The staff members were very nice and helpful. Even printed a document for us.

The staff was friendly and provided fast service. Although our room was clean and presentable the rest of the property was not entirely visually appealing. There were many puddles throughout the walkways of the hotel as well as bugs. In the outdoor seating areas we noticed ripped and stained seat cushions. As well the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about.

I had a great time with my family it is not fancy but I definitely enjoyed my stay. Everyone had plenty of things to do! and I also loved that the rooms are around the pool for easy access. Everyone was nice.

Stayed in a room with a double bed and sofa bed. The room was adequate but there was a huge patched hole in the bathroom that looked terribly repaired. The staff assisted with our requests but we were told that the hotel had a shortage of towels and washcloths when we needed extra. For a 2 night stay, the hotel served its purpose while we waited for our cruise day. But I would not stay here again.

We had five suites rented. Our bathtub in one room will not drain and we talked to staff about it several times with no resolution. So for three days we could not shower in our room. Additionally, we had two towels in a suite for 5 people and when we asked the staff we were told that is all they have. One employee was kind enough to look in unoccupied rooms and get some.

Staff is very helpful and overall the experience is good. Complimentary breakfast has limited options, cannot complain though since it is complimentary

Nice pool area with very nice seating. Very good breakfast, comfy room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay if you are going to Busch Gardens Tampa. They even have a shuttle that will take you to the park and come get you when you are ready to come back to the hotel at no cost, that is worth the stay in itself, not to mention that the parking at the hotel is at NO cost. This was a great choice for us! Oh and the hot breakfast buffet was also good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. The only complaint I have is with the fact there was no one attending the pool area. There were multiple incidents with people jumping off of the waterfall and kids with no supervision at the pool being rude and using foul language

Property was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean. We ended up with a clogged toilet. We called the front desk for a plunger. We were told the maintenance crew wouldn’t be back until the morning and they did not have a plunger. Thought that was really strange. We had a suite with five people. There was no way we could have not gone all night without being able to flush the toilet. After 45 minutes we were changed to another room. But other than that it was a nice place.

What bothered me the most was that hotel staff entered my room despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed. This made me feel uncomfortable and that my privacy was not being respected.

Older property but really well maintained. Clean, comfortable, as well as a great location for Busch Gardens. There is a great Indian restaurant on site as well.

We did not use the shuttle to go to Busch Gardens, but it is very cool that they have an option to utilize transportation to the parks.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my two children and everything was fantastic! Everything was clean, pool was amazing with lawnside activities like a giant chess board and corn hole and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Will be returning again soon!

It's needs a good upgrading and/or a good cleaning. I could tell the age of the buildings/rooms from the dustand dirt collected over the years that are just layered into of each other that they now look like part of the room. Corners areas, the tiles skirting board has layers of dust and dirt stucked to it. The tiles in the bathroom needs a good scrub to show it's true color. It really just looks like the minimum cleaning is done there. The staff was very nice. Breakfast area needs to be reorganized, it's too cramped

Hotel staff informed me that I would receive a refund due to the circumstances. However, it has now been over a week, and I have had to repeatedly call and explain the situation over and over while still waiting for the promised refund. Additionally, the hotel was not as advertised online. The condition and overall experience did not match the descriptions or expectations presented during booking. I am disappointed by both the lack of follow-through regarding the refund and the misleading representation of the property.

The property was a great value and the perfect location for Busch Gardens trip. I especially chose it because of the pool. Unfortunately when we went to use the pool a pool toy had broken and it was full of bean bag styrofoam, we alerted the front desk, no one came to clean it. When leaving the following day, the debris still littered the water.

Not much Bugs. In the room. Hotel crew wasn’t helpful since the cleaning team wasn’t there. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Great stay! Housekeeping didn’t come despite leaving door sign and so towels and trash really piled up for us. Staff seemed reluctant to remedy it well.

Overall, had a great stay. The staff were professional and courteous. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and love the 2 tv’s. My only complaint was the cleaning lady either forgot to sweep or just didn’t do a great job. There were dustballs on the floor and I even found a ball of paper sitting under the table. The housekeeper should have been more thorough.

The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast. I didn’t personally eat it, but from what I saw during cleanup one morning, it appeared to be a typical hot hotel breakfast with standard buffet options. Another nice perk was the free shuttle service to Busch Gardens, available upon request. My room was clean and included a private balcony, which I enjoyed. The only downside was the love bugs, but that’s really more of a Florida issue than a hotel issue. The staff was actively using blowers on each floor to help keep them away from the rooms.

