When we got there to Check in all room were sold out with the one room with AC conditioning. The only room that was available was a single bed. With no room for my family of five. Gave the run around to other locations with the same situation due to no double beds got sent to two other locations in the area. With no luck

This place was disgusting dirty and scary to even stay one night at! We took one look at the room and looked for a different motel and left. There was dog hair food and bugs all over the room.

No dishes or utensils in room even requested. Water been stop several time because other room has water leaking.

Ok, this is not really a hotel for vacations, it felt more like temporary housing weekly rental. The area was quiet, close to the freeway, sort of industrial but not in a bad way. But the hotel right away gave off weird vibes. “Guests”, residents, hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. The room was relatively clean, but the whole place had sort of a worn, grimy feel. Odd smells. Went out for a while, passed through the lobby, same people hanging out. Came back later, same people, still there enjoying the common space. The kicker was that later that night staff notified everyone that the water would be off for the rest of the night until sometime the next morning. No water. No faucets. No showers. Empty toilets. Sorry guys. Something had happened earlier, a fire alarm maybe, police were involved. Super inconvenient and off putting. The next day no shower or clean up, just packed up and left. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was dirty. In our first room, the refrigerator was dented. The mattress on the pull out couch didnt fit the frame. There were dirty fingerprints everywhere. There were no clean sheets and there was no on/off switch on the AC. (The thermostat on the wall had been broken off by a previous guest.) The floor hadn't been swept. Breakfast consisted of fruit bars and oatmeal. However, there were no spoons for said oatmeal. Apparently our first room (Room 133) had a leak from the above room, which came down to our room. It was fixed but the room was left in dire shape and not cleaned up. It shouldn't have been made open to a guest. They relocated my family to the room next door which was a little better. The front desk staff stated that they would credit us for the first night. When you ask for clean towels, housekeeping gives an attitude. Apparently, the staff live at the hotel. Many folks with dogs live at the hotel as well. I had a homeless person tell me that the hotel was below their standards. It's not a family establishment. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament that we decided to go to at the last minute. This is a shithole hotel. Don't wait to book last minute. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

The property is sketchy, dirty, and unsafe. My family and I could smell weed throughout the hallways, weirdos walking around outside that we could hear throughout the night, loud people in the halls throughout the night, the ac was loud, and the room was very outdated. The couch bed cover was dirty, bathroom was tiny outdated and ugly, and the breakfast was not worth even calling it a breakfast. Who runs this place? I'm surprised Expedia would even have it on their website. I would rather sleep in my car than pay to stay here again!!!!!
- 5/5
Eddie at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. He's very professional and responsive. The room size was great for my family the room was clean and up to my expectations. I have an animal allergy, it did have a slight smell of animal urine however I didn't have an bad reactions. Slight animal urine smell.

