I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, from the rooms and bathrooms to the fresh sheets and towels. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The shower had plenty of warm water, and the property was well maintained—nothing looked run down. The pool was very nice, and at night it lights up beautifully, creating a great atmosphere and making it perfect for taking pictures. The hotel also has an outdoor grilling area with tables, which is ideal for families who want to enjoy a picnic or cook a meal together. The picnic area itself is beautiful and adds to the relaxing feel of the property. For the price, this hotel was an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again. There were two things I didn’t particularly like about my stay. First, the pool towel station had baskets labeled for clean and dirty towels, but there were no clean towels available during my visit. Second, I found the complimentary breakfast to be very basic and lacking variety. The only hot item available was boiled eggs, while most of the options consisted of bagels, waffles, cereal, and other carbohydrates. As someone who prefers a lower-carb breakfast, I would have appreciated additional protein options such as sausage, bacon, or other hot breakfast items. Expanding the breakfast selection would make the experience much more enjoyable for a wider range of guests.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, the air conditioner worked well, there was a fridge in the room I called down for maintenence twice, they never sent anyone up, when I checked in the front desk agent was kind of a jerk, and while there's a fridge, there's no microwave in the room.

Location and clean People was talking too loud in the walkway
- 5/5
Staff very helpful, nice responding any questions
- 4/5
There is a big problem just on the outside of the fence to the hotel. It is surrounded by people who sadly appear to have substance abuse problems which makes it feel somewhat unsafe though the hotel does have security 24/7 to offset the situation.

Very well kept hotel next time I come to Tampa I'm staying here a the breakfast was great
- 3/5
Unfortunately, our stay started with an issue, as we had to call maintenance immediately upon arrival because the toilet was not functioning properly. The complimentary breakfast options were also very limited for our dietary needs, as there were no protein choices available and we do not eat carbohydrates. Additionally, the hallways frequently smelled of marijuana, which was unpleasant and caused nausea for me. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our experience.
- 4/5
I was there for the BTS concert! I met Alicia at front desk! She is also an army and she was so sweet and amazing. I chatted with her for forever and gave her freebies. She really made the stay even better. All the staff were nice. they were kind about the influx of armys in April and we're curious and willing to hear our experience about the whole tour and I think that distinctly separates Quality Inn from probably other accommodation options. My room was spacious, clean , cool, lighting was great! the bathroom was great as well and stocked with everything i would have possibly needed. I'm really happy about the added breakfast as well. felt great to not have to worry about where I should go to fill up. When I'm back in the States I'll definitely always look forward to seeing Quality Inn as an option <3 I can't say! like I had nooooo problems!

Very good

Room was better than expected, and check-in was very smooth and the clerk was excellent and very helpful. I only give compliments. If you want advice, I charge extra for consulting.

We came in for a cruise so we only stayed for one night. Overall everything was good with our stay. The hotel was clean. The room was clean and we were comfortable. The hotel is located in a good location not too far from the port. There was a continental breakfast which was convenient so we didn't have to get food or leave for the cruise hungry. Not the hotels fault but there were some very loud people walking through the halls late being extremely loud.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice and comfortable, runs so clean. Location was a little shifty.

Staff Very nice, pillows and bed were excellent! Room very large. Water was way to hot. Alot of TV channels.
- 2/5
The air freshener smell was awful in the front lobby! Over powered whatever was trying to be covered up. Bad for asthmatic ppl. The pool should have been shut down. It was green with algae and no pool pump working. Gross!!!! The grounds were filthy. Breakfast had poor choices for a FREE continental, it was the very bare minimum.
- 4.5/5
From the moment we walked in the door we were met with friendly staff, clean facilities, updated rooms, and a really nice campus and pool. The breakfast was also very good, especially the waffles! It was right next to the freeway, which is convenient. The encampment outside while we were driving in made us feel unsafe. They weren't on campus - they do a good job of keeping them away. We almost cancelled because of this. But once we got inside we felt safe.
- 5/5
It was very clean, comfy but not the best part of town. However, it was a pleasant stay. Everyone was friendly! I FELT SAFE!
- 5/5
Good price
- 4/5
Nice visit. Needs updating and maintenance.
- 2/5
Parking lot a disaster for someone in a wheelchair.Needs paving. Hallway our room was on smelled like smoke. Room smelled like smoke. It was a non smoking room. Beds uncomfortable. People slamming door and making noise in hallway all night. Went to check out was asked 3x if we smoked in the room. Like one time answering should have been good enough. Hotel property surrounded by homes less and not good areas. Didn't want to go out after dark.
- 5/5
10 out of 10 Heavy homeless population at the surrounding stores, gas stations, and fast food restaurants.
- 4/5
overall everything was good especially for the price
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location does leave something to be desired.
- 5/5
I have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay. The friendliest staff I've met.
- 5/5
The guy at check in was super nice ! Can’t remember his name but he greeted us with a great start to our stay !
- 5/5
Exelent service
- 5/5
Room was clean very well. Maintained property. Everything in order a little out of the way but it didn't matter. It was nice
- 5/5

- 4/5
Don’t expect much from the continental breakfast.
- 3/5
I stay 2 days, they didn’t clean my room
- 5/5
The best breakfast
- 1/5
This place was very unsafe, smelled terrible in the hallways. People doing drugs, guest walking through the hallway fighting with hotel staff. Terrible area. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Great selection for the breakfast as well.
- 1/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and room was tidy but room smelled like urine, cockroaches in the hallways, guests yelling up down the halls early into the morning, sink didn’t drain properly, air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Neighbourhood was sketchy.
- 4/5
Cool
- 3/5
The staff is very accommodating and they communicate very well
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but the flooring in our room has pieces missing so I did catch my shoe on it . Outside grounds by the pool very nice, pool clean. Continental bkft included waffle, bagels, small danish, juice, cereal/milk. There is a small exercise room and a laundry room, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dryer. Check in desk open ,24 hrs and sells some snacks and ice cream . Hotel is close to Tampa Port and 15 mins from Tampa airport, there is a shuttle. Plenty of restaurants and fast food in the area. On a bad note, the hotel could use new carpets and better flushing toilets! Carpet in hallways has bad stains on it. Hallways often smell of Marijuana. Hotel area has a lot of homeless people in the area but they didn't approach my friend or myself for anything. The hotel's staff are quite friendly. Smokers have shaded areas for smoking in the back area near the pool. Towels are available at the pool if needed.
- 5/5

