I was charged for $45/night for VIP parking, and I have the receipts and the stubs, yet I still received two $55 parking tickets from the lot management. I will not be revisiting this property.

Beautiful, clean, modern rooms. Restaurant on site was excellent and not too expensive. Free coffee here, not in room. 24 hour gym & pool. Front desk staff was exceptional! Loved it! Will return if I stay in Tampa again!

Restaraunt and bar had outstanding food and drinks! Great ambiance throughout the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and well done. Great location.. Loved the champagne and macaroons upon arrival. Valet efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back. This is my to go to Hotel in Tampa!

Great hotel location, just a 10–15 minute walk to the riverwalk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with very high ceilings. An extra bed was provided for a small additional fee. None

When I was checking in, I had a big problem with my reservation that I made with a third-party the front desk. Staff was so kind to me. After driving seven hours by myself, I was exhausted and just wanted to get to my room since I booked through a third-party, there was nothing that they could do for me however, their kindness went above and beyond HEIKE and LALITHIA they were so patient and kind to me which helped me deal with my horrible experience with a third-party

The hotel was selected for the good ratings and the images that were posted, which were misleading, and on top of that they called it Le Méridien :| Location, the hassle of retrieving the car by the staff, the old floor tiles that looks dirty, and the overworked elevator.

Downtown is boring and has no views Good for business but far from sightseeing activities. I was disappointed, hotel Staff does not know area or height quality restaurants or can book anything. Need more training!

I loved the historical aspect of the building. The staff was also very friendly. I did not like the weird and random looking attic type latch above the shower. It crept me out ... I also did not like the fact there were no robes in the rooms, coffee machine or additional blanket.

It started with the check in then Steve took our luggage to the room the 20 ft ceilings in the room made it feel so big. Housekeeping does an excellent job room was clean bathroom enough towels, complimentary water. Breakfast was great Jordan our server had to do it all with help of the Saturday manager after 2 employees called out great job!! Check out was a breeze. Walking distance to the River and convention center. But let’s not forget the history of the building amazing.

Corner room was relatively spacious. Clean room. Pepsi products only available in the hotel. Near a CVS. Bed was firmer than my liking, pillows really squishy. Slept well for 1 night. Within walking distance to the Hillsborough county courthouse. Close to the Tampa River walk. Overall lovely sty.

The breakfast was very good. We are locals and loved the food and excellent service. We will be going back soon just to enjoy the Restaurant! Everything was very clean and all of the employees were very nice. We will recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Not worth the price. The building is beautiful and the history is awesome, but they should have charged half what they did. The first room we were in was muggy, had a broken phone and a broken tv remote. They did accommodate quickly, especially given the time that we noticed enough to say something (after a long night out), giving us a fresh room that was much nicer… but the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, just a top sheet and comforter… maybe that’s normal? It’s new to me, and the bedding was scratchy. Staff were great, food was great!

Wow! Definitely a very unique property and an amazing staff. The location was great for walking around to explore before a concert at the arena. As to the other activities at the hotel, can anyone ever have an issue with being greeted with a glass of sparkling wine? Breakfast was simple and very efficient. The valet process could use a little tweaking, we texted per the instructions and arrived to pick up the car and the crew had not received the text, but they did hustle to get things back on track. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and am looking forward to booking it it for a future stay.

They still have some of the original rooms, wooden doors and decor. They offer a 24hr fitness center, pool and a restaurant that offers Latin cuisine. The staff were very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend if heading to Tampa.

Meanwhile, the front desk tells us they’re at 100% capacity and there’s one room that’s booked that they can’t give up until 2:30-3a. We ask for ear plugs, 1 set of earplugs were brought to the room not 2. Never got a call for a new room and wanted to fight a refund after no sleep. Stay away.

The hotel is so quaint with its historical pieces. The halls look just like the court house but the rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. The restaurant has amazing food, the bar has amazing drinks, and the cafe had amazing coffee! Overall 10/10

The hotel staff were very patient and friendly! They answered my questions and were kind even when I forgot my room key card twice. The room was clean as they do a daily service and it is a comfortable room!

The place was good for the dollar value but more of a small boutique place. only one small restaurant. Staff was nice. Only thing about staying on the top floor was having to carry luggage up some steps. Construction across the street. Some homeless people close by made it a bit unsafe at night.

I appreciate that it is a converted Federal Courthouse. From the antique Judge's bench in the lobby, the marble staircases, and the wooden doors - it was a sight to behold. Even the exterior was magical. The Restaurant was bold, modern, and extraordinary.

The hotel is built in the old Courthouse and furnished in the European style. It's well-appointed, and the rooms feature small footprints and extremely high ceilings. A little bit short of excellent, but it's been renovated and is in very good overall condition. The curtains and drapes were difficult to manipulate with the long rods. Strong recommend!