Hotel is aged with stained furniture and broken doors and fixtures.
- 1/5
It was by far the worst hotel room we've had. It was dirty, had stains everywhere, had a hole in the mattress, and had a foul smell in the room and hallways. Amenities they said were included WERE NOT! No pillows available for the pull out bed, no hair dryer. When we asked, they said others were asking where hair dryers were too, but couldn't produce any. No breakfast like told us at check in. Had one little basket at the check in desk when they said the adjoining room would have a cereal bar, muffins, etc. There was mold and hair in the shower. The sink backed up. There were dirty streaks on the walls. There was a sticky film on everything. Super gross! Understaffed! Unmaintained! They have just tried to paint over imperfections but they show. Go somewhere else! You'd be better off sleeping in the car.
- 1/5
Never stay yetr
- 3/5
Room was clean but dated. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and coffee. No hair dryer had to go out and buy one. Would not return.
- 3/5
No edible breakfast. Too much pine sol used to clean room, leaving it hard to breathe and a sticky floor. Needed a rinse to get thr dirty sticky gunk up. Terrible beds. Inexpensive and generally quiet
- 3/5
The front desk worker (Eddie) was exceptionally welcoming. However, our room reeked of smoke and there were no trash receptacles.
- 2/5
One and done for me—will stay elsewhere next time in Phoenix.
- 2/5
The room wasn’t ready at check in and then when we got in a few hours later, there was a bag of trash on the floor. The pullout couch mattress was filthy. I went downstairs to get several sheets for it and towels. The front desk clerk pulled them out of the laundry and loaded sheets, blankets and towels in my arms. The staff knocked on our door at about 10 pm to see if our room had been cleaned. Breakfast was a few muffins by the check in desk. The guy at the front desk was nice but overwhelmed. Overall, a lot of issues for over $200/night
- 2/5
Staff was friendly but the building was not clean at all. Floors hadnt been cleaned in what looked like weeks. Lobby reaked of weed. Ceiling was dripping water at the front desk. In our room, the bed covers were dirty, tables were not clean. Floors were not vacuumed. So dirty
- 1/5
My room was never cleaned, found popcorn in my bed. Towels were very old and worn on top of the bathroom sink. The room itself is VERY outdated and needs to be updated ASAP. No lounge chairs at the pool. The clerk said i was to get a $50.00 refund but come to think about it he might of had me mixed up with someone else. Will not be going back.
- 1/5
I truly don’t understand how they are still in business roaches, black mold, no dishes, pet hair all in the hallways no housekeepers no receptionist after 12 very unsafe feeling would not recommend for women or children room was super spacious adam was very nice but horrible hotel I had to ask for rags the basics was missing 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
- 1/5
Everything in the room falling apart. Bed frame wasn’t even together we had to take mattress off and fix it. Refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold. No hot breakfast just grab n go. Towels had gross stains on them. Had to take out our own garbage everyday. Beds were hard not enough pillows. Ac didn’t keep room very cold. Feel like I got hotel catfished the pictures looked great on the website nothing like it in person.
- 1/5
Bloody mattress hair in the sheets, trash all over the floor and was told that they don’t wash their sheets or towels until every two weeks with no laundry detergent. Their sheets are all stained. Awful experience. Front desk lady was very rude and short tempered. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL worse then motel 6
- 1/5
The room and hotel were filthy. The towels were dingy and cabinets had a sticky film on them. The floor had ink stains all over
- 5/5
The clerk was very sweet and down to earth
- 1/5
The property is very outdated, didn’t look very clean, had an odor, bathroom door didn’t work properly, we didn’t have a remote to the tv, water in shower wouldn’t get hot, no free breakfast as advertised and sofa cushions had so many visible stains. Just was a horrible stay all around.
- 3/5
Everything was great, except the AC, which had a mind of its own, and came on during random times; sometimes blowing cold air, others times hot air, and other times just making noises without blowing any air. Super annoying
- 2/5
Decent place but not great
- 1/5
Stay away. This place was a crack house. Smell of weed everywhere. Hallway not cleaned, littered. Counter was not wiped, sticky stuff like dried soda on it. Bed spread with cigarette burns. We tried to get ahold of Expedia to complain and change hotel, but customer service had a 2 hour wait recording said. We just up and left sickened, nobody at hotel front counter by then. They just leave you alone to fend for yourself. Don't know why Expedia suggested this place. Found a different hotel on a different site.
- 4/5
Convenient and affordable.
- 3/5
We booked this hotel because of the price and it had a breakfast. This hotel I would cosider a 2 star hotel. The room was not as clean as you would expect. It said it slept 6. Two beds and a pull out. The pullout was a single. If you have more then 5 people i would siggest gettijg two rooms. The front entrance smelled like smoke. Keep in mind the breakfast is a grab and go breakfast: oatmeal, bars and muffins. So if your wanting a bigger brakfast with hot items then you should book a different hotel.
- 1/5
Oh where to start. Front desk was rude at check in, sofa bed did not have a mattress, asked for linens for the bed told to come back later, non smoking hotel but stunk of weed in the hallways, room was in poor condition. Not impressed at all. Wouldn’t have one good thing to say about this hotel.
- 1/5
No breakfast just instant oatmeal and old muffins
- 4/5
The provided breakfast was a fairly standard continental - muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee. The Wifi was fine, though we didn't pay for the upgraded service
- 2/5
I don't think a business would use your facility with other properties providing more amenities. Cleaning staff was not available for in room cleaning each day, Facility was old and worn out. No amenities sudh as ice, hot breakfast nor coffee available outside of a couple of hours.
- 1/5
Did not end up staying. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, toilet was filthy, towels were dingy.