Our stay at Oasis Bay Suites over Memorial Day weekend exceeded every expectation from check-in to check-out! The staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home the entire stay. The suite was spotless, modern, spacious, and honestly even better in person than the photos — the pictures truly do not do it justice. Breakfast every morning was outstanding with so many delicious choices available. The pool area was refreshing, relaxing, and such a fun atmosphere with a live DJ and mimosas by the pool during the holiday weekend. It really made the experience feel extra special. One of the biggest perks was the FREE shuttle service to the parks, which saved us about $84 in parking fees alone! On top of that, parking at the hotel itself was completely free and there was always plenty of space available. Everything about this stay was convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable. We were beyond impressed and will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Tampa. Highly recommend! We couldn't stay longer

The complementary breakfast was good for being included in the price. The restaurant attached to the property was decent as well. Just steps from Busch Gardens if wanting to go there. This is a great place to stay! Rooms are very spacious and well laid out and appointed. Great for a family. Pool area was quiet and relaxing and very well maintained. Although there is advertising of happy hour starting at 4, the bar didn't actually open till 5 while I was there. Shuttle driver was very friendly and fun to talk to!!! Food for breakfast was hot and fresh and the area was kept stocked and fresh.

The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. The issue we had was that in the middle of the nights, we had some kids knocking on the door and running. We could hear them giggle and running, at around 2am. It was not good. The breakfast was really nice.

The pics doesn’t do it justice. Oasis Bay Suites are really nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. I would definitely consider staying at Oasis Bay Suites again on my next trip to Tampa, Florida.

Was an amazing experience.

The Oasis Bay Hotel was a nice pick for my family of 4 considering other options of hotels in the area. The price was very affordable for our weekend stay, the pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was quite tasty. Cleanliness of the facilities and the rooms were good but could have been better, I did do a bit of cleaning to our designated room but nothing crazy. Our AC unit in our room wasn’t the greatest either. They did offer another room the night before check out but declined to move since I had already cleaned our room and didn’t feel like transitioning all our things to another room. The bugs outside were a nuisance and kind of gross, it was a lot of them as soon as you open the door. They were harmful but they seem to have invaded the property. Unsure if tying to get rid of them is possible but they should try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to to stay in.

This was the 2nd time staying here. It is a nice place and affordable. The rooms are clean and nice. The only issue and I think it's only when it's raining is the tv connection goes out. The complementary breakfast was ok. Other than that it is a nice place to stay at.

We liked the comfort of the King bed and pillows and the location was close to all our desired destinations including the Yuengling Center. AC was fantastic and the room didnt smell unpleasant at all. Actual fresh fruit at free breakfast! We stayed here for two nights and unfortunately were pretty disappointed overall. One of the first things we noticed was the inconsistency in pricing at the market area. A bottle of water was originally $1.50, but every time we went back, the price seemed to change depending on which employee was working. Being in Florida, seeing palmetto bugs isn’t shocking, but there was also a possum roaming around the courtyard at night, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff throughout our stay came across as cold, short, and generally unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the room itself was underwhelming. The door had to be pulled extremely hard just to properly close and lock. The “kitchenette” was also misleading — most hotels at least provide a microwave and mini fridge, and in our room the sink faucet barely worked aside from the hose attachment. Another unsettling moment was seeing a landscaping worker walking around the property carrying a large kitchen knife, which felt very inappropriate and uncomfortable for guests to witness. The TV quality was poor, the pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, and overall the room had a very dated, almost hospice-like atmosphere. We expected much more based on the pricing and advertising.

The room was very nice, the bedroom door was hard to close because the door was too big for the frame. Was a bit upset the tv had no wifi, so it was practically unusable outside of cable shows but I still got to watch Law & Order. Check in was easy, the staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Would stay here again

The pool was scenic and having an attached restaurant and bar were positives. Claiming this hotel as a 4-star hotel as it’s listed is incredibly ingenuous. It absolutely gives the feel of a converted motel, especially since it’s one of the few “hotels” in the immediate area around it, which is surrounded by abandoned motels. On top of that, I was greeted to a room absolutely filled with lovebugs top to bottom, so many I actually had to request a room chance, only to receive my new room that was only marginally less filled with lovebugs. The entry doors to the rooms in this hotel have no rubber track on the bottoms to seal them from the outside, and instead are wide open and allow every single bug to come in easier than ever. Combining every negative listed above, this hotel was also more expensive than an actual reputable hotel chain (Marriot, Holiday Inn, etc.) which I would have been much better going with instead.

The proximity to Busch Gardens was a plus. The uniqueness of it being like an inward facing motel was certainly interesting. The pool & breakfast buffet were nice. The shuttle to the park was not running due to vehicle maintenance & nothing was said ahead of time. No copensation was given for rideshare to/from the park, even after doing what was asked to do by hotel staff. Roach was found in the bathroom, may have gotten in by alternative means, but still... a roach.

It was a place to rest your head. It wasn't the best hotel I have stayed at nor was it the worst. The tub/bathroom was a little on the dingy side, one blanket that was on the bed, the bugs on the outside that snuck their way into the rooms was awful. I would say it just needs some updates.