And Alicia also welcoming and great service, I would go as far to say they both complement the hotel stays main reason why I choose this quality inn and started staying at Quality inns more often a trusting brand and hospitality you can rely on
- 4/5
We used the sleep, park, cruise option & it was great. There’s AC worked great. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Nothing around
- 4/5
There was issues with the door safety locks, the water pressure was mediocre, and the mini fridge did not get cold at all but the air conditioner worked fantastic! coming back from the day the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the pool never had clean towels other than that, no issues with the hotel itself The area the hotel was in did not feel safe but that was not the hotels fault itself! The staff was very nice and welcoming!
- 4/5
Not bad at all for the price! Decent breakfast!
- 5/5
awesome
- 5/5
The room was clean; bathroom was tidy.
- 5/5
Room was well maintained and I appreciated the breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was super clean and welcoming for the price. The only thing i not a fan of was the breakfast. Definitely need better , different options. They had bagels that were unfortunately stale and the eggs were inedible from being so over cooked . Other than that i was happy with my stay
- 3/5
Everything was just fine, nothing special, nothing wrong. My only concern was the neighborhood which had a lot of homeless people and obvious drug users. They never seemed to interfer but made the walk to the nearby Subway uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Bed was very uncomfortable but room was clean.
- 1/5
The air condones was old and loud. The lobby was outdated.
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned. Floors were drity as well as bed sheets
- 2/5
“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel was not sufficiently clean, and the rooms were not well maintained. During the night there were at least three power outages, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning made a very loud noise that made it difficult to rest and get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the staff was attentive and provided good service, which I appreciated. I hope management addresses these issues, as the hotel has potential with better maintenance and upkeep.”
- 5/5
Dispute the location...I would stay there again
- 5/5
The staff for me get 10 out of 10. They were welcoming and courteous. Room was comfortable.
- 5/5
Very good
- 1/5
it was locked
- 4/5
The hotel is a nicely kept older hotel with not a lot of breakfast options but friendly staff and a beautiful outdoor sitting area and pool area. The neighborhood around the hotel is definitely a poor area with a lot of homeless people loitering on the roads. We did not feel unsafe at all on the property especially since they had security on site. I would come back again just to soak up the sun in their beautiful pool area and the appropriately heated pool.
- 4/5
Comfy
- 5/5
Very clean. Exquisite staff. The beds are the most comfortable we have found. The breakfast was ok but sparse and no option of cooked food other than diy waffles and a boiled egg option on Sunday that was not offered on Monday. Also no fruit available. Zero complaints for what they did have. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 4/5
Well renovated and personnel are very nice. Price affordable.
- 3/5
The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in a good area with a homeless person in the breakfast area making waffles and spilling syrup all over the floor. The staff had to intervene to get the person to leave. On another note, the carpet down the hall is dirty and smells. However, the room was very clean but average in appearance.
- 5/5
Property was overall clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Only thing is a lot of homeless people in the area
- 5/5
Everything was great just the bed was HARD! :(
- 5/5
The property was very quiet & comforting , the room was nice . Quick & easy check in. The pool looked nice even though I didn’t plan to go in . There could have been more options at the continental breakfast.
- 3/5
It was clean and basic. I am glad it was available.
- 5/5
Nice pool and very nice room and view.
- 4/5
Close to the cruise ships with a shuttle
- 3/5
The complementary breakfast was very limited. There was only bread available.
- 4/5
For the price, this hotel is an excellent value for spending the night before your cruise.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 3/5
I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the automobile shop where my car's A/C system is being repaired. In my room the shower was not working. I called the front desk to inform them about the shower. Front desk associate was polite and courteous. A maintenance associate was at my room in less than 30 minutes. He inspected the shower and said he will be back in one hour. He never arrived. I prefer showers because my mobility is limited because of a serious automobile accident I was involved in months ago. I left for the day and returned hours later and the shower was not working. I called the front desk and they switched my room. Lack of communication.
- 4/5
Spacious room
- 5/5
Very convenient. Staff was helpful. Units were clean. The cookies were good
- 1/5
Room smelled bad and rust was in the shower from screws backing out.
- 5/5
Perfect for anyone on the Margaritaville cruises
- 5/5
However, one downside the brochure did advertise a complimentary hot breakfast and the only choice for hot was waffles. I did notice they had hard boiled eggs in hot water in which people were taking 4-6 per serving so next day none available . Hard boiled eggs should be in fridge and maybe scrambled eggs served with bacon one day , sausage the next etc.. other Quality Inns have done this process . All in all a great hotel !

