Nice Pool and sounding the hotel. Booked Pick up from Airport don’t work, mail connection without any answer. My room hasn’t light enough. The curtains were destroyed and didn’t work. The breakfast unhealthy and only plastic dishes

There should be a way to tell that if hotel is under construction. All windows were taped and plastic on windows. The room needed some help cracked bathroom sink, broken, exposed wood on the bottom of the bed.

We weren’t given the type of rooms we asked for, the toilet in one of our rooms didn’t work, and the staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful in solving our issues. The place looked old and dirty and rundown. Not at all what I expect from Marriott. We are frequent travelers and I was shocked.

Only downside was they charged me for parking. Don't know if that's normal or if it's because I had trailer hooked up to car. There was plenty of parking in back where I parked and it didn't interfere with others parking.

It’s private and you can take the shuttle from the airport. The shuttle is also a veteran owned and operated. The main hallway smelled like mold but they were also under renovation.

My stay here was very nice! The staff was kind and approachable, My room was very clean, and the gym was well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was peerfect

The room was very clean and smelled nice; there were six of us, and we slept very well. The breakfast was very good. The hot tub was out of order, but it didn't matter, as we wouldn't have used it anyway. Gracias

This property is undergoing construction to the facade of the building. It was a little underwhelming walking into that. The lobby floors were extremely dirty. The hotel itself is slightly dated. Also, there were ants in my room, which could've easily come from the ongoing construction. I personally wouldn't stay here again. Hopefully once their construction is complete, maybe it'd be better. But it's a no for me.

Hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Close to the airport but did not hear planes all night.

The breakfast was standard usual eggs and bread, yogurt oatmeal. There was pork products being served and when asked for alternative I was told not today. So I asked the manager and the breakfast lady made us some which my son gladly ate. They had some wrapped Jimmy dean bacon biscuits in a warmer that was hard from being held, the coffee was so so for such a large hotel. Overall it is a mb for staying again

Location and cleanliness.

Be prepared to pay $12 for parking per day, it was new to us. Also our deadbolt didnt work and when asked to fix it they were a little.put off by the request and never followed through with the repair.

I booked this room through Expedia for $192 for the night, so not exactly cheap. I get there late so it's dark and I don't see all the bugs. I wake up and look over to my left to see dead bugs on the pillow (picture for reference). Not on the pillowcase, inside. I told the manager at the front desk, he said since it was booked through a third party, he couldn't offer a refund, but he could add points to my Marriot account. He also explained that they have a bug problem and nothing they do will fix it, so the issue is known, yet they still took my money. He added 5000 points. When I asked what the equivalent dollar amount was, he couldn't tell me. Just saying "many many dollars". After I left, I got curious and looked at how many points it would cost to book a night at that same hotel using just points. It came up to ~30,000 points. I effectively got the equivalent of $30 for sleeping with dead bugs. I felt disgusted sleeping in those conditions and cheated at the recourse of management. Would not recommend at all.

Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast had a wide selection of foods. I am happy and would return!

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was extremely clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. We weren’t able to use the airport shuttle because I didn’t know you had to schedule it in advance but that was our fault for not asking when we checked in. I will stay at this hotel again in the future no question.

There was a lot of dirt around the edges of the floors. It looks like that room hasn't had someone edge it for a long time.

Room temp was adjustable. Water was quickly warm for shower. The hallway was noisy at 1-2 am. The loud voices carried and the doors bang shut loudly. Little sleep.

Breakfast started at 7, too late. (Weekend time differed from weekdays) Had to pay $4.00 for bottled water cause the water fountains in hotel didnt work. Yes, there was a shuttle to cruise port, but was extra fee.

I had a great stay here the room was exactly what I needed and I will keep this place in mind the next time I come to Tampa.

Overall experience was great..loved that it has a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port..no complaints! But I do have a concern. I haven’t received my deposit back and it has been 2 weeks

No bedding for the pull out bed. Pool was very dirty. Shampoo, conditioner and body washes all had broken tops and were unusable. My husband called while I was in the shower to get some delivered and they never came. I had to get out of the shower and go down to the front desk. Then she told me they would be delivered in a little bit. Also, only two towels in a 6 person room. I had to go get them as well. Beds were comfortable!

