    Everything about my 2 night relaxing stay was excellent; the staff, the cleanliness, the welcoming feeling, the food and the breakfast, the pool and hot tub...I only wish it could have lasted longer. I will definitely return and try to stay a bit longer.

    The staff really stood out in a positive way. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk was top-notch, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. That level of service made a big difference and honestly carried the experience. Breakfast was decent and covered the basics: cereal, juice, fruit, pastries, and pre-cooked sausage and eggs. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done and was consistent with what you’d expect. Overall, it was a very clean, comfortable stay with great staff, just a bit bland in atmosphere and food variety. Solid experience, just not very memorable in style For the price and overall value A+ and worth it!

    We left in the morning at 10:30 and when we returned around 1:00PM our room hadn't been cleaned. When I asked they said I didn't pay for Housekeeping. Also when we returned the nightstand, floor and bottom of the bed was covered in little ants. Rachel at the front desk was was nice however said she wasn't able to do anything. When I spoke to the Operations Manager she was sparky and said she wasn't able to do anything. I asked for a call from the hotel manager and to date haven't received one.

    I have let this simmer before writing just to calm down a bit. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had using hotels.com. This is an Marriott property, however it is a chain from Mexico that Marriott has acquired. Entry to building had overflowing trash can that stunk, attendant had tats all over his face/ ok fine/ to each their own but he was also open carrying a pistol on his pants. Arizona is an open carry state, but this was quite alarming at a Marriott property. Agent was completely unwilling to help with a incorrect booking, flat out refusing to answer the hotels.com agent calls that were coming through while I was standing there and was defiant and basically rude about how he could not help. I have never felt fearful in any hotels.com property until this one. I’d bypass it at all costs of possible. Felt like I was in a really bad movie.

    Pool and jacuzzi were clean and open! Gym as well. Close to everything. Breakfast was continental nice to have but coffee was delicious. I worked from the breakfast area and noticed that the breakfast staff maintained cleanliness diligently. This place was a great find for a great price. Thanks to all the staff who made me and my sister’s stay delightful during a hectic graduation weekend trip!

    Seems that Marriott just bought this property but did not maintain it as a Marriott. There are no hangers in the rooms, elevators broke down twice during our 4 days stay, and they didn't clean our room. Front desk claimed they clean after 3 nights, which is not Marriott policy. Free breakfast was just that, very basic with minimal selections every day, same selection. Noise from the street cars and motorcycles all night long is very bothering and prevents good sleep. Disappointed by this Marriott

    Cons: very noisy. The walls are thin. You can hear the guests and the tv in the next room. The worst is that The hotel is next to the freeway and windows are not soundproof. You can hear all of the traffic driving both on the street and the freeway. You can hear cars driving in the parking lot. You will definitely need ear plugs to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

    This was a last minute booking on a Saturday, chosen for the location and price. It was okay, but the room was lacking many of the normal things in a hotel room. The pillows were awful, there was no closet or a rod to hang up clothes, no open outlets for charging devices, only one small waste basket in the bathroom, no blow dryer, and a janky fridge. The staff was friendly and there was an included breakfast, although we didn't eat there. Parking was freezing which was a plus. It was okay for the last minute booking and price, but I would not stay here again.

    This hotel hasn't refunded my incidentals charge- I have a receipt saying it has been refunded form the morning I checked out. I've called the hotel try twice and emailed the manager. The first time I called, the person that answered the phone said they knew about the issue and they were working on it and it would be refunded within a few days. Not the case. If I wouldn't have happened to check my statment, this would have gone unnoticed. Check your card statement people!! Expedia if you read this, please contact me directly. You should not have these crooks on your travel site

    Terrible stay. We left halfway through our trip. I knowledgeable staff, and very I sensitive to our issues and concerns. No customer service, no closet, and smelly room. Not willing to make things right or give a refund for the night we didn’t stay because of a laundry list of issues besides what I said. Don’t waste your money on this crap hole!!!

