Dusty floor, made me cough and hard to breathe.

The staff was nice, and the price was good for a short stay around Bintaro. The bedsheet was not clean; there were a lot of stains, and I got bitten by bed bugs on the first night of my stay. The room was not very bright, and I wish they would change the light to make it brighter. The Wi-Fi was unstable. The location is hard to find for online drivers, and most of the time, my rides got canceled because it was difficult to reach.

location there were trash in gap between bath tub and bathroom counter, shower curtain was old and moldy, old towels, no air conditioning in the living room, only 2 cups for 4 people, freezer was clogged with ice, thick dust in the wardrobe, outdated furnishing

Sadly, only the refrigerator is working well. The whole penthouse was smelly when we entered. It seems like it was left unattended. The amount we paid is not worth the condition we got. The floor was dirty and sticky. The toilet was dirty and sticky. The kitchenette was not working. The walls was dirty, especially near the aircon, walls are peeling. Towels we got on the first day was just indescribable, should brought our own towel along. Overall, it definitely do not give any vibe of a penthouse should be. It is more like an unattended room.