- 1/5
Room was dirty af and had blood on the bed and walls
- 1/5
Room was very dirty. Towels in the bathroom were dirty. We got linens for the sofa bed they wouldn't give them. We had to ask 3 times. Breakfast was the worst.
- 5/5
Room was amazing
- 2/5
breakfast wasn’t what i expected and the rooms weren’t as clean
- 3/5
The room was clean but the whole hotel had a musty smell. Looks like the property hasn’t been updated in 20+ years. The lobby closes from 11pm-7am so you can’t check in or out during those hours. There was a bath tub shower combo in my room but no plug for the tub. There was no power cord for the phone in the room and the phone line cord was broken. When I mentioned it to the front desk there was no offer to get a working phone up there. They advertise that dishes, pots, silverware, cups and coffee makers are available. However there were none in the room and when I asked for some things they didn’t have much available
- 1/5
The room wasn’t what was in the picture I didn’t get my sleep due to listening to people walk by my door all. It looked like the put a cheap piece of Sheetrock on the ceiling, BUT the killer was the roaches that walk across the floor. Check in was good
- 2/5
During the three days I was there, they didn't clean the room. I asked them to clean it, and the response was that there was no staff to clean the rooms on weekends.
- 1/5
Don’t waste your time or money
- 1/5
This place is a Hell hole would not recommend. Staff is rude as hell, property is roach infested. It has gone down hill from the last time I stayed. Spend your money elsewhere.
- 4/5
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was pretty shabby overall with the finish peeling off the cabinets, screw holes in the walls that haven't been patched, and cracks in the vinyl sofa. Despite being a non-smoking property the entire floor smelled of weed.
- 1/5
- No Wifi - Rooms in disrepair and not clean - Transients wandering in parking lot and drinking the coffee in the lobby - Lobby smelled like weed - Staff spent the whole time apologizing - How they have the nerve to charge for that run down place is amazing. RUN!!!!!!
- 3/5
the staff was very courteous...the room worn and need of a redo
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous.
- 1/5
Staff was not present upon arrival there was a sticky not that said on break for 35 minutes but a time was not listed when the attendant would be back, the lobby stunk like marijuana and the beds were very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Internet .Room smell like cigarette, pillows were not comfortable dresser was broken, room didnt smell clean , breakfast was at the counter of check in it was not a hot breakfast nor a good breakfast ,lobby and sitting area was very dirty . No welcome greeting. Will not be stay here again .
- 5/5
Great place . Nice and clean .
- 4/5
room was clean, staff was helpful. When initial room had problems they got me moved. Biggest issue is the hotel reeked of marijuana, though at least my room did not.
- 5/5
Room was good and the staff was great.
- 1/5
Amenities, staff, room and service was terrible. This place definitely needs to update their photos. Our room was unkept, and very outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable and creaky. Crumbs stuck between the couch cushions and a used sheet still on the pull out mattress. Trash still under the couch and on the side of bed. Hotel says breakfast included, all that was out was lukewarm coffee and prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Hallways and lobby smelled like weed and the front desk guy was in the lobby with off the clock employee with I’m assuming friends in the lobby doing anything but working. Kitchens have no utensils or plates/cups/bowls/pan. When I asked the front desk if they had we were told they were “sold out” Spend the extra money for a better hotel in the area. Skip this one.
- 2/5
Dirty bathrooms and no kitchen equipments.
- 1/5
The pull out bed had a urine stain, they just bundles up the sheet and gave it to us. Bathroom wouldnt drain. TV did not work kept freezing. Room was old and out dated
- 5/5
I could definitely say the staff are great , there very patient , very helpful . You need anything they will take care of you , Monique is a great manager and Adam and Eddie helps a lot and they are very understanding , always speaking
- 1/5
The room was dirty the pull out sofa bed had big red stains on it the overall experience was not what the hotel advertised I was very disappointed I had to end my reservation early because the hotel was not in good conditions as it should be the smell that lingered through the building was horrible overall a bad experience I don’t recommend this extended stay for anyone the staff was very polite but unfortunately the place was not in good conditions
- 1/5
Definitely would not stay there again
- 1/5
Was charged extra for no reason
- 3/5
Bathroom sink was clogged
- 2/5
Room was clean but very ghetto in appearance. Bed looked like a roll away bed.
- 1/5
The cuatomer service was terrible, when we make check in, he was doing a lot of different things beside attend us, the manager at night cause a fire and we need to evacuate the hotel at 3 am, we request a refund because the service was terrible and he start yelling us, please avoid stay at this place!!! Our visit to Phoenix was terrible due this experience
- 1/5
Rooms were disgusting. Never cleaned, even when asked. Several issues with checking out. Was charged $50.00 when confirmed getting a later check out without being charged because staff didn’t communicate. There was throw up when I went to step out of my car and barely missed it. Was afraid of my son touching anything. There was legitimately one staff member who went out of his way for me and for several others but I forget name. Skinny, tall, white with tattoos. “Breakfast” was a joke, if you wanted coffee make sure you set your alarm for 530am otherwise you’d miss coffee and muffins, which was your only choice for their breakfast served. Elevators were down twice during a 2 week stay. The one honest, nice thing I can say about this particular extended stay was even though the staff didn’t do there jobs they were at least kind. I have no idea what I spent almost $600 a week on though, I got out as soon as I could.
- 1/5
Awful experience.. filthy. Roaches in restroom, broken toilet, blood on bed, broken drawers, pet hair everywhere. Absolutely disgusting.. pending a resolution from customer service