Since we checked in with Gabriel we felt very welcomed. Great recommendations on where to go, friendliness and professionalism. The restaurant is very nice. Life music, great food. Very pet friendly. Nice and specious room, big swimming pool, nice area very close to river walk and the museum. I’d definitely come back

We were a little disappointed in this hotel. We thought it would be more historic, but instead while it is in a super neat old courthouse, it is just a standard modern, corporate feeling Marriott property. There is no way to make coffee in your room, the room is very basic. It felt more like a lower grade Marriott like a Courtyard, Sprinhill, etc. The staff was fine and nice. The location is wonderful for the Riverwalk, and enjoying beautiful downtown Tampa. They just need to either position this hotel as a standard Marriott or try harder to make it a classier hotel.

The property was a renovated courthouse with beautiful historic architecture. The rooms were nicely renovated, and it was walking distance to our destination. The front desk staff was very nice and anticipated all my needs.

when we arrived at 5:pm our room wasn't ready so we sat in the lobby waiting and then when our room was ready, a very nice gentleman at the desk said for your inconvenience we're going to give you 2 coupons for breakfast and a 2 drink coupons for later this evening. I thought that was quite lovely.

The location and architecture building Le Meridien class was not met, staff should know English well as they were communicating in Spanish lang with guest.

My family came in for my business + a photo session. The staff at Le Meridian were so kind and helpful. We loved our room and walking through the hotel, talking about how much history and stories this old world building holds. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had 2 rooms at the Le Meridien for two nights. Check in was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. All hotel staff were pleasant. We ate in the dining room both mornings. There are many breakfast items on the menu to choose from and were happy with our meals. The bar is outstanding, too. The location couldn't be more perfect with quick access to the River Walk, museums, and lots of restaurants. The fees can add up quickly, but this is true with most nicer hotels. We would return!

Great property to stay at for local wedding & convenient location. Breakfast was delicious & staff was great! Rooms were spacious & clean. Only downside is there is only costly valet parking available, but there is a safe lot down the street for a more affordable fee if needed. Very walkable area. Would recommend.

Small rooms. Pretty clean. Not a ton of amenities but nice.

My family and I had an exceptional experience during our stay. The staff went above and beyond, providing outstanding service and ensuring all our needs were met with care and attention. It truly made our visit unforgettable.

Great historical building converted to a hotel. A few blocks away from all the downtown activities and attractions so be prepared to walk. No parking at the property and only valet which takes time to get your car as the lot is a few blocks away.

Historic building was very beautiful. Rooms were recently renovated. Parking was an issue, but valet staff was exceptional! Breakfast coupon for one person per room was not enough, and food was subpar. Restaurant Wait staff was great though.

Staff from valet to bar/restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel it self is a restored US courthouse and post office registered national historic site. Has a cool vibe to it. Room was clean and spacious. Did not use pool or gym. We enjoyed drinks at the bar both nights of our stay. Complimentary continental breakfast Sunday morning which was very good, shared with my wife so good portions. Walking distance to dining, parks and museums.

Super friendly, helpful staff from the moment we pulled up. Beautiful building, well maintained & walking distance to everything in downtown. We chose to stay here for an event at Amalie Arena.

Great stay. Will stay again. Only two things i wish were different....1. I wish the door separating the restaurant area from the rooms actually locked. Theres a card key scanner but the door never locked leaving restaurant patrons access to the rooms. The area around the valet smelled of urine. Not sure how the facility could manage this as I know its due to some of the homeless individuals around the area. But again, it was clean, quiet, I felt safe...will stay again.

Lovely hotel w v friendly service. Great bar and restaurant. Comfortable, clean rooms. Interesting place as it was an old courthouse building. Only downside was the parking. Parking was expensive and valet parking was not on-site. Car was taken to an open lot.

A very nice option in downtown Tampa. It is centrally located. I was looking for something near the Tampa Theater and this is the place.

The old courthouse was a vibe! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive and very kind!

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight and were greeted warmly and quickly checked in so we could get to sleep. On the second night, our A/C wasn't keeping up and they promptly moved us to a new room and gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The service throughout the hotel and its restaurant was wonderful. The original marble and reused courtroom desks/furniture were really neat. You also get free passes to the local art museum, which was a nice walk and morning excursion for our family. Comfortable beds, nice bath products. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Property was nice and clean. Staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. We had a minor issue with our room but the staff was able to handle right away. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Tampa.

The stay was wonderful i would stay again. Michelle was very nice she went above and beyond to made should i find something to eat. The valet parking where very nice everyone of them. Overall the stay was was very wonderful will coming again.

The poor overall rating is because I was charged a $25.00/DAY "DESITNATION FEE" and only found out about this ridiculous charge when I examined the email receipt sent to me at home. I did not think you treated me fairly nor honestly by charging such a fee!!!

The room was great, the food was great, the waitresses and waiters were friendly and fun and so was all the staff.

It was a great Boutique like hotel in a very historic building I really love that my biggest problem is parking there is none and everything is valet so when I came out one time to get my car to go somewhere there was no valet to get my car and I had to get a ride with someone else

We enjoyed our quick one night stay in Downtown Tampa! The hotel is especially unique and has a lot of historical features. Our only complaint is the front desk staff was a little rude when we called from our room asking about room service. Other than that we would definitely stay here again! Great for a staycation.
