Excellent condition and services were just wonderful.

Everything was perfect

Our room was not ready when we got there but the staff, social hour and breakfast more than made up for it. I really appreciated the water and coffee always available. The front desk staff were truly amazing.

We’ll come again and again. Free breakfast, free dinner, even self-parking is free, fantastic service, everything is perfect!

Richard was great at the front desk we were a little early but they took us in right away. Room very clean and housekeeping as friendly as front desk. Study is by far one of the best places to stay at.

Great selection of breakfast, nice and quiet that you can't hear other rooms talking or people talking/walking across the hallway, and the price was decent. I don't know if there was anything I didn't like. And it was my first time there.

We asked for a rollaway & an extra blanket. This arrived extremely quickly & with a smile. Their free breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen! Clean and the selections were plentiful even with picky eaters. Their evening “ Hors d'Oeuvres” could be a dinner meal & they give you 3 free alcoholic beverages (very limited) each night too! They had a pop corn machine they popped free popcorn each evening.

First stay here. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Very comfortable. Pool & hot tub were awesome. My only complaint would be they need to change their toilet paper and facial tissues to something stronger and softer. Toilet paper is scratchy and thin, and when you blow your nose, the tissue disintegrates in your hands. I expect a better quality of paper products for this level of hotel. Other than that, it was awesome!

We were near the freeway and it was quite noisy even with earplugs in. I have stayed on other sides of the hotel before and it was quieter. The breakfast is awesome! We didn’t partake of the complimentary happy hour drinks & food but we have before. Enjoyed the popcorn from the lobby though! The market store & front desk are open 24/7. The bar/restaurant is open late also. The staff is very friendly, helpful, & efficient. Their great attitude & genuine cheerfulness made our stay even more pleasant. The gym is tiny, there were 4-5 women in there at 6 am and we were practically on top of each other. They only have 2 treadmills and I had to wait for one. It is a tight space - everything is very close together. Hard to find room to do mat work on the floor. And only one weight bench so we had to take turns. They don’t have many amenities. In the bathroom is a small round bar of face soap. In the shower, there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There is no lotion anywhere not even little mini bottles. A lotion dispenser would be great. Make-up remover towelettes would be nice too.

The complimentary breakfast and the evening "Kickback" was one of my favorite parts of this stay. Both offered a great variety of options and made the experience feel even more enjoyable and convenient, The location was also excellent, with plenty of shopping and food options nearby as well as only being less than 15 minutes from PHX airport. Everything I needed was within a short distance, which made the trip even more relaxing. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free stay.

Absolutely LOVE staying at Drury because the location was perfect with easy access to I-10. The staff was amazing and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Sorochi who greeted us every day with a smile and warm hello.

We were given a room with a board room built in. They did not let us know this in advance. We found out when we walked in. The bedroom was much smaller than a regular room. Wish we would have been given the opportunity to choose.

Location was great! Places to eat nearby and shopping. The beds were vert comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Richard was especially helpful. I have a yappy dog so prefer to stay in a corner room so he’s not bothering people and Richard did everything in his power to accommodate me!

As always, this Drury Inn far and away exceeds expectations. We were greeted by Richard at FD from the minute we walked in the doors. He gave us an upgrade since it was my birthday. The managers reception and breakfast the next morning was good as always. Room…excellent and very clean. Spa at evenings end was nice. We stay here 1-2 times a year just for a night out.

I loved staying here. Not only did they let me check in early (10AM) but they also were very kind and offered complementary drinks and food from 5:30-7:00 pm daily. I would recommend and stay here every time I come into town.

Our family trip was fantastic! My teenagers especially enjoyed the swimming pool and kept wishing it was open later on weekends so they could swim even more. Breakfast and dinner was great too.

Always a plus to stay at a Drury

Our stay was outstanding. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts. The staff and management were amazing and hands down the most wonderful place we have stayed at. No it’s not a resort or fancy spa…it was better 🤗 The buffets and extras they gave us were amazing but the staff was fantastic. Will definitely stay again and most definitely recommend it to others.

Staff member Rae, provided a warm welcome and check in was efficient. Hotel provides a nightly reception and a breakfast with a variety of options. This hotel is conveniently within walking distance to a local restaurant and a shopping mall is located across the highway. Only suggestion when selecting a room. Choose one not facing the highway. Mountain View’s are nice but road traffic is a little noisy for the light sleepers

This is the best free hotel breakfast out there. A big plus is the free dinner they offer. I don’t know of any other chain hotel that offers free dinner AND alcoholic drinks. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, parking is easy, employees are excellent. However, the chain can’t be considered “luxury” or even 3⭐️ because their TP is like sandpaper. Drury- why are you so cheap on something that is so necessary???