The room was very nice. Had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and a stove if you wanted to cook. I felt very comfortable with this room at a very affordable price too.
- 2/5
Low budget hotel with very outdated rooms. Checking in after midnight was a hassle because there was no one at the front desk and despite us calling the front desk like it said on the door, no one answered. Another guest ended up letting us jn the property snd then we found someone to check us in. Pots/pans/dishes look very very old like they need to be replaced. I would not stay here again. Spend more money and stay someplace nicer.

- 3/5
The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel itself could use a little updating. There were small holes in the curtains and the pillows were paper thin. The breakfast is just a small muffin and low caffeine coffee, not many options.

- 1/5
Looks nothing like the pictures! Not clean! Cockroach bait everywhere! Outdated! Pool closed in AZ heat and breakfast is a muffin and coffee!
- 3/5
Not much for grab and go breakfast. Would be nice to have more.
- 3/5
The room are in pretty bad shape to be an Extended Stay.
- 1/5
The beds are not comfortable. The interior was falling apart. There were stains on the sheets and on the sofa mattress. For the price I was paying, it was not worth it at all. I ended up getting a refund for the rest of my stay and found a different place.
- 5/5
The manager Cynthia and her staff adressed all my issues and cleared the up. There was the noise from the room above mine the adressed as much as possible. The floors should be padded or carpet as much as possible.
- 3/5
The facility is outdated as other reviews stated. Staffs are friendly and ready to help. The management should have done better to keep this facility safe and updated. My unit has a clogged sink and the screen outside the window was off and loose, which is dangerous if winds blow it down. The staff opened a ticket but the guy didn’t show up to fix it the next day as promised…a bit disappointing. I only stayed for two nights so I don’t care that much of the inconvenience. I like esa because I can cook rather than eating junk foods in other restaurants.
- 3/5
The customer service was great — the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few concerns that impacted the overall experience. The pool was green and clearly not maintained, and there was a noticeable odor throughout the hotel. Additionally, there were people loitering in the parking lot at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy. With a few improvements, this could be a much better place to stay.
- 1/5
This was the most disrespectful situation that I've ever experienced as an African American
- 1/5
Check in was smooth the gentleman at the desk was very nice. However once we got to the third floor the smell of cat was awful! The couch in the room was dirty the bed uncomfortable. Too tired to complain! In the morning during the shower noticed the shower spout barely hanging on the wall and hair all over the unused washcloth and towels. Will not return
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay.
- 3/5
I stayed here before about five years ago, and it's disappointing to see how it's declined. This property is clearly not being maintained any more - the rooms feel very dated and there is significant wear and tear on the furniture, appliances, etc. The hallways have that musty smell that management has surely tried get rid of but the aroma still persists. Service was good and the staff was attentive, but bottom line this hotel is so-so and it's trending downward. You can do a lot better around PHX airport for the price.
- 1/5
The beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was not provided as advertised.
- 3/5
I stayed there for 3 days and there was No room service or housekeeping. The vent in bathroom wS not working. If I needed clean towels, then I had to take the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean towels.
- 5/5
They don’t have a cart to use for luggage which is needed
- 3/5
Very run down. Bathroom floor was peeling. Water in shower never really got hot.
- 3/5
Carpets in hallways very dirty as was elevator. Cabinets in bathroom all chipped and worn. One live/one dead bug on kitchen counter. NO kitchen or cooking items in room - had to be requested from staff to deliver to room…down to silverware and cups. Left after 1 night ( had booked for 4)
- 4/5
Liked the kitchen, and they had the proper pans that worked on stove top. The dust mites or whatever one calls the crap that collects on the radiator system under the fridge needs to be cleanned. This will help cut the electric bill down as our room was working non stop
- 1/5
I booked a 1-night room while on a trip with friends looking for a clean and relaxing hotel to stay; this is not that. This place is filthy, tired, and uncomfortable. This property is housing for people on a journey towards obtaining stabilized housing. I believe housing is a human right and I appreciate that this place is an option for those living here, but it should not be listed as a hotel for anyone else and should be solely designated for transitional housing. With that said, this shouldn’t be listed as a “hotel” for travelers.
