The bright spot of my visit was Delores at the front desk. She made me feel like family! She's so sweet and helpful. I hope she gets some sort of recognition for kindness. She is what that hospitality industry needs!!!

Great location Crows (birds) swimming in the pool. I just wanted a tan lol but I felt I was interrupting their bath time. It's definitely a regular for them though as they were not phased by me being there at all and came back and forth before I finally left. I would stay here again but not to swim or use that area.

A lot of my lights didn't work in the room, and the fans in the bathroom sounded like a place taking off!!!!

While the hotel is situated in a beautiful area with lovely walking paths, my stay was unfortunately cut short due to hygiene issues. The room was not cleaned properly; I found hair on the blankets, and the spare bedding had a very unpleasant odor. Additionally, the breakfast consisted mostly of packaged items rather than fresh options. Due to the lack of cleanliness, I checked out after just one night and moved to the nearby Holiday Inn.

Cons: Came back from a day at the parks and out room door was propped open with deadbolt. We shut if when we left. No housekeeping services were done either. Luckily nothing was missing. Told the front desk gentleman and he was very dismissive and somewhat rude. The pool seems to be the property smoking lounge which made swimming with our kids unenjoyable. For the price I would expect a little higher quality and customer service.

Lovely hotel that is in a lovely neighborhood and close to walking areas, food and retail and easy access off I-75. The rooms were great and the breakfast buffet was full of a lot of difference choices.

Felt like the room was not ready. Had to request body soap (bottle was empty), towels etc. Had to do multiple visits to the reception to get settled. Overall experience is decently good.

The room was clean overall, but the carpet had noticeable dirty spots and the air felt humid, which made the stay less comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a plus. However, we encountered raccoons near the garbage area when walking the dog, which could be a safety concern, especially for kids. Overall, an average stay with some areas that need improvement.

Breakfast was okay. The turkey sausage was terrible. They didn't have a pancake or waffle iron for breakfast. Very disappointed.

We stayed overnight for a Basketball Tournament close by. The hotel was very immaculate. The breakfast were freshly prepared and full of varieties. The front desk staff were amazing. This hotel is fully compact with all the essential amenities needed to make your stay an awesome visit. Well done Marriott and staff!!

I put a 4 🌟 for amenities only because I feel they should have coffee out during the day/evening and not just for morning breakfast.

But it is okay for couple of days stay. Breakfast items were not good , just stander , I/ we were surprised there were no Scrambled eggs or boiled eggs any days for Breakfast . I know that American breakfast there always should be eggs items . I have stayed many small and big hotels and if those have breakfast included , those hotels serves boiled Eggs and Scrambled Eggs . So my request please add Eggs in your breakfast items , kids and adults both will like to eat. Thank you

The room was good and cleaner than most rooms I've stayed in recently. Yes, the staff that I encountered were polite and courteous.

Breakfast seemed thrown together. The gentlemen in charge of the breakfast was rude.

The breakfast was free but didn’t taste good and wasn’t all that special. The room smelled of urine upon entering. The room was tidy but not necessarily clean. There was dirt and dusty bunnies along the edges of where the floor meets the walls. In the bathroom, the shower had mold on the tiles, the ceiling had chipped paint and more bubbling. It looked like it had been repaired multiple times due to the humidity of the water. The floor had some mold and so did the hinges. Definitely not going back. The only positive note was the older lady in the front who was super nice and welcoming.

Room was changed upon arrival (without notice or approval of us) Supplied bottles in shower of shampoo, soap and conditioner were nice, however 2 of 3 were empty. Pillows were super flat and uncomfortable. Linens were changed upon request after being told housekeeping would address every other day. Washing machine took my money 2 times before actually washing a small load of laundry.

The staff was amazing especially the lady who checked me in. I feel terrible I can’t remember her name but she was an older black woman with locks, her customer service was A1! She greeted me by name the entire stay and was attentive to my needs! Property was clean and maintained.

Also, the microwave plate rattled and was not functioning properly. If you stay ask that your room, be away from barking dogs at 6AM. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and the staff was courteous.