It is great that breakfast and dinner is taken care of! Great for moms to actually get a little break on their vacation! :-P We also love how the heated pool has both shade and sun, and the hot tub is under the shade as well. Nice to be able to skip the whole sunscreen ordeal every time you want to take a dip, if you stay in the shady section. This is hard to find!

They accommodated us with an early check in since our flight got in early- they gave us the first room available and we were very lucky and grateful for it. Room is very comfortable and clean! There is a mini fridge and microwave which was convenient. But what makes this place even more special Guys the hot breakfast that is included was AMAZING!!! They had everything you can think of for a great breakfast! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, bagels,toast, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, biscuits and gravy! Delicious breakfast ever! But wait theres more’ they also give dinner snacks with free complementary cocktail and free popcorn for kids. I cant stress enough how convenient These perks were to us. Now the pool and hot tub once again beyond awesome- they provide clean towels after a nice swim. Bathroom is available as well for your convenience at the pool. I am totally in love with this place and can’t wait to book my next visit at another Drurys Hotel! Staff were amazing as well. Very friendly and welcoming.

Wer stayed at two different Drury Inns while visiting the Phoenix area. Both had exceptional staff service. Everybody was friendly, helpful and professional. The facility including common areas and our rrom was clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope Drury opens in California.

The breakfast was decent - I was put off by a long hair in better scrambled egg warmer, but that could happen anywhere. There were enough other options to choose from that I could just avoid that dish.

The room was very clean, and the included food/drinks were good. On checking in, though, there was some difficulty. My partner,who had made the reservation through Expedia, got sick and was unable to come on the trip. She called the hotel earlier that day and explained it would only be me checking in, gave my name, etc. She was told this would be fine. When I got to the Drury, it wasn't fine--no one was aware that she had called. The Drury called her at home for authorization, which was awkward and inconvenient, especially since she had already called in ahead of time. Other than that, though, all was fine. Oh, and the tub didn't drain well.

We loved our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel. The staff was outstanding (Richard and Nico to name a few of our faves), and we enjoyed having both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It was a great stay and the hot tub/pool area was fabulous as well.

The older gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was great!! Lots of hot items to choose from (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal) along with waffles and the pastry items, fruit, etc. I loved the huge windows in the room! The room was clean but when I moved the little table thing to pull out the couch bed there was a piece of food under it. Not a huge deal. Very nice pool area and just overall a very nice hotel!

Last minute reservation because of the winter storm and a cancelled flight. Even last minute, the staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable which was great after the long day in the airport.

Too many kids in the pool area without supervision.. there should be after hours for people 18 and older so they can enjoy the amenities without the disturbances of natural play.

Honestly over all this was so much better than expected. We booked because of the hot tub and pool and that was the only disappointment. The hot tub felt like a warm bath. The wording about the pool is a little misleading. Somewhere online it says “indoor and outdoor pool”. There is only 1, it was not heated. The pool area itself has 3 walls and one wall id purposely not there, so that half the pool area is outside. Probably really nice in the summer time however in the winter couple months pool should be heated and hot tub should be hot. Otherwise definitely outdid our expectations in every other area.

It was Christmas and people could have been upset they had to work, but instead everyone was joyful. Amenities were much better than expected. Food area was always clean and fresh, well attended to. I specifically asked if the heated pool is working as well as the Jacuzzi tub, and I was told. Yes, this turned out to be false. But everything was nothing but a top-notch experience when dealing with the jewelry Phoenix. Thank you for 5 star service.

Was ok but got a room facing the HVAC stuff and no late check out just one hour request

Everyone was extreme friendly and helpful. We were really happy with the breakfast and dinner.

We came from Oregon to meet our new baby granddaughter and this will be the hotel we choose for every visit in the future coming to Arizona for any reason! The front desk team at the hotel is simply excellent! Friendly, accommodating, and so knowledgeable! Richard’s authentic taco restaurant recommendations during my stay were exactly what I was looking for, and the young woman who recommended the candy store for cactus candy took the guess work out of a mission while of a busy conference schedule. Thank you for everything you do, team!

We were not looking for luxury on this trip, but merely a quiet and comfortable place to hang our hats while playing in a local baseball tournament. Drury exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable, the rooms made up daily (except once), the coffee was great, the breakfast was good for my kids and the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. They also had food and three free drinks at dinner time which is unheard of. I didn’t take advantage of this, but was very surprised by this. All in all, I’d stay there again. Great value for what you get.

