    It would be nicer if the breakfast lasted until 11:00am instead of 10:00am. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi was not working. However, the service provided by Chrystal in the front desk and the night desk clerk was greatly appreciated they were wngaging and helpful. Also, the lady manning the breakfast on Friday morning was very kind and provided excellent customer service. All in all except for the few little things I definitely recommend this Hotel.

    Pool was dirty, and dead mouse in the jacuzzi! And the pool area needs cleaning and landscaping Won’t stay there again!

    Booked a 2 queen bed room. They gave ours away after prepaying 6 months in advance. Ended up with a king bed with a special needs family member. No offer to refund. Icing on the cake was the lack of cleanliness. Photos speak for themselves. A random scrunchie was found in the bed, mold and algae on shampoo bottles, hair everywhere. French fries and kids toys found in pull out couch. Disgusting! I've disputed with my credit card company.

    Terrible check in. After driving almost 6.5 hours, used the app to check in. Found no digital key in he app even though the notice after digital check said the key was ready. So, I had to stop by the front desk. I was met by a clerk named Ron, who ended up being a complete disaster and utter jerk. Never returning to this hotel again. Unacceptable behavior from a clerk to a "GUEST".

    Had to wait almost 2 hours for room on check in (4:50) Pool was not available and then was available it was cold and dirty. Room was very clean and breakfast was ok with many options. Fire alarm went off 2 of the 3 nights that we stayed. No fun!!

    The very nice maintenance man fixed the toilet problem, so now all is well with this hotel. The very nice check in lady was very accommodating to figure out how to meld two different reservations into one room. We would stay here again.

    Location Chose the hotel for the hot tub but it was not heated all week. Unable to turn left from the hotel is annoying.

    Taylor checked us in at the front desk and even though we were a bit early, she was able to get us a room. Thank you Taylor! Bed was extremely comfortable and room location was away from freeway noise! Breakfast was delicious and Maria, the kitchen worker was wonderful. Thank you Maria! No dislikes

    Well - I made a mistake and entered the wrong Memorial Day weekend dates and lost my entire stay to a no mistake attitude. I selected the same location, just selected the right dates. As a family of four - visiting the area from PHX - this mistake cost me hundreds of dollars. Between gas, grocery and taxes - I think I;ll just put my head in an electric oven.........

    Having stayed Hamptons all over the US, the amenities were generally known and expected. But I will say that we actually tried to use the Jacuzzi before it closed one night and found the temperature to be way too low to actually get in (felt like body temp water). We asked the front desk if there was an issue and they said it had just been refurbished and the temp was set at approx 84 degrees. That was their final answer, no further assistance. (This was above air temp at the time), not the temp we expected or hoped for to enjoy the jacuzzi.

    Staff at front desk that check us in, was very very rude and show no respect on us. He yell and embarrass us infront of other guest. He treated to cancel our reservation due to us asking the same question if how long before a room could be available. He could have been nicer, a little smile wont hurt, a better and kind words won’t hurt. Just image tried from driving and meeting a RUDE, DiSRESPECTFUL, person. He is the first person to meet you quest. (?)

    Beautiful large room. Bathroom in general was very clean, but no one had cleaned the shower walls. Lots of long hair on shower walls.