- 5/5
Staff is great, especially front desk
- 5/5
Good place and friendly staff
- 5/5
My only two cons was that I wasn’t able to control by ac unit as no remote was provided and parking can be challenging if not on property at an early time. Otherwise great experience!! I would stay again if I’m in the Tampa area.
- 3/5
Was not I a convent location. The breakfast was ok but was the same all week.
- 2/5
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. There were several panhandlers/homeless in the area, but we did not feel unsafe. My only complaint was both nights of our stay the hallway reeked of marijuana in the evening. The last night the smell was starting to drift into our room.
- 5/5
Overall had a great experience at this hotel. This was an unexpected stay as we had our flight cancelled due to the weather March 16 so we had to stay two days. Beds and sheets were very comfy! Sometimes the water pressure for the toilet wasn’t great but wait less than a minute then it was fine. Definitely would stay here again!
- 5/5
Didn’t use either but looked nice.
- 1/5
They cancelled my reservation argued like no one I’ve never seen .. they certainly aren’t out for the customers. These people are out for blood and money at this place. I saw so many people upset at the front desk and got scammed on their rooms and me included so I wouldn’t go there at all. it gets really boring so many people it’s like a Grand Central station of the cruises so many people there and it’s so loud.
- 4/5
Expect rooms to feel humid, not many food choices close by hotel.
- 4/5
The bedroom and bathroom were spotless clean. We had a great stay. The staff was professional and courteous. My concern was the area. As we’re stopped at the traffic light driving to the hotel: we saw about 10 police’s cars on a pursuit of a car. Then the guy being followed turned into the gas station, got out of his car a bunch of officers detained him. It was like a movie.
- 1/5
Staff were nice. Bathtub faucet had steady stream constant running water that you cannot turn off. Hallways reek of fresh burning Marijuana all day. Smoke detector in the room that is a direct wire is hanging off the wall and beeping. Bed cover has a stain on it. Bath towels are tiny. Pool is filthy. The pump was not even running.
- 2/5
Hallway and a bathroom in one of our rooms smelled of pot. Had roaches in one of the two rooms booked. Nothing you can do but people checking in late were talking loud and singing in the hall.
- 5/5
Some hotels seem to sneak by with a higher rating than they deserve. This one is solid, in my opinion. I stayed just one night but the bed was cozy, the place was clean, the elevator worked, the desk folks were responsive, and the parking was reasonably close to the best entrance. The bathroom light flickered a bit, and there was no ironing board to go with the iron, but those, to me, are minor. It was a good stay at a fair price. Thanks!
- 5/5
Fine
- 5/5
We just came to Tampa to go on a cruise…our flight got move to the morning without much notice…..and the staff was very friendly and let us check into the room early and even got a shuttle ride to the airport
- 3/5
We did not spend much time here as we were staying the night after a concert. We checked in around 12:30am and while the woman at the front desk was friendly she was nodding off as she was helping us. The sheets were clean but the overall hotel needs a little bit of TLC. Scrapes and chips in the wall. The area is a little sketchy at night, but for what we needed it was ok. We wouldn't come back though.
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 5/5
Very clean and staff were great. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest but other than that great hotel
- 3/5
It was decent for the price. Ice machine didn’t work on our hall. Coffee maker in the room only had decaf coffee packs. Overall slightly subpar. We did sleep well, but you can hear highway traffic in the room.
- 4/5
The room was cleaned and the staff was great, one issue was the toilet not flushing properly. Otherwise it was great stay.
- 2/5
The table in the room was falling apart. When I showered in the morning and there was no hot water. When I told the employee at the desk she said "oh yeah that is an issue" said she would tell the manager, but he wasn't coming in until after 9:30. This will keep me from ever staying at a Quality Inn anyplace.
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty. Put us in a room but said on the books we were in a different room. Staff was rude and not helpful.
- 2/5
Staff rude, not helpful at all. I called ahead of my stay to get info and to let them know I would need the shuttle to cruise ship and I was getting in late what did I need to do to sign up for shuttle they told us no problem didn’t tell us we needed to pay for shuttle we get there about 8.30 they say the time we want for shuttle all booked had to later one. Room was already paid there was no reason the couldn’t have put us on shuttle list and take payment over phone. Then when we returned had no info about taxi service in the area back to airport. Terrible customer service.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms and very clean hotel!!
- 1/5
Room was not clean, smelled awful, the shower head dint work, and the bath wouldn’t drain.
- 4/5
I stay two nights. Thank you Jose Agreda
- 5/5
Nice clean room, spacious, breakfast good, hotel provides shuttle to and from cruise terminals but not to airport. Yellow meter taxi cost $30 to airport. Location of hotel is slightly away. Thanks.
- 1/5
Dirty
- 4/5
Very nice staff.
- 1/5
My room smelled like weed. There were drunk people in the hallways from the time I checked in until 4 o’clock in the morning, preventing me from sleeping. I didn’t realize what I was signing up for when I stayed here and I will never stay here again.
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and the front desk attendant was very helpful. The parking and shuttle to the cruise port were very reasonable and key to our choice to stay here. We would do it again!
- 4/5
The breakfast was simple, but good for a continental breakfast. The pool area was clean and well maintained. There were also areas with covered picnic tables to be able to eat outside.
- 5/5
10/10 customer service and clean
- 2/5
We stayed for about 6-7 hours over night due to a layover and we found a roach in the bathroom. When I told the front desk she seemed like it was normal and just said she’ll notify maintenance to spray. She wasn’t accommodating at all.
- 5/5
Staff was great and clean remodeled rooms
- 3/5
Breakfast was supposed to go to 9, by 8:30 the eggs were gone and the woman said they would not make any more. It was nice that they had laundry available but it took $4 in quarters for the washer and dryer and they said they did not have any that was we would need to walk to the convenience Store to get some.
- 4/5
Location was convenient.
- 3/5
The room was okay, I can tell it was an old hotel, I’m used to better quality when choosing a hotel, moving forward I will never book a stay at a Quality Inn or Laquinta hotel, it’s obvious who the owners are at these hotels, that’s why the quality of the hotels are not great.
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 1/5
Cockroach’s and mouse droppings in room. Staff didn’t seem to care.
- 4/5
Otherwise the stay was good .
- 5/5
Clan room and exceptionally nice staff
- 2/5
A bit of old smell, by the highway, bad area
- 3/5
The floor consider have been cleaned better. Breakfast was basic no hot food just pasty’s and very cheap paper plates didn’t hold the food. Room was ok.
- 3/5
The check-in staff was friendly but not dressed neatly. In arriving, there were numerous homeless people at the rear end of the parking lot, under the overpass. When we left, they tried approaching our car for money. I know that this is a part of city life, but it was very concerning as we drove away. Even considered getting a different hotel room, but in the end decided to stay. The rooms were clean but because everything is hard surfaces, when someone decided to get alot of ice at 6 am, it woke us up. The breakfast had nothing to offer to someone who is used to healthy eating, except for some fruit. Glad I had brought the leftovers from our AirBnB stay to eat.
- 5/5
The room was clean but the area of the hotel was a little sketchy.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. The complimentary breakfast was shy on variety but the coffee was great.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The customer service was excellent staff friendly and helpful they even allowed us to check in early science room was available which we really appreciate after traveling. The only downside was breakfast which was very limited close to nothing.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly & helpful
- 5/5
The shuttle driver was amazing
- 2/5
Our room seemed to be very dated and needs to be updated. Broken furniture, door allowed light and noise into room and the freeway noise was loud. Location was not ideal as you had to drive to get to restaurants or stores. Won’t be staying there again.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome
- 1/5
Toilet wouldnt flush. Rooms looked like they were still under renovation. Sheetrock dust all over bedside tables and dresser below tv. Staff was delightful
- 3/5
Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was not very clean. The back parking lot looks like a homeless encampment.
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Room wasn't upscale but was clean. Comfy bed.
- 4/5
The place is nice. The only detail, is that you can hear the noise from others rooms. The staff really good
- 2/5
No microwaves in rooms have to go to the office just to use it which was on the other side of the property and never enough towels and rags in the room
- 4/5
It was just an average hotel stay.
- 1/5
Can not say the things that i saw like crackheads and filthy carpets ….they will ask me for another revision.
- 1/5
Shuttle service to port was $25 & should be more affordable. Area
- 3/5
Mattress needed replaced, was very uneven and uncomfortable. Everything else was ok, except that the smell of the cleaning agents took awhile to get used to
- 3/5
The staff were friendly but the rooms could use an upgrade. The beds arent that comfortable and there was a roach in the bathroom but it was a last minute trip and we needed a place to stay so we knew what to expext.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
room was spotless! Very awesome staff. Loves the grounds as well.
- 4/5
Everything was OK except when we first checked in my daughter’s found a small bag of what looked like little pieces of medical equipment in the fridge that smelled really bad. Still not sure what they were. But they ended up making a loud beeping sound for the two nights that we stayed there and we could not figure out what the sound was because it was sporadic. The manager tried telling me it was the ice machine across the hallway. The last night, the beeping started and didn’t actually stop so I was able to figure out what was coming from the trashcan in the bathroom and I was able to throw it out and get rid of the sound. Moral of the story if housekeeping could check the fridges we could’ve avoided this problem.
- 2/5
Found two small bugs that I can't say weren't roaches. Heat stopped working at 4:30 AM during a 35 degree evening.
- 4/5
Clean room, good hotel, bit remote
- 2/5
Room was actually dirt. Not the "im picky" kind of dirty. I dont usually say much but a simple broom and a wet wipe would have been better
- 5/5
Jada and the staff were amazing. They called to verify that I didnt forget any luggage in the room during a mixup after I checked out.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great parking was free
- 2/5
The room, and hotel in general, was nothing like the pictures or description. The floor of our room had not been mopped or cleaned recently, the bed was extremely hard and noisy, craftsmanship of any repairs was of low quality, heat and air unit did not seem to work (was stuffy), and the walls were paper thin (we could hear normal conversations in next rooms and hallway. We ended up canceling our reservation, left, and booked another hotel. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the front desk workers were nice.
- 3/5
Poor condition
- 1/5
Everything
- 2/5
The shower did not work. I reported to the front desk and they basically said “sorry”. I got the impression they did not really care. There was loud yelling at the pool pretty late. Overall the grounds looks pretty sketchy.
- 3/5
Clean but old, the TV didn't work, phone didn't work, sink clogged up.
- 2/5
Sink would not drain Smelled bad Floor was dirty
- 3/5
The staff was very good. The room was clean. The room we had really needed a new mattress and the area was in an area I wouldn’t go out in alone
- 4/5
Fine
- 3/5
There is a lot of unusual foot activity in the area, I didn't feel unsafe but my girlfriend did.
- 3/5
Not a bad hotel but I notice dirt stains on the rug that is on the hallway . Give this place some TLC.
- 5/5
Clean room great customer service
- 4/5
Property close to Foxwoods casino. Great place to lay your head when your not comp at the casino hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent/friendly. Dining area remolding going on so a bit light- but the staff did great compensating.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room, safe hotel, well lit, lots of cameras and easy in out access!