- 2/5
Of course, if the establishment were to renew and remodel it would charge more, and many poor people would not have where to go. Still, they could do better, it's not cheap for what you get. I think you pay cause it has small kitchens.
- 2/5
First, I reserved a handicapped room, which they didn't have available when I checked in. The unit was very quaint and small which was perfect for us, however very dated and could use an update. The ice maker didn't work. Although it shows a small kitchen, there weren't ANY kitchen utensils, plates, cups, pots/plans stocked in there. U had to call the front desk and request what u need. It didn't matter what I requested, they didn't have anything available when I called. They were all being sanitized. They brought me the items two hrs later. Went to take a shower and the faucet came off in my hand. I was trying to put my sister, who is handicapped, in the shower and told her to grab onto the hand rail in the shower and it literally came off in her hand. The toilet got clogged. I called the front desk at 715 am but found out it was connected to the answering service and they would put in a call to maintenance. I decided to go down to the front desk and let them know it was clogged. I did and they told me they would get me a plunger. They're breakfast consisted of little muffins, oatmeal packets, granola bars, coffee and hot chocolate packets. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, property was quiet and clean
- 5/5
Quiet, efficient staff, easy parking
- 1/5
The breakfast was like a snack than actual breakfast. The towels clean towels had a lot of hairs on them. The hotel smelled bad.
- 1/5
Customer Service was great. But room was poor condition. Door has to be life’s a little to close. The sofa bed mattress was extremely dirty. We didn’t use the sofa bed. My oldest son slept on the floor while I shared the bed with my husband and my daughter. Breakfast wasn’t all that great we had to ask the front desk for our compliantly breakfast and it was just a blueberry muffin and a nutri bar. Front desk was close to ask for extra bedding for the sofa bed. To be honest I will never book at this place again
- 1/5
It was in a word, filthy. The staff was apologetic and I appreciated that, but the room was uninhabitable.
- 5/5
The staff is very professional and helpful. Everyone has a positive attitude and work hard to maintain the property.
- 1/5
The second room smelled like Vicks Vapor Rub, which made your eyes water. Refrigerator looked like someone punched the door, cabinet off the hinges, broken drawers, dirty carpeting, and dinge lighting. Disgusted to touch anything, so we ended up leaving.
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
The room was ok and it was clean considering it was an older building. My complaint is that it was listed as having a breakfast, which was important as we were traveling with three children. The so-called breakfast consisted of muffins and granola bars which we had to ask for behind the front desk. No juices and the coffee was out by the time I got down to the lobby at 7:30a. Also, it sounded like the people above us were bowling until 11p or so. We were very unhappy with our stay and will never go back!
- 3/5
I started out being disappointed that when we got to our room it was a studio room. All the rooms on the site showed they had a wall dividing the bedroon from the living room( I attached a screenshot). The carpeting had large stains. The kitchen peninsula was not attached to the wall or the cabinet and was very wobbly. The bed felt very worn out and saggy. The paint peeling off the bathroom door and was very hard to open or close. The hallway smelling like burnt something.
- 5/5
All good
- 2/5
There was cockroaches. No Tommy got clothes. Advertising breakfast was coffee and crackers. For $800 a week totally a joke.
- 2/5
The first room I was assigned/walked into had roaches on the wall, and was immediately assigned a different room (with thin walls, by the way, since I could hear the screaming kids next door) The interior/cleanliness could use some work, and the “complimentary breakfast” included coffee… Just coffee. The room reeked of cigarette smoke that set off my allergies and was coughing through the night. The staff was great and tried to help offset the smell, although even that was not enough, even with me spraying Lysol everywhere afterwards. All in all, I probably won’t stay at an extended stay property in the future.
- 3/5
Staff were great and friendly. Site was conveniently close to the freeway. It was quite noisy though.
- 1/5
Checked into the hotel, front desk was awesome but got into the room and the room was filthy. A/C unit was broken and had loose pieces under it. Couch was ripped and stains on all the bedding for the room! Fridge had dents all over it!
- 1/5
This is old and run down No vending machines nothing!