    The overall property was clean. The pool and hot tub area could use a lot of improvement and cleaning. It looked a little run down. There were a couple of broken down cars in the parking lot clearly hadn’t been moved in a long time. The staff did not mention breakfast or any other amenities upon checking in. The traffic nearby is loud in the evening. Something to consider if you want to stay somewhere quiet. Overall I’d recommend it for a couple days.

    I booked this hotel specifically because it was near the airport and it had continental breakfast. I was very disappointed to learn the breakfast did not start until 7am on the weekends (which I thought was pretty late).. The room was nothing to write home about. The tv in the room did not work. I called the front desk and they offered a new remote... the new remote also did not work. Pretty disappointing experience for the price.

    We only had an overnight stay. Hallways were pretty quiet, clean communal space, room had just the basic amentities which worked for us. Booking site said airport transfer but that's inaccurate. Staff was my least favorite part - the gentleman in the morning didnt even write down our note, saying that maintenance would need to fix the ac unit in our room - which feel off the wall in the night - scaring both myself and my mom. over all an okay stay.

    The room size was good. Large and spacious. Everything. There was no place to hang up ANYTHING. No towel hooks in the bathroom, no 'closet', not even a toilet paper holder. Only one trash can in the room. No refrigerator. No hair dryer. We did not have a comforter, I had to go down and ask for one but was only given one small blanket (even though I had two beds, 4 people, 2 kids). The next day, I asked again and was given actual comforters and had to show the manager we weren't given one initially. Housekeeping never came into the room. No water anywhere- not even at breakfast or for sale at the front.

Since then, Expedia has been trying to resolve the duplicate charge directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, communication with the property has been extremely difficult. Management has been unavailable or unresponsive, which has delayed the resolution process. After checking out, I noticed additional charges on my card that were not explained. I did not request extra services, did not consume minibar items, and did not cause any damages to the room. Despite this, extra charges appeared — including another charge days after I had already left the hotel. I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced multiple billing issues like this. The check-in process was already disorganized, and the billing situation has made the experience even more disappointing. At this point, the matter remains unresolved. Expedia has been assisting and has confirmed payment on their side, but the hotel has not corrected the duplicate and additional charges. I would recommend that future guests carefully review their billing statements if staying at this property.

    -Building Under Renovation/ Upkeep -Staff was friendly & helpfull. -Check in was easy. -Location is great for ASU events. -Floors in rooms are padded and are comfortable to walk on with out shoes. -Good breakfast RM 408- -Building under renovation. Some amenities might be missing during construction phase. -Hot water in the shower was slow and stayed lukewarm temperature -No receptacles near bed -No closet or iron/board -Bed was unsecure from wall or headboard which caused the pillows to push through the space.

As well they proceeded to have their trees pruned and the company doing the work parked In front of my rental car put them in a wood chipper and no one asked me to move my car prior to doing so at 8am. I came out to saw dust and shavings all over the car so I had to do a walk around to be sure there was no damage from a company the hotel hired. I found this all to leave me a little unsettled the entire stay. Communication was lacking on the hotels part.

    Continuous renovation chaos throughout the hotel. Stayed for 6 nights.. the room was cleaned once! After we left a note. Constant needing to call desk for room items. Front staff was good especially Russell? I think his name was.. give him a raise. He pulled most of the weight and covered shifts.

    The front desk staff were helpful. I did have a situation where the keycard pad for the door died. I went to get into my room after an 8 hour conference and my door wouldnt open. The front desk gal used the master key card and another electronic key pad thing to try to get me into my room. But nothing worked. I was locked out of my room, with all of my stuff inside. The front desk gal got a hold of the manager who promised to call me that night. But never did. I was told maintenance would be there in 30-60 minutes to get me in my room. After 60 minutes, they werent there so I went to the front desk. They told me, they wouldnt be there at all that night and I'd have to wait til the next morning. I had nothing with me. Everything was locked in my room. And I had to be at my conference again early the next day. They did get me another room but I had to go to the store and get basic amenities for the night because I was told its not their responsibility to provide those, that its on the guest. Which I had everything I needed but it was LOCKED behind THEIR door. Very very frustrating. Maintenance did show up the next morning and change the battery in the door. He told me it was a very quick fix. I had also mentioned to him how the manager claimed she was calling maintenance the night before but the maintenance guy said he never did get a call. I was not happy. Just think twice before staying here.