When we 1st walked into the hotel i was excited cause the smell in lobby was so clean and fresh but was disappointed when we got to room and it smelled weird.. like old closed up room.. the next issue was the breakfast hours.. they need to move it to at least 1030.. we rushed to grab whatever we could since employee was grabbing and locking things up.. not cool..
- 5/5
Staff is friendly
- 5/5
Staff members are very understanding and work well with regular customers

- 4/5
The room and services were good, but the cleanliness can be improved. The breakfast is decent with few choices but not extensive.
- 2/5
Roaches greeted us when we opened the door!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
My hotel room had no heat. I stayed 2 nights and was given the wrong hours for the 2nd day of breakfast.
- 1/5
Extremely disappointed with our visit. Stayed a total of 6 nights. Took 3 days of asking for our room to be cleaned and towels to be replenished for it to actually happen on the 5th night of our stay. Their policy is that you have to ask for room cleaning despite the fact that their hotel chain states rooms are cleaned every 3 days of stay. Staff seemed more concerned about people leaving for cruises than the people who were actually staying at the hotel. Continued to make excuses as to why the room wasn’t cleaned citing that many people had checked out and in that day so our room was forgotten. Breakfast was extremely lacking and provided no protein and no meat for guests. The breakfast aide would not allow you to leave the area with food. On the last day of the stay the breakfast area was being renovated and provided little to no options of food prior to our departure.