Very clean and the lobby smelled amazing. They straightened the room and refreshed towels but didn't make the bed or sweep the floors in our room the 3 days we were there. Not a deal breaker, but that could have been better. Breakfast is not great but again not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

The Hotel was at the perfect location for Busch Gardens! While on the shuttle we realized that we left our daughter’s stroller. We asked to be taken back to the hotel to grab it and it was no problem for the driver! Had the best time

Breakfast was just okay but no complaints, staff were very nice. Room okay too. Location ? Depends where you want to go but a bit far from Raymond James Stadium. I like the pool part! All in all I would recommend staying here since the staff were nice and accommodating and the stay was comfortable.

I stayed there for the University of South Florida graduation ceremony and used the free time to go to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The hotel is very well located for both activities. The staff are very kind, and we also had some time to relax by the pool. The hotel could provide flatter pillows

Room was quiet. Pool was quite loud with loud music and a bunch of guests were pretty drunk playing loud music. Room was not cleaned enough. There were hand prints all over the head board. Which were very visible. Linens had stains on them.

The housekeeping staff walks in the rooms unannounced or without announcing themselves before entering the room. That’s completely unacceptable, unsafe, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Bugs everywhere all over the lobby floor, and they just sat there and did nothing and I mean dead and alive bugs all over. Had bugs crawling under our door and flying all outside of it. Couch was dirty you can tell it wasn’t really cleaned I think because we wanted to check I. Early which is still no excuse.

Completely satisfied with the Facility) breakfast was a little off but just for my pallet plenty of options. Staff was amazing TV in the bedroom didn’t function correctly, but they came up and fixed it and super helpful.

The property has a pool that is nice. But the property/rooms needs attention our room had broken cabinets and the flusher in the toilet didn’t work. We were a family of 5 that reserved a 2 queen room but they only had king rooms left when we checked in. The hotel was full on termites everywhere. The breakfast was ok for being included. Plus side is the property is super close to the park.

I love the shady area to relax in, and the outdoor tables to work in the shade. The sofa in the room was comfortable. Housekeeping came to check on our needs. There were no softer pillows on our room. The body soap was either empty or had a broken pump. There was only enough coffee in the room for 1 cup each.

Property was close to USF, nice size pool, outdoor area play games/socialize and rooms were big. It is old and needs an upgrade.

Access to parking only from front entrance was cumbersome with luggage.

The location was just a little dark at night. I was pretty scared the first night but everything turned out well.

Great hotel with an old school feel to it. We were able to park in the morning and take the shuttle to the park all day then check in after and it worked out great! The size of the room is good and excellent if you're staying longer than overnight. The breakfast was good but food ran out pretty fast. The walls to the rooms are paper thin so hopefully you get an empty room next to you or respectful neighbors, we weren't so lucky. The bar serves pretty late but someone threw up all over the ground outside of the elevator and it sat there all night so you had to dodge it to use the elevator. Parking is tight and limited in front of the hotel so if you park in the back just know the surrounding streets are sketchy.

The cleanliness was below standard. During my stay I had to ask housekeeping to come sweep up dead bugs from the room, and there were even bug remains rolled up inside the window shade. The shower was also visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly for a while. I never felt comfortable in the room because I was constantly worried about bugs or whether surfaces were actually clean. The only positive part of the property was the pool area, although after the condition of the room, I even questioned how well that was maintained too.

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Oasis Bay. We wanted to stay at the hotel and not venture to our sight seeing destinations because we enjoyed it so much.

My friend and I didn’t stay long but it was a good place to stay during our extremely short trip. It was clean and the pool was nicely maintained. I don’t know if anyone else has had weird experiences checking in though. It must be because we are using Expedia for a reservation but the person at the front desk awkwardly took longer than it should to check us in without explaining much. Kinda stilted and odd. Not the best first impression.

Great location close to theme parks and restaurants

Start off with the warm welcome I received from gentleman working at 3pm. Room was very clean and I needed nothing. Pool was nice and clean. Could shut off heater during daytime. Pool Bar just opening will be great once they have TV and music playing. All you can eat breakfast buffet was nice but should have plain bagels also. Shuttle service to parks was great. Hardly no wait time. Only good things to say about this hotel, also India restaurant in hotel has excellent homemade food. I think I covered everything and hope to come back to Tampa soon and Oasis Bay Suites is definitely where I will stay.

Stayed here with my family for a weekend; 2 rooms were booked. We had problems with our doors. One door wouldn't unlock with our keys, so we had to go to the lobby and get them changed twice. And the other room door did not lock at all. My relatives were able to go in and out without using the room key. Another thing is that the rooms only had 2 towels each. We had to go down to the lobby to ask for more towels. Thankfully, the staff was very helpful but I wish I didn't have to write about these things, especially about the doors. But overall, we were close to a lot of things around Tampa and the place was good.