Didn’t eat breakfast because they didn’t have what I wanted. Room never cleaned after multiple requests. Staff was very apologetic but didn’t follow through with our requests. Business center was ok but ended up having to finish on our cell phone.

The room has been upgraded. It looks clean and the set up is good. However, there was a bad smell coming from the restroom and alao there were mold stains "red" stains from the corner of the shower. The pillows are not as comfortable as it usually are in hotel rooms... they were cheap. The breakfast had different options which it make it ok. I would stay if is one night like i did.

Bathroom did not look clean. There were still soap scum on the walls and our first room had dirt on the sheets. we changed to a different room but bathroom was unclean.

I enjoyed my stay other than housekeeping trying to barge in my room, thankfully I had the latch on and they couldn’t open the door fully.

It was a pleasant place to stay at over a weekend. There was cleanliness all around, and the staff was friendly and polite.

Room was very nice! The front desk staff was awful. We called ahead, let them know our flight was delayed and that we would be arriving late. When we got there, no one to be found. We called the phone, it just kept ringing. Called out for help, no response. After over 10 mins someone finally came out of what looked like her break and was soooo rude to us.

Jerry was very nice at check in. Was always greeted when walking in/out. Only question is about housekeeping…on multi night stays is there no housekeeping during the days? No one came to my room and checked towels or made bed. Was a little disappointed to come back after a long day and see the unmade bed.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST. THAT FOOD WAS FAKE. THE EGGS GET CHOPPED UP TO LOOK LIKE SCRAMBLED EGGS. A PREMADE OMLER OUT A BOX, PAPER BACON, AND A HAM FAKE EGG AND CHESSE CROISSANT. THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASED TO SERVE SUCH TRASH. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THE BREAKFAST.

Then the hall way we saw a roach , the room was very dusty and the people above us was very noisy so we dint sleep well. Not to mention. 3 Wemon were outside standing out front smoking marijuana at eye front of the entrance and I had to walk through that I always choose Marriott hotels this one was a huge disappointment

My experience here is always excellent. The hotel and room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is my hotel of choice when visiting my daughter at USF.

Since I’m not from Florida it was very convenient to the highway, and everyone including the other guest were just absolutely great. The only thing I had trouble with was the tv the stations never really stayed on or they kept freezing up. I would stay again next time I’m in town

Great clean property - especially for the price.

They overbooked so the original room i wanted was no longer available when i checked in. The size of the room we received was nice but we really needed the king bed. The breakfast options were lacking big time. Although i do appreciate free breakfast, i wish there was more to offer. The pool area needs some shading. It can get uncomfortable fast in the blazing sun.

The property was hard to find the area was dark, surrounded by woods and raccoons. The lobby, elevator area and hallway was very very hot on the ceiling and water damaged on the headboard wall. The second room they put us in has stains everywhere animal hair, and a filthy odor the third room they put us in was the fifth floor. It was much nicer. We didn’t have any issues with the room on the fifth floor other than the outlets were all upside down and the toilet ran all night the water.

The hotel was well kept and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Pet friendly but property was clean and the room was perfect for my family of 4. The only negative part was there was only one elevator that worked so it took forever anytime we needed to use it. Other than that would recommend, staff was very friendly and accommodating!!

What I did not like is how the pool requires maintenance. The pool edges structure cracking and peeling on inside edges. The breakfast eggs and sausages were just too watery. Oatmeal would have been good just to have plain and be able to use all the lovely toppings. Waffle making available would be good to have as the sugared waffles was just to much. Plain would have been good. Small signs labeling food to avoid opening all closed lids.

I arrived to the hotel late. The room smelled like urine. It was too late to change. The room said 1-queen bed and 1-sofa bed. But the there was a sofa with pillows that was the size of a twin bed. This room was over priced and did not provide the service advertised or needed. How do you pay over $400 and not have adequate sleeping space for my family of 4 to sleep. I would like a refund.

Location close to I-75 and restaurants around were convenient. The room we stayed in had a sofa that wasn't comfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable. The back was too far back on the sofa, thus most people couldn't reach it when leaning back. Even using a bed pillow wasn't sufficient.