The room was great nice and clean, there parking lot was a little chaotic, the staff was not as helpful as they could have been but otherwise I would stay there again
- 2/5
dirty bed sheets. poor area.
- 1/5
Where to start… arrived multiple police cars, dead bodies, overdoses, mold, odd smells, broken toilet, paint chipping in rooms, beds linen piled up at the back of hotel ( screaming bed bugs to me).
- 2/5
They overbooked and tried to make us check in late
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating in switching my room to a cleaner, updated one and promptly fixing the toilet plunger. The carpet and rooms need updating but the breakfast and my overall stay was pleasant. I will stay here again.
- 2/5
The hotel sits in a rough, run-down area of Tampa. I didn’t feel unsafe, but the parking situation didn’t help—very few handicapped spots, a nearly full lot, and poor lighting that made parking in the back feel like a side quest you didn’t sign up for. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, the room was located at the end of a marathon-length hallway. While the room itself was clean, that’s where the good news ended. The bed was painfully uncomfortable and cracked loudly with any movement. The pillows were small and lumpy, the desk was broken and leaning, the chair was hard and joyless, and one of the coat hooks was missing entirely. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, had no guide, and the remote barely worked—missing its battery cover, which felt very on brand. The listing promised a “hot breakfast.” Reality delivered DIY waffles, lukewarm hard-boiled eggs, a few yogurts, cereal, bagels, broken juice options, and sour coffee. Guests are also required to eat in the breakfast area, surrounded by the saddest group of NPCs imaginable, including a man-bun tank-top waffle guardian. We couldn’t check out fast enough. The staff was kind, but I won’t stay here again. Next time, I’ll gladly pay more for a hotel with a bed that doesn’t fight back and amenities that actually exist.

Había algunos huéspedes muy ruidosos a cualquier hora del día y de la noche hablando a los gritos en los pasillos. Si, a los gritos.

I been using Expedia and very high profile costumer with Expedia but it always seems like I get no help when something happens. From today on I will be using other companies to book my hotels and flight's This will be the last time using this app. I dont recommend to anybody.
- 3/5
My stay was good.
- 2/5
The room had no hot water. The mattress was so hard and old. There was a deep dent/dip in it. I rolled into the dip each night. After the first night our keys were deactivated. Luckily I was in the room when my partner noticed it.
- 4/5
Inside and room clean. STAFF Kind.
- 3/5
Room needs more work . The paint on the wall was cracked at least in my room. Bad smell from the A/c .
- 3/5
The coffee availability and more items to choose fromm
- 3/5
Only hard boiled eggs and pour your own waffles? Very few choices.
- 1/5
Parking lot felt unsafe. Toilet failed to flush and when it finally did, water and Raw Sewage backed up in the tub and would not drain. My wife and I were unable to shower or use the restroom at all when we woke up. Major inconvenience for us because after all we paid for these conveniences. Please take this information and do the right things to make this right.
- 4/5
Staff is friendly. Room was clean. Proximity to port of Tampa is nice. A bit noisy in the hallway.
- 4/5
Room was clean and front desk attendant was friendly.
- 4/5
Property was descent, some ammenities could be better. Like own microwave at each room.
- 5/5
Great staff, very clean room.

Staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating.

- 1/5
Yes and yes
- 5/5
I will definitely Get accommodations there . Also breakfast is at 7am but I slept thru it .
- 3/5
. Toilet would not completely flush, would have to wait. . Missed the street the hotel was on, and went down a side street where crack heads and hookers, where clearly hanging out looking for new clients. neither where what I was looking for. . The hotel was clean, and exactly what you would think it would be. But to be fair, all we wanted was a safe place where we could sleep and shower. This did the job just fine, everything else in this review is just being picky.
- 3/5
Room had an odd smell when A/C came on but Overall my stay was comfortable
- 5/5
Great staff, newly rennovated rooms are beautiful. Great deal if going on a cruise. Only $55 for up to 14 days parking and includes shuttle. Nice lot. Best value in town!
- 5/5
Big and clean room
- 5/5
NICE~
- 4/5
The hotel was okay. Clean.
- 3/5
Nice place. Friendly front desk but very rude kitchen staff ...
- 1/5
There was a disturbance of teenagers in the lobby, bugs on the wall, bottles of piss by the stairs.
- 4/5
No problem
- 4/5
Too crowded to get breakfast. No seats
- 2/5
Only thing good there was the staff. They tried to work with us. Had to move rooms 3 times. Would not recommend.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Building is old and janky. Seems like it flooded and half of the building was repaired and the other half was replaced. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Some of the very minuscule breakfast buffet was expired. The AC unit in our room had a horrible squeaking noise nonstop the entire time it was running. Woke us up all throughout the night. You get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Good price, Good and clean room
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The pool was awesome.
- 1/5
The facility was good , the area is very unsafe .
- 4/5
The hotel is like an Oasis, great clean. Perfect for a short vacation or business trip. Unfortunately the neighborhood it's very ghetto. I didn't care that much for a one night stay, anyway this the reality.
- 5/5
Excellent service, clean, good appearance and excellent breakfast
- 5/5
Breakfast options were comparable to others at other hotel/motel establishments. The coffee was very good and the attendant was cheerful and quick to replenish what was consumed.
- 1/5
Terrible surrounding area
- 5/5
Over all hotel stay was excellent. Room was clean, hotel staff was friendly Breakfast could’ve been better but it was a continental breakfast. I would stay again.
- 2/5
Packed up and went home
- 4/5
Check in was very smooth, rooms good, nice clean sheets that smell great. Breakfast was just ok.
- 4/5
It was a good stay.
- 4/5
Good service
- 2/5
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Convenient to cruise ship terminal. However, there were many vagrants near the hotel and we heard gunshots during the night. Smelled marijuana in the hallway and near exit doors. Won’t stay there again.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
Room was fine. The area is so sketchy I felt the need to carry my gun all the time. People sleeping in the streets. Mentally unstable people everywhere. People were begging at Every red light. Won't ever go back.
- 1/5
Better service
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff pleasant clean room
- 5/5