Stayed here for the BTS concert and it had everything we need! Was able to check in early for $30 and our hotel room was nice and clean. Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. There was a little kitchenette area that had a sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and some cabinets. Free breakfast was available and included eggs, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The pool was heated (a little too heated maybe?) but was nice regardless and pool towels were available as well. The green space next to it had lots of lounging chairs and a giant chessboard w/ chess pieces to play the game. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The walls are paper thin! I had to listen to the television next door from 11 until 4 am. I could hear every word!!

The hot breakfast was great, with lots of options. Staff was great. Room very spacious and clean. Outside pool and patio area superb. Suite room was perfect. Only precaution is if a guest has mobility issues to request a room near the front of the hotel. There is only one entrance and if your room is on the other side of the round property layout there will be a good bit of walking with bags, etc. to get to and from your room.

A very good price for a resort hotel. I stayed twice last month. My rooms were large, with a separate bedroom with a door that closes. The thermostats in the rooms were a little tricky - but I was able to figure them out. It is not the newest property but seems well maintained.

I liked the facility boutique feel, onsite restaurant and distance from airport. Breakfast hours could have been displayed many guests including myself were given the wrong information. The room service number staff did not answer. The room has zero plates, cups nor any utensils for use in the kitchenette area.

Nice quiet place for a hotel stay in Tampa. The pool was really nice to have and the outer lounge courtyard was great. Staff was somewhat helpful - seemed a little lax security wise at front desk and somewhat friendly. I ended up getting confused with a different booking because of our similar names and walked into someone else’s room. Then our air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to switch rooms. Nice layout of room with suite including pull out couch and kitchenette! Breakfast is free with decent selection, mostly like easy prep dishes, breads, cereal. Overall nice stay but I think they have some things to improve to help make things a little more safe and welcoming.

The overall stay was very pleasant. We can't wait to visit again. I wish I could have stayed longer. The love bugs and gnats that are common to the area, but that is not the hotels fault.

The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. All hotel rooms are suites containing a comfortable sitting area and an attached bedroom. The sitting area contains a couch, a writing table, and a television. There is also a sink with cabinets for storage and a coffee maker. The attached bedroom is quite large, with plenty of closet and cabinet storage, as well as a second television and a telephone. The bathroom is somewhat smaller, but more than adequate. There is more than adequate free parking and the parking area is gated, well lighted and secure. The hotel itself is built surrounding an enclosed courtyard. The courtyard has a large sitting area, an oversized garden chess board, comfortable and shaded seating, and a swimming pool. Next to the pool is an outside wet bar. There is also an exercise room and a restaurant on the property. A very nice place to stay!

Room was a good size. Staff were friendly, daughter loved the pool and central area of the hotel. Breakfast was just ok and bar and restaurant seemed to have variable hours. Room was pretty clean but could see some areas of decline, mildew in corners and few missed minor spots, overall very solid place to stay with a family just outside of Tampa.

This place was very clean and neat. It felt like you were at a Disney resort. Very affordable. Will most definitely recommend if you’re on a trip with family, friends, or your partner. Busch gardens is literally right across the street.

Las habitaciones son bien grandes como pequeños departamentos, la piscina climatizada y limpia abierta desde bien temprano en la mañana hasta las 10pm ahora en horario de verano. El desayuno es bastante variado para la categoría del hotel. En la noche ofrecen servicio de cena, un bufete de comida Indu y aparte tienen otras especialidades en el menú. La instalación también tiene una pequeña tienda en el lobby para comprar agua, zumos, helados algunas cositas de picoteo. En el lobby también mantienen constantemente agua y café para todos los huéspedes. Consta aparte de la piscina de un área de juegos y descanso muy acogedora. A pesar de que no está en el mismo centro de Tampa es una buena opción si quieres economizar. Justo detrás del hotel está la entrada al parque de atracciones.

The location was great and the room was super comfy. The pool was great and all the outside sitting areas we fantastic. We found several stains on blankets/sheets in our room.

The staff were very kind to us and helpful if we needed anything. The hotel's "market" items were actually reasonably priced which was a pleasent surprise compared to other hotels. Breakfast was delicious and they had more variety than expected. Our room was well cleaned and the AC worked perfectly. We were not informed that breakfast ends an hour early on weekdays, only that breakfast was served 7-10am. Our beds, the queen and the sofa, were uncomfortable with very flat pillows. Also, the walls were extremely thin so we could hear the other guests night and day.

I love that even if you didn't have a car, you could walk about 20-25 mins north and there are a lot of food options. The best thing for me was Mr. Shiva. The staff at the front desk. He was was very warm, friendly, and made sure that everything I needed was settled. I would stay here again next time I visit Tampa.

We were here for a basketball tournament. They welcomed us while we waited in between games. Very nice common areas that kept the boys entertained. There were flying termites everywhere at evening hours. I know its Florida but they were all over everything and everyone.