My stay was horrible I wasn’t there an hour and there were roaches climbing up the counter front onto the top.. made it very difficult to do anything all night for fear of finding more.. didn’t shower cause the water stood in the tub and didn’t drain rapidly

I was literally not allowed to get my room because they couldn’t find my reservation. Then, I contact Expedia and they were no help. I had to rent out the room via directly the hotel and then the room was smelly, the bed was not made (no sheets nor covers) and the sofa bed was also not made. I tried to push the sofa back into position but that was busted for some reason too. I want my money back.

I didnt like the loud music at the pool. The eating and drinking by the pool wasnt a good idea.

Im not someone that writes reviews but i have to on this hotel…. The hotel was dirty inside an out…. Had a bad smell throughout the hallways and needs alot of work(carpets, walls and doors)…. Had to go to front desk 3 times because my keys wouldnt open the door…. Our kitchen was old and microwave door was cracked…. The bathroom door was scratched and broken that made it hard to close and open (really hard)…. We had to call to get a shower curtain because shower didnt have one…. The sofa bed had a couple of rips and the cushion/matress was dirty and stained(nonody wanted to sleep there)…. We asked for extra towels and they gave us 3 and 2 of them were ripped really bad smh…. The hotel needs to update all pictures they have on this site because its nowhere near close to what they show…. I got scammed really bad…. If it wasnt because we had to be at NAU early the next morning i would of left that hotel….. The only good thing i can say is that the Staff werent bad and the old AC unit worked really good….

I booked for two days, and they ended up charging me for three days. I asked for correction and they refused. I walked out and never stayed there.

I am writing to formally complain about the substandard service and facilities I encountered during my recent stay at the Extended Stay America location in Tempe, Arizona (2165 W 15th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) from [05-22-24] to [05-23-24]. Despite my attempts to address these issues with the general manager, Robert, I received an unsatisfactory response, prompting me to escalate the matter to corporate management. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a broken shower, which necessitated an immediate change. The subsequent room had a cracked foundation in the tub, resulting in constant floor leaks. This not only created an unsafe environment but also made my stay extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, despite being promised hot coffee in the morning as part of my booking amenities, none was available. Additionally, the pool was out of service for the entirety of my stay, which was particularly disappointing as I had come to Arizona to enjoy the warm weather and relax by the pool, a rare opportunity for me as a Wisconsin resident. When I raised these concerns with the general manager, Robert, I was told that my issues were considered minor and did not warrant an apology or any form of acknowledgment. This dismissive attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. Every guest's concerns should be treated with respect and seriousness, regardless of their nature. The combination of these issues significantly detracted from my overall experience and essentially ruined m

Very unfriendly staff, no dishes, bathroom door looks like someone tried to kick it in, not a pleasant stay

The rooms were clean and service was excellent.