- 2/5
The issue we had was the clientele. There are clearly locals living in the rooms. When going to and from our room we had to walk outside the back to another building very late. (we checked in at 10pm and checked out at 5:30 am so dark both times) we felt unsafe as there was people hanging out smoking pot and also loud music playing in the room next door. We dealt with the music until after 1 am when trying to sleep because we did not feel safe asking them to please quiet down. In addition when we checked out as we were waiting for our Uber inside a man and women were fighting in the lobby. They clearly were living at the hotel based some of what we overheard but it was VERY uncomfortable as the man threatened violence to the women. The staff totally ignored the fight as if it was an every day occurrence. I was so uncomfortable we decided to go outside in the dark to wait on the Uber. That backfired because as we weee standing outside a man on a bicycle showed up and we believed we witnessed a drug deal as someone from the hotel ran out and we saw an exchange we were uncomfortable with. Our Uber could not come fast enough!! Like I said i debated on thi review because the hotel itself was clean but I will never go back as I did not feel safe
- 5/5
Hotel stay was great! Small little shop in lobby for snacks. Hotel overall and room was clean and looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No bugs spottedanywhere! Didnt get to try the breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces. The area overall where the hotel is located is not the best; lots of homeless and drug addicts wandering around the streets. However, none on the property.
- 5/5
Good staff.Tess was great at th main desk.
- 5/5
Quite
- 5/5
Clean clean nice place great staff surrounding area not so nice
- 5/5
Check in was pleasant, the hotel was clean, and so was our room. Would definitely consider staying there again.
- 1/5
There are an abundance of panhandlers in the area of the hotel which made me feel unsafe. Additionally, the first room assigned # 241 smelled of smoke, had broken furniture, plastered holes in the bathroom, pealed paint, rusted towel holders, a lamp shade had some of liquid stains, etc. I videoed the condition of the room and presented it to a staff member at the front desk. She facilitated and second room # 224 and it was in somewhat better condition. However the sofa had a lot of stains. The ice machine was leaking in the hallway. The carpet throughout the hallways were stained. The horror movie The Shining comes to mind. I would NEVER stay nor recommend this location.
- 5/5
Great pricing on washer an dryer, comfortable sitting area
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options
- 5/5
Everything you need for a short break.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful; they let us check in early. Room smelled nice, was well put together, and the temperature inside was great. The staff member handling the breakfast bar was bright and full of energy; was also very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, every station very clean and well-stocked with plenty of options.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 2/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Peaceful
- 5/5
The front desk lady was really polite and informative. Rooms were decently clean. Bed was mega firm.
- 5/5
It was reasonably priced. Room was clean. Nothing really spectacular about it.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. No place to just walk and eat. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
From desk lady Tess was fantastic and so professional. super friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
everything graet
- 5/5
I had a great time, very convenient
- 3/5
It was Cheep, but didn't impress. I did inform the front desk about the toilet and AC at checkout.
- 5/5
Nice for the night
- 2/5
Location is definitely in the hood. Multiple homeless people walking around clearly on drugs. Pulled up to check in and there was a family sitting on the ground along the front of the building with all of their belongings. Breakfast was very basic. When checking in I was the 7th person in line. One good this is front staff was efficient and moved the line relatively fast.
- 5/5
It was friendly
- 5/5
It.was.good and safe
- 1/5
I was disappointed with my stay. The room had dusty fingerprints on the walls, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were also lizards inside, which was unsettling. Even worse, I noticed other guests openly using drugs on the property. On a positive note, the staff themselves were nice and polite, but overall the environment made me feel very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Awesome place. Skeptical at first, but super clean and bright and nice staff. Cedric and Desiree are the stars. Will be returning
- 5/5
Jessie was wonderful! Very helpful. Security staff in the lobby. Felt very safe! Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Reasonably priced.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Not a safe location to be outside. Homeless along the road
- 5/5
The young lady that checked me in was absolutely wonder. I didnt get the sister name but she works 3-11 shift. Friendly, clean, and cheap.
- 5/5
For breakfast it wouldn't hurt if you can add scramble eggs!!
- 5/5
Actually really nice inside, not a great area but great staff and clean.
- 5/5
Comfortable and convenient
- 5/5
Across the street are drug users that act like zombies all around
- 2/5
Dirty rooms…. Had to change room
- 3/5
I stayed here because it had breakfast in the morning. But they only served waffles, muffins cereal coffee and juice. I wasn’t happy about that. I won’t stay here again. Way too many homeless people outside of the hotel. Made me uncomfortable especially being with my kid.
- 2/5
This was not in a good area of town. They looked like they try to update the rooms but painted but didn't fix the holes in walls before painting. Lots of people hanging in streets outside of hotel.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 3/5
Our experience was pleasent after checking in. The staff at the front counter were loudly arguing with their manager on the telephone which made for an awkward situation and all elevators and exits smelled like Marijuana.
- 4/5
Staffs are friendly, but very inconvenient to locate the place
- 5/5
Close to everything in Tampa.
- 1/5
All aria is very Bad
- 4/5
Swrvies
- 1/5
The hotel itself its okay but the neighborhood its awful. Definitely not safe place. Also weird people on the parking lot. Ubers declined some trips. Not recommended
- 1/5
Double booked rooms, people banging in door at 3am stating we were in wrong room. Not great for families with small children.
- 1/5
Dirty. Big trash container for construction and trash out side window. Hallway stinked. Pool was definitely unclean. People blasting music and tv in rooms.
- 1/5
I have a TV that only get Spanish speaking channels I called the desk 2x and they said they have know one to assist until maybe 11om I check in at 4 this unacceptable that during my stay I could not watch Television. I'm pissed with the lack of customer service. Every time I book thru your service their is a problem I'm going to dispute this charge because Expedia generally leave the complaint with consumer and merchant
- 1/5
This property, “Quality Inn” is just a place for men, to bring women for short term moments…
- 4/5
My husband and I stayed here overnight after a conversation at the amphitheatre. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Didn't get to use the pool but it also looked very nice.
- 4/5
