It was a very nice room. Only disappointed in the vending machines. Drinks machine only takes cash and there's no water option. Also, the ice dispenser was not working when I tried, no ice came out.

the air conditioning was phenomenal. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. First thing that I did not care for is apparently there is a $60 cash deposit when you check in that you get back the next day I did not know about this deposit I did not have the money they did let me stay but they need to let it be known. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and when we went in the room I haven't smoked in 2 years I immediately smelled the smoke we went to the office the guy brought down a can of spray sprayed the room and said he didn't smell anything I just didn't want my credit card to get charged saying that I smoked We had the handicap accessible room with the rolling shower the shower was very hard to turn on we actually had to go get the gentleman to help us with it in the morning before my hospital visit They had a shower chair inside that shower that I leaned against and it was very very weak so needless to say I did not use that shower chair another thing that kind of took me back was for the price of the room there was not even a blow dryer in the bathroom. I did bring mine so it wasn't that bad thankfully I did I guess it did the trick for one night. There wasn't anything very close by to get something to eat. I guess I really shouldn't complain much it served its purpose and I am thankful for that.

The room was in very poor condition. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bedsheets had visible stains, and there was leftover food in the sink. The toilet was also not properly cleaned, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel sanitary or ready for guests

The surrounding area and the property itself was pretty rundown. The pictures Online are not accurate. I believe they were computer generated. These sheets had some stains on it and cigarette burns and overall just not clean. The room itself smelled like cigarette smoke. There is also a few love bugs (flying insects) joining us in the room. We ended up leaving because we wouldn't have been able to sleep peacefully or comfortably and probably would have stunk ourselves in the morning from sleeping in it all night. No refund was awarded.

Now for the actual stay, We came in for BTS concert. We drove in 23rd and left the 27th (our concert was Sunday) So we stayed a total of four nights, one of those days we stayed inside the motel the entire day only leaving to buy some food. It's a Motel 6, I do not expect luxury from them and I think some of these reviews are expecting Hotel level care rather than Motel. The beds aren't the most comfortable but I didn't expect them to be, Room was decently clean. My only real complaint was we did end up seeing 3 bugs. One large roach and two smaller bugs. I don't care that much, it's hot outside and it's a motel, while I would rather not have bugs I also know bugs are gonna try to find somewhere to go in this weather. My partner has a phobia of bugs however and all 3 bugs were seen on the same night (the 26th so to be fair we went almost our entire trip without seeing a bug) which was extremely distressing for them especially since the large roach was on the headboard right next to their face. The bugs are the ONLY reason I put 4 stars. Generally speaking it was actually a decent stay. Close to location, had a pool (I didn't swim but saw others swimming), had a good experience overall

The staff were very helpful to us. My friend and I had booked our rooms separately and they were able to get our rooms right next to each other.

It was what I would expect from previous stays at Motel 6s. The walls were stained but the tub stains were terrible - sincerely. The staff excellent the bed ok the water pressure good. The sheets and pillows ok. The TV good. The fridge and microwave ok. For an overnight stay I would stay again but would not for more than a couple nights. The cigarette smoke from the other room not good.

It’s was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was not clean, rust on the tub. Our bed sheets were stained through the 3 layers of sheets. We had to buy a cover and some blankets so we could sleep on it. We couldn’t watch tv because the remote didn’t work and we were stuck watching discovery channel.

No hot water in shower, ice machine was broken or had no ice, you can geel the room shake when people are moving outside. Room was not clean. For $200 a night not worth it.

It was fair, the first room smelt like cannabis, in non smoking room, my gym girlfriend is allergic to certain smells, the 2nd room under stairs, you can hear window shake, ac worked, it's $137 everything else was up to $200, sheets are clean, price should be cheaper, than what they charge for area it's in, maybe cause of spring break.

Multiple lights didnt work, the bathtub had big puddles of dried soap scum for other occupants, the shower literally had black dirt (not it was stained and just an old tub) all over the floor of the bathtub that someone tried washing down with a half second squirt of water but then gave up and left it to dry in a nice dried dirty river shape. The clothing shelf/hanging pipe wasnt just dirty, it was disgusting so much so that as im writing this review, my girlfriend took a photo without me knowing because of her digust and showed me just now. The room was clearly not non smoking but it smelled musty and unclean (my girlfriend said "like an animal died"). Immediately upon entrance we felt the need to turn the ac all the way and leave the door open to try to get some air circulation but just gave up. While we were checking in there was a man who had just checked who came back and said his wife couldnt breathe in their non smoking room and that she refused to stay in it so they handed her a new room key. It was speing break time so knew the 135 a night tag was higher than normal but thank god we only paid for one night. I honesty can say i would have struggled to justify the hotel at 65 a night. Positives? No carpet. The blankets appeared fresh. It has a fridge.

At first the shower wasnt working, they later fixed it, then the maintenance guy end up breaking the faucet stopper, so the sink water wouldnt go down.

It is modest yet clean place to stay suitable for a short visit if you are traveling to thst city for work or to run an errand.

I did leave a day early, but it was for personal reasons not having to do with the motel. The lady at the desk was very nice when she asked if it was a problem with the motel and I explained my situation. They have a convenient laundry room for guests to use. It's also conveniently right next to a gas station and highway. This location was nicer than I was expecting from a motel. There were no bugs at all and it was pretty clean.

I would recommend this place to any traveler looking to rest for a night. The area is quiet and peaceful.

When I arrived, I found a live roach in the tub. I later asked for a blanket, which they said they did not have. I did have a microwave and a refrigerator in my room which I did not know they would provide.

I found five live ROACHES in my room, and when I went to reception to complain, I was told "they only come out at night"??? Like that somehow makes it okay? Thank goodness I was only staying one night, but the hotel refused to refund my money, even though when I booked the room, I didn't sign up for roaches. Definitely won't be staying here again.

