cheapest price in town but not a great place.

No TV work

Tried checking in early and person behind the desk wanted $30 CASH to do that. Clearly didn't since that seemed like questionable behavior. Checked in after spring training and music festival around 11pm later that day. Long day and wanted to sleep. Got to the room and what a "wonderful" surprise. All we wanted to do was sleep since we were checking out in about 8 hours and it had been a long day. The hotels were also full and didn't think there were other rooms available based on checking in as well. Lamp on table between beds didn't work (power) Didn't have light bulbs. Tried to use facet in bathroom and cold water barely worked but the hot did. But the "BEST" part was the shower handle in the side of the tub which had been pulled off. At that point it was so late and we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. Went to check out and told Andy at the front desk. He said it was our own fault for not asking for a new room at midnight and he couldn't give us a discount (I paid $180 for the night). He offered us the next night discounted but, we were checking out to head to airport for home, did not seem like a logical solution. The maintenance guy behind the desk said "oh room 222, it's not working and I put a note in the system not to use it, it shouldn't be used". Andy said the manager would call me since there was nothing He could do. Naturally no phone call. To be clear, we were no