Parking very easy. Room was great and clean. Only problem we saw a worker bring out sausages and sneezed twice holding the tray.

Great Food And friendly staff

Breakfast: sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt. It was fresh and delicious. Parking was safe. Evening snacks were so helpful since we were traveling all day. Support staff were kind and welcoming. Room and beds were comfortable. Clean. I would stay here again. Thank you

Brad was amazing and has excellent customer service skills. Checking in and out was a breeze thanks to him. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and he answered all my questions when trying to reserve another stay.

They give you drink vouchers and have finger foods with drinks. The breakfast was full breakfast. They have everything here. We loved our stay. Defiantly will be our place to stay when in town.

Staff was very welcoming. Parking was convenient and felt like a safe area. Property was clean. Rooms had good AC. Breakfast was great and to my surprise they had light dinner snacks for free as well that I was unaware when we booked which was good for the kids. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel have the accommodations for disabled people with disabilities that was very helpful for my family. We enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks provided as guests and just relaxing in the lobby with family. The room was pretty spacious for us moving around and getting comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The room was pretty clean. The toilet ran continuously and the sink didn't drain. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

I was checked in by Brad. His friendliness and customer service were top rate! There was a slight problem with my reservation (I mistakenly double booked my stay), and he talked me through the process to correct it. The corporation immediately responded with a credit for my next stay. The food and service is always excellent. I will stay here everytime I come to the Valley.

I always stay at the Drury when we go to Phoenix (Tempe.) It is convenient to ASU, IKEA, AZ Mills and other places we enjoy going.

Unfortunately, I can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like good job. PS I think I may have left a set of headphones up in room 330. I’m waiting to hear back from the staff now I should’ve got the phone number when I had her on the phone so I can call her back but other than my mistake leaving my headphones there it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Drury Inn Phoenix Tempe! The complimentary breakfasts and dinners were a lifesaver with a 15 month old who was on a big time change. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the staff was friendly and inviting. We will definitely be staying again.

We spent several days in Phoenix on our way to California. I don't know why anyone would stay somewhere else when visiting the Phoenix area. The rooms were great...clean, quiet, and well furnished. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was competitive. And not only did they provide a hot breakfast with plenty of options, they also provided a full, hot supper and pop and coffee 24 hours a day as part of the room fee. I've never before stayed at a hotel that offered the level of service they provided. In fact, after our stay there, we switched our reservations from a competing hotel to the Drury Inn for our stay in Phoenix on our way home.

The taco bar was such a great surprise! It almost made up for the pool and spa being closed. This is our favorite hotel to stay at with the volleyball team.

The whole place was really clean, staff was really nice and helpful, the room was bigger than the rooms in most hotels in the category. Complimentary breakfast, dinner and drinks is what really makes the difference. Definitively coming back.

The property was great! The breakfast was wonderful. However, I found blood stains on my duvet and mattress cover. I suspect the cleaning crews only changed the top sheets between guests, which is disgusting! I reported this to the operator, which I don’t think was inside the facility, and arranged house keeping to come and change out my sheets. They however, just made the bed and cleaned up the room. I had to call back late that night when I returned and had to get a whole new set of sheets and duvet cover delivered to the room. This was when I found the blood on the mattress pad and had to call them back to deliver a new mattress pad as well.

They renovated this location to a pristine condition. The grounds well kept, friendly staff and they added a kitchen/bar. Absolutely worth the stay. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is pet friendly. We've stayed at this location and others. Always a good night's rest, great free breakfast and dinner. We were passing through on our way to California. Stopped in Arizona to see friends and family along the way. We drove in from Virginia.

My daughter’s 21st bday and we came to visit. We had a great time at the bar with our bartender. My daughter was given an ice cream plate with a cookie by the manager. Great attention!!

Even with a bunch of dancers staying here for a world competiotion the hotel was kept very clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. with how many people there were I expected minimal food choices left when we got down to breakfast…. my surprise there was plenty and it was hot and fresh. It was great place to stay and excellent services.

When we got there we were early for check in however we wanted to leave our luggage. We needed to find a shoes store, the young lady at the desk gave us names and addresses to go to. She was very nice and helpful.

For the cost of this hotel, you get an amazing value for your dollar.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was clean and orderly in both the room and the hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool, which has a shaded section and an unshaded section, the jacuzzi was very nice too.