The hotel was OK for what it is. Two things really are going for this property is the buffet breakfast and the pool area. The pool is heated and the pancake/sausage/egg/toast/muffin/fruit/potatoes breakfast is just what you need for a parkday, before and after. The things that brought this hotels rating down for me was the cleanliness. Our room seemed fine except for the bathroom. It almost seems like the bathroom got skipped for our room before we checked in. The towels had some sort of yellow crust on them(towel/hand towel/washrag set up) and the toilet had some excrement on the outside that could easily be seen. We checked in late, so we exchanged the towels and my husband wiped it, but gross. Outside of the excrement(again gross), the hotel could use some updating and minor repairs like having a quicker function AC to more efficiently cool down the room(it took forever to get to 72 at night) and fixing door handles(the one for our bathroom fell off).

Breakfast was just okay and dinner was Indian cuisine, not sure if it was just the one night we were there, so we ordwred burger and fries. Looked not as good as pic on menu and very small portion of fries for the price. We were still hungry afterwards. BUT the staff was great and room was ok.

• I love the space overall! Upon entering, the lobby smelled and looked amazing! The staff was very courteous. The grounds were clean as well. I loved that they served hot breakfast too. The price we paid was super affordable. We were visiting Busch Gardens, so the location was spectacular! I also loved the pavilion area. It provided an additional entertainment and relaxation area for those who didn't want to get into the pool. Playing corn hole was a plus! My husband and I were hooked on playing and got a chance to chat and play with other guests too! Upon entering the room, we didn't get that fresh smell Instead, it smelled like a mix of coffee and smoke. The floor felt like it hadn't been swept. The sheets and blanket weren't the cleanest. When staying away from home, clean sheets are important. The sheets and comforter had a soiled spot on them, unfortunately. A sign was up that stated NO PETS in the pool area, but a guest had their dogs sitting on the lounge chairs in the pool area. I understand being an animal lover, but sitting furry pets where other people will eventually sit with wet bodies is inconsiderate and unsanitary. Improving upon these issues would make this a superb place to stay. I know they can do it!?

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The rooms are phenomenal. They were clean. The staff was amazing. The area was great. It was easy to get around the amenities at the hotel were great. They had an outdoor area, they had a great pool. We had such a great time that anytime we come back to Tampa. This is where we are going to stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was hot with sausage and eggs. For those going to Busch Gardens, the hotel has a shuttle bus to take you there. I would stay there again.

I killed 3 cockroaches but property’s clean. I realize we are in Fla. so I notified front desk. Only problem I had was a drunk man wondering the parking lot walked up to our patio like he was going to come all the way to door. He was in bushes when I seen him thru the curtain crack. I yell at him thru glass he backed up and let. I notified desk. Their pool bar and complementary drink is non existent. Gyms ok. There are no pool rules. That area was popping with loud teens til 3 am so I don’t recommend ground floor. Staff was pleasant and everything was clean breakfast was decent.

The staff were extremely friendly! Room was clean however our sink has some hair in the bowl upon arrival seems like it wasn’t cleaned prior. Outdoor pool is not HEATED so keep in mind if planning a late night swim! Bar area near the pool was under maintenance there was no bar available on the property extremely upsetting. Breakfast wasn’t the best thing ever. Bush gardens and Yingling brewery is walkable distance which is a plus if planning to attend :) will not be staying here again!

You get what you pay for. The rooms are really dated and not well cleaned. Our room floor was dusty, the furniture was dated and cabinets were broken. The tub was slick and slippery. The balcony had a light which had no switch so even with blinds closed we had light coming in all night.

We choose the hotel due to its proximity to Busch Gardens. Luckily the staff at check in were friendly and welcoming because for 6 adults it was a squeeze and I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer than 1 night, the sofa bed was uncomfortable to say the least, and having to walk through the bedroom to gain access to the bathroom isn't ideal. We didn't have enough towels for 6 guests either so we had to share, although I'm sure had we asked we would have been provided more. And had we spent any longer in the room there was no where to sit other than the sofa bed or two chairs so we couldn't have spent an evening as a group in the room.

Shuttle was convenient. Beds were made daily for our stay and tidied up the room. Pool and breakfast offerings were up to par.

The breakfast was very good. It has the best selection for a continental breakfast . Everything was freshly made and hot. You don't need to go out for breakfast when you stay here.

We stayed for a quick overnight to visit friends. The place had a fun vibe. We would definitely stay there again. All updated rooms and new furniture. Very clean and comfortable beds.

The room was clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for anything more except maybe warmer weather so I could’ve enjoyed the gorgeous pool.

Stay was just good. I was able to check in an hour and a half early with no prior communication to the hotel of my arrival, which was awesome! I did need a touch up from house keeping for minor cleaning when I checked in. Housekeeping could work on their phone call skills and communication when a guest is calling them. I did not ask for a solution for this, but the streaming services were not available on our TV for some reason. But we had cable. Beds were comfy. Tiny balcony is nice. “No smoking on property” but do not fret, just not in rooms. You can smoke on your tiny balcony. I saw a housekeeper smoking at the entrance. Seems fine. Breakfast here was pretty awesome in my opinion, lots of good variety to choose from and lots of seating. I would recommend visiting the continental breakfast.