The location of this hotel is great. Theres a few things to do around there and easy to get around. A few things were great and a few things were less than great. To start I had called ahead of time to figure out the shuttle situation, they told me not to worry and that they'd send someone for us as soon as we landed within 10-15 min. When we landed I called 7 times and no one answered at the hotel forcing us to have to get on an uber and go to the hotel. We were they ahead of checkin time but they were very accommodating and let us check in early which we were so grateful for. The room was decent but can tell it wasnt deep cleaned. By the time we went down for breakfast things were running out and the ladies who run the kitchen were very rude about them not brining out more food. This happened hrs before the ending time of their scheduled breakfast hours. The front desk staff is amazing, however the ladies who manage the food could use additional training on how to speak to customers who simply wanted to know if there was additional food coming. This happened on both days that I stayed with the hotel. Getting a shuttle to go to the airport was easy. Just wish it had been easy when we arrived. Overall the hotel was decent, however if I was in the area again, i'd book a room elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily give it five stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room temperature was 64 degrees when we checked in. We set it to a warmer temp and left for dinner. When we returned a few hours later it was up to 67. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but they never did.

absolutely ridiculous non working elevator. rooms outdated. carpet is disgusting. breakfast was not good at all my yogurt was expired. front desk people were very friendly

Room ac was so loud we couldn’t sleep most of the night. One elevator was broken and the other one took forever to reach the floor. The floor on the elevator was disgustingly dirty.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly as well, but they assigned us a room next to the elevators and it was noisy, so we did not sleep well until very late at night

The staff (mainly John) was really nice and helpful. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The pool area was well kept and nice looking. I did get down to breakfast late, so that could be why the options were limited. My main complaint is the elevator being out of order a few times and my room was on the 4th floor. It doesnt sound that bad until you factor in I have an infant in a stroller and my mom has breathing problems. Overall good stay, they just need to work on that elevator.

Great for a post cruise stay. The area is not very walk friendly. No real close restaurants and very uneven sidewalks. We had one person on a wheelchair. It was quite a bit of work to push her around! But the hotel is wonderful.

I had booked and prepaid for a suite, the staff placed me in a wheelchair room instead. It is great that they have these type of rooms for people who need them. But the shower only came up to my back and I could not use the sink or mirror standing, I had to get a chair and move it into the bathroom.

The room was very nice, the only improvement is that I had to ask for a second trash can with recycle in it and the shower curtain (plastic) was dingy and should have been replaced. The breakfast was fine, but fresh fruit other than banana or apple would be great (berries, cantaloupe, pineapple etc.).

The staff was so kind and very helpful. Didn't need the shuttle. The actual building inside and outside could use a remodel or uplift. $159 + tx. for a suite, with non polished furnishings, substandard microwave, sofa, chairs, lamps, etc, need good cleaning, disinfecting, & powerwash & repaint. Not up to Marriott standards with exception of staff & great breakfast. Thank you for them.

The room was spacious and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Pool is outdoors and clean along with plenty of seating. There is an exercise room as well and an area where you can print boarding passes. John who works at the front desk is amazing and his customer service is the bomb! He is very funny and extremely helpful!

Great hotel near to airport. Clean, friendly and safe. Breakfast was good. Walkable dinning options from hotel are a bit limited. Also getting free shuttle bus didn’t work as didn’t get response from hotel so had to get an Uber. We did however only book the hotel the night before.

Well actually the electricity was off when we got there. And Sandy (sandra?) immediately met us at the car when she saw my mom struggling to get out. She informed us our stay would be refunded if we chose to book some where else. She was very kind and even gave me her personal number to communicate. As my mom is elderly i decided to book elsewhere as she cant be out for long. I informed hotels.com and they got right on it with communicateing with the hotel and my refund was issued before i even left Tampa!! What a surprise and a pleasure. It was fine, hotel was clean enough kinda old should be renovated but we had a decent stay. Wish they would relax the rules about the hot tub. My wife and I are full grown adults and were kicked of the hot tub because it was 10 o clock. Who would want to be in the hot tub in Florida while the sun is out?

We had a good stay and our room was nice and clean BUT it had a funny smell to it. Not sure if it was the carpet or the cleaning supplies that were being used. Overall the staff was nice and it was a nice stay

The hotel seemed okay when arriving, but an odor was in the room which triggered my allergies severely. Not sure what the scent was but I will not be returning based on my reaction.

We were only there for one day and night and morning The check in was great had my room ready super early we were stuck in Tampa due to storm the check in was great the room was clean and spacious. The shower was excellent and the free breakfast was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend a n d will definitely stay there again

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location.