    Breakfast was adequate, waffles were great. Only stayed one night but it did the job. The smell of pot in the elevator and the halls the whole time was irritating; maintenance knocking on the door and attempting to enter our room at 3:00 AM to fix a loose toilet handle was out of line. I fixed it myself with no tools.

    Over all our stay was nice, they seemed to be renovating which is understandable considering the conditions of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t clean our room our trash cans were still full when we returned from our outing, aside from that it was a positive experience.

The room was very comfortable w all the amenities you could want (fridge & microwave). The AC was cold. Beds soft. Plenty of pillows. Slightly noisy w the road right outside. Breakfast was the HUGE hit !! Bacon and eggs and waffles and oh so much more. Lots of choices. Easy on and off the interstate. Would stay here again.

    The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed after a long flight - a cozy bed and breakfast in the morning. We didn’t bring any drinking water, and there wasn’t any in the room, but we found a vending machine on-site. A huge shoutout to the night clerk, who was very welcoming even though we arrived at 2 a.m.! We didn’t expect there to be construction at the hotel. Several areas were closed, and there was some noise in the morning. It didn’t affect our stay, but I think guests would appreciate knowing that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation.

Directly across from a dispensary, and within a mile of not 1, not 2, but 3 strip clubs. So if that's what you're looking for, this place would be a dream for you. On top of that, the hotel was in absolute disarray. It's undergoing "renovation" but really just looks like they're trying to cover up that it's completely outdated and falling apart. It was filthy inside and out. There was hair on my bathroom floor and sheets, and an empty condom wrapper under one of the beds. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't provide soap, so I was washing my hands and body with shampoo. Thankfully I only had to stay one night, less than 9 hours, or I would have cancelled and spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. The front desk guy was nice, at least.

    Great staff and clean property!! However, there were lots of mechanical issues with my door key. Also, not idea location if you have small children.

    The hotel itself was great, really pretty. The staff was excellent, very kind and attentive. The room was okay. The sheets had holes in them prior to getting there and got bigger as the days went on. The room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was great and the pool was super nice!

    My husband stay there twice. One stay was by himself and second stay was with me. Both times he said the staff was friendly. And that he enjoyed the free breakfast. The rooms were clean and the surrounding were clean, quite and convenient. Would we stay there again. Absolutely!

    Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. You could see that they were under some construction but still easy to move around hallways. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good

    I didn't like that the pools temperature was hot and the temperature outside was over a 100° in Arizona. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels to use.

    I enjoyed the location it was near Arizona State University. I was exhausted from 5 hour drive and then my graduation right after. I asked what time is check out and was informed 1100 and was denied a late check out at noon. That was my only customer service complaint. The from desk lady was not willing to accommodate. I still left a tip for the workers as the rooms were great and comfortable but disappointed at the front desk lady.

    Hotel room was super noisy, from the mini fridge to the AC. I did not sleep. The mini fridge sounded like something was scratching from the inside and when the AC turned on it was super loud almost sounded like a big rig running through the room. It was in a convenient area but I definitely will not stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was good but that was about it.

    Breakfast was typical/decent. The room was nice and the bed was comfy! The one complaint is the ridiculously high incidentals hold on the cc - $250 for the night!!! Crazy high and 3-5 business days to get it removed when the room has been paid in full since booking it over 4 months ago!

    The keys to get in the room didn’t work. Other people were having to get new keys as well. Outlets in bathrooms kept tripping and didn’t work. Charged twice for deposit and had to call to fix.

    The overall stay was well however upon check in they require a $250 deposit, which is crazy when you consider the area and the type of hotel, which is actually an "Inn" which was a major set back for anyone who only expected to do a quick turnaround trip.