Our stay was fine other than the issue with the tv. First night we arrived we could only hear the tv, but could not view the picture/ show. The next day someone did come to our room to assist but still only 4 channels available to view. With the amount of money spent for the weekend at this hotel. I felt and feel that this is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

Expedia stated there was a shuttle to Busch Gardens and we were disappointed to find out that it was no longer running. So we then had to get an early check-in for a fee and pay for parking. We didnt want to leave all of our bags in the parking lot at Busch gardens. Hotel was pretty good but the restaurant and bar were not open either. I probably would not stay her again unless the shuttle is back.

Friendly staff, but shuttle to Busch Gardens (a main reason we stayed here) wasn't working the entire 4 days we were there. There must have only been one. Mostly clean, but upon check in there was a bug/larvae looking item next to the mini fridge sink area. Front desk didn't offer to do anything as far as discount room for a night or clean it, and I had to ask for something to clean it myself. Walls pretty thin, but overall decent place to stay considering the area surrounding is really run down.

The hotel was good overall. Nice pool, the campus was relatively clean, free breakfast was decent. That said, our pullout couch was not clean. When I opened it, there were still dirty sheets and pillows wedged inside, so clearly no one had inspected or cleaned it. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the wardrobe, the bathroom sink did not drain, and there was an odd gas-like smell in the bathroom. The biggest disappointment, though, was the fact that the shuttle to Busch Gardens was out of service. That was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel - I didn’t want to deal with (and pay for!) parking. It would have been helpful if they could have offered discounted parking or partnered with one of the other hotels to help with the service.

We booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a shuttle to Bush Gardens. We were told at check in there was no shuttle because it broke down. We asked for compensation and got nothing. We then had to pay for a Lyft each time we went to the park. The restaurant was not open any of the days we were there. The complementary breakfast was fair at most. The area surrounding the hotel did not look safe to walk anywhere. The green space and pool at the hotel were very nice. The rooms were very large and had a separate seating area which was a plus.

I believe this is quite early, especially since most hotels offer breakfast until around 10:00 AM. This limited our experience and was disappointing, as we were unable to take advantage of this service. I hope this can be improved to provide a better experience for future guests.

This place was neat. We loved the tropical vibes and mid century style. The staff were amazing, allowed us to check in early and late. The shuttle to Busch Gardens was down so they reimbursed the guests for their Uber rides. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The pool was perfect for sunbathing and for kids. I wish the outdoor bar was open, that would have made it that much better. The breakfast was fair but they had options like yogurt and fresh fruit that made up for the mediocrity. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Pictures for this location are deceiving. Staff is friendly, but not very talkative. The property if very old and average at best regarding maintenance. Our room has several large spider webs in the ceiling corners and several large spiders had to be taken care of during our stay. The bathtub and surround had black mold growth. There is a deck patio area with an outside light that cannont be turned off, so your room is lighted all night long. The coffee vats in the lobby were always empty and not filled whenever I attempted to get coffee several times during the day, Room Key cards had to programmed every day because they apparently can program to work for your entire stay. I personally would not stay here again.

The Oasis was everything we needed - the price was fair and the customer service was excellent. Amenities were 10/10, rooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. They had laundry and a restaurant on site and the pool temperature is perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean room, friendly staff. Had a very pleasent stay

Impress with the rooms and court yard!

Things were okay.

This hotel is very convenient for travelers to Busch Gardens theme park or to the University of South Florida. It’s been updated and was overall clean and well maintained. This is in a fairly busy area with lots of tourist traveling to the nearby theme park. One thing to note is my room on the third floor had the exterior building bright lights shining all night long and it was impossible to have a dark room to sleep due to the light shining around the windows ( see photo taken at midnite). .

Room was cleaned daily and replenished with fresh linen, staff was pleasant, outdoor area was very nice.

The room was clean, sadly water in the shower didn’t drain properly and you got to shower on a puddle. Breakfast was just ok, very basic. We had 6 pillows for 4 people, I asked for two more so we each would have 2 and I was told they didn’t have more pillows…

Clean, spacious room and pretty property just a quick shuttle from Busch Gardens!

I was very impressed with staff and the property. The rooms were very nice, clean. It’s definitely a great hotel for individual and especially if you have family as well. The only thing i would say needs improvement is the free breakfast choice. Not a deal breaker for me because we just decided to dine out for breakfast after the first day. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Tampa in the future.

Good Place

Nice pool and courtyard. Friendly staff. Had to keep reprogramming keys. No hot water at sinks but had it in shower so not sure why. Tubs were painted and scuffed pretty bad so need some attention. I would stay again because overall it was clean and the staff was good. Front lobby and courtyard were nice.