To begin with that hotel would be fantastic in a different area. The staff there were probably the nicest staff I have ever come across.. The inside of hotel Itself is clean. The rooms were remarkably clean with the exception of the outside hallways, which were extremely filthy. The area that the hotel is in on the other hand, seems extremely dangerous in my opinion, There are what seem to be drug addicted people surrounding that highway and underpass as you turn into the property. I truly wish they could transport the staff to a different location because they were A #1, especially the night attendant, Cedric I believe his name was, he was superb!!! I personally will not stay in that particular location again, but that is a hundred percent based on where it is.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, they provided boiled eggs and waffles for hot options. No microwave in the room, but there was one available in the breakfast area that could be used at all times. Staff were very kind and helpful. There was construction so we had to go around but wasn’t a big deal. A lot do homeless people right outside the property so just be mindful of returning to hotel at late hours.
- 3/5
Customer service was great! The property had too many ppl hanging around and the hallways in the hotel smelled like weed/smoke.
- 5/5
Good friendly
- 5/5
Friendly ataff. Had problems with the toilet. The tank wouldn't automatically refill, had to manually push the lever down after each flush. Accommodated an early check in.
- 3/5
We went to our first cruise and stayed here the day before our cruise starts. The hotel is so close to the port. We left our car parked in the hotel. They offered a service to transport us to the port which is less hustle so that’s a good service to offer. The breakfast is mediocre didn’t offer any hot breakfast when we stayed. Can’t access the pool because it’s close, that’s a bummer especially when it’s in the middle of July.
- 2/5
I didn't like we couldn't use the pool the whole trip. That what we went for. I didn't have the money to get another hotel. Will never go back.
- 3/5
The property was decent but sinks and showers only have hot water, they do not have cold or warm water. Their ice machine doesn’t have any ice either.
- 1/5
The staff was great. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. However the facility was under construction/renovations during our stay, which eventually will be a good thing, but should’ve been disclosed before letting someone book. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty, all vending machines were gone, all laundry facilities were inoperable, and the pool looked like a green swamp and was not maintained or usable. This is one of the main things we were looking forward to using, as we were here for 3 days. The area felt unsafe, with people loitering outside the side door when we arrived at night. The whole front entrance and lobby were closed off. There were guest openly smoking weed in the courtyard. It seemed like some rooms were being used for housing, but I’m not 100% sure on that. Driving up to the hotel there were people partying with open bottles and smoking on the sidewalk next to the road. This was a rough stay. I hope the renovations help, but in the meantime, they shouldn’t be booking, in my opinion.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and updated but property is in really rough area with only fast food around.
- 3/5
Checked in here late to catch a cruise the next morning and have a place to sleep. Room and hotel were clean and perfect for a quick nights sleep. Area around the property didn’t make me feel safe with many people spending hours loitering around wishing 2-3 blocks of the property. Didn’t make for a comfortable atmosphere when walking to an area food establishment at night.
- 4/5
The only thing is they need to clean the hallways for 2 days i see i cockroach outside and small inside the room but the other thing is no so bad
- 3/5
As soon as you walk into the hotel, cigarette smoke hits you. Renovations are being done right now, so it can be a bit chaotic during the day. The pool was closed the whole time during my stay. This hotel also can’t seem to keep clean or extra washcloths. It was such a struggle to get extra washcloths, but I eventually got them. The room itself was nice and clean. Also, once you exit the hotel’s parking lot, you can see that we’re not in the best part of the city from the beggars/homeless hanging around the corner. The breakfast could also be a bit better. Cereal, fruit, and waffles were the only items available. If you’re looking for something fairly cheap and quick, then book this hotel. If you want an actual hotel that has good room service/hospitality, hearty breakfasts, a pool, and nice scenery, then I suggest you look elsewhere.
- 5/5
The AC wasn’t working in the lobby or in the area where you eat at so it was a little uncomfortable being that it was in the middle of the summer in Tampa, but overall it was clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
No backup generator for power outages. Pool
- 1/5
Hotel is under reconstruction, pool is closed and green and someone was smoking weed right outside church in area. Ladies working at church in were very nice but do not control issues. Super disappointed. We left.
- 1/5
Phil DUSTY like it had been closed up for a while and not fresh. Did not eat the food. The hotel was under construction the free breakfast consisted of cold foods only and too many homeless people in and out of the hotel looking like they hadn’t bathed or showered in weeks sleeping out on the lawn, the pool was black not comfortable at all
- 3/5
Pool was out of order, lots of homeless people around, not a good part of town, and on Saturday night I saw someone getting jacked off in the courtyard
- 3/5
The staff were kind. I landed earlier than the check-in and they were able to allow me to check in early once a room became available. The complementary breakfast was nice. The room was clean. It was just very simple, and almost too simple.
- 1/5
It's summer time, and we booked based on the pictures of the pool, and there was no pool. Homeless people are all around the property. I drove to the property and left.... At the cost and went to book at another hotel as advertised
- 5/5
This property is an oasis in a kinda sketchy part of town. The Ybor City area can be tough - some sections are fine, others, not so much. This hotel is set off the street by the location of their parking lots, and it is a little more hidden and protected. The other nearby properties are nowhere near as appealing, and the Quality Inn is the obvious choice in this area. The property is very clean, our room was updated, and they were doing further improvements to the appearance of the building while we were there. The workmen didn't disturb our rest at all, they worked during "awake" hours. The staff were all friendly, check-in was efficient, and it was only a short distance to our activity downtown in the tourist district. Solid choice in this location.
- 5/5
Newly renovated property, friendly and helpful staff, security officer on site
- 1/5
Cedric at front desk was great. However the property was not safe. All exit doors were open upon arrival in the afternoon allowing for anyone to enter the building. Outsiders entered the Pool and later started banging at doors on the second floor.
- 1/5
