We had no complaints. Very quiet. Clean room. Good breakfast.

Everything was great. But elevators smelled like a smoker lived in there. I’m only harsh on it because my nose is sensitive. But everything else was amazing. Front desk staff was AMAZING!!!

Rooms were clean, location is great for baseball fields (walkable), great breakfast and close to shopping/dining options. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Taylor, TX. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was professional and friendly throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Taylor area and would gladly stay here again.

Cleaning staff - non English speaking avoided cleaning my room for 1 day. The cleaning staff in particular had seen my departure for the day and knew she could clean the room bu did not.

This is our go to hotel in Taylor. Staff is excellent and the rooms are all well taken care. Having breakfast at 6 am for the early baseball games is great too.

Great. Breakfast was good, elevators were fast. Room AC worked super well. Gym was large. Pool seemed nice but chilly (March). TV channels were plentiful. Beds were comfortable. Parking easy. Location was ideal, close to HEB and Walmart. Overall it was really a great stay.

Didn't actually stay here because we checked in and stepped off the elevator and a latge dog was barking from the room directly next to ours. We waited several minutes in the room and it never stopped barking. Owners were not present. No other rooms available so we had to go next door to Home 2 hotel.

The staff were excellent! The room was very nice, bigger than expected. The only issue with the room was that the shower wasn’t completely cleaned out. The breakfast items were good, but not all of the best quality, which is normal and expected of a budget-friendly stay.

The long chair in the room was terribly uncomfortable. We needed a second chair but one was not available so one of us sat on my scooter & worked.

The room I was assigned.. was not cleaned before I arrived. There was dirty towels all over the bathroom..chicken express thrown on the counter tops. As a IHG member or any paying customer I was not happy. Once I was able to get into another room the room was clean and our stay was good.

The hotel is new and modern. The room was clean also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast with wide selection of items which included turkey sausage for those that don't eat pork. Front desk and breakfast staff was friendly and very attentive. My small dog was welcomed so will stay again when in Taylor.

Nice quiet hotel in a quaint town close to Austin. All of the staff were super friendly. There was a baseball park across the parking lot so we could watch the game out of the picture window while relaxing in our room.

We love staying here when our daughter plays softball! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always so clean and stocked with the best soaps and coffees! Plus the breakfast hours work perfect for our softball schedule! And being walking distance to the fields is just a major bonus.

Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower.

Incredibly nice staff! As someone with autism, even as an adult it is very difficult to communicate properly with people sometimes, but the receptionist made it completely un-stressful. Clean rooms, nice aesthetics, big tv, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about. The view itself isn't much, but that's just Taylor being mostly fields. Good area too, near HEB. Great hotel, esp for the price

It's a newer place and in pretty good condition. But the walls are paper thing and every noise from next door can be heard.

The only minor complaint we had was that the mattress of the fold out couch was dirty and uncomfortable. But everything else was great!

We came from out of town and didn’t get here until 1:30am, the girl was sleeping when we arrived and had cancelled our room.. so a 2 minute check in turned into a almost 15 minute one. Then our room felt damp and smelt like wet dog. There was trash on the floor.. super disappointed, stayed here before and it was nice.. not this time