I stayed at Oasis Suites in Tampa, Florida, and overall had a decent experience. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. The location is convenient and close to many places around Tampa, which made getting around easy.

What a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and more than accommodating. We were given early check in and late check out. The bed was comfortable and the coffee on point . Fantastic variety of nearby authentic foods available as well as the breakfast and dinner buffet located adjacent to very beautiful pool area. Highly recommend.

We left the room at 9am, I told one of the staff to change the sheets and towls and clean the room. The day we rented the room on of the beds the sheets were dirty that i had it cheered the othe bed with my daughter and my husband sleep in the sofa. Were too tire to go and complain because they already changed us one time already. The next day at 9am we left the room but before we left i spoke with one of the staff and i explained to her the situation, she said she was going to talk to whoever was in charge to clean that room. We got back by 2:30 in the afternoon, the room door was open, the room wasn't clean at all. I spoke with the manager that and they just sai that were sorry also the exit door doesn't close like the other i told them. I told the who is going to feel safe on a place like that. Well i ask for refund for my 2nd night because we left and they refuses to give it to us. Never again

Good value. Staff is great! Shuttle service, on point, reliable and easy to request. Facilities are outdated a bit but the service & responsiveness request/concerns made it pleasant as our stay was primarily a quick visit to Busch gardens

The room Smelled like mold. They tried to upgrade it with paint only. Everything about the room was SO Uncomfortable that I cancelled my stay and moved to another hotel. The Front desk person was very helpful and accommodating. The pool area's were very nice looking. But the Room was Horrible.

Nice hotel

Nice to have onsite breakfast. Pool was nice and green area. On site laundry for credit card purchase. Can order Indian food onsite to go which we did and had next to pool bar area. Overall 4 for price, allowed 6 in suite room, and very of close to Busch gardens keeping in mind this for me had more of a multi level motel feel. Kinda noisy traffic with open walkways and must be a fire station nearby. At night noise on first floor sometimes from loud exhaust vehicle would wake me. Bathroom area with toilet and tub was smaller but at least sink/mirror was outside of the toilet door. Room was older feel with some updates. Fridge worked to keep water and drinks in room. Front door lock could use a tightening and door from outside at end of hallway would catch so not closing unless pushed lock in then pulled it shut. Was nice that could use ice machine to bring stuff along to beach which was about 1.5 hr to Clearwater or St Pete. Would of liked if had bean bags to go with boards. Boards but no bags did not make them very useful. Also chess cool but not board to play so maybe they could paint on on turf or something. Ran out of towels by pool fast but seating around pool was nice and at night was awesome to look up at open sky from center. Might consider staying just be sure have car. Would be hard to walk anywhere. Area seems business park like with some commercial business. Felt safe enough. In driving there some concerning area in near driving ar but suites themselves seemed ok.

We accidently left our kids’ tablets in the gym one morning after a workout and the staff seemed wildly unwilling to help but after a lot of pressing and asking to review the cameras in the gym they were suddenly “found” in the turned in area of the managers office that “they don’t have access too” but somehow had access to despite telling me the manager wasn’t present. At the end of the day, we were incredibly thankful they were returned and someone was a good a human…facing a 12hr flight home it would have been a nightmare without those. The continental breakfast may have been one of the worst I’ve ever had and there is a lot of room for improvement on that side. At the end of the day, it was a good stay and for the value I can’t be too salty but I’d likely not stay here again.

I certainly wouldn’t not stay here again. The price is good and the pool is great, but not enough to make up for all the problems

No hot tub was told they took it out Very noisy in room. People talking. Traffic. Pool heat was broke I was told. Bar was closed not sure if it’s going to reopen. Didn’t know when I booked.

Great place

Room was just okay for the night but i would definitely not stay for longer than 1 night. The room was not fully clean as there was a cup and a toilet paper roll on the ground. We were not provided with enough towels. We had issue with our AC which kept making a very loud bang noise throughout the night. The breakfast was very bad and most of the amenities were either dirty or slightly broken/not usable.

Hotel is close to Busch Gardens but the parking lot feels like an unsafe area. The first room we were placed in did not have working A/C and the toilet did not work properly. We were moved to a new room, however, this feels like a 2 star hotel at best….

The room was clean, no light bulb in main lamp in bedroom. The balcony was useless as it faced a roof. We could not get in early at 12pm without a $40 charge, asked to store big luggage (2 pieces ), she seemed hesitant at first but let us and our original room was never ready even at check in time. I believe our balcony would've been better if we had the room we were supposed to?

This place is basic. It’s tired. Dining room stuck in the 70s. Clean enough but just old. Breakfast was decent. No info from staff during check in. Would not return.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Got rained on so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but a decent place at a decent price.