When we were driving in, the area in itself was not safe and there were many people laying in the road and sitting in the road. When checking in, the front desk lady was very nice she was very thorough with the check in. The first floor was being renovated so a handicap room was not available which we booked. To get us away from the noise she moved us to the second floor where there was no direct entrance and no elevators. We got to our room and opened the door and was met with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. We could not enter the room as the smell was so strong. We returned to the front desk and told the lady our dilemma and she graciously moved us to another room. We got back up to our new room and noticed right away the stains on the walls, on the comforters, and the rusted bathroom. We pulled back our sheets and were met with more stains and hair everywhere. We were disgusted. We immediately left the room and put our stuff in the car and went back to the front desk and waited to talk to the lady again. In this time, we watched some of the same people who were in the street on our way in walk through the lobby (visibly unwell) and straight out to the pool area. We requested a refund and had to utilize our third party in which we booked. Since this experience we and our third party booking site have not been able to get in touch with the manager who was informed of the situation.
- 1/5
canceled because the area around it wasn't good and they denied a refund. Never book at the Q
- 1/5
Place in the hood, stay away.
- 5/5
My kids like it
- 4/5
Very fast check in, very clean the bed wasn’t too friendly it was hard
- 3/5
My only issue was a broken bed. It was like lying in a trough. I had to move to the other side of the bed in order to sleep.
- 4/5
Beds were EXTREMELY FIRM. Not in a good way. The AC was out and it was extremely hot in the lobby but the biggest disappointment was their “continental” breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean and same like a pics .Good breakfast and location
- 5/5
Very pleasant staff. Secured building( which I loved) and breakfast too I recommend
- 1/5
It was awful. The hotel has to have a fence around due to the area it is in. The toliet quit working at 2:30am(it would t flush) called the help desk and no one showed up after they said they would be there in a minute. We saw several roaches and bugs in the room.
- 4/5
Loved the Staff. Area around the location is questionable.
- 3/5
Location
- 4/5
Room was clean, except for the ac unit, i have health issues and didnt catch on until i left and was shutting the ac off, i could see how dusty it was, Wifi didnt work when i tried using it, and the room was next to the ice machine, it was loud enough to give me problems trying to fall asleep, but when i did fall asleep it did nothing to wake me, i would stay here again, it was a very nice hotel and if i need to stay out rhere again, i would, but be more focused on my problems from the previous
- 2/5
There were bugs in the room. We saw someone using drugs in the parking lot next door. Security was present at all times though. Shuttle was prompt and driver friendly.
- 4/5
The neighborhood is sketchy. The hotel was very nice. They had Security visible. The rooms were modern and clean
- 3/5
Online does not reflect in-person. Expected more for the price. The front desk was very nice and attentive. Got us checked in early and checked out later. Hotel could use some updating. Ok hotel for one night stay.
- 5/5
The hotel and staff is good. The area has a large amount of homeless people. Hotel has security on site walking in parking lot. Never felt unsafe but....large amounts of homeless!
- 1/5
I reserved 6 rooms and they charged me for 7. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. They had been smoked in. It was so bad I asked to be moved. They did not move me. Instead they offered an ozone machine to be placed in the room while I was in it which is unsafe. All pictures are misleading. Staff was not helpful. It is a terrible place to stay. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.
- 5/5
Thank You!
- 4/5
First world problems to be sure.
- 4/5
I read some of the reviews after I stayed actually and some had some strong negative feedback. Does it smell like weed? Yes, very much so. But so do many places I’ve stayed that were more expensive. Yes, there’s a second building that is not attached to the main one. I did not have any issues with the security lock to enter the building. Were there a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot? Yes. One lady was sleeping in her car. The few people I did interact with didn’t bother me and seemed nice enough. They obviously do have safety concerns of some kind, because even at 8pm the front desk had to unlock the door to check in. They had the sliding doors locked. Alright fair, given the number of people wandering the parking lot and nearby, I could understand why. The surrounding area is run down and coming back from the casino at 2am, there was what appeared to be a gang on their bicycles hanging out in the middle of the road. There was also a police car parked nearby, so I guess they had it under control. Again, no one bothered me. Would I stay there again? Sure, if it was just a one night stop over. The room was great and clean.
- 1/5
This property is no where near Ybor City. This is an extremely bad neighborhood. We did not check in or stay.
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly - we only spent one night and I left notes for repair of faulty fixtures, hopefully they were addressed.
- 2/5
Tell the woman with the black wool hat that the overhead scanner at the sliding door reads your room card. She wanted me to go 10 feet away and scan my card on the wall reader HIDDEN by the tree. Tell the restaurant people to get thicker, non flexible knives, bc the ones they have bend when attempting to cut waffles. i believe the website says there is an in room microwave, there is not.
- 5/5
Lugar limpio y buena atencion
- 4/5
Room was nice. Breakfast was not a lot on the menu. Over all it was okay
- 4/5
Satff was amazing upon arrival, checking in was easy and not stressful. Room were clean and spacious, parking close and not crowded. For a weekend getaway it was nice!!
- 3/5
Not bad. Located really close to ybor
- 1/5
Floor was sticky and no carpet in the room
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable although the room had alot cosmetic issues. The location of the hotel is surrounded by homeless encampments. During breakfast, the people come off the streets and eat. At one point, a homeless lady sucked down her cereal at the bar, slurping up the milk while she stood and cooked 2 bagels, and then left.
- 3/5
The front staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and nice willing to talk. The pool was clean and there was plenty of shelter in case it rained. The parking was a little difficult if you can’t walk. They had security and I only saw one homeless person. I would definitely stay there again and again and again.
- 2/5
Great price, very clean, staff are super friendly, but the hotel is in the hood, felt very unsafe whenever I left the hotel. But would recommend if you just need a place to stay.
- 5/5
Hotel was kept clean and smelled clean. Water pressure in the shower was weak. But otherwise a pleasant experience. We would stay here again. Beware there are a lot of homeless on the streets around the hotel, but this isn't the hotels fault. We zero issues and felt safe while on property.
- 3/5
The whole floor smelled like marijuana
- 5/5
Some areas of the hotel were a little questionable and the area was kind of scary, bad neighborhood. Some homeless people hanging out around the property. But we had no issues from them during our stay. Also parked our vehicle for 10 days on the property and no issues.
- 1/5
Hair in the bathroom roaches on the floor and lots of homeless people in the streets and entrances. They were stopping cars peeing in the open and shooting up. NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL !!!
- 4/5
A lot of homeless people are on the streets outside of property
