Kuwarasan A Pramana Experience

Excellent property tucked away from the busy area of Ubud. Great room, onsite restaurants which serve absolutely devine food! Recommend eating here a couple of times atleast. Amazing breakfast too. We didn’t require to eat lunch. I would have liked more frequent shuttle services from the hotel.

The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. The property has a beautiful open view over the rice fields, and the surroundings feel very peaceful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Housekeeping came twice a day, which was a great detail. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening and it was very good. They provide four bottles of water every day; the only thing it had less than the 5-star hotel we stayed at in the same area was two fewer bottles of water. Other than that, Kuwarasan was much better in every aspect. The entrance is flat and easy to access, so I think it would also be comfortable for people with walking difficulties. The restaurant and lobby being in separate areas was nice, and there is also an elevator to reach the upper floor. The garden and pool area were very comfortable. The shuttle to Ubud centre runs several times a day, which was very convenient. We also joined the morning rice field walk and learned a lot of interesting information. There was nothing we really disliked about the property. We tried the spa massage and the experience itself was pleasant, but considering the prices in Ubud, having a massage at the hotel may not be the best value option, as it is quite a bit more expensive than many alternatives nearby. Everything else was great.

The warm welcome we received from the hotel on our very first arrival was unforgettable. The politeness and approach of the staff couldn't have been better. We wish we could have stayed longer. The private room with a pool option is worth trying.

I booked fairly last minute so obviously the fares were higher, but the hotel itseld turned out to be excellent. Staff was friendly and fluent in English, food was excellent! The spa experience was quite okay, we chose because there were elders in the group so getting a massage in the hotel was appealing, but overall it wasnt as great as what you get outside in standalone spas.

The expirience was great. Everything was really good. During my stay, I noticed that 500 USD were missing from inside my backpack. This is something that has never happened to me before in any hotel. I am not accusing anyone in particular. Unfortunately, this situation ruined a large part of my overall experience.

Kind and friendly staff, food was so delicious do you feel at home there Nothing

The staff were absolutely wonderful. From reception to hotel restaurant, the spa & even meeting staff in corridors cleaning- everything from check in to check out was seamless & beautiful. The hotel bed, room & bathroom was amazing. Very comfortable. The food & Balinese performance was amazing, as well as the cocktails. Really had a great experience there. There are a couple of very minor inconvenience- such as not having the Wifi password written anywhere in the room or the welcome letter, or entrance card. The hairdryer in my room was not 'long' enough from the plug, so it kept falling off the socket. I had to dry my hair very close to the wall & I cannot reach to see the mirror. The hairdryer also did not produce heat. I think I had an old, faulty one. This didn't bother me too much. The body lotion/cream in my room smelt off. The pool bar seats cannot be sat on as there were rusty nails sticking out of it- which is dangerous.. and it was hard to get attention of staff from the pool when you want to order a drink/snacks. You also had to walk to lobby reception for towels (not a good look)- it would be more convenient to have a bunch of towels stacked near the pool for easy access & maybe a electronic buzzer/bell at the pool bar in case someone wants to order something- we don't have to run up to the lobby to look for someone.

We LOVED everything about our stay at the Kuwarasan. The staff went truly above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. They were so kind and thoughtful, even bringing my partner ginger tea and letting us stay in our room until 4pm on the day we checked out because he fell ill. The setting in the rice paddies is gorgeous, we loved the free morning yoga, their spa facilities were top tier, and their pool area was beautiful. This resort does not feel large or commercial by any means, but boutique and well thought out. To the team at Kuwarasan: thank you so much for making our time so incredible. This was one of our favourite places to stay of all time and we will be back! N/A - nothing to fault!

Lovely property, great staff. Away from the bustle of ubud but close enough to enjoy it

The moment you step into the property, you will feel the experience and the traditions here. The way they welcome you is something else. They really embody the true meaning of hospitality. The room was very clean and had zero insects even though we were in the middle of the jungle "Literally". The staff were very friendly and welcoming and have tried to do everything to make our stay memorable The breakfast menu could have been better by providing a buffet instead of a set menu

Amazing place, comfy beds and great staff! Much bigger and nicer than I expected! Love the rooftop and the various locations for the restaurant and the pool. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be back for sure!

Our biggest regret from our trip was not staying a couple more nights here.

Amazing staff - friendly, kind, and professional. The food was very good and offered a wide variety. A beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms.

Beautiful resort with very nice restaurants and spa services

There was some concern about a missing hand towel, and the reaction felt a little unnecessary. Logically speaking, if someone is happy to pay for a $500+ stay, stealing a small hand towel would be a strange life choice. Aside from that moment, everything else was excellent and I would have rated the stay a 9+.

Everything! The Room The Amenities The View The Food And The Staff! ? Hmmm.. Maybe the curtains? ? cause the room gets super bright in the morning

The staff were fantastic and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and in a good location to the rice fields (20 mins from UBUD Centre). Breakfast was excellent with picturesque setting.

This place was one of those wonderful surprises you sometimes find when travelling. Service was 10/10 always attentive and with a smile. The food both at breakfast and dinner was spectacular especially the crusted salmon, potato chowder and Sushi rolls - we were in heaven. We are so grateful to Rati, Bande (Smiley) and Noomia especially for their warmth and for explaining and showing us the Balinese culture so enthusiastically. And a big thankyou to Gusti for the unexpected upgrade to the amazing Cempuka Pool Villa. Ubud is so beautiful and rustic and charming - we will be back (to this hotel)!! Nothing, one of the best places we have ever stayed at in our 40 years of travelling together.