We visited in February so maybe it was just kind of seasonally quiet but some of the amenities weren’t open/available. The pool was cold, but I honestly don’t know if it’s advertised as a heated pool so that might just be an observation and not a critique. The hotel was fine overall. It was clean and mostly up kept.

We had a wonderful stay. This hotel was well run, the employees are all very kind and friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept beautiful and everything in our room was brand new. The restaurant that is in the hotel was delicious. We ate there multiple times for lunch and dinner, the family that runs. The restaurant are lovely. And the food is not something to miss. We will definitely return.

Upon arrival it was a minor issue that I had to address but Manager and staff immediately took care of the problem. Room service came by every day to clean room; The breakfast was ok need some improving with the food selection but overall, the breakfast was ok. Breakfast was for 2 hours I think it needed to be extended till 10am especially for the elderly and those who have children.

The room was perfect for my grandaughters and me.

The patio light off the bedroom was obnoxiously bright, with no way to turn it off and eventually at 3am my husband had to unscrew the lightbulb as no one could sleep. (I could read a book without a light on in the room it was that bright!) The breakfast was just ok, with very few stocked items. Trays would empty within minutes of food being put out, so making larger or more frequent batches would be helpful. Not sure if I would stay or recommend this place to others.

Spacious rooms, good pool area and the staff (Patrick in particular!) were amazingly helpful - free shuttle to Busch Gardens was also a massive bonus

The hotel was very nice and kept up well. The room was very spacious and clean. We only stayed one night, but it was very nice!! We ended up just driving to Busch Gardens, but the shuttle service they offer is a very nice ammenity.

Closet had no bar to hang your clothes. Breakfast was no holiday inn.

We were given a room that was furthest away from elevator and stairs and overlooked the main road. I asked to be switched. We were then given a room with an AC that made loud banging noises. Front desk said they would call maintenance but the issue was not resolved. Then front desk gave the adjoining room to guests that were talking loudly at 1am for an hour and then again at 7am. The walls are so thin that it sounded like the guests were in our room. So between the loud AC and the thin walls, we got no sleep. The breakfast was really not good - not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. The hotel and room were clean but everything was not great quality. It is also not a resort as claimed on their website. It’s a motel. The neighborhood is also not great.

It more of a 3 and a half rating. The hotel is clean but not modern. Rooms had a facelift and are clean. Staff is very nice. Breakfast could be improved, its very basic.

The pool area was very clean, but the pool was cold. There is tea, coffee and hot chocolate offered at the lobby. The "fully equipped" kitchenette was 2 paper plates, 2 sets of plastic silverware and 2 cups. There was a microwave and refrigerator without a freezer. The refrigerator was a good size. The pull out sofa would be fine for children, but there was only a light blanket for that bed. We had a difficult time controlling the temperature - it was either too cold or too hot at night. It is very close to Busch Gardens. You can see roller coasters from the 3rd floor. The shuttle to Busch Gardens was very efficient. The complimentary breakfast offered the same choices every day - eggs, sausage, pancakes- but no toppings for any of it except syrup, ketchup and a bottle of hot sauce. The small boxes of frosted mini wheats were good as was the light ' n fit brand yogurt - 3 different flavors. The staff was friendly. A good value for families with kids on a budget if you bring your own paper plates, cups and silverware.

Nice staff, clean building and rooms. Pool area and deck was a nice touch. I will say, breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Microwaveable food and limited choices. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t the greatest but not the worst. Overall our stay was good.

There was a significant amount of road noise and the light on the porch could not be turned off at night. The light was super bright and could not be blocked out with the curtains.

The rooms must have been recently updated, and it was spacious (3 rooms), and perfect in every way. The pool area and outdoor children/adult area was wonderful. The rooms were clean. And the bonus shuttle to Busch Gardens saved on $35 parking. The breakfast was very good and had hot and cold choices.

Great stay, quiet, clean rooms. I booked on Expedia so didn't know there was a $30 resort fee (per person)...and while we were in a freeze and couldn't use anything...I will be back during warmer weather for some fun in the pool and game area! Breakfast was a huge variety! Better than any other place I've stayed so that helped offset the fee for sure.

Really nice room at a great price. Unfortunately it was a cold snap in FL so I couldn't use the nice pool. The free shuttle to Busch Gardens that drops you right by the entrance saved $30 parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely return here.

Check-in was good. At about130am somebody opened the room door but didn't get because the safety lock was used. they tried to get it open anyway and we got woke up screeming. The next morning when we talked to the staff we got (oh we must have double booked that room) not we are sorry that happened. Then it took 45 minutes to get the van to Bush gardens and had been told 16 minutes.

This hotel is just what I was looking for, very convenient for me, big, clean, comfy suite, great common area, they could do a little better with the breakfast.

Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. Lights outside window could not be blocked by curtains. Room was bright all night til 6 a.m. when the outside lights turned off. No hot water in the sinks.
