First interaction with staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Lobby bench could really use a cleaning. I was afraid to sit on it. Room seemed good when we first arrived but then the air conditioning kicked on. It sounded like a jet engine. Talked to staff but they were totally supposedly booked so we could not be moved. Attempted to sleep but impossible. Finally turned it off but shortly after the refridgerator kicked on and it was loud enough to keep you awake. Room got uncomfortable with no air running. Ended up giving up and left at 4 am.

The kitchenette is well equipped. Booking (you...) publishes the room as about 800 sq/ft. The reality is about half!!! Huge disappointment! Felt like I was cheated by booking.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. However, our first room had a lot of gnats in the bathroom and our second had broken glass from the previous renters in the closet that we found tiny broken pieces of for days all around the room.

General Manager was awesome. Had a fire alarm which caused the hotel to be evacuated. The GM was really engaged and kept us apprised of updates. Later, as I was exiting the property, I observed a guest who was having car problems. As I got closer, I noticed that the GM was there on site assisting him. Although I do not recall his name, I will always recall how he made me feel. Great guy!!!

Katrina was awesome she welcome us as if we were her family. The place was very clean. I love the television you can move it around so we can watch it anytime and anywhere in the room. The breakfast could use some improvement. I was expecting breakfast with some breakfast meat but the lady with me pink braids told my son in law they don’t serve meat, but the breakfast picture on the wall and the computer had pictures of bacon on it. But I did ask another staff and she said they do have meat. The day I was at breakfast was on a Sunday morning.

We were traveling with our 2-year old grandson for a trip to Busch Gardens and had a wonderful stay! The pool was amazing, clean and warm. The location was perfect with Starbucks right across the parking lot, Busch Gardens was 10 minutes away and plenty of stores and restaurants. Last but not least the staff was amazing!!

The staff is amazing and very friendly. The room was nice and spacious. Overall we loved our stay. We didn’t have time to go but they have a fitness room and a beautiful pool that I would’ve loved to experience.

Room was perfect for our stay! Amazing staff. The walk to our room was a bit dark and messy … walls were filled with drawings. Was a bit scared but once I walked into the clean room I felt more at peace.

The room/suite was really nice— my only thing I would say is an area of improvement would be the thermostat— the room only became cool when I turned the fan on, instead of auto, & then ran but the temperature never felt consistent— would be clammy then cool, too cool, then back to clammy, etc

I had a great stay. Sierra at the front desk was so courteous and helpful. I checked in late, she was friendly, gave us recommendations, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Having her at check in made the difference.

Everything was great except for the fact that we were on the first floor and could hear the steps from the people staying above us. Whoever was above us was up at 5:30am and we could hear all of it, especially when the AC unit was off. Next time I will request a top floor unit.

The hotel was amazing and the staff was awesome. The only complaint I have is the breakfast they're still practicing covid protocol so everything is wrapped up in plastic and ready to go not fresh.

We never actually stayed at the hotel because although we confirmed our reservation the day before, the hotel overbooked and when we arrived we were told our reservation had been canceled and to call hotels.com. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful and had no compassion for our family that now had nowhere to stay in Tampa. We asked to speak with a manager and were told there was no one there except her.

They thought of everything ... I wanted for nothing. Was able to work, walk, swim, cook, eat out, and sleep well. Very comfortable. Very clean. Would recommend for any extended stay when you wish the conveniences of "home".

Great hotel. Have stayed here before, likely to stay again as we travel to the area for medical reasons.

Way too expensive for such an average hotel. We were locked out trying to check in at 9:45pm because only one person working and they were taking out the trash for 10 min. Elevator was disgusting, dirty and broken buttons.

I stayed alone for one night and did not require amenities or additional cleaning services. An in-room letter states that full cleaning services are provided every 7th day. The room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen with stovetop, no oven, decent cookware. No small saucepan or large spoons. My room did not have any towels inside the bathroom; however, there were three towels in the vanity area outside the bathroom. The staff seemed friendly and interested in ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was sanitized for Covid. Service at desk very responsive and helpful. I don't understand all hotels now refuse to leave you lined garbage bags in the kitchen. I don't know how that helps prevent covid. We need a place to throw out trash. All hotels do this now.

Upon my arrival once inside my room it was extremely HOT! I adjusted the room temperature, But a couple of hours later I noticed the number continued to rise and reached to 83 degrees inside. The property manager came in and did somethings to the thermostat and changed the battery and said it should cool down. Well that wasn’t the case, it then continued to get hotter where as the icing on our cupcakes for my small children began to melt that’s how hot is was. I then called down to the front desk again and at that time I were giving an option to change rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I then asked if they knew of this why put me in that room. The manager of the property replied that she wasn’t sure why the front desk gave me that particular room. Then I had a few family members come by to hangout and they were harassed repeatedly about staying confined in the room and not leaving for whatever reason after nine pm. I asked where in their policy does it state the rules of being forced or held against visitors discretion to be confined to your room at a certain time. As I asked be shown this in their guidelines and regulations,let’s just say that they couldn’t or didn’t provide any information that stated any claims. I asked to be refunded since I were having such a terrible experience, I were told NO!!!! There’s so much more that I could write about my stay, level of comfort, fairness and racially bias but I’ll conclude my experience at the point!