We had been frequently going to this place but never again. The only thing that was said was “is all your things out of the room?”

The first room get bad bugs I couldn't sleep it was bites me every where and the second room it was small very nisty which I had leave the door open so I can breathe tell the morning the shower have blood and couldn't even take shower I checked out early I need my refund well sue the hotel for health problems

The room I was assigned was somewhat cleaned. The towels weren’t white anymore you could tell they needed to be replaced. There were burn holes in the blanket on the bed (smoking room), the toilet was not cleaned and upon opening the lid of the toilet 2 roaches ran out. The TV remote did not work, had to turn the TV by hand. The only plus was the heat worked and it was a ground floor room.

I need a refund for one night from hotels. I booked at at 3 a.m. When it's after 4 a.m. it's considered a no show. So I had to pay 70 additional dollars and they informed me I needed that refunded from Hotels.com

I had low expectations in the first place but those were left behind. The towels were ratty, the bathtub looked like it had seen better days and there was no hot water in the shower. In addition the bathroom door had trouble closing and there weren’t enough towels. Do not recommend.

The hotel overall was decent and aligned with the price. The room was spacious and the general areas were clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was a major disappointment. There was black mold all around the edge of the bathtub, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. It really took away from an otherwise acceptable stay. With better attention to bathroom cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

There was mold all in the bathroom. We had a 7 night stay booked and ended up across the street at a way cleaner and newer hotel. Stay far away from this place the room was like a micro room it was tiny. The sheets felt damp. The room smelled. Best thing was the internet.

There were drug deals. Preformed on the property. The average residents seemed to be vagabond, possibly drug abusers. Based on the drug deals that were witnessed. We also had @4am water flooding out of the bathroom light. All in all will never recommend nor use this property again. The was an offer of moving us. However they had no vacant rooms. Please contact me to further discuss this issue.

Room was very dirty! Told front desk and they told US to get cleaner from house keeper and for us to clean it. My wife spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the bathroom. WiFi was worthless. It would work for a few minutes then stop. It did the the whole 3 day we was there. People played loud music all night. Two nights I had to tell them to turn it down so we could sleep. Had to buy pillows because they only had one very thin pillow per person. The room smelled like weed. They only had one bar soap no shampoo or conditioner. Had bugs in the room. Sheets were badly stained up. There was shady people in the parking lot drinking and being loud all night. I would not let my wife go outside alone. Had a hooker ask me if I wanted company wile walking to my car to get things out.

Bottle of water left frozen in fridge, bar of soap opened and broken in half, stains/spots on towels, all of which was missed by housekeeping prior to my check-in. The clerk on duty seemed to find this funny, but did replace the soap & towels (she made ME throw the frozen bottle away, refusing to touch it). She offered a room change, but when I asked if the other rooms were any better, she laughed again and shrugged, suggesting this was the standard for the hotel. Upon returning from dinner, I also noticed the bathroom sink was broken (the cold water produced NO water and the “hot” water never got warm). When I tried the bath water, I noticed how filthy the tub was (peeling, with black mold inside & out, and what appeared to be dried blood in the corner). There were also stains/spots on the blanket, and the only chair in the room was broken (if you sat on it, you might tip or fall). I returned to the desk; she still seemed to think this was funny, offered again to switch to a different (but also filthy) room and said someone would come check my room in an hour. The hour came & went with no staff arrival. The clerk laughed again and told me “maybe after midnight.” There was also a LOT of noisy p********ion activity outside the rooms & in the parking lot. I reported to the local non-emergency line, but the sheriff said they were “aware” of the p********ion AND d***-dealing at that location, but couldn’t do much. Refunded by hotels.com

Affordable, pool was great, close to beaches, St. Petersburg, and animal reserves. Ran into many other friendly travelers at hotel. All being very respectful. I’d stay here

In the middle of my shower, the water shut off and air came out of the nozzle. I went to call the desk, and the phone didn’t work. After 30 minutes of waiting, the water returned.

Unfortunately the small curtain did not block out all the light during the night. The window needs a room darkening shade. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub and caulk were the only thing not renovated so it looked dirty. Refrigerator freezer had a buildup of frost. Reasonably priced for the amount of time we stayed.

Stay was good for the price. It was a nice stay. The cleaning lady and guy were so nice. Had to ask them for help because i locked my key in room. They stopped what they were doing and come let me in but cleaned my room why they were there. They were really great. Place is a little outdated. My shower head leaked when turned on and water never shut all the way off . just a trickle which didn't bother me. The airrator on the sink was missing. So when you turned it on you got full pressure. There was burn marks on the tub but that didn't bother me either. Its a smoking hotel so you got to expect some of that. But no bugs and room was clean. I'm not a picky person so for me the stay was good for the price. I would stay again. Also the front office people were really nice too.

When we arrived I had to pay an additional $60 refundable deposit for the room. When I got to my room the toilet had no water in the tank. Walked to the front desk to tell them the toilet was broken( no phones in the room). To be told I needed to turn the water on. Bathroom itself needs some work, it’s dirty, like hair still in the tub. Beds are okay, and the pillows are super thin. The front desk was great and helpful!

The motell was filthy. The bathtub in room 107 has a layer of grime and dirt that has never been cleaned. The drain has a thick circle of rust. The baseboard has areas of mold. The bathroom door is damaged and cannot be closed. The motel has homeless living or hanging out on the property. The TV didn’t work well. Although they used my credit card to pay, they refused to give me a receipt showing how much had been charged. Worst motel experience ever experienced. Do not use Hotel.com. They are only interested in their referral commission and will list substandard properties to get it.

I switched the three different rooms because of roaches. Finally said the hell with it and I left the property. Terrible experience.
