    I paid for a room with two beds and a bathtub. They gave me a room with one bed and a shower. I had to sleep with my disabled sister. When I told the front desk I got the wrong room they blamed it on Expedia but I had the paper from Expedia stating 2 beds and tub. They said they couldn't change my room they were full.

    A large young lady named Hallee (?) at the front desk was extremely rude when I brought down the keys that stopped working second day the row. She gave me a nasty attitude and said “I’m just working here” and was clearly inconvenienced by me. If she doesn’t embrace hospitality business, she is at a wrong place. She then told me she will speak with the management with even nastier tone. She seemed very angry every time I saw her. I thought Breakfast was good. Ladies working the breakfast were very pleasant, helpful to small children and topping off with more. There’s no 24 hr coffee station with coffee in it or any cups, their drink machine at breakfast was broken. Their infused water station was mostly empty after breakfast. Ice machine next to the elevator was a nice amenity. It was a packed weekend with many kids running around loudly, perhaps some drunk, slamming doors and cussing middle of the night. Walls are thin, it woke me up throughout the night. Second night I called the front desk, and he was very courteous and quick to calm the situation. There are plenty of other hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    The experience here on December 29 thru the 1 st of Jan was not all that bad. In a group of 5 with 2 rooms no effort was made to try to keep us together until I had to get a bit creative. The attention to customer from the front desk definitely need improvement, their behavior was obvious that they do not like what the do, to the point that you would come thru the front doo and they would turn their faces so they wouldn’t have to greet you . In my opinion that is poor customer service. My first morning breakfast the coffee was cold, the sausages were soaked in water like if they were boiling instead of grill . Other than that rooms were nice and the housekeeping staff were attentive.

The elevators were not working right and we got “stuck” in it several times for 1-2 minutes each time once it reached the downstairs first floor from the second floor, where we had our room. The doors would not open right away, and you would have to keep pressing the door open button before it would finally let you out. We also were not notified that there were renovations going on, so not all of the amenities were fully available.

    POS didn't work which made check in longer, carpet extremely dirty on the 3rd floor. Neighbors up all night going in and out the door and slamming the door. So I didn't get any sleep. I had to ask for parking pass. Noted scratch on my brand new car after I left.

    It was pretty and clean Everything. I prepaid for my room about 6 weeks in advance to save money. When I arrived they refused to accommodate me, telling me they didn’t have a pet room available for my party size. When I asked for them to refund my money since I had prepaid they claimed they didn’t do that, it was on booking.com to do it. I ended up having to go through my bank and dispute the charges. Later when I called them because there were charges from them on my card, they denied it was them but argued with me for 45 minutes because they claimed they came back much later to let me know a manager had approved my stay and I wasn’t there so there was nothing they can do since they were willing to accommodate me later. I asked how this was my problem. Ftr, I was inside for 15 minutes after crying and speaking with my husband about the fact I didn’t know what to do, and they had refused to make any exceptions and then I was in the parking lot crying and having a panic attack and then on my phone to dispute the charges and try to find new accommodation and never once in that hour time frame did anyone come to me and say anything. They also never called or sent an email to let me know (they argued they didn’t have my information, but they could have gotten it from my reservation). But according to the man I spoke to on the phone I was supposed to magically know they’d changed their mind over an hour later without contacting me and they don’t care that I don’t have telepathy to magically know so they were justified to charge me. After 45 minutes he told me they didn’t charge me and I was like then why are you arguing and trying to justify charging me for the last 40+ minutes? I’ll just dispute the current charges that aren’t from my current hotel, make complaints with BBB and the attorney general and see if I can put a block on the brand if I need to to keep them from trying to charge me. They also told me they refused me because of my dog and his size (Great Pyrenees).

And the manager was not available. My family had to take a cold shower. On Sunday the maintenance guy shows.up tries to fix the water issue he was not able to, i asked for another room and was told.they didn't have any,. And it would be a while, 6 hours later we got the room, the rest.of.the stay went well the day receptionist was polite and accommodating, the night receptionist she barely made an effort to help me.and.when.she responded she made.it sound like she was doing me a favor. I love the fairfield inn chain theyve always had good accommodations and good breakfast, so I was very disappointed.

    This hotel is well maintained but the room is outdated. I like the fact that it is close to everything and the interstate is lees than a mile away.

    Very nice stay. Easy to access an Uber (Although Uber will get you on the way back from an event, which isn't of course, Springhill's fault. Toilet didn't work at one point, but I was able to fix it. Everything else was great.

For the cost, it should have been nicer. Apparently owner needs a new car. I should, and will have stay at Holiday Inn Express from now on. Heed my post and avoid this hotel.

    The property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The room we stayed in was old/dingy. There were stains on the carpet. They have massive dumpsters that are taking up multiple parking spaces. We arrived late at night and had a very difficult time trying to find a parking space. We had to park all the way in the back and entered through a side entrance where the hallway was gutted from the renovations and created an unsafe condition. The property should have closed until the renovations were completed.

    This place is filthy. My comforter was stained, there is mold in the shower, the curtains were torn and shredded and you can't even see out the windows because they are completely green with mildew. They've simply given up on this property. Other than that...the folks at the front desk were nice & polite.

    The lady who checked me in was lovely and because of the impeding tropical storm and I waa alone she put me in a very easy to get to room incase of emergency. Went in the hot tub and when I went back to my room to grab a shower, my shower was cold.

    wifi was down so they wrote my name on a paper. They couldnt verify which room was empty so they knocked on doors to see which rooms new customers can occupy. They gave me a key, went to the room someone else was already there. The guy was super upset and because the key opened his door I guess it broke the door because it wouldnt close or lock. Imagine is was a women in that room or someone naked. Super unacceptable when i finally got my room it smelled old. At this point i didnt even care i just wanted to shower and go to sleep after working 14 hours.

    This property does not look like the pictures. We decided on this one because Expedia called it excellent. The room was out dated. Sofa had rips and holes, bathroom had rust and needed a serious upgrade. Apparently the cleaning lady is done by 1pm so she will not come back to clean your room. It wasn’t terrible but it def wasn’t a excellent more like fair.

    The stay was fine but the morning we left and had breakfast is when it started. I have never wore shoes to get breakfast at any hotel we have stayed at let alone had the worker grab my arm and tell me she could get fired because I didn’t have shoes on but she would allow me to eat this time. Also I noticed she asked certain people their room number before allowing them to eat but didn’t ask us. The apple juice was empty and I told her and her response was maybe I should put you on payroll. I would stay here again but next time go to breakfast.