Terrible Customer Service. Would not stay at this hotel EVER again!

Hotel was average. Nothing stood out good or bad. Did a one night stay before flying out for a vacation. So we didnt really use any amenities. I liked the location, not far from the long term parking lot we used. I would book again in same situation.

The rooms are incredibly run-down and in need of renovation. Our carpet was very stained, among other issues. See photos. At checkin, we were told that there would be “grab and go” breakfast. But the next morning there was only coffee and hot water (no tea bags). On the third morning, there was not even coffee. Also, during our 3-day stay, the room was not cleaned/serviced once.

The room and bathroom were in state of deterioration, the shower/bathtub a disaster, front desk said they were in "repairs." It was to include breakfast, all t was a bag a stale pastry, coffee, that's deceiving. The swimming pool ice cold. I go often to the Phoenix area, but I'll never go back there. Sorry Extended Stay but you need to clean up your act.

The water had a weird smel. Kept found random hairs, the "breakfast" was a disappointment.

2 star- old, dirty, poor amenities. Transitional housing facility- not suited for vacation

The property is okay overall. The room we got was spacious with a kitchenette, microwave and electric stove. The sofa bed was very dirty, when we pulled out the bed it had residues of some type and what it seemed to be pubic hairs (disgusting). I had to clean it my self without vomiting. I will not be staying here again.

Roaches everywhere inside the room

The pool was cold. The front desk said heating had been broken for over a month. I know it is AZ, and people coming from up north doesn't mind swimming in really cold water, but it is pretty useless for most. That was the number one reason whay I picked this hotel over other options. Finally, in the common area, there is sketchy people. My family was literally threatened by a drunken person and had to leave to prevent any confrontation. Management needs to take action now.

There really wasnt anything we liked. Ill be contacting customer service. The room smelled horrible. We black mold around the shower. The hair dryer was falling out of the wall and there were roaches. In addition, the overnight staff was incredibly rude.

Too many large, aggressive dogs.

My family and I stayed one night. We didn't do much because we were tired. The room was nice and big. It was very clean and comfortable. Really quiet place to stay at and relax.

First time at an extended stay. Huge room with full kitchen, couch, and queen bed. No coffee maker in the room which is a downfall. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds ive ever been on. The complimentary coffee in the morning was disappointing. I got quarter of a cup and that was it. Didn't see any staff around to fill it.

Person on front desk bat attitude, cooler not funcioning, pool not clean

Property is old. Smells musty. Would not stay again.

Well we didn’t get to stay. We arrived at hotel after we received a confirmation and was. Told the hotel was full. Then you continued to charge our card and making us jump through hoops to get it refunded. Still not resolved.

Definitrly a two-star hotel. Drove up to day laborers laying in the parking lot after their shift. Rooms were small, particularly the bathroom. 70's decor at best. Bed comfortable but a small queen. No coffee maker in room- you had to ask for it, along with utensils, cups, etc. Someone even removed the hair dryer from the wall outlet. Only one trash can. They clearly took advantage of the Final Four and other events when pricing this barely adequate site. Skip it and pay $50 more to be in a safer area with an updated room.

Staff was friendly. Room charge was seriously high and no where worth the cost. The room was in very poor condition. Chest of drawers had 2 functional, bottom drawer was destroyed. Refrigerator looked like it was beaten with a hammer but worked. Bathroom pocket door would not move. Could not close the door. Walls by the shower/tub had extensive water damage. Bed and pillows were fair.

And I was told you are responsable to take your own trash out. So I’m paying a hotel service to do their job as well?

It’s a place to sleep. Has full kitchen for family with kids or bigger groups which is nice - saves on cost for food. The carpet in the room was horrible, and room had a musky smell every time we returned. Overall carpet is a no star and the rest rated a 2 star.
